Hi team,

I am holding two numbers ([protected] & [protected]) as an idea customer with the corporate connections. i have made request for international roaming activation in the month of june or july 2015 with rs 3000 deposit per each number since we were travelling to canada for onsite assignments, then after few months, we were planned to put these numbers in safe custody to hold these numbers with us for long time as our onsite assignment got extended. one of my relative went to idea store to make safe custody request for these two number, agent suggested that every six months, we have renewal for safe custody these two numbers, we agreed and made payments. after six months, i am surprised that i do not receive any alert or email for extension safe custody, just i checked in idea cellular site to verify the account status, it was saying that these two numbers are not a valid idea numbers. so i have requested one of my relative to verify the same agent where we made request for safe custody, he said that these tow numbers are no more with idea since these two number portable to idea from airtel as six months safe custody completed. we have asked agent that how can these number to change to airtel without an intimation to the customer and sending back to airtel. agent said that he can not do anything now. then i sent many emails to idea customer care as i can not contact customer care over phone since i am in canada now and no one is replying to emails. i requested them that i do not want miss these numbers since associated with many other services like banks, policies etc. kindly request you to help me out on this how to move forward on this.

    We have paid rs. 3450 (3 months subscription+installation waived off) on 15th july 2016 and have'nt received the receipt. the payment receiver (mob no.-[protected]) confirmed that the connection will be done on sunday. we have submitted xerox copy of address proof and electricity bill as requested by the idea agent. on sunday we called, they said connection is pending as payment still not updated in the system. on monday we called them again but they kept giving execuses. then we have called their senior engineer (yogesh - [protected]) he confirmed that the connection will be done on next day. from sunday we kept calling them for broadband connection, till now they have'nt set up the broadband connection and still giving execuses on every call or not responding to call. we have registered complaints two times to idea customer care ([protected]) on 20th july 2016 and 21st july 2016.

    Please pay attention to our request, we want our money back as soon as possible.

        Dear sir
        I am using Idea mobile sim, no. is [protected].Service provider has activated unwanted VAS (chutkule) Which I never request and 3-4 times they deducted charges from my balance.
        So please do needful to deactivate this VAS and refund my deducted money from my balance.

            When i given request in my idea store for plan change. They simply receive the request plan and notyhing has explained about any chagres or effect on that perticuler month's bill. After receiving the bill, i found that, idea has charged for data usage which was not explained before. I put a mail on customer care and after so many emails & follow-up, i received apology mail & accepted their mistake. But, idea is not updating the bill.

                      Hi,
                      PART 1:

                      This is regarding the connectivity and data roaming issues I faced in my last bill cycle and also facing currently . I did a analysis in 3 circles of IDEA Roaming where I traveled in April'16 and May'16
                      1- Madhya Pradesh (Indore city and surrounding region)
                      2- Bengaluru
                      3- Mumbai
                      The connectivity and network was so so poor that I couldn't use a single byte of data effectively. Each time I tried to open a web page or an app it kept on loading and when I switch off the data and re-open it the allowance is deducted for usage but actually I didn't use the data due to your network issues.


                      I called the call center multiple times and there are complaint references also available for the issue . But no resolution was provided and I payed additional data charges since allowance was rapidly consumed and got over very early.

                      Secondly, You don't have your own 3G services in Mumbai and Bengaluru circle. Each time I am selecting the network manually the 3G data was switching to "AIRTEL" network

                      Why is it so? This causes data connectivity issues and allowance is wasted in every time switching on and off between networks and also my device is affected and more battery is consumed. Also most of the times due to slow connectivity the data is switching to 2G automatically and you are charging me for 3G speed which is unethical and wrong.

                      Please see data charges entries from the bill of cycle 4April- 03 May '16 for proof where you have deducted the allowances and also attached are screenshots from my device for the same timestamp where I switched off the data but then too allowances were deducted.

                      Your stupid untrained call center staff shouts and doesn't understands anything technically. They tell me to switch on and off the phone, I know how to switch off and on the phone.

                      Belonging to telecom software domain I find these arguments silly.

                      PART 2:
                      Regarding VAS and unethical charges levied on auto renewal etc. I activated a roaming incoming free fixed rental pack for 75/- in May month. Earlier this was on prorated basis i.e. for how so many days its used it will be charged as 75/- monthly charge (prorated)
                      but now its changes to flat 75/- rental and manual deactivation is required else it gets auto renewed without any alert or SMS which is wrong!! Now on the night of bill cycle end date it gets auto renewed and without even realizing extra 75 rs is added to customers bill or this pack about which we are unaware, and next day when I called call center to get it de-activated.

                      But the call center people didn't inform that its already auto renewed and deactivate it, So its a double loss on customer
                      1- The charges are levied
                      2- The pack is deactivated and benefits are also not provided.
                      3- Since the pack is deactivated and when i go to roaming circle additional roaming charges are levied on my bill

                      So I end up paying thrice of what I should pay actually.

                      If the pack is already auto renewed then it should and be deactivated or it should be deactivated even after auto renewed and charges should be waived off.

                      Overall there is a great dis-satisfaction in billing and every month I having a bill query/dispute and feel cheated and wrongly charged despite paying all the dues and bill payments well in advance

                        The above signal tower acutely needed to be removed immediately on the following amongst other reasons:-

                        1) that the building over which the above heavy tower is installed, is an old one constructed by professional builder, with inferior quality and inadequate quantity of building materials quantity, due to heavy weight of the above tower, it will surely fatally affected by earthquake.

                        2) that the above signal is installed in such thickly locality and other side of lane, hardly 15 fits distance in between there is a govt boys n girls school, therefore its poisonous radiation is absolutely hazardous n fatal to one and all, shall cause death of innumerable persons.
                        3) that the installation of the above tower is also an offence.
                        4) that in case no early steps are taken for its removal, no option is left, but to seek legal remedies from court in that case it will be responsibility on your shoulder to bear all expenses n damages, if any.

                          Hi,

                          I have requested for a refund for my data recharge of rs. 1346 from idea as it was deducted twice due to network issue (1 done through paytm, 1 directly through idea site). Customer care confirmed they received 2 payments from my side and took a request to refund the amount to my account. It has been a month and have called customer care several times and i am getting same reply. It will be done within 24 hours. How can i proceed further?

                          I have requested for a refund for my data recharge of Rs. 1346 from IDEA as it was deducted twice due to network issue(1 done through PAYTM, 1 directly through IDEA site). Customer care confirmed they received 2 payments from my side and took a request to refund the amount to my account. It has been a month and have called customer care several times and i am getting same reply. It will be done within 24 hours. How can I proceed further?

                            I k. Sivanu pandian, using idea postpaid service for more than 3
                            Years, i recently went to one of your idea gallery on[protected] at
                            Sun mill galli gallery, lower parel, mumbai for postpaid to prepaid
                            Connection and they gave me new prepaid sim card on the same number
                            ([protected]). Its been more than a week, i am not able to use my
                            Prepaid idea connection as there is no network.

                            I have called up idea customer care & also went to idea gallery for
                            The same issue, they just gave common answer it is in process.

                            However on 1st day in gallery during this process they promised that
                            My idea sim will work within 33hours.

                              I have a post paid connection i. E. [protected] in punjab circle. Now i am move to west bengal location near siliguri. Idea customer care far way of my home town and i am also tried to change my number to another company but customer care was not accepted my request for change my number to another connection therefore, after getting all tried i am contract to punjab customer care to stop my mobile no. But customer care was not to any interest to stop my post paid mobile. My postpaid was also remove from my mobile but till idea cellular was sending rental bill in my gmail account. I this connection i was also set my limit but company was claimed high amount for pay. Therefore, request please solve the issue before i am become a chitter person.

                                I moved to idea from airtel ncr with number [protected] and it was the worst experience of my life, will surely move back to airtel after 3 months. The issue i faced is that ai the time of porting they gave me wrong sim. And now my number has been ported but they have not provided me sim yet. Everyday i call there representative named "sachin" in noida. From morning he conveince me thet i will get my sim by evening but in evening he never picks up the call it has been more than a week that i have not recived my sim i will never suggest anyone to move to idea infact after 3 months i will slso move back to airtel. Worst customer care worst service.

                                      Last month i got a new wifi 4 g connection during book fair and to activate it i have spent more than 100 rupees of my phone bill. Last one week it was disconnected and i am receiving email stating i have not paid the bill
                                      I tried to contact your customer service team, spent another 100 rupees of telephone bill, yet to get any communication and also my email id was entered wrongly.

                                        I would like to draw your attention regarding my concern; I am Pavan Rajput using Idea postpaid number ([protected]) from last 5 years.
                                        i visited to my idea store at Nashik phata location shop around 1pm, but the concern lady already taking with customer and both were arguing with each other and that time the store manager told us everyone go outside store now( chalo nikalo bahar sab log), with uneducated language. They said this now lunch time and no need to talk with us now, when i asked them about this that if they having lunch time why allowing customer inside the store why not put aboard outside store about lunch time information, it means they are allowing customer inside for insulting them.
                                        Every idea employee from store raising voice on both o[censored]s means with other person and on me also.
                                        mainly the store manger is a worst idea employee as like idea store service.
                                        iam not going to use any idea card from now, going to stop idea service for all my 11 cards and also logging complaint and will decide to stop idea service in my corporate office specially in office friend circle.
