My number[protected] is changed from post paid to pre paid where as it is not activated yet, i am not getting any assistance from the customer executives.. whereas verification call from the same no. [protected] isn't accepting for any enquirer. A call from [protected] is also not receiving since fro 23:30 to 00:00 for asking for assistance.

    Presently I am using idea cellular network. I am using corporate plan IDBI45 in AP. As I shifted to TN. As IDBI plan not available @ Tamilnadu. I requested to convert my number to prepaid so dt I can choose better option of Porting to other network. Idea store not resolving problem. All my communication is to the cont only. My services has barred.

      I have made a payment of 1095.32 Rs and change my plan @ Around 8:18 Pm on 31st Jan 16, and got a SMS that limit has been revised and now limit becomes 2200 Rs and in morning @ Around 9 Am that my Bill has been raised of amount 4351.84 Rs ... its amazing that without any usage how this bill got generated... i also made a several calls to Call center and spend hours to get the solution but result was ZERO... one of the agent also conform that the info provided by call center was incorrect & they close my reference No C1-[protected] without giving me any solution ... even i replied with "N" for the same ... Mails not getting replied no one is taking my issue seriously and my Services to the No [protected] has been suspended & Not getting proper response from Customer care team.

        Company-Idea Cellular

        I am holding a idea numbers([protected]) for more than 6 months for some time i dint use the number.it was active on 2nd feb and i have recharged it with 175 rupess for 28 days internet pack and 4 rupees is the available balance)

        as my spouse is using this number and cant visit to any idea customer service center. so i visited IDEA customer service center (f-163 jagatpuri east delhi 110051) with the hope that problem will get resolved
        But the problem was not addressed as the number [protected] belong to different circle and they cant take it forward the request
        i am in delhi and cant take a day off and visit the idea customer care center mathura which is 200 km far from me

        Desired solution-number activation with all available balance

          I recharged my Idea Bihar number with amount 348 to free Idea Local calling for 30 days. After 20 days I noticed that my balance is getting deducted for local Idea calling so called customer care and response was socking.
          They told you have recharged your account with rupees 15 for another tariff so previous one has expired. I explained them saying that I have not recharged my number with any amount and why I need another tariff since have already free calling tariff, but they are not ready to listen me.
          I think this is another way to fraud their customer and make money out of it by forcing them to recharge again, because first of all I have not recharged my number with 15 rupees, and secondly who want to recharge to replace free call tariff with paid calls.

            i recharged my mobile number [protected] on 28th january with rupees 550 and 246 and after few hours of recharge all my talktime balance and data balance was nill i.e. 0 and again i recharged on 29th january with ruppes 550 and 246 and same happened again. all my balance was lost without any reason...please sir help me for this. Kindly refund all my balance . I am not able to afford this loss...

              I proceed for a new postpaid sim through online request and they call me for documents and security submission after that they came & collect all my documents and security amount(Rs 300) . and he says sim will take 3-4 days for varification process after that it will be activated but after 3 days i called to documents collection boy and inform him for the delay and not done any of varification process by idea . Then he says he will update to their seniors and also give me their seniors no.& and i call to his senior and inform then he behave like a uneducated person and says it takes a time a lot . after that i am trying to call him but he is not reciving our call . It is very poor service by idea . i have completed one week to wait for idea sim activation. Even now sim is not activated

                m using my no. [protected] from last 6 years and from last 9 months m using this number in relience postpaid than port my number in idea from last 2 months and this is my home number from last 6 years but the idea cellular inactive my number after mnp into idea after using this number in idea cellular more thn one month just becoz m not in touch with this number becoz m out of my state from more thn one month. when i go to customer service point in rohtak city they said that u have an arrear from last operator so that your no. is inactive, pay the arrear. than i pay the arrear of 90 rupees to relience ...than the idea said that this number is not more your's.
                and this is my only home number from last more than 6 years...please ...active my own number ...idea cellular custome rcare point said this number is inactive from 12 jan 2016.

About the posted complaint has been notified to Idea Cellular customer support on 4th February 2016 morning by Consumer Complaint. in Team. They responded my complaint at 02.15 PM. As per the instruction of the Idea Cellular customer support, I dialled 198 my problem had been solved. What cooperation what an assurance, What a resolution, what an escalation, what a performance. Everything had been done within16 hours. Complaint had been resolved within a day, it will have been written as example. Thank you very much Consumer Complaint. In Team without you it could not be possible and Idea Cellular customer support. Every customer need this type of services/cooperation.

                        This is Extremely Cheating that you had Done. I Recharge My Mobile Number [protected] through your Idea Mobile App. There it is Showing on 147 Recharge You will get 6000 MB and i earlier complain you and you Updated the Application but not refund my Money.

                        Now Your Application is showing 600 MB But when on 24 Jan I recharge than it is showing 6000 MB. I am again Sending you the snapshot of 24 Jan and kindly process the refund of my 147 rupees or provide me rest 5400 MB Data.

                          On 24.12.2015 i got offer message of one GB data offer for Rs 62- recharge.
                          After recharge i got only 300 MB only.
                          when i complain the customer care, they say ther is no such offer. only 300 MB data for that Rs 62-
                          just like the above, i recharge rs62on.01.01.2016 first they provide 300 MB.Later they provided bal of one GB.
                          the offer message is always not in message box.

                                Hi, I have 3 Sim cards of Idea.
                                One of that was Vodafone but I portabled it to Idea. Rest of 2 are of Idea.

                                I am getting pre-recorded calls from Vodafone on my all numbers daily (2-3 times). I activated DND on my number but still facing same problem.

                                I told about this problem to Idea, they told you have to make complaint against Vodafone and when communicated with Vodafone they told we will not do anything ask Idea to stop this calls.

                                I got call from Idea team just now. Got response that, this problem is associated with Vodafone so I need to contact with them only.
                                No any response from Vodafone yet. Still getting calls.

                                As mentioned in my first message when I communicated with Vodafone I got response "when communicated with Vodafone they told we will not do anything ask Idea to stop this calls. "

                                    I reside in kasarvadavali, ghodbunder road, Thane. Bought idea sim in sept 2015. Since then I have been facing network issues on both my numbers.people are unable to reach me and call drops are very frequent. I have got my sim card replaced as well but that didn't help a bit. Also, idea charges people extra money by subscribing them to services they never requested in the first place. Customer service also doesn't help to resolve the issue regarding unnecessary charges.
