I had attempted ielts exam unde british council on July 1st and as soon as the results came an eor was registered and paid for bc. Later when I contacted bc they asked me to contact idp for results. Today is the 50th day after payment for eor. Please look into this matter as I am waiting for the results so that I can apply for a job.

        I appeared for ielts examon 12 Aug 2021 in chandigarh center. Till now no result is shared despite of many callls and mails to customer service number. No one is helping

          I have given IELTS four times, evey time score was not satisfactory . My latest exam result was very shocking as I have scored 8 in writing but I am sure my speaking was not marked appropriately. Even after EOR there was no change in my result, I was sure that my speaking was not of 6 band that day. IDP do this on purpose. I am not working or earning this much money but every time I have been putting so much money on exam. Clearly, on my latest exam I have wasted near 30000 rupees. From booking to postponed to EoR ...but still getting same response. Why IDP plays with the future and money. I am indebt of large amount of money due to this exam.

          It's really disappointment for me, every time I give exam with believe that this would be my last exam . I do alot of hard work everytime. Now my confidence is completely broken, and seeing no other option to get out of this

            I had taken IELTS general examination through IDP (which now enjoys monopoly) on 25th July. The centre claims to be providing headphones with noise cancellation feature, however on the day of exam the headphones were regular one with no noise cancellation feature. This resulted in me missing questions in the beginning while the invigilator was talking. Had it been that the device was with claimed feature, I would not have suffered the loss of missing two questions right in the beginning. No proper response received from the IDP yet. Attaching copy of an ongoing email trail.

            I have not received any response yet from the IDP IELTS centre.

              Trying to get in touch with customer care on a urgent query but since 2 days its either busy or keeps on hold with music on.
              Mail response is yet to be recvd as ticket number generated and mentioned it would delay if follow up done prior a response.

                In spite of securing an overall band score of 8 in the IDP IELTS exam with a perfect score of 9 in reading, I feel that I have been deliberately failed by the IELTS IDP education examiners by giving 6.5 in writing as even after submitting for revaluation there has been no change in my results. I honestly believe and am confident that my writing at least deserved a band 7 score as I occasionally write articles in English in leading newspapers of India .This marking by IELTS IDP education is a very cruel way of playing with the emotions of innocent candidates and destroying their dreams for higher education along with looting their hard earned money! Lost 27 k rupees because of this revaluation attempt.
                Deeply hurt, shattered and heartbroken by this conduct of IELTS IDP education with absolutely no transparency whatsoever!!

                Exact same this has happened with me. I took the exam on 28th august, 2021 and to my amazement i was marked 6.5 in writing even though i got 8 in other sections. Browsing extensively through other test taker's remarks, I am very skeptical about applying for EOR and wasting money over a "scam".
                I am absolutely sure that my content in writing section of the exam is as per the expected structure of IELTS. Is there any way to get this resolved, even through courts ? My research on this has led me to believe that the same situation is faced by majority of test takers.

                  I made payment for transferring my test date and money also got deducted from my account but afterwards my exam date still hasn’t changed, it is still same . I even dropped a mail on idp ielts’s mail but there response was satisfactory . Ignoring my issue not talking about it, they asked me to pay the fees through NEFT. Please help me

                      I have given IELTS exam from Bhopal branch and the speaking marks provided to me is literally unacceptable. I have checked the rules and regulations and am sure the checking was pretty harsh. I know that re- checking would only provide a result with no change since IDP Bhopal has just become a money making hub. Its a request please don't play with people's life. I have been mentoring children to speak English for last eight years and I am readily ready to challenge the result in court too. This is totally brutal behaviour. Please check through to the matter and provide a suitavle reply.

                        Paid fees for ielts life skills exams dated on July 2021, but I have not given new date.

                        Even I have not contacted by IDP. This is not fair. I also contacted British council’ s authority about how IDP is unfair .

                          Hello
                          I have made double payment for booking a slot on[protected]. My slot has confirmed but my money got deducted twice. In first transaction, I entered my card details as I was not notified about money getting deducted or either my slot confirmation, it looked like I haven't completed the payment process so I had to make another through using UPI(paytm)
                          How can I get my refund?
                          Can I get my refund soon??

                            I am MA in English, with 7+ years of experience in teaching. I took the exam on 7th August 2021, scoring 8 in speaking, however, 5 in writing. It’s really hard for me to digest as to how a person who can speak so well can score 5. I vouch I cannot make a single grammatical mistake. I believe I attempted the exam in an extremely formal and refined manner. There’s no chance I could mess with punctuation, spelling and sentence formation. The result is heartbreaking and paying ₹14, 500 again gives me a heart attack.
                            I would love to know the grounds on which my exam has been evaluated. I request you to share with me the exam sheet for a better understanding.

                                Today i.e on 16/08/21 i booked test slot for September 4, 2021 for paper and pen based IELTS. My account has been debited amount of 14700. I paid fees via Google pay upi. Below are screenshots attached.

                                  I faced plethora of problem during my listining test well start from beginning
                                  Headphone is stopped working so I requested them to change it so after that they play a sample audio test and I'm ok with that But during the test when my test begin again I faced same problem I raised my hand but no body came after few time one person came to me and change my system but that time I missed three or four questions when I was on number 20 they stopped listining test because that time everybody faced that problem Then they restart the text but from question no 6.But during my whole test i was facing sound problem. Please look into this matter if idp charge 14700 for exam they should improve there facilities lot of students faced this problem.Exam is too costly my concern if it is happen again ???please do the needful

                                    My self divyang patel and my candidate number is 163332. I conducted a speaking test in video call on 15/08/2021 in Regenta hotal ahmedabad. I want to complain about quality of video call. It was very poor and also sound was breaking too much i also complained about this to examiner. Examiner’s voice was not coming properly sometimes it broke down and sometimes it become low so i want to tell u please improve thi quality because it can be a reason of lower grade for students

                                      I had cancelled my ielts exam on june 29th and applied for refund my passport no is T6886328 its been around 50 days i didn't yet received my money back. I had contacted them more than 10 times they said that my refund was on hold due to some technical issue and they said to give my bank details so that they can do neft transfer and i gave them my bank details and no money had been credited to my account till now and they are not responding to my mail. I need to get my refund back immediately

                                        Taking an IELTS exam has become a nightmare for me. First British Council cancelled my IELTS and blocked my money for 46 days. They asked me to book with IDP.

                                        I thought IDP would be better. On the contrary IDP deducted my money and then timed out and a good connection. They didn't send any notification about the booking. Called their rep in call centre, a lazy bum said, wait until evening then check. Suggested her to check on her system - she took my passport number and said no booking found, send an email. I asked her to log a complaint she hung up.

                                        Though British Council is a scam too but they never denied the refund with IDP you don't even know what's happening. I will be going to the local police station.

                                        The immigration plan is hanging in between thanks these unprofessional organisations. I curse them.
