Am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent installation of my washing machine purchased from IFB. Despite my expectations and the assurances provided by your sales representative, I was denied the provision of a washing machine stand during the installation process.

On IFB, I purchased a [WM BKG TLSRBR IFB 32950] washing machine from your store (Meenu Sales Agency, Near HPS School, Mandi Dabwali -125104 mob. [protected], [protected]) with the understanding that a washing machine stand would be provided as part of the installation package. During my interaction with the sales representative, it was clearly stated that the stand would be included to ensure the proper installation and functioning of the appliance. I relied on this information and subsequently made the purchase.

However, to my surprise, when the installation team arrived at my home on 06/19/2023, they informed me that they did not have the washing machine stand with them. I explained the prior arrangement made with the sales representative, but they insisted that no such provision had been made for a stand during installation. This contradictory and misleading information from your company has left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided.

The denial of the washing machine stand has put me in an inconvenient situation. As a result, I am unable to install the washing machine properly, and it is currently resting directly on the floor. This not only compromises the stability and safety of the appliance but also hinders its efficient functioning.

    Ticket no : [protected]. NO body visited or called till today 1 aug 2023.
    even after so many follow up.

    They are saying part is order will be received in next 2 day.

    Till now i am doing Manual wash .IFB has no respect and dont understand Customers pain.We bought IFB Micro wave and washing machine . Franckly speaking Microwave is a such a waste .Washing machine was some what better . But now since 27th july it not working. And they are list bother without attending they are saying parts not working we have order
    I am the only one following up .
    After this big no for IFB

      Dear Sir/Madam
      I had purchased IFB washing machine in 2012 with great expectations .I was of the opinion that services of IFB is the best. But its not the true, they are coming for general service (no cost) and they are saying suspension is gone need to replace which cost Rs 3800 and they are pushing to buy AMC I don't know then why they are giving 4 year warranty. I believed and replaced last year.

      Again this year 31 July 2023 kind of noise and I raised a request to check. The engineer came and again he saying to replace the suspension, even we are not loading the machine that much and they asking to buy AMC which will cover 1 year cost Rs4500. if this is the frequent issue then they have to build with heavy suspension. most of the companies i never heard this kind of issue .

      I told the engineer not to do anything he charged Rs 600 for visiting charge. am really worried why i bought this IFB, Just for name shake, they are not providing customer support.

      why should I bear charges. Kindly do the needful at the earliest .Raised complain a week back. No response till date .Waiting for positive response since one week

        I had to replace the drum suspension springs just after warranty expiry. And on the online it shows the price as ₹890 for all 4 springs. But IFB technician charged ₹3600 for 4 springs. First of all why on the earth are you charging ₹900 per spring? Is it made of gold or manufactured in Mars?

        Just because consumer bought machine worth 25k and they'll anyway buy is what you think.

        This is not a fair and ethical business strategy. If you want to make money don't do business just start doing gambling.

          The washing machine have following issues
          1. Tub of the machine is not revolving smoothly, it touches outer surface area while revolving.
          2 There is a sensation of electric current on touching outer surface of the machine.
          3 Switches are not working properly

            I did a complaint yesterday with IFB and following were details

            “ Sir/Madam, IFB tkt [protected] is resolved. Pls share your feedback. Click here tinyurl.com/hrzpuup5/?id=tzthmv”

            My machine was shifted to my new apartment and in my last apartment it was showing a Error message ‘Motor Err’ and stopping

            So after shifting I called up the service guy who on call without examination said that ‘Mother Board Problem is there, please do AMC of 2 years for 10, 000’

            When he came and examined was not able diagnose any thing but say motherboard problem please do AMC

              I had purchased a washing machine (TL#SGDG7.0 KG ) on 7th Feb 2021 vide invoice number ATC/20-21/14517.

              The washing machine have following issues:
              1. Water continuously flows from the pipe fixed beneath the machine
              2. Drum of the machine is not fixed properly, while spinning, it touches outer surface of the machine. It does not revolves smoothly.
              3. There is sensation of electric current on touching surface of the machine.
              4. Lid switches are not fixed properly

                My name is Arun.. purchased the washing machine on October 2022. Within in a week there was an issue with washing machine. Which was instantly reported to the IFB service engineer Shashi He visited the site and after checking he said it is drum issue and also this model is defect so needs to replaced. He said he will report the issue and get replacement done with 2 to 3 weeks.. even after continuous follow up there is no replacement yet. Later again I reported the issue on May 19 to another device engineer Manjunath. Even he promised of it getting the machine replaced but after continuous follow up there is no response from him also.. escalated the issue to manager Manu but no use just got an arrogance response from him stating it my ( customer fault ) to not follow up the issue properly.

                By overall experience I’m just devastated and frustrated with IFB product and Customer service.. never thought IFB brand will stoop this low. Just worst and horrible experience 😡

                  Dear Team,

                  This is in reference to the above mentioned AMC no that I have taken from IFB GLOBAL & Customer code.

                  In the month of March'2023 I raised the complaint for my dishwasher against the below mentioned ticket numbers but till date it has not been resolved rather it has been cancelled from back-end without visiting my place & without any attempt to resolve it.

                  They are solving my complaint without visiting my place every time saying that there is no issue.

                  Request you to please take the matter seriously and get it resolved on a top-most priority basis.

                    I had purchased Elena steam 6 kg washing machine on[protected] from Amrita & co pallavaram. In last 5 years I spent more for maintaining the machine from board to drum. That too from last 3 years. I have changed my drum 2 times, filter 2 times, and rubber 2 times which is too expensive.

                    Last time when I bought drum in 08/2021. Technician informed old drum become fully rust and spoiled. So need to replace. After replacing use ifb liquid so it will give long life benefits. Since from the day I am using ifb liquids but again 04/23 drum as small hole in it. Now also it become fully rust and spoiled and replaced.

                    Fyi. The rubber cost is rs.2120 and filter cost is 1850. I have been changed this for last 2 years. I almost spent 17k in the last three years for ifb machine . Above parts will not cover in amc also.
                    It is very very expensive to maintain ifb.

                    I would request IFB to offer parts which are not covered under warranty at lower cost to their customers otherwise it will dissuade customers from buying IFB products, since they have to spend approx Rs 6000 within 3 years of the product purchase. I would appreciate IFB to reimburse the charges paid.

                          I have been using ifb dish washer neptune sx1 model since 2 years, its still within warranty period.iam facing constant problem in operation of this dish washer, despite several complaints from my side to ifb service centre, they are not rectifying the problem & delaying the process, so that my warranty period would expire.

                            Displaying LU error message. Called customer care, where I was informed that the model I am complaining about is very old so it can't be repaired. I purchased my washing machine 8 and half years back. Since purchase never faced any issue but suddenly a week ago it's showing LU error message. Now the company's engineer informing me that the machine cannot be repaired because it's very old.. ridiculous.. is eight years or something a very long period?? My previous machine worked for about 15 years.. representative is suggesting me to buy new one in exchange of it.. what the hell is this??! Why should I spend more than twenty thousand rupees??

                              Sir we Purchased Washing Machine (top load - WTLIFB SDG 8KG) in[protected] from SARGAM ELECTRONICS Which is in Karnal (Haryana). The dryer of this machine is not working for a month now, for which we complained to IFB customer care (Complaint Number - [protected]). Once someone came from the IFB service centre to see the machine and said that 5000 estimates will come, and the machine will be fine. My mother said that you fix it.
                              My mother lives alone in India, whose age is 60 plus. I work outside India. Many times, my mother and I called the service centre to fix this machine. Every time they say that we will come tomorrow, and no one comes while we are also ready to pay.
                              IFB is a world-famous brand, and we had heard that IFB's service is very good, due to which we Purchased this machine.
                              I request you that you please fix this machine quickly because my mother is facing a lot of problems.

                                I have raised a complaint regarding my washing machine last week, Service Engineer visited and stated a problem with the Power Board and took an advance of 1500 along with Visiting Charge 650 . Still no Update when the spre will be replaced.
                                The Person is not responding, not even attending the call.
                                Please help out with this issue.

                                  We have been facing problems with our IFB microwave, which started in December. Upon looking up the internet for the customer service number, we came across the first search[protected] and made the call. The technician, after inspecting the microwave, he said that a certain part needs to be replaced which will cost us Rs. 3, 500. We agreed with it and he repaired it within a few days. When we asked for the receipt, he claimed that we will receive it by whatsapp in a few minutes, which, till today, hasn't been received by us on our registered mobile number.

                                  After almost 3 months, on 23 June 2023, the microwave started to show the same problems. We contacted on this number again and asked them to lodge our complaint. We reiterated that a similar complaint was made in January by us. To this, they completely dismissed and asserted that no such call or complaint was made by us. We have been calling for four days now and have been receiving harsh responses from their end. Quite disappointed and furious, we asked them to connect us with their senior executive. To this, they blatantly said - we can't connect anyone with our senior. Anyone can't show up their face and ask us to connect with them.
                                  One of our family members called them to confirm our previous complaint as well. The executive on call agreed we did file a complaint, while there are others who are claiming we didn't - a confusion amongst their associates in which we find ourselves trapped. We again called them to talk politely, but they have not only been shouting at us but also interrupting us from talking and cutting the call on our face. They have now blocked our number.
                                  The executives who were responsible for this misdemeanor were - Sadhna, Kanchan, Riya, and more whose names we couldn't get.

                                    (IFB Service Center - Anakapally, Vishakapatnam district, Andhra Pradesh)
                                    We have taken warranty for 1 year in MAY 2022 for our washing machine. After few months we had a issue in machine so we raised a complaint in IFB service center through mobile. technician came after multiple calls and saw the machine. Identified the issue and mentioned that parts of the machine needs to be replaced and told he will get the parts and come.

                                    After calling multiple time there is no response from the IFB service center.
                                    Whenever we call them they will say they will send the technician and even we raised a concern that our warranty will expire even then they dint responded. our warranty got expired in MAY 2023 but still our issue didn't get resolved. Machine is getting damaged because the issue is not getting resolved on time. We need immediate response on this issue. This issue we have raised 8 months before

                                    Service center is marking the complaints as resolved even without coming to see the machine .Attached the same for the reference I got message for raising the complaint at 7:49 PM and got message saying issue got resolved at 8:04 PM on same day.

                                      Sir i have purchased an IFB washing machine which is still under warranty. It got affected with a rat bite and we spend around 3000 to fix it. The technician who came home did not even respond to questions nor was reluctant to help us resolve the issue. now the next day it happened again. we cant spend daily 3000 for this. The IFB customer care is not responding properly also the higher authorities are keeping silence without even responding.. please assist

                                        I bought a IFB senorita 6.5 kg washing machine, this is my second machine in last 8 years with bad experience. I have spent almost 4000 rs for a machine under warranty, First there was a shock absorber issue which is rectified but the technician charged around 1000 rs stating the 4 plastic bush will not cover under warranty. 2 ) In a span of 1.5 months there was a smoke from the machine and the technician had found issue with drum and rubber sleeve, drum was covered under warranty but for the IFB rubber sleeve costed Rs. 2850 /- What is the transparency on the cost, what ever the technician ask we give. Not happy.
