    My well-wisher/friend, Mr Sonu sharma, lives in Buxar, near Patna, Bihar. On October 29, 2023, he purchased an IFB 9KG AI powered eco inverter washing machine from Flipkart with the order ID OD[protected] and the IMEI/Serial No: [protected] 03T9. We did not receive a proper demonstration of the washing machine, and it did not work the next day.

    We have made several complaints to the customer service team in the last 45 days since receiving the machine and ref ticket no( Your IFB Ticket no- [protected]) & Your Ticket [protected] . However, there has been no response to my complaint as of yet. ( all the above tickets are closed with attending the problem)

    This is the one of the poorest customer services given by IFB in ever. Because even after 45 days the above tickets are not attended.

    In fact, I have paid two EMIs without using the machine. And I'm losing the machine's warranty because I'm not using it.
    In this regard, I respectfully request that the washing machine problem be addressed as soon as possible.

        I don't trust IFB service because they come and start marketing some product saying it will resolve the issue. For same issue of washing machine vibration on agent mentioned you should load the machine fully (not overload) without space and recent service agent said you should not fully load. Recent issue of fabric conditioner not fully getting drained is still not resolved and the overall vibration still exist.
        I think the service agent had come 24th Nov. Escalated on 29th Nov on WhatsApp number provided WA273052. Have not received any call till now from IFB.

          I purchased new front door 6 KG washing machine on 2014 from Salem IFB point.
          We spent Rs 4355 as service charges to Ms. Sairam Engineering Salem on 19/08/2022, the same day he took AMC for two years, the cost is around Rs 5546/-.
          Again, the machine has problems on 07/03/2023, the same day we spent Rs 7901/-
          Again, the machine has problem on 22/04/2023, the same day we spent Rs 380/-
          Again, the machine has problem on 19/09/2023, the same day we spent Rs 2120/-
          Totally we have spent Rs.25, 848 (including AMC charges). Almost the cost of a new machine. But again, the machine is not working properly for the last two days.
          Now AMC vendor ordered spares without intimating us. He always sends persons who are not much knowledgeable. These people contact others and asks them how to solve the problem.
          The vendor Sairam Engineer says to call the service engineer if we call them. The service engineer says to call the company.
          Problem is not solved yet.
          I think IFB concentrates only on selling their products and doesn't care about servicing.
          I need IFB to answer the answer I spent on this machine this year (Around 25000 and yet to spend).
          I have attached some images of our machine. Some kind of gum like substance is leaking from our machine. This is the sample of IFB servicing.

            I have ordered the AUTODISH - DISHWASHING DETERGENT from the official website https://www.ifbappliances.com vide ordre no. [protected] on 09/11/2023 the product was expected to get delivered by 14/01/2023 but the product didn't reached. So i called so many times to ifb customer care every time i call they will say that our marketing team is handle all this query we can't help in this but we will arrange you callback, but that marketing team never called back. As many times i call they took me each and every details and say the same dialouge that marketing team will call back. i even mailed to them regarding my product to get deliverd but in mail but did not get any response . The full paymet of the order has been done and it has been now more than 3 weeks and the order has still not been delivered. I would like to either get the product delivered or get the full refund at the earliest.

              I have registered a complaint about one week ago and it haven't even resolved yet. And also i have received a message to my registered mobile number that the problem has been resolved.

              The truth is my problem is not yet resolved. And the IFB customer services and your representatives are mocking me by sending message by saying that the program has been resolved.

              I need a quick response for this and should resolve my complaint, or else i have to move legally upon this issue.

                I have requested for IFB stabilizer repair and they took IFB stabilizer on 27th July.

                No response from store manager, unresponsive Customer support and issue is still not resolved.

                Please take this as an high priority and help us in resolving the issue.

                  I have online purchase of product with delivery date as 1st nov 2023, their is no update till now and when contacted customer care as per them pune team is not responding their call and billing yet not done by them

                    On Last Thursday 19 Raise Call Ticke [protected] For My Washing Machine Door Lock Was Break Which Is Under Warranty On Same Day Technician Visited And Confirm That Part Need To Be Indent However No Proper Service From The Company Received On 25Th Technician Come With Aprt Which Is Not Related To That Machine Again And Confirm Me That It Is Not Related To Your Machin We Will Check And Bring Today However Today He Repair The Door And Confirm On Phone To Me That Issue Get Resolve However My Father Confirm The Issue Not Yet Resolve So I Call The Technician He Confirm That Sensor Is Not Working Which Is Not Told To Me And Call Closed Today At 14.45 Which Is Wrong Now Technician Again Confirm Me That He Will Visit Tomorrow To Replace The Sensor Such A Pathetic Service No Proper Response

                    i have paid amount for washing AMC on April 2023, after a laps of 8months no body come and service the washing machine even so many times called to service point also not received any good response. They are simply informing to me as "you can made a complaint to customer care" we are not responsible and they confirming to say that you can contact directly service engineer. How can i know who are all service engineer appointed. This is the way service provider to the IFB customer.

                      I have raised a service request for some particle struck in the tub of my fully automatic washing machine on14/10/23 with ticket number of [protected]. Even after repeatedly registering request by me and by the dealer, the service personnel didint provide the service or even didn't inform that when they will come. As the product is under warranty I can't do a service by other person.. kindly solve this issue as I'm frustrated with the irresponsible behaviour of the service team of IFB.

                        We raised complaint for AC display error, technician visited on Dt.13.09.2023 and told outdoor unit complaint and it is in warranty condition, then he raised ticket number [protected] and ordered for new outdoor unit..
                        On Dt.16.09.2023 from service center once call came and told your AC outdoor and Indoor unit both are compliant. for outdoor it is under warranty and for Indoor unit you have to pay amount they told, but i argued with them when visiting technician he told only outdoor unit complaint and it is in warranty. Then they take conference call and confirmed it is outdoor unit only complaint and it is in under warranty.
                        On Dt.03.10.2023 again I called and enquire for outdoor unit part, they told came part yesterday only, we will send technician by tomorrow, but not send.
                        On Dt.06.10.2023 again called and asked for technician not came till now, they told technician gone to other site/visit, if possible will send by today, but not came nobody.
                        On Dt.10.10.2023 again called and asked, they told will talk to their boss and arrange technician
                        On Dt.11.10.2023 again called and talk to their boss, he talking very rudly, part came will send, if you pay amount for part will send technician immediately, otherwise it will late. If you can raise complaint again, you can do again, our technician visit and raise complaint again and send for part complaint. I argued with them already part came, why you are not send, he told part not came, you can talk with anybody, you can give complaint anybody like he talking. I have a proof of Voice records also for the above all matters.
                        Please look into this matter and close our complaint as early as possible.

                            IFB Industries — Warranty issue

                            I bought IFB machine in Jan 2022. Company provided 4 years Moter warranty and 10 years of spare parts warranty. Also there are some free services provided by company which I have never experienced.
                            I launched a complain to IFB customer care and complain no is [protected].

                            First of all, technician visited after escalation.
                            First impression from technician is that my machine is not in warranty. I tried to convince him that i'll show bill when he will reach.

                            When he reached and checked the machine ... I showed him the bill.
                            Further he checked and found a small hair clip and one spoon (use and through) in exit water pipe.

                            Based on that technician rejected the warranty of the product and demanded money for the Moter.

                            Although company fitted one filter b/w exit water pipe and Moter (Image attached below of white filter).
                            Technician rejected the whole warranty by saying that its a physical damage.
                            1. That hair clip and the spoon are not parts of machine.
                            2. The view which technician can check is uploaded below. I don't see any damage in that view for motor.
                            3. Motor is fitted inside the machine, no one can see what is happening inside.
                            4. If filter is there to protect motor from such object and its not protecting ... then its a fault of the design, not customer.

                            When complain escalated to area manager, Delar, technician, customer care... everyone has different views.
                            Everyone is trying to explain the situation from their own view ... but no one is answering that for hidden motor, which we can't see from nude eyes. What is the definition of physical damage.
                            If motor is not working ... no physical damage... what else can happen with motor which company is covering in warranty.

                            I am looking forward for the resolution at the earliest.

I lodged a complaint about ifb microwave on 12/09/2023. The microwave is under warranty. After filing a complaint about the microwave, the technician came twice but they were not professional, the technician did not fix the microwave, now ifb service center close my complaint without fixing my microwave.The reason they closed the complaint was that the customer did not have a copy of the bill, while the technician had clicked the photo of the bill both times, I am also attaching the copy of the bill, now today I have filed a new complaint. whose number is [protected]. I request you to resolve my complaint as soon as possible otherwise I will go to consumer court. ifb company service is very bad experience, ifb company technician not professional, they are untrade,

                                I have registered complaint for washing machine not working on September 23, 2023. No one responded till yesterday . Yesterday I received a call from a lady +91 [protected]. I told her about issue. I was surprised that she was asking for service of machine. She has no idea of compliant. After learning the issue, she confirmed that technician will visit at 1130 am todat on Sept 27, 2023 but no one has called or any plan to visit.

                                THE SERVICES OR RESPOND TO COMPLIANT FROM IFB IS TERRIBLY BAD .

                                THEY WILL CALL EVERY 3/4 MONTHS FOR SERVICE AND THEN TECHNICIAN WILL CALL BUT WILL NEVER VISIT . THIS IS HAPPENING FROM BEGINING

                                THEY TAKE CUSTOMER AS GRANTED.

                                I WILL EXPECT PEOPLE TO BE CAREFUL OF THEIR ASSURANCES ETC, ALL FAKE

                                  There is an electric shock in the washing machine body and multiple tickets to resolve the issue. However, the service center is canceling the ticket without resolving it. Escalated this issue multiple times, but no resolution yet.

                                    My dishwasher is having problem of electric shock. I have raised complaint 2 times and it was marked closed without technician visit. Then customer care escalated twice. Still no one contacted.
                                    First complaint was raised on 28th aug 2023 with ticked id [protected].
                                    IFB complaint escalation process is fake, no priority or follow up by any IFB executive for escalated matters. IFB just do the routine service jobs only, if any service person defaults then IFB becomes clue less what to do. They do nothing then.
                                    It has been almost 1 month but no one contacted.

                                      Washing machine toppled over during operation even it was placed on IFB provided stand. I was shocked to experience this even after getting assured that it won't fall of the stand as it is made by IFB.

                                      I thought it may be a reason regarding load and else. But, it happened twice in a 2 month period. Need assistance regarding this.
