I have contacted the ifb brand to renew my amc contract. But they are not taking any interest nor responding to my calls in renewing the contract. They are fooling me since last 15 days on the grounds of audit and are not interested in renewing the contract. Company's call centre people are least bother to resolve customer grievances. O bought your dishwasher last year since then it shows a f5 error sign after calling the service centre the technician visited my place but he can't solve the problem.
But now the situation of the machine is worst it never completes it's washing cycle.
Now after calling your service centre they said they can't solve the problem some senior technician can solve that problem but no-one comes.

Hi,

I have been using ifb senortia vx washing machine for about 4 months and since the starting i am getting this ah1 error repeatedly. To complete 1 wash there are about 3-4 times ah1 error leading to a prolonged washing. Everytime i have come and restart leading to pathetic experience and it takes 3 hrs to complete 1 wash. Request you look into this as this has become predominat in every wash....

Complaint was referred to chalakudy service centre. Since then i am calling service centre daily to get my washing machine serviced.
After repeated calls to service centre, technician attended machine after 3 weeks.

I ordered a ifb microwave in july 2015 from paytm... My microwave is in under warranty for cavity only... Buy they refused to give warranty cause they say you have lost your bill please contact paytm, thats not all they changed my model no.in their accounts and when the last man visited for part replacement he also manually wrote a serial no.
