Ikya Human Capital Solutions — not updating date of leaving

Dear Sir
I have visited Ikiya Kolkata four months before. I have provided every detail of my previous company related details. after few days they asked for same details. I again provided them all details, They are still asking same thing and and they are giving a date to contact them after few days, when I again contact them and asked about my PF status they are giving every time a date. Its already passed four months and still my detail are not updated in UAN portal, So I can not apply for full withdraw amount,
I need of money Now very urgently.

Please resolve my problem asap. I humble request you.
