My international courier Tracking number ET[protected]IN with India post is stuck in Canada Toronto
custom hold and extra information showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s"

The tracking shows awaiting presentation to border agency/s. Its been almost 13 days since the document reached Canda, upon checking with customer service they cannot help us or update us in this regard.

Please resolve our query why it is held at border, it is just a document for WES Canada.

      Consignment: EJ[protected]IN- It is more than 40 days and item is showing still in Kolkata. The recipient will not be there after few days. Can you please check and return the item back to Deoghar and return the money..You can discuss at 91-[protected]

      complaint number [protected] is already registered..no update..after few check..attached... I checked with UPDC..they are saying..its pending with IndiaPost..we paid around 15k and this is the poor service...

            I m Unable to receive OTP for job application online for Indian post office GDS post. tried plenty of times, even restarted my mobile and check with others who can able to send and receiving messages there is no issue from network but INDIA POST SERVER not responding. Today is last date to apply. i was so much struggled to get required documents from government provided OBC kind of... now The server not responding proper to complete my procedure. i m literally getting mad. i dont know what to do. if there is any support from INDIA Post customer support anything available please help to complete it..

                            Hello, I’ve sent a notebook to Cambodia with registered mail from Turkey on 3/12/2020. The package arrived to Delhi on 26/12/2020, sent to customs on 29/12/2020. And that is it. It's has been 2 months with no movement.

                              The Canada toronto office has not bothered to call / inform me regarding the same, with the reason as to why it stuck even when there are only documents and what are the next steps they are taking.

                              The tracking shows awaiting presentation to border agency/s. Its been almost 3 days since the packet reached Canada via India post it is a most important Wes document. Totally disappointed with their services! Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest!

                                My parcel was dispatched from the source on 15th Feb 2021 and it was suppose to reach to the destination by 22nd Feb 2021 as stated by the postman but I haven't received my parcel yet. And also the parcel reached the KOL AP TMO on 21st Feb 2021 and dispatched on the same day but till now i.e. 25th Feb 2021 I haven't received any updates after the dispatch from KOL AP TMO.

                                    The item I ordered has been dispatched from MA HAZARIBAGH ROAD RMS TMO 13 days ago but no updates after that

                                    Address: Post- bahera‚ PS- Piparwar‚District - Chatra‚ Pincode- 825321

                                    Sir i had ordered an item which was booked on 09/02/2021 at ranchi gpo and had to be delivered at tanda SO chatra. The consignment has last update of 11 feb in which it's showing that the item has been dispatched from MA HAZARIBAGH ROAD RMS TMO to about 04:29 but no updates after that today is 24th and it has been 13 days I had contacted my local post office regarding the item but they haven't received it yet....
