I would like to bring to your notice that the speed post article I booked from Mlkaganj so 110007, Delhi on the 3rd of august to be delivered to Guwahati, Assam has not been delivered till now. The tracking details are also not updated and I couldn't see where my parcel has reached. I have lodged several complaints including the complaint box of the India post website and sent several emails to the concerned department and head office. Until now I haven't been intimated with any of the processes. I would like to know where my parcel is and when it is going to be delivered. If I found the parcel, damaged or any of its items missing the India post should be held responsible for it and should do the needful.
Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    I had purchased 7 nos. Nsc (National savings certificate) —
    - sl. No. 80 ee 984092, 80 ee 984093 & 80 ee 984094, dated 20.11.2006 of rs. 10000/- each
    - sl. No. 62 cc 517888, 62 cc 517889 & 62 cc 517890, dated 20.11.2006 of rs. 1000/- each
    - sl. No. 50 dd 202652, dated 20.11.2006 of rs. 5000/-

    Which have matured on 20.11.2012 but i forgot to collect. I have already lodged a written complaint at india post - dahisar office on 10.06.2019. Even after multiple personal follow ups i have received no reply.

    I request you to kindly escalate my complaint and issue a cheque/ dd with complete maturity amount.

      Ordered a used typewriter from netherland through post nl for my personal use.

      When i track it says its currently in chennai foreign post office and hold by customs with remarks "retained by border agency/security" on aug 20th.

      Please kindly let me know if there is anything i need to do to get this cleared.

                I had asked for a book to "weblibox" and paid the price on line. I came to know that the material was posted sometimes in the 2nd week of august vide tracking no - cj[protected]in from dhanbad and it has gone to ranchi and again back to dhanbad. It has not come to my address mentioned below — house no b/5, rupayan co operative housing society, satyapirtala, po - chinsurah, dist — hooghly, w. B pin -712101 please take necessary action.

                  I had ordered a Huawei Mobile Router online at cafago.com on 10/07/2020. My order number was FAN20G10N2044-DW8XZY.
                  It was dispatched from Netherlands on 19/07/2020.
                  it reached India on 02/08/2020, and I received my last update from India post on 17/08/2020.
                  Since then, I have got no info on where my parcel is, and the India Post helplines are not working. Kindly resolve my issue ASAP

                    My parcel reach Rajarhat Kolkata on 13/08/2020 and it was supposed to be delivered to Shapoorji, It's been 2 weeks and it has been shifted to KOL AP NSH and for the last 3 days it's been bagged in this NSH.                       Sir i am ashok nath from hanumangarh rajasthan.
                      sir i have passed my driving test and issued driving licsense on 24 july 2020. but today is 26 August but i have not received my driving licsense at my home. There is the gap of 1-1 month.and if i track online status of driving licsense at speed post it shows that consigment details not found.
                      sir please solve my problem.

                      Sir i have passed the driving test on july 24 2020 nd issued licsense on 24 july 2020 from the rto hanumangarh.
                      But the smart card is not delivered at my home so please sir do some help.

                          My package from the uk to pune has been stuck with mumbai customs since 31st july. After the 31st no tracking has been updated. I have not been contacted to pay any duties or anything else. I have tried contacting the customs office multiple times but no one has responded to my email and no one is picking up the phone at the office.

                            My item was received on 5/8/2020 at air lgbi ap tmo assam
                            After that it was updated till 6/8/2020 at air lgbi ap tmo where it was shown as dispatched but till now its been 20 days no update is there in the india post portal.. It is a debit card which is important for me.

                            Please resolve this issue as soon as possible..

                                I got a call from a girl stating, call from government supported organisation, and as part of government banning chinese mobile, supporting indian brands and we are giving away at half price.

                                Because it was a good initiative and for a purpose and send through post office, never thought to be a scam though I have heard such scams. Instead of a phone the product received is a cheap chinese product, the belt and a hair dryer we can get it for 200-300 rupees on the road side.

                                I do not worry about the money lost but they should not cheat any person who cannot afford such a lose especially during the covid-19.

                                Postal department should not be encouraging such parcels without opening and verifying it. There is no invoice pasted on the parcel and how can this consignment shipped according to interstate GST law we have.

                                What if it was an explosive, still it can be shipped? Or what if it was a narcotic product someone smuggled in the same way. Being central government department, it was such irresponsible method followed.

                                      I tried to buy stamps from epost office from their online portal (www.epostoffice.gov.in).
                                      I paid 2290/- and the amount got debited from my account but the transaction status is shown as incomplete.

                                      Amount: 2290
                                      Status: incomplete

                                      The payment gateway was payu.

                                      Kindly let me know if the transaction has been successful and if not please initiate my refund.

                                        Had sent an international parcel on August 6, 2020, from Bengaluru (from Whitefield S.O. post office) to Toronto.

                                        I have been tracking the status of my parcel lately (tracking number: EK[protected]IN), but it hasn't been updated since August 10. The last status showed as "Custom Return". I raised a complaint(Complaint No:[protected]) & also personally checked with the local post office (Whitefield S.O) for the same. Neither has helped & I am stuck. Am unable to track my parcel nor know where it is.

                                        Can you please look into it and provide an update on my parcel & let me know if any formality is pending from my end. With every passing day, time is becoming crucial as it needs to be delivered before September 6, 2020. Hope you understand.
                                        No information on the parcel for 3 weeks.
