My college, IIMC has sent the extremely important study material from Kolkata to Aligarh, U.P on 28th july. The package was stuck at KOL AP NSH for past 1 month till 29th August. Now, they have again stuck it at KOL AP TMO. The package is extremely important as it is linked to my examinations.

I have dispatched a parcel with Taiwanese traditional dress to my designer friend in Coimbatore for her study as a gift. However, the parcel is stuck since the end of August and “retained by border agency/security for u” is shown in remark. My friend tried to call there, but didn’t receive the answer. I am an account holder in Kelambakkam Sub post office, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu Dist.
There is no space to stand in queue and there is a huge hole on the floor where clients are standing ( Mostly elderly people ). several person got hurt due to this. No action even send complaint through twitter to Post Master General also

I would like to bring to your notice that the speed post article I booked from Mlkaganj so 110007, Delhi on the 3rd of august to be delivered to Guwahati, Assam has not been delivered till now. The tracking details are also not updated and I couldn't see where my parcel has reached. I have lodged several complaints including the complaint box of the India post website and sent several emails to the concerned department and head office. Until now I haven't been intimated with any of the processes. I would like to know where my parcel is and when it is going to be delivered. If I found the parcel, damaged or any of its items missing the India post should be held responsible for it and should do the needful.
Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Which have matured on 20.11.2012 but i forgot to collect. I have already lodged a written complaint at india post - dahisar office on 10.06.2019. Even after multiple personal follow ups i have received no reply.

I request you to kindly escalate my complaint and issue a cheque/ dd with complete maturity amount.
