Being extremely disappointed by India Post, and having no further options, I come to the aid of Consumer Complaints.
Recently I bought some small 1:64 Scale Diecast toy cars from a website called SlamBaby.com
They shipped the items via Parcel Post service of India Post.
The tracking number is : CP[protected]IN
The item was booked on 5 February, 2019. It's been 10 days till now (15 Feb), and there's no single tracking update after "Item Booked". Can you believe that ?
I know Parcel Post is slow, but why so much of extreme delay ? It has just not moved after it was booked.
WHERE IS MY ITEM ?? WHEN WILL I GET THEM ??
Generally my experience with India Post has been good since last few years. Faced some issues 2 or 3 times, but all of them got solved eventually.
This time I'm seriously disappointed. I want India Post to work it seriously and bring me back my item.

Complaint marked as Resolved India Post investigated and found the item. Then, they delivered it soon.
