A international mail needs to be delivered to me. Since 12/02/19 its showing custom receive and no other information i tried to call the customer care but no one is answering. Please help and rectify problem.
Its 18/02/19 and still there is no change its very disappointing to see this type of behaviour. At least the customer care should be provided but no one is picking the call.

Hi dis is yuvaraj, i have applied for sbi global debit card i got the message the card end with xxxx dispatched on 8th feb, by tracking consignment it is showing that the post has been returned to syscom
Please resend my debit card as soon as possible for the same address post man not came to my office address in tracking it was showing that the addresse moved this is not fair for indian post resend through private couriers don't send through public sector they won't work effectively waiting for my debit card please revert back to the same address

Being extremely disappointed by India Post, and having no further options, I come to the aid of Consumer Complaints.

Recently I bought some small 1:64 Scale Diecast toy cars from a website called SlamBaby.com

They shipped the items via Parcel Post service of India Post.

The item was booked on 5 February, 2019. It's been 10 days till now (15 Feb), and there's no single tracking update after "Item Booked". Can you believe that ?

I know Parcel Post is slow, but why so much of extreme delay ? It has just not moved after it was booked.

WHERE IS MY ITEM ?? WHEN WILL I GET THEM ??

Generally my experience with India Post has been good since last few years. Faced some issues 2 or 3 times, but all of them got solved eventually.

This time I'm seriously disappointed. I want India Post to work it seriously and bring me back my item.

My post did not received from 12.02.19 ...on 12 the Feb post delivered will shown on India post portal .I'll track my post status will shown as delivered ...But yet not received by me I'm waiting for my post ... My home is in baramulla, J & K .
Please take a necessary action to get my post and delivered to me. The post will be delivered to kunzer . The post could not received by me.

It is with reference to my request in respect of non delivery of speed conssigment booked on 18th january 2019 speed post no. Ja[protected]in for umangar s. O. Post office pincode-842004. The speed post has not been delivered yet to me after 25days. Last update showed online that speed post dispatch to rms muzaffarpur on 22nd january 2019 and after that no update is available.
May i request the concerned department to look into the matter and kindly deliver my speed post conssigment as soon as possible.

My purchase (Car dash cam) reached bangalore gpo on jan08 but no information was passed to me why it is blocked. The customer care no [protected] is not working, it says connection was disconnected due to payment dues. I went in person to the bangalore gpo on feb12th and got know that my product was devalued and because of that reason it was blocked. I showed him the invoice it was 4070 including shipping charge. He asked me to pay 1800 + as custum duty and i asked why so huge. Then he asked my profession and i said it employee. He became little aggressive and said "you s/w prof not paying any tax and buying from other countries..." i said i'm paying tax.. He replied you are paying to central government not to karnataka.. After this he said i'm joking and you have pay to 1800+ as tax and you will receive it within a 2 days. Today feb14th i received the package paying rs 2056. I don;t know why i have to pay 50% tax for an import. I'm really pissed off. The product cost is 49.99 dollar only.

This is abhinav garg r/o a91 defence colony bhopura ghaziabad 201005. We have bhopura sub post office in our colony. Still the postman from sahibabad post office does not deliver our postal letters including speed post items also. This behaviour is continuing for past 4-5 years.in the latest instance en[protected]in dispatched from vijayawada on 5th feb has not reached me till date on 13th february. Thoish the item reached ghaziabdad nsh in 8th feb itself.
Please take apt action.

My package with tracking number ry[[protected]]sg is stuck at dimc new delhi 110002 since -8/feb/2019, they never attempted to deliver the package nor called me.

The package was imported via banggood singapur so i am pretty sure my contact number and address is mentioned in the package.

My atm card has not delivered to me it come to me by speed post in speed post portal it seems to that it is delivered but not me so i requested to please give me my parcel back to me that is very important parcel so please do something and give to me back that is important because in that parcel my debit card on there and i can't withdraw my money because of them

I am rekha devi wife of Sri uttam kumar I have applied ATM Card to the sbi bank. And my ATM Card send through SBI to Mihijam post office. Event is not deliver in my name of addresses and nothing wait any owner of letter (ATM) then an their return back to send address when I talk and ask Mihijam post office Mr. Bishanu Mistry and other post Master they are doing misbehaviour with me. Sir please take action about my insalt.
