On 28 jan it booked on bhubaneswar with tracking number - eo[protected]in from there it received on 30 jan in palam tmo but from 30th jan there is no update of my parcel. Why it take longer days to deliver the parcel. As it almost more than a week still it stuck there.
Please kindly help to get the parcel as soon as possible as i need the parcel urgent

I have send a speed post from gandhinagar to guwahati and the consignment number for the post is eg[protected]in, it's really emergency the speed post was about to deliver at 3 of february but speed post not devliverd yet and the last day for my submission of documents is on 6th of february, kindly do me favor and send the post as soon as possible..

My voter id dispatched on 26/12/2018 and its shown on indiapost site that it delivered on 01/01/2019. But postman not delivered till date that is 05/02/2019. Aur post office jake pata chala ki postman apne ghr pe rakha hua hai. Ved prakash nam hai post man ka. Delhi gpo se appointed hai.
Tracking id hai ed[protected]in.
Inke khilaaf sakht se sakht kadwai joni chahie. Ye apne paas rakhkete hai saman phr public ko pareshan karte hai aur jb dene aate hai to pese maangte hai
Aur ek sawal post office se ye speed post ka kya mtlb hai?

When i go for enrollment of aadhar card to sub post office nerpinglai 444707.
From six month some technical problems they refuse to enroll aadhar card in their office.
My village population is about more than 25 thousand.in our village only one permanent aadhar registration center is in sub post office nerpinglai 444707
If the post officers refuse to enroll aadhar card the people have to go tahatil or district level office so i kindly request you to start aadhar registration in nerpinglai sub post office 444707

The above mentioned speed post is showing "item received at palam village s. O". Why is it not delivered till date? It is a very important package relating to a court / legal case.

It was addressed to m/s greenbay infrastructure limited, rz-d-5, mahavir enclave, new delhi - 110045.

Pl have the item delivered immediately and confirm.

I have posted my parcel on 25th jan from majuli to chawkhat 785101. The track has been seen at chawkhat since 4 days. But still didnot arrived to receiver home. It's so urgent for me. I expect to be paid the full compensation available on the iteam as soon as posible. I am extreamly disappointed in chawkhat 785101 post office. Punished this post office

Just before i was trying to track my parcel vide awb cc[protected]sg as below todays tracking status. When i called to india post customer care phone[protected], she replied that your parcel is under delhi custom, i asked to provide the reason why hold this parcel by delhi custom department. She replied no idea and you have to contact custom department when i asked to provide custom department phone no or contact information she said i am transferring the line to my senior manager he will reply your all queries but no one picked up the phone after transferring the line and i was holding the phone line approx half an hour the same has repeated two times. When i tried to filled online complain, i found some error msg pls see below screen shot.
I searched again and found another phone number toll free call centre[protected]For international mails), i tried many times to call this no but no one is picking the phone.

The above no is also found and called but the same thing no one is picking the phone.

Dear all,

Let me share you our experience of visiting india post-fatasil ambari, fayal ahmed rd, ambari road, fatasil ambari, guwahati, assam 781025, india for the purpose of opening a post office savings account.

The day we first visited the place we asked the officer in charge to provide us forms for the purpose of opening post office savings account which which replied to us that they have no forms are available to them for now. They are waiting forms to come to them from other places. They asked us to come week later. Then we asked them whether forms downloaded from india post website will be ok for account opening to which they replied as to be ok. We returned back to home, downloaded the forms from official website and filled the same as instructed.

Next day we visited the place with our duly filled forms and all the identity and address proof documents. Upon giving the forms to them to our surprise they told us that now passbook in not available with them so account can not be opened by them. They asked us to come next month.

What the hell is going on? We returned home losing our time and efforts.

If they do not have passbook printed nor do they have forms for savings account opening what they are all doing there. All forms can easily be downloaded over internet, these people do not have such awareness, knowledge or any form of basic understanding of the work they are supposed to do. What kind of training and guidelines are provide to them? Even a child can download a form from internet. On what basis they are selected for these govt jobs? Or no basis is required for selection in govt jobs? If the passbooks are not available with them can't them order them before they are exhausted. They should always maintain a buffer for everything so that normal function of the post office does not gets hampered. What the post office head master is doing? Can't they look after what is required in the post office?

We have found them to be typical government employees with similar level of laziness and negligence towards work. Their behaviors are most of the time very rude.

Their phones never work and they won’t do a dime out of their required duties. I think the problem is that these all designations and salaries they get are not performance oriented instead they are based on years of service. The more number of years they have worked, the higher in rank they could get and so on.. Hence when there is no reward based on customer satisfaction or performance of an employee, no one cares about behaving well with fellow users of these government services. And the problem is, they know that they won't get punished. Even if someone manages to lodge a complain, the authority (God knows who is that!) will never tell them to behave properly.

Most of the time shipments reaches the post office but they are kept for many days and delivered after 10-20 days. No shipment reaches within 1/2 days because the postman was too lazy to deliver the parcel and kept it in the post office itself for a few days! These people are so lazy that you can never expect delivery within 1/2 days. Many times people order medicines which are not available nearby markets. When will these guys be little serious about things? Or are they trying to make sure that nobody wastes money on india post and start posting on dtdc etc?

No matter whether you are sending item through speed post or the registered parcel, postman will never call you before the delivery attempt. If you are not at home then you will miss it. The second attempt is sometimes delayed by 3–4 days. Its not the ideal situation.

Seriously, india post have a terrible service.

I am extremely doubtful about the success of indian post payment bank.

The work culture of an organization can’t be changed easily.

It is almost impossible to change the characteristic of a government organization in india because their pay, perks and job is secured.

Today these govt dept. Have become sick and a black hole to shrunk taxpayer’s money.

Post office employees can’t change its behavior because their job is secured.

I would like to see india post succeeding in future.

However, it would not be less than a miracle if that happens.

So with this mail we want to request government of india and all the concerned officials to take appropriate measures to resolving all the above mentioned issues with india post.

Eh[protected]in no consignment is retested at rohtak so to deliver for pilani pin code on 21/01/2018 after even one week it is not delivered and online tracking shows location at jaipur from previous 12 days i have registered a complaint online no [protected] but there is no progress at all please solve my issue otherwise i have to move toward cunsumer court

please note that some spooky/spam calls are coming stating that they are from CONSUMER FORUM and willing to refund your money as the issue has been resolved or the order has been cancelled. Thay will ask your UPI id and send you some notification. Please do not entertain these kind of calls and never clcik on any notificaion. Your hard earned money will be transferred to them instantly. Even if you do not have any UPI id they will ask you to go to google PLAY STORE and install 'Any Desk Remote'. If you do that, they will get access to your mobile/pc/laptop. Please do not install that.
Always remember so many spammers are there to loot your money. Please educate others too.
NOTE: I got the phone frpm a Mobile number :9546***159. If you get any call from this number stating that he is from CONSUMER FORUM to resolve your case, report to police immediately.

I posted a parcel on 23rdjan 2019 to jaipur from india post office, sadarjung enclave, delhi. I have been tracking it, but its showing bag dispatched to nsh jaipur from 24th january. Its been a very long time now. I was told it will be delivered in next 3 days but more than 10days now. My consignment number is ed[protected]in.
Kindly request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately.

Sir, my father had sent me a very valuable item through speed post from katni, mp. Dated 28/01/18 post number ei[protected]in.
When i received the post today, on 02/02/19, i found the packing distorted and then the item sent was missing in the post.
Its is really shameful that such act has been committed in the reputed national department.
Please take immediate action as soon as possible and enquire about the matter.

I had ordered a product from overseas and it is meant to be connected through indian postal service. And i aint got words to say, when i track the progress, quite shocked, right to the core in fact. Cant believe the fact that it is been going round and round and it has been nearly 2 months since then. Sir in early days all letter came to my address, now a very important letter which send by speed post by eden realty solaris returned to them due to wrong pincode 712708 which stated by esplanade post office, which statement is incorrect. Please do necessary steps.
My address which mentioned " soumya bhandari c/o late ajit kumar bhandari village and post garalgacha, district hooghly, garalgacha radhaballav pad, police station chanditala, near surobala vidyamondir, pin 712708.

Sir previous days and now also all letter which i collect in same address by speed post and what happened now for that pin code is not found i don't understand the issue.
I do given complain to postal department docket nos. Vide [protected] and [protected] and today replied by them the pin code of garalgacha had been changed from 712708 to 712311, but sir i want to inform you that 712311 is the pin code of dankuni post office, i also inform you yesterday already a letter delivered to my pin code 712708 via speed post from lic city branch
So i request you to please take necessary steps and expect a feedback from you

Parcel from ali express Singapore has been arrived to India Post, Mumbai long back. But whenever I track the same it's showing ''Held by customs for unspecified reason'' since 28th January 2019. Not yet get any call / intimation from either India Post or Customs. But got a Spam call from an unknown person(I have his number) asking for money to release the parcel. He even shared his bank account details with me to send the money. More scary is he has the parcel with him. He sent the picture of the parcel to me on whatsapp.
Please have a look and release and deliver the same asap.

I have posted a parcel from baramulla general post office for canada with reference re[protected]in on address of wes canda on 18-jan-2019 which is stuck in delhi international mail centre since 24-jan-2019. And till now no status is updated on website. As i am tracking on daily basis on india post website but status is not getting change.

Its about the status of india post. Everyone believe india post is very safe. However not received rk[protected]in my registered post and status shown as delivered.

I have courier my things from west patel nagar, new delhi via speed post & its been a more than 14 days but my things are not yet delivered, which suppose to be delivered within 7 days & my given address is in the capital, some strict action must take against the workers of post office, for not doing there work properly, because its not been once its been thrice.

My fathers account is in shimla panchyat bhawan post office. My father is senior citizen and he visited their four times for pass book entry. But whenever he ask for the entry the gents person always refuses by saying this that printer is out of service and his behaviour is very rude. Today i went their and ask for entry but he gave me the same ans come after 1 hour printer is out of service this is ridiculous. I just want to make a complaint against him that if he don't want work then he don't have right to sit on that post.in india we have millon of educated people those need job.
