My consignment item number ef[protected]in, ef[protected]in, ef[protected]in has courier from patna on 21-jan-19 and after receving at palam delhi has stucked at nsh gurgoan when dispatched from palam tmo delhi on 22 jan-19 from 9 days their is no status updated so please confirm current status of my mail. And whether it has been delivered or not. So please look into matter.

Its been 17 days i am waiting for my important document sent from u. S., usps tracking says that it has departed delhi and delhi post office says that it hasn’t arrived yet. My package was sent through usps priority mail international on 14th of january and on 19th of january, the status says that your package is in transit and departed delhi for ahmedabad which is the final destination. I have called delhi foreign post office several times but no help. I had to reschedule my flight one time and i don’t wish to reschedule again. Any help would be appreciated. My consignment number is RG[protected]CN. From 12th December 2018 the consignment status is showing as item received in local post office. I went there too many times and they said that the parcel is not with them. It is beyond 1 and half months now I am still contacting the post office but they give the same reason that the parcel is not with them however the tracker shows that the parcel is received in the local post office since 12th of December 2018. They have asked me to raise a complaint which I did but still there is no reply for that complaint as well and I found that India post have closed my complaint without my acknowledgement and providing resolution for non delivery of my parcel.It is very disappointing that Indian post are acting irresponsible about their job and responsibility.

I would deeply appreciate if you could help me in this.

I have not received my speed post yet. On 22nd of jan 2019, the sender communicated that they have sent me a speed post. Today the date is 29th of jan 2019. The post office is merely 3 km from our home. When tried contacting the saravanampatti post office number, the person behaved so rude and told me that the post man has the post but updated as houselocked, which is a false information. Also when i told them i have not received any call from post man (If in case they were unable to find the address, i thought they would call the number mentioned), the person from saravanampatti post office responded in rude manner, that they wont call at all. When i asked for the post man number, so that i can direct him to home, i was informed that he does not have a professional number and they cannot share the personal number. Also i was informed that to come to post office and collect the post at morning 8.
My concerns:
1) house locked is the false information
2) why dont they call to the specified number, so that communication is easier
3) the answers were not polite, they were rude in all possible ways.
4) sharing post man number makes the work simple, why cant they share it when asked
Above all the person hung up the call while talking which is too harsh and rude.
The post office is saravanampatti, and it is near sivanandha mills.

I posted a speed post courier on 24th jan 2019. But it is not reached yet, and my post is not track too. I need it very urgent, so plz kindly resolve my problem,, it already has been 5 days,, plz do as soon as possible, it's very urgent, 2nd time i am getting this type of bad problem. Resolve this please. My tracking number is eo[protected]in.. This conduct very important things. And it must to be arriving on a 31st january.. I asked from the counter but she told me that there is no tracking details available. So lastly i complain

Did not receive my debit card it shows that the product is sent back. They didn't even try a attempt to deliver the product. I need my debit card as soon as possible. They said they will deliver it in a week and it's almost a month.

This is hemjyoti m here. I had sent a parcel on 16th jan 2019 from imphal h. O.- 795001. I have been tracing the parcel on the indiapost website. On 23rd jan 2019, the parcel is said to have been out for delivery from ie partapur s. O., but it has not reached the addressee till now.

I have also asked my friend to enquire at ie partapur s. O. Unfortunately, the parcel is also not in the post office.

I have file a complaint from the website too, but it's all in vain.

Therefore, i request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

There is no update in usps tracking, can you please check whether it’s stuck in custom, if then help me getting these products.

It has been a long overdue of 1 month now. I wanted the package to be delivered on my anniversary date of feb 9. I will appreciate if you look into it at its earliest.

It has been seen that tinsukia hpo 786125 is least bothered about running the nsc scheme. Most of the time passbooks are not available and customers are not provided any kind of certificate or receipts after deposits are made.

Even the passbooks issued earlier were of worst kind of print quality, hardly legible.

We had planned to deposit about 1.00 lakh for each of our 10 family members but regret to inform that due to non availability of passbooks since last 3-4 months we have decided to invest elsewhere.

I sent a parcel by speed post from new delhi on 18.01.2019 to guwahati assam. Its been 10 days and parcel is not delivered yet. Tracking id - ed[protected]in. Noone at the post office picked up the call in last 10 days. I was told that speed post takes 4-5 days but i didn't expect this issue. Tracking shows the item is out for delivery on 23.01.2019 and still not delivered. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

I have contacted ems international speed post mumbai also and have been informed that my article has stuck at toronto airport since many days. Can you please look forward to it? It is a very important document to be delivered for me. Kindly do the needful.

It had not moved forward. Expected delivery date has also got finished. I want to know when i will receive my post.

I am Akhilesh kumar residing at SOHNA, Gurgaon, Haryana 122103.
My original vehicle registration certificate has been has been sent in month of July 2018 but still today I have not got the same, I have approached many times to local post office and post man as well as RTO office-Sohna but no one giving me solution, RTO Official blaming on Indian postal official and Indian postal official on RTO official. The above mentioned consignment always showing 'consignment not found'. I have also contacted vehicle dealer but he is not helping me.
Kindly look into the matter and tell me what to do where to make complaint against these irresponsible official.

Unfortunately, We have used postal department's service called SPEEDPOST but never thought that this will prove that there is no meaning of the name of the service itself.
This above said article was booked on 11Jan 2019, and never reached even after 13 days on, there is no news where the article is located.
I have tried in Vadapalani PO and then Chennai National Sorting Hub and then in Kolkata National Sorting Hub and then in Manipur PO and then in Kolkata RMS and then could not found.
Online complain was raised on 17th Jan 2019 No.[protected]. I have spent almost around 5 days in postal department but couldn't trace the bag no. EBT[protected].
Due to this we have already lost around 1lac rupees. The trip was planned and couldn't make it.
Let me know what will be the process to get the packet and the amount that we lost so far. with all tensions and pressure.

I have sent speed Post on 17th Dec 2018. Item didn't reached to receiver nor sent back to sender. Consignment number is ED[protected]IN. I have raised a complaint on Indian post website but no response received. Complaint number is [protected]. Please try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.Atleast send the item to sender address.

Respected sir i am pankaja kumar das send medicine to my father's resedential address by speed post from kadugodi s. O, as my mother is a psychiatric patient, so medicine is only avalable in bangalore, its very urgent. Please kindly help me on this.

Dear sir,
The registered parcel of my credential evaluation report which needed to reach canada has been delayed for more than 70 days. The document was sent on 2nd of november 2018 by mahatma gandhi university, kottayam, kerala, india that was not been able to track since november 7th. It was on the same date that the last tracking status showed as item inserted in to bag from chennai air. The tracking id is rl[protected]in. As i am unable to contact with canadian postal department, it finds very difficult to get the updation of it. Kindly requesting you to get information about the current status of my parcel.

Tracking no: aq[protected]in showing me out for delivery on the date 17 jan 2019 but still not received item till date[protected].

Also, all postal posted from anywhere are not deliver the item till contact to the postman.

Postman is a very irresponsible person.
