Till now from 26th oct my speed post documents no ed[protected] dated 26.10.16 sent through karkardooma, delhi post office for raghuvar singh, k-67/7b, vanarasi nati imli pin-221001 is not deliver, also not trassable .
Behavier and attitute of our local post office staff - chander nagar, sahibabad, dist ghaziabad up is very wrong and nigetalable. Language of both staff is very poor and wrong.

Dear concern person,
I have open saving a/c in indian post office in lucknow in indra nagar branch office & provided my kyc at deorai dist. O[censored]ttar pradesh.
But entry in system district is lucknow whereas on pass book is deoria district-274001

Same address reflct on hard copy on pass book as per kyc whereas in post office system district name mistach, on showing lucknow district, therefore facing problem.

I have sent an envelop by speed post on 26 oct 2016, to gurgaon.

It is still pending and not been delivered even after 8 days.

What is the use of speed post, it guarantees the delivery of courier within 72 hours.

Please, take some serious action as soon as possible.

Sir i have sent an item on 19.10.2016 and booked from distt alwar rajasthan, rr[protected]in and its very importants documents. but its now tracking and shown last six days in jaipur to raipur same location. i enqury nearby post office but there is no help from nearst post office. to asi/commn mahipal shq ssb shq bhilai distt durg. vg. fm asi commn sani distt alwar rj.

I have booked a percel to an address in Delhi on 29 October 2016. The parcel had returned in my home address instead of delivering it to Delhi on 1st November 2016.
I tracked the percel and it says that from Katwa head office it was delivered to NSW Burdwan. From there they send the parcel in my home address instead of delivering address.
So it is clear that the employee in NSW Burdwan is careless, he didn't check the proper address from booking details. I have been charged rupees 320 for this. What to do?

Item was sent to me through India Post Tracking #: RN[protected]IN on 1st October 2016. It was not received till to date. Tracking details also not displaying in website. Please inform the latest position.

I could see below status for the passport delivery (pp[protected]in and pp[protected]in) in the speed post tracker.

We were there at home on 27th and 28th and waited for the courier but we did not get it, not atleast a call got received. it would be better the speed post guy call us to that we can explain the address to delivery.

We are out of station and came to our native home, we will be returning by 02 nov. can some body call us and reach to correct address for delivery.

On enquiry about the renewal fate of my expired senior citizen saving scheme (no. 33850350}, the khurut road post office (under howrah post office – pin 711101) officer-in-charge told me that my account was blocked because i mentioned high-denominated renewal amount than what was original amount. he also told unless the issue was vetted and cleared by your chennai centre, my scss account will remain non-operative, and no renewal will be acted upon.
While tendering sincere apology for the slip-up, i seek your opinion why an octogenarian (83 years) old man would be thus put to this type of agony? my humble request you to take some steps so that my scss account is renewed and reactivated. regards.

I am staying in mumbai, andheri east. Am facing a serious issue from our area's post office that's andheri east near station road. The postman always comes when am not at home and then drops in intimation letter. Then he calls me and says that i should collect the parcel. I told him that we are at home. If he can deliver as i will not be able to come to their office. On this every time they deny to resend the postman. Legally it's a postman duty to make sure that we consumers receive it and for that he need to revisit the place. But many of my parcels had gone back to the place where it came from. Instead of telling my problem of me not be able to visit post office. I found the staff and the officials too creating all fuss for we consumers.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that employees of post office at kazhakuttom, trivandrum are not trained in their day to day duties so lot of delay in post office work. Renewal of mis and term deposits takes almost a month to happen so now we are reluctant to do any deposits with the post office. Request to recruit efficient employees. Hoping to get a solution for this...
