I'm fed of complaining again and again.

I have already complained about problem officially as well as on consumer complaints.

Still no action is taken its been over 20 days.

I had sent documents through speed post on 26-oct-2016 by india post.

I live in nagpur and the destination was gurgaon, but the parcel is stuck after reaching gurgaon from many days as per online tracking.

It has been 20 days the parcel is yet to be delivered.

I m fed up of these government services.

No use of speed post.

Please, do something.

Dear sir/madam,

Below is the details of my consignment that i have sent on 21'st oct 2016 which was supposed to be delivered to the consignor within a week.
It has already been delayed by 20 days and i have not got any intimation or confirmation regarding the product has been delivered to wrong person.

Also there is no way to track where the product is as the person who has taken the parcel is not approachable and there is no way to contact him. Also the indian post international is not cooperating on this issue.

There was lot of expectation from government postal service that at least they will deliver the product to the right person at right time, otherwise we could have chosen some private courier services.
If any issues would be there in delivery they would intimate us and will cooperate with us.

Please help asap.

i have booked my parcel as registered post parcel of gift items-pre school books, kids shoes, pencil, school pouches, kids wears to my grand children by air - at hpo - nagercoil-629001, tamil nadu, with tracking no [ ct[protected]in ] to international destination, redmond-98052, washington, usa on 15 th october 2016 .At 12.31 pm, but only on 19 th oct 2016 it was updated. On tracking status, the booking time was wrongly mentioned as 7.01 am of 15 oct 2016 instead of 12.31 pm of 15 oct 2016 . . The status was updated till 19 th oct 2016, - insert into bag [otb] at chennai foreign po -next office isc-new york ny-usps.
But, after 19 th oct 2016 no status is updated till date .And the parcel is also not yet delivered even after 31 days passed by .
But on enquiry at the fpo -chennai, vide complaint no- [protected] dated 26 oct 2016, the item was dispatched to usa with - mail no 519 dated 19 th oct 2016.
I have neither found any status update till date, nor the consignment is delivered yet. By the india post gov.In, please accept my complaint and take necessary action against india post - in this regard.
Pl, help me either to locate my parcel or to deliver it at the destination soon,

A parcel was booked on kumarhatti on 1st november 2016 with the tracking no: EE[protected]IN . It reached MA HOWRAH RMS on 5th november but there is no further till date. I filed a complain [protected] on 9th november. but there in nothing done to it. I want my parcel to reach the designated place as fast as possible as it is very urgent. please take actions as fast as possible

My registered courier CD[protected]lN z not getting yet..10th november onwards no status..its bagged to shornur from delhi on 10th november..after that no status..what z the reason for the delay?when will u get my courier?can u tell me correct status and expected delivery date..from 8th november it was dispatched..its a bundle of 6 bedsheets..plz solve my problem...plz

Subject: Regarding Complaint against postman

Respected Sir,

i am an architect my COA letter dispatched from Indian Habitat center in 02/11/2016 via speed post and i notify to tha postman of our area on 08/11/2016 but he told there is no letter regarding this and today when i call him he told me that your letter send to the back forward. I would like to draw your kind attention on the fact that the postman of our area is very irregular in his duties. He does not deliver the letters regularly and properly. He throws the letters carelessly. Sometimes he misbehaves the people.

People face many difficulties because of his misbehavior. A student missed to go in his interview because he got his interview call after the date of the interview.

Hence I request you to take necessary actions against the postman so that people may get proper and good services.

My name is Dr Deepak Gupta and my address is A57 Pearl Grands, flat no 301, , Shanti Path, Tilak Nagar, Jaipur. Our postman (name not known) doesn't delivers the speed posts at door neither hands over to guard. Earlier he called up once to collect parcel citing the reason that parcel is big. Recently when ATM card cane thru speed post he said to our guard that collect it from post office n ran away. Is it the service you provide to customers and then u compare with private courier services. Please point out the man and take action.

As per Govt India and Post office department it was announced that all post office will be change of Old Rs. 500 and 1000 But Post office PIN No. 734424 located in Bengdubi (Bagdogra) West Bengal was not followed the instruction. Today was 11 Nov 2016 no single Rs of 500 and 1000 will be changed by this post office. Request take against the above post office. Is this post office not located at India or staff was not interest to follow Govt Of India including Post Office Office Order.

My consignment no: ET[protected]IN has not been delivered to me. It has been dispatched 17 days before but has not been delivered yet. I have visited bandra post office on 28/10/16 but I was told that the consignment has not yet reached and will be delivered to my home address as received. But now after online tracking the courier it is showing that it has been resent to Chennai. Please help me

Today, i went to my nearest post-office -841442 for exchanging the old currency as per government instruction. But they denied and said that they are not exchanging the currency. I also wanted to withdraw my fixed deposit amount, they replied that they are not doing such type of work. I asked to show me, any notification regarding these thing. They uttered "go to the main office".
I have very urgent work and i need money, but i'm feeling helpless because of these thing.

I have given my Driving test for Two Wheeler at WADALA RTO on 17th June 2016 & passed the test. And it was informed by RTO Agent that License will come directly through postal service within 30 days. It has been 3 months now but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license.
now the RTO says the speed post no was given by department of post. so its now their responsibility. iam in a fix, dont know what to do.

Have ordered folding wardrobe plastic almirah from e bay and the seller send it on time by paying tariff of 361 rs and still not received it after 7 days and even indian post don't bothers to upload details of tracking where is it, it is transported frm shimla to pathankot on 7 th and not still reached pathankot shame on u indian post, can't imagine ever u are so lethargic n providing such ghatia services shame on u cheaters u loosers
