Hello sir/madam,
I have order something online, and the consignment is coming/arriving from chander nagar s. O on 05/07/2016 through india speed post (Tracking no. Eu[protected]in). This consignment has to be deliver at 457-b, dda flats, gazipur, delhi - 110096.
But it doesn't deliver. And when i track this consignment at indiapost it shows delivery attempted: missent at shahdara s. O (110032) on 06/07/2016 and then it shows item delivered at shahdara s. O (110032) on 08/07/2016.
How can this is possible as destination pincode is 110096 and it shows item delivered at shahdara s. O (110032) on 08/07/2016.
When i contact shahdara s. O (110032) post master, he said the consignment has deliver at shahdara. How can this is possible as the consignment has to deliver at pincode 110096. When i say this to post office he said very rudely that the consignment has deliver and this is not our responsibility where your consignment is gone and you can complain it to anyone/anywhere.

So please return/deliver my consignment # eu[protected]in as early as possible.

In deola pravara local town, our finanace co - operative society work as a popular co - operative society. Daily contact with your post office department for communication with customer. Daily notices to defaulter as simple notice, ragister notice, reminder to member. But your official post master do not co-operate with us. Daily ragister are not accepted by him. If he take ragister envelop and amount of ragistration at morning, then send return to our co-operative finance society at evening. After enquiry he told in misword language and said to complaint to anywhere.
At regional office shrirampur we complaint about it but no any response about it. Due to this our communication of ragisterd notice is closed with customer. He also can not give us revenue stamp tickets for daily use and ragister post receipt.

I am mr. Rahul sharma contact no [protected]. Residing in kamothe navi mumbai. I have ordered a product from singapore. The product arrived in new panvel navimumbai post office on 11th of july 2016.
I visited post office on 16th of july for collection of my product. Staff of post office new panvel was telling me that, the product has gone miss from the post office. They are telling that they can not do any thing. They are telling that they received the product but after receiving they have no idea where is the product right now.
This type of thing is happining in post office. We will be scare on the time of doing post of anything. I have ordered this product 1 month ago and now the staff of post office has misplaced it. And they are telling that they can't do anythig.
Kindly help me out.

An article was sent by me on 18th of April 2016 but it has not been delivered till date my DOC no. is EI[protected]IN after 2 months after i received a notification from receiver I found that the parcel has not been delivered so I wish to get the article back as soon as possible so that I can resend it again.

I have booked item on 04/05/2016 (Tracking No- ED[protected]IN) for Egypt and it has not yet been delivered.
Requesting if it is not delivered then kindly send us back to our below address as provided at the time of Booking and will pay the charges-

I have posted a transfer certificate of my daughter from hyderabad (langar house) to bathinda on 4th july 2016. which is required urgently for her admission. so i choose speedpost to deliver the document.

But its now 12th of july, due to carelessness of indiapost employees my daughters certificate is not delivered yet. no one pickup any customer care numbers. please improve these services so that customers can rely on indiapost.

Please look into the matter immediately.

I have sent a speed post on 05.07.2016 from new delhi to mumbai and it was supposed to reach within 1-2 days. however it hasn't reached yet. on confirming from the post office they claim to have no idea about the same. those were really important document. i filed a complaint on indian post site but didn't get any reply.

I have sent a speed post on 6 july 2016 to new delhi. it has to be delivered on on 8 july 2016. for my sack i tried to track my post and found that it is delivered on 8 july and i asked the person whom i have sent post said to me that he has not received the post. if the person didn't got the parcel how it is possible speed post updated that parcel is delivered. i just want to know how can they updated delivered status without delivering it. my speed post tracking no is ei[protected]in.

I was sent a parcel no.CA[protected]PK dated 8-5-2016 from Karachi Pakistan to my mother, sister and my brother in the name of Mr Arshi Bhagalpur, Behar, India but non delivered to him till date.

We are resident of dhinday kalan, post office-rattan, teh - r. s pura, dist - jammu. with reference to the above written subject. we here by seeking your kind attention to a serious matter that our post master master, presently deputed at post office rattian teh - r. s pura jammu jammu and kashmir 181101. is not not delivering our letter to us. he just gives letter to any person from our street and told him to deliver it. so many students who have applied for different exams for their job. he don't deliver letter to us. so many students haven't received call letter from becoz of him. it's very urgent and important issue for all o[censored]s. we hav told him to give us letter personally. but he always refused to do so and threatens us that in future i will give ur letter to u. it's a matter of serious issue because our carrier is in the darkness becoz of such a lazy and irresponsible person. we once again request to yourself to plz solve the matter as early as possible. we shall be very thankful to u thanking you

I have booked a money order vide no.[protected] on 14/05/2016. Till date the money order is not delivered.

In this regard i have lodged a complaint vide no. [protected] on 01/06/2016 and also approached faridabad sector 7 post office and submitted a written complaint to the pm.

Till date nobody is responding in this regard.

I would request you to take necessary action and hope i will get a positive reply in this regard.

Dear Sir/Madam.

This is regarding the complaint go the delivery staff.
My address is 442/71 D General Gunj Thakur Gunj. Harodi Road Lucknow UP 226003.

The delivery staff came to deliver my passport and was asking for bribe. How come he is asking money for delivering such an important document? If paid can he deliver the same to anyone?? This raise some serious questions on the staff with the post office.

I was not home and my mother who had the legal document to receive(my authorization) the passport on my behalf tried to convince the post man for delivery but he refused to make the delivery.


I am forced to write this mail and would wait for your response on this matter. Kindly take some urgent steps for rectifying the same and take necessary action against the post man.
This needs to be closes as soon as possible as my passport is with LUCKNOW CHOWK POST OFFICE.

If not attended will escalate this to the higher authorities but action needs to be taken against such employees.

My name is Abhilash n i sm living in trivandrum.kulathoor is my post office n postman named vinesh worked there was returned my atm card from sbt bank first time.then we requested the post office n postman to deliver it..but he didnt deliver it and returned it then i complaint to the suprendent of post n then he came n returned it n he misbehave to me using rush words..can you avoid these type of employees...plz

I am from faridabad and i have placed the order through Aliexpress.com on 13 june 2016 .
The order reached my domestic location i.e. Nhpc colony faridabad on 1 July 2016 and on that day only, delievery was shown unsuccessful with reason insufficeint address and the product was returned back on the same day.
I tried tinternational customer care of india post they said to call the domestic office as they can only do something and they cant and whenever i tried to call the regional office the do not pickup the call .

There is a letter a sent from Pune to DTO Assam. The DTO Assam is saying that they did not received the Letter. I need the tracking details of this Regd letter (RM[protected]IN) also who actually collected the letter.

My Driving License had to be delivered by Speed-post to my address. I was tracking my parcel since last one week by personally visiting Dahod Post Office. Even my husband went personally to pickup the parcel but did not gave him. The Postman Mr Labana did not deliver the parcel to my daughter despite coming to my house. The next working day I went to Dahod Post office, on asking he said the address was incomplete so he sent back the parcel to RTO office. I tried to contact the Head Post Master but to my surprise his behavior was so unprofessional and inhuman. Instead of listening to me he took his employee's side and asked me to leave. They made me run from post to pillar to lodge complaint for my grievance. When I confronted the Head Postmaster, he run out of his office in the lobby. All the post office employees rushed to me as if I have committed a great crime and said that I should not make noise because they are getting disturbed. In between all this conversation the Postman Mr Labana was standing like an idol in the corner and lied to me that I told him to return the parcel. None of the Post office employee listened to me and rudely asked me to give a written complaint and leave.
Our Prime Minister Shree Narendra Modi is working so hard for the development and prosperity of our country.
Sorry to say but Government Employees like them will never make PM's dream come true. They are just interested in their own Prosperity and well being.
