I had posted a registered letter (rp51208224in) from post office sector 61, mohali on 19th july. but my letter never delivered and while tracking it not showing delivery. i registered a complain on their website (ref no [protected]) on 29th july. but till date no action. i tried to call their toll free number and always saying line is congested. that was very important letter.

I have following tracking numbers which are bound to my address

But they are not delivered, status shows delivery at dk mohan garden s. O on diifferent dates.. Instead of repeated request and visit at respective post office no one is giving information regarding the same plzzz look into the matter urgenly

2) aq[protected]in was delivered at mohan garden s. O on 11/07/16
3) aq[protected]in was delivered at mohan garden s. O on 19/07/16

My parcel with tracking cl[protected]de was sent via dhl international paket from germany on the 29th of june, 2016. it reached india on 18th of july and then cleared customs on the 23rd of july, 2016.
I have tried to contact kolkata foreign parcel and they replied that they did not receive it and it has been dispatched instead back to mumbai. i then tried contacting mumbai foreign post on 28th and they say they have not received it either. i do not understand this at all. this is atrocious service. shame on you, india post.
I have waited for this parcel for almost 1 month and am beginning to get worried. please send me info whether it has been dispatched from kolkata to guwahati.

I sent a speed post no. Ej[protected]n bokaro to shilong on dated 24.05.2016 and i received message on dated 31.05.2016 that article ej[protected]n booked on date 24.05.2016 was delivered on 31.05.2016 but today 28.06.2016 my speed post not reached/returned a destination. Why indian postal cheat me? It is very urgent matter because it is a fraud &cheating case against indian postal. I have suffer menatlly tention because this is valuable article for me...

This is for item with tracking number rd[protected]se. it arrived in india cleared customs as per tracking at chennai on 9th july. but then it was wrongly dispatched to vizag instead of bangalore!. last update was on 16th july with
16/07/2016 11:35:46 vishakhapatnam rms (crc) bag despatched to anna road sorting c (crc). after that no update. tried calling customer care numbers. no one picks up the phone.

I have not received my speed post eb[protected]in. I tracked it and it shows since 2 days that it has been dispatched for nagpur (Where i live). It is very very urgent for me to get it now as i am shifting to another city in a few days. I need the atm card urgently as it would be difficult for me to apply and wait for it again
Please do something to help me.

One of my family member has sent a parcel from germany to india by dhl and dhl handed over to indian post july-2016.

The current status showing is delhi international mail centre date of 17th july-2016.

And after that i couldn't get any information from the indian post.

Many times i made the called to the costumer care but they are not telling any update about my parcel.

I contacted the Bhorakalan S.O post office which I couriered the parcel to provide the delivery of proof they are not responding
Help me to solve the issue

Item numer ea[protected]in booked on 15/07/2016 and showing status deliver to post office bastoi on 21/07/2016 but postmaster still not delivered the item to my mentioned address. Please take action against post master asap to deliver the item to me.

Tracking id eq[protected]in is not yet delivered to the given adress. Its more than 20 days and tracking status shows the product has been delivered to temi tarku bo on 12/7/2016 and yet not been delivered to the adress. My product has been lost or misplaced. Iwant a strict action against singtam so and temi tarku bo. And want my order to reach the given adress as soon as possible

I ordered/imported one iphone 5s from one well reputed seller. Today i received parcel today but that parcel was very light weight, and the packaging was not as it usually packed. It was just an empty box.
After open the box, i found nothing inside the box. Box was opened and someone who shipped the item stole the iphone, and then packed it again. While checking the box, it looks the box was opened and then packed with tap again.
If some from indian post start stealing the item, then i don't know whom to trust.
Its really pathetic. I was waiting for almost 3weeks for the product. I do not see any system in indian post, who can track the complaints and take action against those insiders thief's.

I did parcle through india post on 27 april. 2016 from azad chowk post office junagdh gujarat india. After a month when i come to know that my parcel is not delivered yet. I started contacting azad chowk post office but all staff is full of illiteracy. No one knows about how to track even one lady said the person who does that is cannot track at this time. Said busy talking with people. They can not provide such details over phone said you have to be here physically with receipt then what is the point of contact no. Then i contacted mumbai foreign post office they attended me very well and gave me all the information about my parcle. They said register a complaint on our web portal and i did. On web base complaint only me and mumbai foreign post were psoting no post from azad chowk post office. My pacle no. Is cg[protected]in

Recently when i tried to talk with mr. Bipin rathor at azad chowk post office junagadh. He said clearly dont have time for your isuues.

I hope india post will take against him and will teach how to attend clients.

I have a pli policy no.JH-AEA-16092-UC issued date 30.03.2007 and i regulary pay my all premium but till date i have not received bond paper of pli policy no JH-AEA-16092-UC

Hy this is anand dixit and i suppose to get my credit card pin through speed post which has been send by icici bank from mumbai. And its already too late. And today i check my wbn ea[protected]in it say that parcel has been unclaimed. Which is not true nobody inform me even no one call me. This totally annoying. I am really dissappointed. Sir my self & my mother since last one year running post office regularly. lastly i have online complain, on dated 8 april 1st complain till date eight no. online complain i have lodged serial no. my online complain no. Hello sir/madam,
I have order something online, and the consignment is coming/arriving from chander nagar s. O on 05/07/2016 through india speed post (Tracking no. Eu[protected]in). This consignment has to be deliver at 457-b, dda flats, gazipur, delhi - 110096.
But it doesn't deliver. And when i track this consignment at indiapost it shows delivery attempted: missent at shahdara s. O (110032) on 06/07/2016 and then it shows item delivered at shahdara s. O (110032) on 08/07/2016.
How can this is possible as destination pincode is 110096 and it shows item delivered at shahdara s. O (110032) on 08/07/2016.
When i contact shahdara s. O (110032) post master, he said the consignment has deliver at shahdara. How can this is possible as the consignment has to deliver at pincode 110096. When i say this to post office he said very rudely that the consignment has deliver and this is not our responsibility where your consignment is gone and you can complain it to anyone/anywhere.

So please return/deliver my consignment # eu[protected]in as early as possible.

In deola pravara local town, our finanace co - operative society work as a popular co - operative society. Daily contact with your post office department for communication with customer. Daily notices to defaulter as simple notice, ragister notice, reminder to member. But your official post master do not co-operate with us. Daily ragister are not accepted by him. If he take ragister envelop and amount of ragistration at morning, then send return to our co-operative finance society at evening. After enquiry he told in misword language and said to complaint to anywhere.
At regional office shrirampur we complaint about it but no any response about it. Due to this our communication of ragisterd notice is closed with customer. He also can not give us revenue stamp tickets for daily use and ragister post receipt.
