My friend sent me a invitation letter and more documents on 27th of july from germany so that i can apply for short term visa for germany. It reached india before a week as shown on the indian post website. I waited for days to receive documents. As no one came to deliver it, yesterday i went to delhi international mail centre and i asked everyone there about it. They told me this package is now at krishna nagar post office. Yesterday i talked to postman of krishna nagar mr. Amarnath and gave him package tracking no i. E. Rr[protected]de to know if this package is there or not. Today i called him again he told me its now in tilak nagar post office. Delivery address for this package is ganesh nagar near akshardham. Therefore, i dont know why indian post is playing with this package within delhi rather than delivering it to me. Im not anymore sure where to go and find my package. Please help me to have my package. I need it urgently to apply for visa.

This complaint is against India Post. I have registered one article on 30th of july to new delhi with article number EG[protected]IN. Which was stucked since 3rd july and i have registered complaint regarding this on the same date with complaint no [protected]. After daily inquiry, today they called me and said the parcel is lost by us, and apply for compensation. Now as per their rules as a compensation cosumer get double of their courier charges.
The courier was contained 1100rs of shoes, and its courier charges was 103. Now they only pay me 206 as a compensation. How could a middle class student can bear this loss. I request you to please help for this to get me my all compensation or the original parcel which i have sent.. This is not acceptable to get only 1/4th of the amount as a compensation :(

I am a retired banker, who has settled for the last one year in the address given below:
Vpxvi/482-a, sripritam, pallimukku, peyad, thiruvananthapuram-695573.
However, ordinary posts addressed to me is never ever delivered to my house. My friends and relatives have advised me that they had sent marriage invitation, letters and other items by post, but seldom received by me.

Regd parcel rl[protected] sent on 16 07 2016 thro infopark kakkanad kochi kerala post office for usa. We contacted the post office official. No satisfactory reply. Lodged complaint no [protected] on 02 08 2016. No satisfactory reply received till date. Parcel is not delivered till date. Usa postal information site not showing receipt of parcel. Kindly let us know the status as on date. Whether it is lying with your department or dispatched to usa

Hi i have been to one of the post office in panchawala jaipur 302034.
i had a urgent post from my bank which was reached to the post office on 8th aug @ 14:13 hrs.
on 9th aug 10:15 hrs i reached to clain my post, but they they said postman abhi aaya nahi h jab aaye tab aana. i requestd to lady postmaster for my post but she said apke area ka postman jab ayga tabhi dak milegi. then i waited and went . The lady sitting on cash counter name ARCHANA AGARWAL was saying ja complaint ker de. what is this ?
After some time i went to post office and meet the postman of my area mr govind. he denied to give me my post said ki me khud deliver karunga. i showed him my id & requested him to give my post. still he was denied, then i ask him to write this on paper & Sign, then he gave me my post. then again mrs archana agarwal said " jane kaha kaha se aa jate h ganwar". is this the way you people treat your customer. my name is manoj sharma. & make the post recipet b the name of manoj rahman.

I resided in vandanmedu, idukki district, kerala. The post man handling post and courier never visit our premises to handover the post.If its a courier or registered post the customer need to go post office and get the parcel.Before i complaint this to the regional post office, after that that problem solved.But the newly joined postmaster and post man are not customer friendly and even not know basics of customer care. Please advice them to correct themselves and do their duty.

My KVP maturity date is 19.7.2016 in the name of p satyavati in dayalbagh post office, dayalbagh, agra. I submitted my KVP on 19.7.2016 but still i am linguring around post office but not getting my payment. i have taken loan on my kvp which repaid and cleared from bank. I urgently require payment of my kvp and i am a seniour citizen. please help...

I have sent documents from chandigarh university to edmonton, canada on 27-jun-2016 but these are not delivered at destination till date. The docket no. is RP[protected]IN. When i track this number it shows detail till delhi only. Till 28-jun-2016 it shows location . There is no status after that.kindly provide current location of parcel.

My passport posted by speed post item no pp[protected]in showing delivered online on 3 aug 2016 but i am still waiting for it. Its in my local area p. O - machgar but still not delivered to me..

My atm card (obc bank) was dispatched on 27.7.2016 through speed post docket no. aq[protected]in but till date i have not received my parcel. so, pl. arrange to deliver me the same as soon as possible. during on line tracking, it was showing gurugaon location on 6.8.16 while delivery to be done at following address :-

It has been more than 4 days since the bag was despatched from PALAM TMO to NEW DELHI RS TMO. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then.Last update update shown on 4 August 2016.Item number ES[protected]IN.Plz look into the matter.

I am here to complain about the post office manager and employees of wani area 445304 official timings for the post office are from 10.30 am to 5 pm but they are closing speed post and registered post at 2 pm and they do their lunch during working hours from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm.

While people are waiting in queue, they say its closed you come tomorrow office time is over now, talking in vulgar words and abusing peoples. India post office head manager please take strict action against staff of wani area india post.

This is to inform you that my PRAN Card was dispatched from Mumbai to my address under P/O-Jandaha(Pin-844505) with consignment no. EM[protected]IN. But the status showing that it has been delivered on 01/08/16 but till date I have not received the same. Also while approaching the local area postman he is unable to answer where he has given.Refer attachment.

Please look into the matter as the letter was very important for me.

Ajnala post office every day open late and not present staf 10 am so plz solve the soultion this problem and staf behivor.
and then 1pm staf not work at 5 min late 1 pm and post master not present 10.30 am 11 am and ask the reson late staff tell am in meeting who will be daily attend meeting they make fool us.
staff tell us I will be Complaint our senior officer we will be manage.

I had posted speed post on 29jul16 with consignment no.ET[protected]IN. but till now it has not been delivered. If this organization is not able to provide service in time why they are running.
