Of all the region, assam is the worst in maintaining the updates and delivery of parcel/courier.. Not only once but, i encountered it many times.. It's working perfectly in other parts of india, but whenever parcel/courier is sent in assam tracking is nightmare, why this happens in assam only, because they are govt. Employees and don't have the burden to rush through the tracking updates and delivery, or is it to blame transportationand communication in assam isn't working well.. Whereas other courier services are working fine in assam.. Only the govt. Sector is to blame here.. Will assam really develop in terms of govt. Services. Please explain.

My mis matured on 24.06.2016 but till date not received the amount no transaction work started till date. Done complaint several times but no reply given and closed the complaint. As per sptd madhubani he told after 10 days problem will resolved still work is not in progress. My parents are depending on mis interest as well as they have deposited in scss 2004 for qip which is also in pending no any other source they have to live please arrange to do the needfull.

We are at home all the day, but after tracking the article we know that some one putting note that, "delivery attempted: door locked-intimation served" to day i. E.17/08/2016 at 19:08:00.
It is bad practice to give wrong information and not delivering the article.
Please, manage to deliver the article because it is "rakhi"; and is related to our soul.

I would like you to notify about the item booked on 10/08/2016 has not been delivered yet. A speed post means to be delivered as the distance it covers but the post office has not been delivered it on time, so i would like you to look after the complaint as soon as posible. The booking order no. Is ew[protected]in which is a speed post service.

Sir i have an international parcel from usa. And "delhi foreign post office" send the parcel to "dk post office mohan garden" when i checked in "usps tracking india" my parcel shows delivered to destination but i do not receive any parcel. My shipment no is cf[protected]us, i tried to call more than 30 times to dk post office mohan garden but they can't receive any call

I sent a envelope of rakhi from pune-post office to my hometown pincode 262122 thru speed post. Now when im tracking at india post site the status is same from last 5 days i. E bag despatched to new delhi rs tmo. That is not changing from 12th aug 16. There is no contact number for new delhi rs tmo so that i can ask what happened to my package. It is lost or just stucked there. The packet was for raksha bandhan and not yet delivered as rakshabandhan is tomorrow. There are no ways to find out way for this. It seems as we have no tracking for such government departments. They just keep things with them without taking any efforts to find any solution if there is any problem.

I applied for online voter ID card and I received massage from Chief Electoral Officer, Delhi, that your voter id card has been sent through speed post (post ED no. is ED[protected]IN) at your residence on 29th July 2016, But still not yet received speed post. So I request you to please solve this issues. where is my post and where have been stacked

I have ordered a parcel through registered mail from germany... All is fine but now the status is showing that article bagged and send item abroad to delhi international mail center on dated 10/8/16, now the same has been nothing updated on india post i have tried to call india post but their all toll free numbers are busy... So please help me to get the parcel

Sir' a parcel has been sent from amazon online shopping bearing no. Aw[protected] in in the name of krishna nand pandey, at-kewatpara bandarjori road near jnmat sodh sans than, dumka 814101. As per tracking the parcel has reached to b. O. Assansol pin 814119 on dated 06.08.2016. But till date the post office has not delivered the item to me. Please look into the matter.

The order was for rudrapur 263153 which is stuck in new delhi since 9th august. It has not moved since then.

The status of which is showing as:

08/08/2016 23:45:32 palam tmo transit bag despatched to new delhi rs tmo
09/08/2016 10:23:31 new delhi rs tmo bag received

The same status is since 09/08/2016. This should be delivered by 11.30 8th august

I booked two parcels under express parcel cw[protected]in and cw[protected]in under complaint id [protected] and [protected] respectively from kolkata (700033) to gurgaon (122001). Until now there is no update for both the shipments.

It is showing that both the shipments have been shipped in eph gurgaon.

Please help me, i want my orders to be delivered at the soonest.

It has been more than 4 days since the bag was despatched from nsh new delhi to new delhi rs tmo. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. Article EH[protected]IN is stuck at NSH Gurgaon since 05/08/2016. There is no update in status of the article since 1 week. Please deliver the article at mentioned address or let me know where/how I can collect in person.

We would like to inform you that we have booked a parcel in INDIA POST SERVICE through Receipt No. CR[protected]IN on dated 3/8/2016 ex Jaipur to Pune but till time not delivered, regarding this we discuss with customer care, local post office no any response given.

My friend sent me a invitation letter and more documents on 27th of july from germany so that i can apply for short term visa for germany. It reached india before a week as shown on the indian post website. I waited for days to receive documents. As no one came to deliver it, yesterday i went to delhi international mail centre and i asked everyone there about it. They told me this package is now at krishna nagar post office. Yesterday i talked to postman of krishna nagar mr. Amarnath and gave him package tracking no i. E. Rr[protected]de to know if this package is there or not. Today i called him again he told me its now in tilak nagar post office. Delivery address for this package is ganesh nagar near akshardham. Therefore, i dont know why indian post is playing with this package within delhi rather than delivering it to me. Im not anymore sure where to go and find my package. Please help me to have my package. I need it urgently to apply for visa.

This complaint is against India Post. I have registered one article on 30th of july to new delhi with article number EG[protected]IN. Which was stucked since 3rd july and i have registered complaint regarding this on the same date with complaint no [protected]. After daily inquiry, today they called me and said the parcel is lost by us, and apply for compensation. Now as per their rules as a compensation cosumer get double of their courier charges.
The courier was contained 1100rs of shoes, and its courier charges was 103. Now they only pay me 206 as a compensation. How could a middle class student can bear this loss. I request you to please help for this to get me my all compensation or the original parcel which i have sent.. This is not acceptable to get only 1/4th of the amount as a compensation :(
