I am from Bihar and studying in Mizoram University, Aizawl. Recently my current mobile was not working so I demanded a phone from my family and they send me from Indian Post on date 14th June 2016 and I received the parcel on 24th June. I brought it in my room and when i opened it there was nothing I was shocked and surprised that there was some magazines were folded and kept inside then I directly went to the post office and complained about it but they were not ready to believe me...but they said it is happening mostly in Calcutta and Guwahati...And one more thing when i was checking the status of parcel it showed that if is send on 14 and it was received at muzaffarpur then it was dispatched to Guwahati on that day itself But after that till seven days it does not shown any detail.Suddenly after seven days it shows it's status that is received at Aizawl and then it was send to my university.
And my suspicion is that when it was send to guwahati then why it was not received to guwahati ...

Sbi bangalore had dispatched the original policy bond to my registered address “parsuram behera rohit colony 8th line district rayagada orissa, rayagada, 765001” by speed post pod no. Ea[protected]in on 17/03/2016.
As per speed - post consignment was delivered on 26/03/2016.

They called over the phone once but didn't deliver yet.

I am sent a emo no.[protected] and pin code no. 509104 on[protected] at ecil (500062), hyderabad, but not received as on date. And i am asking the post man, he said to me, above consignment have reached at devarakonda, but i am given pin code no. 509104. Please furnish the details above consignment and taking necessary action.

I have done a speed post of with tracking no ek[protected]in on 15th june 2016 from bangalore sjmc post office branch. I have been tracking it since then, but after 18th june there is no update about the article and i have complaint the website also on 23rd june with complaint number complaintnumber: [protected] which still shows status : pending.

The item/article has not been delivered to addressee and neither to me back. Also the tracking gives result only till 18 th june 2016. The phone numbers of postoffice are never picked up
I don't know what to do now. Please register my complaint and do the needful as indiapost site is not responding

Sir/madam, yesterday 24.06.16 the post man went to the wrong door no. And he returned my document (Due to no such person available). Today 25.06.16, 13:15 i went to kodambakkam s. O. And tell the issues to the post man, he will not answer me about my issues. I need to know why he will not deliver my document to my address. That docs is important to me. Kindly deliver my docs as soon as possible. It is a bank document.

One of post master in my area MR. Mukesh has not delivered the very urgent and important documents of mine on time. all the remarks which he had given in his report regarding the same was bull.

He is representing India Post in my area and behaving very rudely in front of my family and localites .

He has given N number of remarks in his event EB[protected]IN according to him doors were lock, short address given, single name but the ground reality is when i called him he said sorry i was on leave.
i just want department to look into the matter and give me satisfied reply as that document was very important for me and i was mentally harassed by his misbehave also.

Who is going to pay for it.

As on 15/10/2015, from Annamalai University- Tamilnadu sent a mark list via Registered Post to me (Shibinlal.S.S, Therivila veedu, Payattuvila, Payattuvila.P.O, Thiruvananthapuram - 695501) vide receipt no: RT[protected]IN. I didnt got this document yet.
I got the registered postal details from Annamalai University as on[protected]. As per that information, I enquired at Payattuvila post office. They said that they have no idea about this document. So enquired at Balaramapuram Main Post office regarding this. They said that this document is already delivered as on[protected] as per their record. But nobody is collected from my side (me or my family members).
I am working in CRPF at Delhi. On these periods, I am at Delhi in duty, then how I can receive this. I shared this kind of information to Post Master at Balaramapuram Post office. But she misbehaved with me and told that she have no role on this and also if you have any complaint, raise it.
Kindly take necessary action to clear this issue.

I am Divya .I live in moti nagar, 14 Block in New Delhi I am not receiving any of my monthly journals from Institute of Company Secretaries of India . I receive messages from the institute whenever they dispatch the same but it never reaches me and they send it through post. Kindly resolve the problem or suggest any resolution.

Jalvayu vihar, a colony of ex-servicemen, located in sector-30, Gurgaon-122001, is surrounded by sectors 31, 40, 41, South City-I etc.We do not have a post office located any where in the stated area.Even a letter box is also not seen any where near Jalvayu Vihar. For any postal transaction, one has to rush to HPO at Sadar Bazar, where parking facility is nominal, and this creates difficulties for the common men of our area.
As a first step a letter box may be provided near Jalvayu Vihar, sec-30, Gurgaon.

We had posted the important documents of our school to the rashtrabhasha pariksha samiti wardha hindi nagar post on 9th april 2016.
But till today, we haven't received the acknowledgement delivery slip nor the addressee had received the cover.
Online track system doesn't show the status of my registered post.
We had given online complaint, too. But the result is zero.

Post man mr sanjeev paarasahi the post office of rampur main branch navab gate rampur up. He is not delivered my document proper in my hand and he is delivered to the other person who is not my family member and not a my relative so that reason my document is not get me so that reason my losses 30000 rs.
When i going to the enquiry about my document that post man miss behave with me and also slapped me in front off all post office members so please enquire in this matter and send me the solution of my slap.

One speed post article eg[protected]in booked on 14 jun 1236 pm. Till now after 11 hrs the item has not despatched to nsh. Status showing despatched but not received by nsh after 11 hrs. However nsh is very near to post office. Surely this item is strucked within the post office. Please look the matter. Speed post means to a fast delivery of items but in this sitation how can hope when a particular post office kept one or more day with himself. Its a serious concern please resolve it. Regards

I am a resident of Kalaburagi, Karnataka. I want to file a complaint regarding the poor services of the post office. I do not know the exact address to describe. But, it is near Gunj area, bamboo market. We had to wait for a long time just to get a VPP form. After waiting for 45 minutes, the officials say that the counter is closed. Also, the officials do not follow the timings. They go for lunch break for many hours.

I have posted marriage invitations of my son to addressees in Bangalore City and other states thru Bangalore City 3rd block, jayanagar post offices .several of the invitations have not reached the addressees, which I came to know after I called them over phone.i was told by Bangalore City jayanagar 3rd block asst.post master mrs Bagyalakshmi, that all the letters have been cleared by the post office, jayanagar 3rd post office and that I have to check with RPO.pl.let me know how to ensure the invitations will be delivered ?pl.advice status o[censored]ndelivered letters and oblige.uma maheshwar

Isakiyammal w/o nagarajan in residing in no.3/38, 2nd street, thirumurugan nagar, madhavaram post office, chennai – 60.In my area temporary postwoman tmt. Saritha is collecting compelsary bribe rs.50/- to distribute old age pension (Oap) for every month. Some time she took the full amount and failed to distribute the full amount and she also cheating more old age & innocent persons. She did not giving the acknolodgement receipt also. Some times she has giving the money without oap acknolodgement slip. Please initiate proper investigation and give permanent remedy for his misbehave and malpractices.

Submitted to the post office on june 7 afternoon, the important article has still not been delivered. What is the point of speed post if this is the attitude with which things are handled and there is no particular where one reach out to the authorities.

Please be informed that the registered post send to me from bahrain to india on[protected] hasn't been delivered yet. While checking with bahrain post, it has been updated to me that the same has been processed for delivery on the same day and is out of the country.

My name is ravi kumar saha.In year 2015 august, i fill bihar postmatric scholarship 2015-16 and i posted the form & reqired documents to the "district welfare office" (Kishanganj, bihar)
But the post does not delivered to the destination (D. W. O, kishanganj) and i also lost the recipt
