I have enrolled for yearly subscription of pratiyogita darpan magazine (id-128412) on 18 sep2014 for preparation of my government exams. I have not received my issue till dated today. when i enquired about the matter, I came to know that my mannual registered post no 3920 was dispatched on 22 sep from Agra (UP). I have visited the my nearest post office(560100) several times regarding this matter but every time i got no help. I requested them many times to look in to it but, they refused to hear any of my words. They sent me back saying they cant do anything. Today, on 15 oct, I came to know that my issue has returned back from the same post office (pin 560100) to Agra on 7 oct. And, when I called up to Post Office again to let them know that I am forced to complain now, they disconnected my call 3 times. Due to this lack of responsibility, I am very upset. i felt I am being cheated by government of India. I am solely dependent on the magazines for competitive exams.

Hi This is annoying As I have ask my friend to courier a small document to me in UK from Mumbai, so he choose India post, World net express service which is a DHL deutsche service next day delivery service. He drop the document at KURLA POST OFFICE COUNTER NO.2, OP-CODE DAM at 12pm on 8/10/14, my friend paidRs.1067 for 13gm document, with that price I would expect atleast same day despatch. i have checked the transit time http://www.worldnetexpress.com/utility-tools/calculate-transit-time.aspx if you put destination and it should below EXPRESS WORLDWIDEThursday, 09 October 2014, by the end of the day18:0020:00 When my friend Mr. Shah rang Customer Service :[protected] and they said they will despatch on 09/10/14 and AWB [protected] will be traceable on midnight. but tracking website says No Shipments Found for AWBNumber [protected] With the new technology it should be traceable from the time they picks of the documents. This sounds strange to me that it will be traceable after despatch. I think there is somebody who is not doing his job properly, kindly investigate and solve this issue on a very urgent basis. Today China and overcome US with the economy with their hard work, there is a need of training, using available resources properly with the use of technology. Dear Sir/Madam, Our society falls after Railway Crossing and before G.E.B on Chanasma Highway, Patan - 384265, Gujarat. The appointed Postman in our area never delivers any post on time. We are suffering from his rude behaviour and non delivery of many Important Posts (which covers, Debit Card, Passport and many other important documents). There were 2 incidents happend in past 10 days where one of my Speed Post No: EH[protected]IN was delivered around 20th Sept, 2014 from around Delhi area and came to Patan P.O. after around 7-10 days time and instead of delivering it to our address, it was again re-delivered to Delhi back. How careless service has been provided from PATAN P.O. in our area via such a careless postman who is getting salary from govt and not delivering any single item on time from past 5-6 months. The same sort of issues are complaining our neighbours also. One more speed post of my no: EH[protected]IN which has been dispatched from around Delhi area and not received by me yet. Online status shows 'Delivery Attempted: Door Locked-Intimation Served'. There is no such intimation notice available in my house premise. Even the postman have not handed over any such paper to other tenant. Tracking Number: PP[protected]IN Don't know whom to contact and how to get undelivered consignment. Now I need to run around behind those uncultured and probably non qualified and shameless creatures.. But so far, even after nearly EIGHT days, there are no delivery details available on the India Post Tracking website - this after the parcel reached Janakpuri, New Delhi on 22nd of this month. I even lodged a complaint ([protected]) on the India Post's website but so far no action has been taken in this regard. Kindly take IMMEDIATE AND URGENT ACTION and let me know the delivery details. Dear Sir, I have issued an account payee cheque No.215106 from my saving bank( cheque book issued in Aug.2014) A/C No. [protected]( in H.O. Post Office, Allahabad)on 18.09.2014 to Mr.Yash Agarwal, who inturn deposited the same in his account in Axis Bank, Civil Lines Allahabad on19.09.2014.Scan of cheque attatched as Ref.-1.Worth mentioning that drawer of the cheque is Post Office, H.O, M.G.Marg, Allahabad & drawer''s bank being State Bank of India. To my utter surprise the above cheque has not been cleared( Axis Bank communication placed at the end of this letter)and returned on the plea that it is a non CTS cheque which was denied for clearing by drawer's bank(SBI, Alld.).CTS memo from Axis Bank attatched as Ref.-2. I alongwith Axis Bank Officials contacted Post Master, Supdt. & other senior officials but to no avail.They showed their inability since Alld P.O. do not have CTS cheques. Non cooperative, negligent and callous attitude of senior officials at Alld. P.O. is a matter of serious concern .This has caused me big financial loss & humiliation .I fail to understand why such cheque book is issued to account holders and officers do not arrange for the clearing of these cheques causing harassment to account holders. Subject :- Complaint against received loss of material in parcel . A proper address and mobile number has been written on it, but our postman has not informed me and beside that, they have been get signed Receiving letter from someone another (our relative ) without delivering the parcel and told that it was very heavy and collect it from post office, but when my father has been collected as on (18/9/14), that it has been temporarily taped . and when we opened it in home we have got only 50 percent items, we have lost one leather bag, most of the jewellery and cosmetics and all the garments .
