I am Chitrak Kulshrestha From Thane. I am belong to a middle class indian family. One Day I have received a message from Bharat Petroleum gas that is (JOIN us for INDIAN Nation) I have used this option on bp gas online, they have sent a message that out of your subsidy, there were not confirmation, but I apply for Opt for Subsidy, then They have Confirmed many time. But there are no option of this reversal subsidy. That was no right.

Sir/madam,
According to the track record of india post my item (Booked by sbi) was sent via speed post item no. Eq[protected]in. Track record shows that it has been delivered on 30th august 2014 at lohia nagar s.O. The item has been originally booked to adityapur post office (Pin code 832109) in jharkhand state. The item was not delivered to me till date. Track record is given below for your kind information. Kindly help me.

Hello Sir/madam, One registered post letter was dispatched on date 27 Aug 2014 from Budsu, Nagour RAJASTHAN to Bandanwara, Ajmer rajasthan but it is unable to reach at the place till today . I had very important thing in this and its very shamefull and unfortunate that I am unable to get my post within 6 days.

A parcel was at 8/July/2014 from Bangalore to Aizawl. However to this day, ie 27/Aug/2014 the parcel has not arrived. The tracking shows 'article bagged to guwahati' but not reached further. I went to Post office @ aizawl couple of times, but was told bluntly to wait more. Sir I am a defence employee. I went to Post Office situated New Mandi Gharsana(335711) Distt Sriganganganagar Rajasthan for Registered Post. Where employee sitting on the counter misbehave with me. He refused to do so and said ' main nahin karunga to jo ka sakata karle' which is untolerable. Please do the needful.

I, MR RAJIB KUMAR DATTA, have deposited my pli policy bond APS/NM/34462-A and pr book in city center post office durgapur on 31/10/2013. The maturity date was 12/11/2013.Asstt divisional manager(pli) wb circle has send me a letter stating that master data of my policy is not available in wb circle.They have send e mail to the deputy director aps(pli cell) on[protected] followed by reminder on 12/06/2014 and 07/07/2014 for master data online or manual transfer of the file.But so far no response from your end and i am not getting my maturity payment.please do the needful so that i can get my dues at the earliest.

The Indian institute of chartered accountants has send the study material to me, the study material also received by the postal authority in my town medipally post office, hyderabad, pin code.500098.In transit to address is missed due to some reasons.So, the postal authority returned those material to their higher officials, when I will get my study material, Why the to address is missed, the people are neglected in this.

hi, i am shalini kumari from varanasi.i send three rakhi on 2-8-2014 to kolkata from speed post.my courier no. is EU[protected]N, counter no.-1, OP-code:000 .khajuri varanasi.but when it is delivered to them and brother open then only one rakhi is there.he informed me on phone and i am shocked and start crying. due to only careless service, my two brothers was unable to tie rakhi on his hand on occasion of raksha bandhan.when i informed to post office then they said they are not responsible for that.who is responsible for this?many peoples send their important documents from speed post.even i send several times but now after this i cant show my faith on that service.plzzzz help me to know about that which has happens with me.i waant to find atleast which party has done mistake.its a big crime to open the envelope send by customer and taken back in his or her pocket. i want fair judgement...

Hi Sir, My sister sent Rakhi on the occasion of “Raksha Bandhan” by Speed Post tracking number : EU[protected]IN. But due to delay process of your delivery till today I not able to receive this parcel. I called concern post office “Kakkanad S.O” but the lady who picked the phone[protected] is not able to tell me proper date on which they suppose to deliver this. Same case happened when I order one product online and they shipped by speed post at my office address in infopark Kochi but That time I went there and collect that parcel. Sir I have request why post master not able to give exact answer of a query or we did mistake to choose Indian Post service. The envelope containing RAKHI was dispatched on 28.07.2014 from Bokaro Steel City to Bareilly. After regular follow up and complaints till today the envelop is not traceable. It is a shame if after taking the charges also services are not provided to customer by Indian Post. Rakshabandhan has passed and the RAKHI was not delivered. The no is EJ[protected]IN.

Dear sir/ma'am This is Nitin Bhardwaj live at 40, Shyam Nagar Okhla IND. Estate New Delhi-110020, from very long time postman of our area is not working honestly. Most of the Documents of our are opened.Few month before i was expecting a Gazette of mine, when I got it was opened when my mother argued with him that why it is opened as it was not supposed to be like that he used harsh words and misbehaved with her. It is a shame if after taking the charges also services are not provided to customer by Indian Post. It is a very shame ful act that nobody is bothered and responsible for the delivery.
