Sir, I have purchase Wheat Atta 5 kgs packet from Vasco Da Gama Patanjali shop on 14/06/2014... Batch No. IF 5, Date of packing 12/05/2014.The Atta colour is blackish and odour is very bad .This Atta is shown to Vasco store representative.After preparing the Chapati, dirty smell is coming from wet atta and chapati.I have return the bag of 5 kgs to your Vasco shop.The quality is so bad, , we have not expect such thing from Patanjali Ayurved product.I have contacted Dr. Suraj Kanekar (M [protected]) in Goa, accordingly I have return the bag to shop.Kindly pay me back Rs. 152/-Regards khadse s m I HAVE GIVEN THE WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO THE SAID STORE OF PATANJALI AT VASCO, GOA NO ACTION FROM PATANJALI AUTHORITY & NO BODY LIFTING THE PHONE[protected] FOR COMPLAINT

Respected Sir, I am Milan Rashmikant Patel and address is 140/A, Shyam Darshan Soc., Dabholi gam, Surat-395004. My Postman known me well and he knows my address too...I am studying at IGNOU, which is running Distance Learning Programmes...So u can imagine if postal service is not good how can i study...My friends who is studying with me are getting their posts regularly.Moreover several times i had asked my university for my posts but they told that they have sent it..I also told them to send my post by courier, but they told that IGNOU is Government University so they have to post all documents via INDIAN POSTAL SERVICE.So if my address is ok and other students also getting their posts regularly in same city than local post office of my area which is KATARGAM pincode : 395004 is not delivering posts. I have also missed my exams in June, 2014 for not getting my id-card and hall-ticket (which did not got tiil today.). Please help me so i can study propErly.. Thanking You, Ragards, MILAN PATEL..

I have bought the Aquaguard Enhance RO + UV on 20-June-2014. My customer ID is [protected]. The product got installed today i.e. 24-June-2014. However, this product makes a humming noise (which is quite higher than tolerable and its very unusual) while filling the tank and stops once the water tank is full. I have other model of Aquaguard i.e. Reviva which does not make any sound. I initially thought it was faulty. But, the service technician confirmed that this model does produce this much of noise. But I am still unsure and needs advise/suggestions from other users also. Regards/Kashif.

I am writing to inform that the goods I sent from Kalyan Post Office to Srinagar is received half weight and seal opened. On 6 June 2014 we dispatched 3 packets of weight: 16042 grams, 9410 grams and 14402 from kalyan. After 13 days packets received at kashmir with weight of 3.155 grams, 2.050 grams, 3.123 grams. This caused me considerable loss of money as well as inconvenience. I am writing to ask you to please make up the loss immediately and to set enquiry to get the responsible person for this cheap act Otherwise, I may have to reach higher authorities as well as take legal actions. I had also tried to register complaint at Kalyan Post office but failed as to do so as they are not ready to file as well as they are not at all supportive. I am unhappy with their rude behaviour. Sir, I am a resident of Allwin Nagar, Sungam By-pass Road, Ramanathapuram P .O., coimbatore - 641045. The postman of our area is about 6 months old. He is still not familiar with the names and address & it so happens that we always receive other people's letters and end up doing the postman job for our neighbours. Our neighbours are also doing the same. I had complained about this to the postman personally once, but he still does the same mistake. Please take notice into this and act immediately, because we still do not know if any of our letters are missing??????

Respected Sir, I have sent an letter through speed post(EN[protected]IN DATED 26 MAY 14) containing important document related to fund withdrawl, which i need urgently, from PO, naval base, vizag -14 to B Bhattachjee, COMNETCEN(MBI), INS ANGRE, C/O FMO, MUMBAI -400001. As per postal rules, the SP was supposed to reach to the addressee at least after 48 hrs. Irrespective of the stipulated time period, the letter had not been delivered to the addressee till todate. On 28 May 14, Mr B Bhattacharjee personally went to GPO, MUMBAI to collect the SP by hand but the staff at GPO straightway denied and replied that the SP will be delivered in the adress mentioned. Again on 29 May, Mr B Bhattacharjee went to GPO, to enquire about it, since the SP was not received, they replied that SP is delivered. Mr B Bhattacharjee, repeated went to GPO, MUMBAI on 30, 31 May, 02 - 06 Jun 14, but no positive reply was given, simply replying that SP is delivered. I had repeated called from visakhapatnam and Mr B Bhattacharjee personally went to GPO to enquire from staffs to provide the details of the delivery man and show the receipt, where recipient signs. But nothing positive replied from them, and nothing investigated to solve the matter by GPO. It is very sad to inform that, postal service could be such a irresponsible towards their job and above all when complained to inquire about the matter, nothing had been done because they know nothing going to happen ..i cannot do anything. It is pertinent to mention that due to these irresponsible act of Postal service, i have lost an important document, loss time and suffered financial loss. I need compensation, since Indian Postal is responsible for these, they have to answer. regards, Uttam Biswas

I have sent the courier via DHL and they handed the parcel to India post on 27th May, 2014.
Tracking no.CL[protected]DE, which is still not delivered and since last 8 days there is no update http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ when raised for the same with Complaint No.[protected].But since last one week, even there is response for the complain too.
Dropped 2 mails to "[protected]@indiapost.gov.in", but again no response since last 2 weeks.Not sure whom to contact for the same.Thei web site provided toll free no. for international is not working, tried since last 15 days.
Please help as an otherwise, will need to go to consumer court for the same.

my name is malleswarao and i had sent a speed post from main post office branch kothagudem khammam district, on 28/4/2014 to Dadigala Ashok kumar seletion college don bosco of 0.45 gams of speed post but tell now post is not yet reached or not yet return to person...i went there and ask him wheither it will reach those guys or answqering me irresponsible answered that door lock...always same answer finally we tied...but the courrier is very important to us...the person ashok went there sanada post office and asked there still those or also same answered that courrier is not there any were i dont know whats going on in indian post...please i am listing this as complaint copy to consumer forum and copy to complaint in chadrugunda p.s reciept number of spped post EN[protected] IN...please take the action of indian post office and follow my query is not cleared till date 05/06/2014...

Shipment vide India Post docket no CM[protected]IN. India Post Jamshedpur, delivery boy abused & used offensive language. It was earlier requested to India Post jamshedpur branch to door deliver the shipment. Which they delayed for 1 day & wanted customer to pick up the same from PO. Customer denied & they delivered the assingment & the delivery boy used abusive language harassing the customer.

HI I PREMILABEN M PATEL . I HAVE fixed deposit in POST OFFICE on 23 march 2009, my DOB 6 june 1949, so i was 59 year 9 month old, but post officer and post office agent creat my fixed deposit under senior citizen, so i got 9 % interest on my FD for 5 year, no win 23 march 2014 my FD mature so i withdrawal from post office, my tootal interest amount at per 9% on 2 lkah was 90, 000Rs . After 5 year and 3 month post office realise that i was not senior citizen so i supposed to return interest to post office back . But it was mistake by post office not clearly checked my form and accept even if they clearly check and ask to me dont put FD in senior citizen scheme, i would withdraw as soon as possible, now i m retired person and i don’t have any source of income, and i have spent interest amount and my FD amount all in my accommodation of life of me and my family, I am really to pay interest of 3 month, for that time i was not senior citizen but post office demanding full amount that is not possible for me even if I was informed after submitted documents I would closed my FD account and may put in any bank for 5 year then I would get at least 8 % interest, but now demanding all interest return its not fair, while is institute belong to government we can expect from those, this level irresponsible to public, please let me know what would be best way to appeal post office Regards P R PATEL

Dear sir, My sister is a widow. She is getting Widow pension every month sum of Rs. 1000. But the post master keeps Rs.50 and pays only Rs. 950 to my sister. My sister told all post masters doing the same for all widows. This is regular. So nobody complaints this issue. The post master name is Chokkalingam in Munichalai branch Madurai. Before taking action, please let me know what are you going to solve this problem with out harming the suffered people. I lived in village gidri, post office bilaspur, tehsil payal, district ludhiana.and the postal code is 141421.respected sir, i want to complaint against our area post man for not delivering my letters and he opened my bank letters at his own home..just for the money...and he demands money for delivering my letter when i approaches at his home...he demands money from everyone for delivering the letters...he is so corrupt and makes the letter late everytime...this is third chance when he not delivered my bank letter without my approach at his house...now he openly demands money from me.please take strict action against him .

My mother in law smt. Lila mukherjee is half family pensioner since 1997. Her pension serial numb7er is ca - 35935 / how 3067.

She is 75 years old now and got multiple health problems, like hyper tension, electrol
Imbalance, very high deficiency of calcium, a few fractures due to the same etc.

So she had applied to kadamtala post office on 17/05/2013 for the transfer of her family pension to panvel head post office, pin - 410206, sector - 19, new panvel, navi mumbai maharashrta . Where she will be living with her only son.

We had submitted all the required documents asked for . Till date we have not recieved the pension.
