Sir,
I booked my money order for Rs. 220/- on 03.11.11 from Balkudra post office dist- ramgarh (jharkhand ) to M/s Sahni Publication 4777, Dr.Mitra Gali, Rashanara Road, Delhi - 110007.
It is surprised that till today the money order is not received by Sahni Publication delhi, though it was booked by me on 03.11.11 .
you are requested look into the matter personally for doing the needfull action at the earlest possible .

    Sir,
    On 10th June 2009 i have post one register AD Envelop containing my Application for the post of DATA ENTRY OPERATOR to MUMBAI in Post office of Panaji Goa. but it was not delivered for inquiry i call in panaji office but no one is helping me in this matter also i call in Mumbai post office they saying that call in panaji post office for inquiry. but no one healping me

    Sir please help me the Exam on 2 August 2009.

    Dear Sir,

    I have done Register A.D from Post Office At Changodar, District : Ahmedabad, State: Gujarat. Register A.D Number is 5031 on dated 18.12.09.

    DElivery Address was, ICFAI BUSINESS SCHOOL, NAGARJUNA HILLS, PUNJAGUTTA, HYDERABAD-500083, PHONE.[protected]/22/69.

    Envelope was containing my degree certificates of CFA and i have send for verification because i want to apply for visa and it was very urgent. It takes 13 days till my envelope not reached at destination.

    When i contact to Changodar post office they say wait for 20 days and then compalin us.

    So what to do sir,

    Please inform me soon regarding my envelope status.

      I HAD APPLIED FOR TRANSFER OF MY PPF A/C NO GPO/3885 HELD AT GPO, AMBALA CANTT TO JABALPUR HEAD POST OFFICE ON 16 APR 2009. HOWEVER, DESPITE A PERIOD OF MORE THAN THREE MONTHS, THE ABOVE ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN TRANSFERRED TILL DATE. NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN LODGED BUT NOTING HAS HAPPENED TILL NOW. A VERY SORRY STATE OF INDIAN POST!

      The undersigned received a( letter no H2/PPF 1850895/2007-08 LASHKAR H.O. ON 20/07/07 ) from The Post Master LASHKAR H.O. PIN 474001 . REGADING DEPOSITING of PPF PASSBOOK along with a fresh S.B. 3 FORM . The same was complied on 26 th july 2007 . But till date no pass book is returned to the undersigned .
      Actualy this passbook was issued with joint name of my husband Dr. K.L.Raisinghani .the audit dept of post objected upon this hence the joint name should be removed & a fresh PPF PASSBOOK should be issued in my name.
      Kindly help me in getting the fresh passbook so that I can get my money from the postal department.

      Sir, I submiited my RD pasbbok no.180649 on 26/10/2009 for transfer from Ordrely Bazar P. O to Mahamandal P. O. Varanasi. The same transferred only after 3 months and I had to pay Rs. 30/- as Penalty in Jan.2010 .. I made a on line complaint no.[protected] on 02/02/2010. But on 12/02/2010 my complaint was closed by The department without taking any action.

        sir, I Ravinder paul singh resident of Pipariya 'Distt. Hoshangabad MP had applied in CBSE for retotalling of marks for my daughter's 10th results.I had posted the letter duly on12th june by speed post From Piapariya along with attached demand draft of 200/-. when I inquired as when it would reach Ajmer?.They told me that it will reach day after tommorrow i.e. on[protected]. as the last date to recieve was[protected]. letter has come back unattended stating it did'nt reach on time. this was a matter of great sorrow for my daughter & it affected her reputation in school. we are highly disappointed by thier work. and in genral all the letters which come to our address sent by speed post they come after 15 days.
        I would request you to kindly look into the matter sympathetically. and though it is govt deptt. but they should not be excused for that

        DELAY IN SERVICE

        I had requested to transfer my SCSS Account from Bareilly (U.P) city Post office to Gurgoan Gallria Post office on20.02.2009 since then I sent complaint thru Director Of Postal Services GURGOAN(HAR), reminders to concerned authorities but no action has been taken even after 6 months period has passed.
        These are the status of services even though Postal services are under Central Goverment.
        I would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and expedite the action.

          Sir, I had submitted 10(b) application form containing details of transfer of postal RD no - 8850840 from Gail Complex, Vijaipur, Dist - Guna (M P) post office To Kanchrapara, Dist- 24 Parganas (North), west bengal post office on 11 - 04 - 09.
          I have enquired from Gail complex post office that they have transfered it on 22 -04-09 to Kanchrapara post office.

          But after repeated enquiry from Kanchrapara post office, no information is given. my new RD book is not yet generated for which i am going to be the defaulter for paying the monthly instalment.

          Being in the public sector, Indian Post is known for it quick and confident service. But this type o[censored]nnecessary delay is lossing its goodwill.

          So i request you to kindly go through the matter and take the necessary action.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I am unable to track two registered post sent on 14th Dec, 2009 from Pune to chennai.
          The registered post reciept numbers are: RL A 8564 repectively.
          I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/)
          Also there is no need to mention the lethargic attitude of the Post office staff for helping out to track the post.
          Kindly help me in to try and locate the post as it contains job application.

          I have submitted my postal RD. no. 37876 (RS.2000 p/m) at Vekatagiri-524132, Nellore district, AP for transfer from PILER, Chittoor district A.P. on[protected]. As per chandragiri (head office of PILER) sources it was dispatched on[protected] to Gudur (head office of Venkatagiri) but for the two months the Head post office Gudur not taken any action . For this late I have to pay 80.00 late fee.

          Being in the public sector, Indian Post is known for it quick and confident service. But this type o[censored]nnecessary delay is lossing its goodwill.

          I am requesting the necessary authorities for necessary action to avoid my late fee.

            I have done a speed post on July 14, 2009 to Patna. The details are:

            The speed post was done at Hinjewadi Post office (Infotech Park).

            Unfortunately, my father has yet not received the post. Today (July 25 '09), I went tot he post to enquire but they have no clue. The post master said we cannot do anything. You just just write a complaint for enquiry and you will be intimated about it as soon as possible. He also gave me the telephone no. : [protected] from where i can enquire. I told him it is better you call as its not my job. But he refused and said you better give me an appplication along with photo copy of the receiptand we will see to it.

            Anyways i called and spoke on the above no.. I was told that right now, no info is available about my post, and was told to drop the phone no. where i will be intimated.

            The most disappointing thing about the entire incident was that the post master remarked about the speed post being sent to "Patna, Bihar" and not being delivered in different way. Anyways that was his views regarding the Indian Post department of Bihar.

            I have no problem with that. i just wish to know about the speed post which is important and that's why "SPEED POST".

            Kindly advise me for the same.

                State Bank Of India was send me an mail (ATM card) ( Speed Post No. EY[protected]IN) from their Mumbai Branch on 25th June, 2009 but yet not I have received it. I confirmed from the local Post Office (Agartala H.O., pin-799001) Last on 21st July, 2009 but they said they were yet not received it. I also track the status of the mail from Internet, but I fined the delivery filed is blank. But, this Mail is very much Urgent for me. I found Lots of People Got Their ATM Card, Where Their Mail was delvered on this July on the same post Office

                  This is to bring to the notice of Indian Postal Department that that residents residing in sahakara Nagar, Bangalore- 560092 are finding it very difficult when it comes to the Ordinary Money Order Forms, which is not available in Sahakara Nagar Post Office, Bangalore - 560092.

                  When enquired with the staffs and the Post Master we are getting regular information from them that the Indian Postal Department have now stopped issuing the Ordinary Money Order Forms. They are telling that everything is now computerised hence government has stopped Ordinary Money Order Forms and is issuing only Electronic Money Order Forms. Due to which we are not able sent the M.O to the areas where Postal service is not computerised or other rural areas. Could the Indian postal departments finds some solution to reform this and make the Ordinary Money Order Forms available in all Post Offices in Bangalore. Also we would like to inform you that the staffs particulary in Sahakar Nagar Post Offices are very rude and customer service orriented.

                  Hoping to receive some reform in this regard from the Indian Postal Department.
                  I totally agree to this, They arre very rude and not at all customer service Oriented. Even I am also facing the same problem.
                  i posted a letter in kortmangla 560034 to 503207 pincode to sbh branch it is not delivered .it is missed in middle due to this i want o complint

                    A SPEED POST PARCEL WAS SENT FROM DAPOLI POST OFFICE WITH ID NO /REF NO EM[protected]IN ON 15-04-09 .TILL TODAY IT IS NOT RECEIVED.CONTACTED RATNAGIRI POST OFFICE/VADODARA POST OFFICE AND NO ONE COULD TRACE THE SPEED POST.IN THE ONLINE TRACKING SYSTEM IT SHOWS TAHT IT IS SENT BACK TO MUMBAI -JACOB CIRCLE POST OFFICE AND BAG OPENED.
                    NO IDEA AS TO WHERE THE PARCEL IS GONE WITH CONTENTS WORTH RS5000/-

                      Postage — No Delivery till date

                      I booked a parcel with China Post on 12th OCt 2008. As per the information avaialbe on China POst website, the parcel was handed over to Indian Custom Dept on 31st Oct 2008. But till date it is not delivered to me nor I have received any intimation for same. The Indian Post website shows not information against the docket no.

                          I have purchased the folloing NSCs from Head post office, MACHILIPATNAM-521001, Andhra Pradesh and I have been transferred to Mumbai.These NSCs are due for payment on 19.07.2009. I have submitted a letter and xerox copies of NSCs to our nearby Post office, Colaba Bazar post office.Mumabi
                          for transfer to encash the NSCs on 05.05.2009.But Colaba Bazar post office informed me that these NSCs are not so far transferred . I have submitted the letter and NSCs xerox once again on 17.08.2009. So far it is not transferred and Colaba Bazar Post office adviced me to lodge a complaint.Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

                            This is to bring to your notice, that two registered parcels have been from India, through registered mail service, bearing numbers : FGN-AIR-RP A7754 and FGN-AIR-RP A7755, which was due to be delivered by 15 days at the max from the date of dispatch ( date of dispatch being 22nd of June) .
                            I have not received any notice regarding the status of the parcel . They were important documents in them.

                            I shall be highly obliged to receive any inputs from your side, so as to help the parcel reach its destination.

                              I Vijeta Agrawal, resident of Ghaziabad (U.P.), Vidya Vihar Colony, hereby wants to draw your attention towards the postal service of this region.

                              Our postman "DEVDATT SHARMA" has denied to deliver some of the posts. He himself admitted that our posts (since last six months) are deliberately not delivered to us... He said,

                              "Hum Sabko ek dusre ka dhyan rakhna chahiye. iss chhoti si naukri se unka ghar nahi chal pata. aap to abhi bacche ho, aap meri baat nahi samajh paoge. Apne papa ko bhejna.."

                              I delivered through India post a letter on 09/02/09 to ICAI, Kanpur, from where generally the reply comes within 25 days. Its been almost 6 months and I have not recieved my CA final registration letter, where the Institute states that they have posted it on 16th of February..

                              Not only this, my CA intermediate "Marksheet" was not dispatched by this person, where he said the above lines to me. Monthly subscribed journals are also not delivered.

                              My father, Mr. Uttam Agrawal is a business man. His income tax notice u/s 36(2)A was'nt delivered due to which he has suffered a huge penalty.

                              On visiting the post office with my father, even the senior persons did not pay heed and left the matter as if nothing happened. Mr. DEVDATT SHARMA had no sign of regret on his face and was proudly acclaiming his faults.

                              The saddest part is that everyone knows that he is bribing but no everyone is ignoring it. Our major issues and notices are communicated through letters and the services as well as the service person is not willing to do his job because their income is not sufficient.

                              I request you to consider this complain of mine and take all possible actions you can at the earliest because it is WE who are suffering because of your staff inefficiencies.

                                I had sent an important and Urgent document by Speed post (No. EN[protected]IN) from Hyderabad to Kolkata on 25.06.2009. Subsequently on inquiring after 48 hours from the receipant it was confirmed that my document had not been delivered. I sent a complaint on the India Post website ( which was not acknowledged ) and after much phone calls it was finally delivered on 30.06.2009.
                                The delay caused me much worry and anxiety. Why was the Speed Post deliver delayed?

                                  i have sent a courier( EH[protected]TM)(date = 04/06/2009), spending 478.00rs, containing my brothers mark sheet to CANADA, through Indian postal services, as he required to submit it to get a admission in some course in CANADA . i was promised that the courier will reach with in three days from dispatch however this courier never reached to him and more above to it i am just getting run around by the postal department. i need any conclusion or solution immediately . i am thinking to sue postal department in case if i don't get any positive response sooner.

                                  Sub: Dissatisfaction over the payment order No BH/ 774-U Date: Nil of Dy. Divn. Manager (PLI)
                                  I was having a Postal Life Insurance Policy No. BH/774-U. maturity date was 31/12/2005. But actually payment was done after 517 days. Against my complaints, I am in receipt of a payment order No: BH/774-U Date: Nil of the Dy. Divisional Manager, (PLI) C/o CPMG, Bhopal, for an amount of Rs. 14, 761/- towards interest on late payment of the maturity value of the PLI Policy No BH/774-U @ 8% per annum from 31/12/2005 till 02/06/2007(marked as “Duplicate Not for payment”). Physical payment has not been received till the issuance of this letter (i.e. 04/04/2009). I had telephoned C.P.M.G. Orissa Circle, Bhubaneswar’s office and gathered that they have not received the original payment order. I had faxed my copy to them. But they will act only after the receipt of the original payment order.
                                  Being aggrieved by the above-mentioned payment order, I am writing the following few lines seeking justice from your end at the earliest, because that order has got the following demerits:
                                  1. Rate of interest towards late payment has been given only @ 8% pa whereas Postal Department claims @ 24% pa from a defaulter. I should also get @ 24% interest per annum, because in this case, Postal Department is the defaulter.
                                  2. Financial Parameters, though not up to the legitimate right of the undersigned, somehow considered till 02.6.07. But interest for the period from 03/06/2007 till the date of actual payment has not been considered.
                                  3. Interest on the amount as calculated on the basis of the demand under sl. No.1 from 02/06/07 till the date of actual payment.
                                  4. Furthermore, the amount of physical harassment, mental agony for a period of more than 1190 days has not been translated into financial terms and cost of stationary, drafting, typing, printing charges, forwarding charges & Cost of engaging Advocate has also not been considered on the above payment order. The above terms altogether, hereinafter, would be called as “compensation” for all practical purposes.
                                  However, I am going to take this amount of the above-mentioned pay order “under protest” with a hope that your good-self would be kind enough to consider my case sympathetically and help me in getting justice from your end at the earliest.
                                  I contacted several times at Bhubaneswar office, Orissa circle. But that office told “no payment would be done by them against any late payment." Strong action to be taken against that office also.
                                  i have a postal saving account in kply and i went last week for closure of the account but the lady staff in hte account section is very harsh to me she waited me in the counter for 15 minutes their is no other in the counter after that she said u come in the evening for money .and very harsh behaviour after one hour she give the payment .it is happened in kanjirapally post office in kottayam district .if the customer care of the staff is like this we must think a second time to invest in post office

                                  I don't know where i have to lodge this following complain. So I have writting this problem to you which I have faces.

                                  ion[protected] I have visited to Shyambazar Post Office (Contacted to Woman Post Master) and Yogajog Bhawan to attested my certificates for competition examination. But unfortunately they have told me that the Gazettated Officers have no time to attend or sign the certificates of ordinary people. If you bring any reference (of some high profile peole) then they can sign or attested my certificates.

                                  Sir if you kindly told me where I will go and attested my certificates (which is mandatory for Gazetted Officers).

                                  I had visited to post offices because the Post Office is the only cetral Government organisation / authority where the ordinary people contacted everyday and every second of their precious life.

                                  If there is any wrong for this type of complain then I am very sorry.

                                  I, Udayan Bal writing this complaint on behalf of my innocent sister Udita Bal. My sister misplaced/ lost her MIS Book with NABAGRAM POST OFFICE, DIST-HOOGHLY, WEST BENGAL, PIN CODE - 712 246 few months ago. Just after loosing the said document she intimated the sub-postmaster and made FIR, Application as per his advise. Enquiry from your department was made more than one and half month ago. From responsible postal agents of Nabagram Post Office we are informed that the entire duplicate issue process of the said MIS Book is completed by your department through Serampore Post Office and the New Fresh Duplicate pass book is ready for delivery with Nabagram Post Office for many days. Inspite of that Mr. Swapan Das, Sub-Post Master of Nabagram Post Office is harrasing my sister for many days. He had already given 7 to 8 dates for delivery the said MIS Book and failed by giving bogus reasons. My sister is suffering both mentally and financially due to that wicked person. I am sure that it is a matter o[censored]nder table money demanding.

                                  Therefore I, request your goodself to look into the matter urgently and relief my sister from this painful harrasment.

                                    I have a complaint about the traffic police located at the deccan division in Pune, Maharashtra.
                                    I didnt know that there is ban for two wheelers on the Deccan bridge, when i was about to go on that bridge, one traffic police man called me and ask me for RS 500 for breaking the traffic rule. At that time I didnt have that much...so i said pls forgive me, since i was new in this city. Then he ask me how much do you have, i said RS 100. He said i will leave you, but you have to pay me that Rs 100 without memo slip and i will let you go. I didnt have any solution on it, so I given it to him, leave myself. I request you please do something about this corruption. There are lots of people in pune didnt know, they always gives Rs 100 to police man. The name of the police man is given below...

                                    In my City government provides 1 crore for bus stand maintance, but there is no such work improvement is in busstand, even there is no arch, we people dont like this.
                                    I agree we go various cities like Pune we are not aware of certain rules like no entry and parking why should not be before no entry there should be traffic police who do not permitt or should tell that this is no entry zone but we ofeen find the police when you r out to entry lane this is because they want money. i have also been to Pune last month there I took car of my relative to go some places in Pune stopped the car 2 mts before zebra crossing one traffic police came and asked that why u have stopped the car so far and asked for bripe this is what they do if they come to know that u r new to city.
                                    I have a complaint about the traffic police located at the National Highway No. 8, from Udaipur to Ahamdabad (20 Km from Udaipur), these Police is Take a City enterance Charge 100 Rs. from all Tracks & Loding vehical at Night, So At This time all Traffic is Jaam at this Highway

                                      I HAD ORDERED A BUNDLE OF PACKAGE WHICH INCLUDED 1. TRACK SUIT2. ADDIDAS SHOE 3. ADDIDAS TRAVEL BAG 4. ATOWEL. ALL THGIS WAS COSTING 2999/- + DELEVERY CHARGE OF RS 200/- ALL WHICH I HAD PAID VIA HDFC CREDIT CARD. IRECEIVED THE PACKAGE BUT THE TRACK SUIT WAS OF SMALL SIZE WHILE I HAD ORDERED FOR XXXL (LARGE SIZE).I COMPLAINED ON [protected]@INDIATODAYBOOKCLUB AND THE ANSER I RECEIVED WAS TO RETURN THE TRACK SUIT WHICH WILL BE REPLACED.I THROUGH SPEED POST, KATHGODAM SENT THE PARCEL ON 13.03.2009 VIDE NO EE[protected] IN BUT TILL NOW THE PARCEL HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY THE INDIA BOOK CLUB, NEW DELHI. I COMPLAINED TO THE SR.SUPRINTENDENT OF POSTS OFFICES ABOUT IT ON 28.04.2009 AND I RECEIVED A REPLY ON 01.06.2009 STATING THAT THE PARCEL IS DELEVERED ON 16.03.2009.BUT ON GOING THROUGH THE WWW.INDIAPOST.GOV.IN AND FEEDING MY PARCEL NO ITS SHOWING THAT IT HAS BEEN DELEVERED TO IGNOU.
                                      THE REASON FOR THIS COMPLAINT IS THAT THE DELEVERY HAS NOT BEEN DONE AT THE RIGHT PLACE .
                                      NOW HOW CAN I GET MY TRACK SUIT BACK.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I have sent a speed post on 19th june, 2009 from gurgaon, haryana to rajahmundry in Andhra pradesh.
                                        I made this post at Indianpost office at sector-14, Gurgaon. It reached the destination on 23rd June, 2009 in a bad condition, the parcel torn open and the gift i placed inside was opened and the items inside were stolen. Please help me in this issue.
