Sir,

My sister have sent me a parcel as Register Parcel on[protected].

The parcel tracking ID is CU[protected]IN that shown in the postal tracking consignment site that the parcel is booked and bagged on[protected] at knowledge park - I, and then received & bagged on 31-5-19, 1-6-19 at Ghaziabad PH .

After 12 days, we did not get any tracking information about next received, next opened, next bagged, next dispatched in next location. We had contact postal customer care and they told my sister that the parcel reached in Imphal last week and can Delivery in my local address in the next coming Monday or Tuesday. When I checked this week on Tuesday, I did not get no information about my parcel in the India Postal office at my local area, even the postal employees also doubt and confuse because there is no new tracking update about the parcel.

So, I feel disappointed that the trustable govt.postal service of India is loosing it trust by not fulfilled to take care property of Indian citizen and aboard.

It's 20 days now, so please find out the parcel in good and correct condition with new tracking location. If it's lost, please help us to claim. Please do check my tracking id for information.

It's has been twenty days I am not able to get my parcel. My parcel has been sent back to ludhiana many times after reaching near place.. I just check the status. I have called many times post offices but no one tells me exact location. I am very upset from this poor service. My tracking no is ED[protected]IN.. My graduation (B.sc) degree and certificates were expected to come to the post office...from last 13 months My village postman is denying to have my documents. I m going to the Post office regularly. Now I m about to appear for document verification of SSC CGL. So I thought there is a possibility that my documents can be in my college so I cleared from there and I have in written duly signed by Principal that they don't have documents. And the University officials have said that they sent it to the post. So now it's too much of the postman by not giving my documents from 1 year. And today I asked him to show me the record of the documents that are received in this post office in last 1 year. He DENIED that too and said that I m new and I joined few days back so I DON'T know how to work . Then I asked him to give me in written that this post office doesn't have my documents, he DENIED that too. My life is ruined from last 1 year. University time & again says that we have sent in POST...Please take some ACTION against post man on this matter. My documents are very important...I have name and contact no too of the postman

I have a package destined for Pune Maharashtra shipped from USA via USPS has been held at mumbai foreign post office. The tracking details says item retained by customs due to unspecified reason at mumbai foreign post office. Herewith attaching a screenshot of the tracking details from IPS web tracking website.

What are my available options I order to get the shipment delivered to destination.

My brother have sent me a laptop with parcel from Norway to shillong, meghalaya state, india. the parcel has been transited from norway to india but it was reported that, after opening the parcel bag of a/n/o, one RP article, No-CD[protected] was found in suspicious and less weight condition. weight of the article was found 1.210kg against 3.160 as mentioned in booking slip. bag and label were found in good condition. article was forwarding to its destination shillong[protected]. the laptop has been taken out and the only empty box is delivered to the destination.

please, kindly help out to find out the parcel(laptop) and those who ever responsibility for that must find out where it has been lost
i believe the indian post services are one of the best in the world.

I purchased an item that has been stuck at the Kolkatta sub office since June 1st. Have tried contacting India Post and have not gotten any answer. The item has been sitting in this state with no update. There is also no way to directly to speak to someone at India post regarding this.

The tracking id is RE[protected]KR. The package contains an expensive retail product that was ordered online. It has been at the International Mailing Center in Delhi for the last 4 days. The delivery is scheduled to happen in Bangalore. None of the helplines are functional and the status tracker on the internet hasn't been updated. Please help in expediting the process.

As my mother posted my medicine at 11th of june 2019, 10:27am..and I have not get it yet (19th of june 2019)..
I have so need of my medicine and i m unable to take it..
If my health deteriorated then it's will be responsible Indian post..
And Whenever, I m trying to contact the customer service, they are not providing me with any satisfactory reason for this delay.. I m in a kind of helpless situation..

But the tracking shows it is delivered to Nirman Bhawan SO which is 1.3 km aways from the actual delivery address.

I ordered books from Igatpuri, Maharashtra.

It was dispatched(as per mail recieved) on June[protected] .As per the status on india post website and tele-verification by customer care on [protected], item has been delievered.
God knows, who got that parcel .Phone number [protected] of post office is dead.I recieved a nessage stating that, Article sent to you with tracking number RM[protected]IN will be delieverd on[protected], after that I had not signed any reciept, neither I recieved any phone call but status at evening shows that parcel has veen delievered.
WHERE IS MY PARCEL??

My registered ID is RG[protected]IN. I sent parcel for Canada and there has been no update from 20 days. Everytime i call they say it has left India . Plus there is no tracking information from Canada office too. The office says it is untracable item . I fear that same is lost because it has been shipped 20 days back and there is no further update from either county post offices

Hello sir! My name is bajrang saran and i am from village nandiya khurd, teh. Baori, jodhpur, rajasthan. I applied for my atm card three months ago. But my card is not delivered till now.
When i went bank and ask them about it then they give me consignment no of speed post of my atm card.the consignment no of my speed post is EA[protected]IN. When i checked the status of my speed post, i found that my atm was delivered at about two and half months before to my regional post office. So i called the post man and asked him about it. But he is saying that he lost atm. And he is not taking it seriously.please take actions as soon as possible.

These parcels were from china By ali-express using India post. It has been around 3 months since these parcels have been ordered. Seems like they are stuck somewhere in between transit. please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I got a message that my new debit card is dispatched on 12062019 through speed post no
JA[protected]IN. Whenever I try to track this post showing that unable to get consignment details. Its almost one week over from the day I got this message. I am leaving my town within two weeks. So, please solve this issue as soon as possible. If there are any steps that I can take please let me know.

I ordered a laptop from eBay, It was shipped from United States on 28th May against Consignment number CF[protected]US and it reached India long back on 4th of June in Delhi and it was in Delhi for about 6 days got a customs clearance from there after that it was sent to Mumbai and there it has been “RETAINED BY BORDER AGENCY/SECU“ this is what I’m getting right now no reason is specified.

I need a reason why it’s on hold as it’s already delayed and my other question is if Delhi customs gave a clearance to that why did Mumbai customs put it on hold ?

It's been 22 days and my product stuck at KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO. No updates on India Post website too. Tracking # RP[protected]CN
Can you please look into this issue and arrange the delivery ASAP.

I have been trying to reach KOLKATA FOREIGN but they do not have any contact number. Really do not understand how can they keep the product for so many days without any reason. Horrible service
