Inbound parcle (Tracking id: rt[protected]hk), since 24 appears to retained by customs and no attempt is made to reach me (The receiver).

Need details of to reach out to the concerned office (Preferably mail address, phone number) to proceed with the clearene.

The parcle contains electronic development boards
1) sim7600 based 4g modem from waveshare
2) can/rs485 interface board/shield

I Bhaskar Dhame was applied to Bhigwan station post (413130) office for duplicate passbook of SSA(sukanya samriddhi account) account no[protected]old) dtd 8th november 2018. but still not fulfill my requirement from post office department as per their commitment since long time. and i unable to deposit cash in that account without passbook.
