India Post — misplaced parcel | |
Dear Concern, I ordered a pair of reading glasses from London and after tracking the article online it has stopped on 6th June as the last date wherein the tracker says that an “unsuccessful delivery attempt” and that the item has been redirected. I have tried calling IGNOU S.O but no one answers the call. I have even tried enquiring from the NSH New Delhi and foreign post office but even they couldn’t locate my item. My passport cover has to be received by 10 May 2019 but when i tracked by checking tracking status showing address is not sufficient.As per passport policy, address need to be fill whatever in Aadhar card.So i did the same. But till now i am not getting my parcel. Please look into this as soon as possible

Booked a parcel from Dadar in 25th may.After 27th may no tracking updates are showing in indian post tracking.I have inquaried in local post office.But they had not received yet.
