my self mukesh chavhan. i have also cheated by bagittoday.
i purchase lotto bag from bagit today price 599/-
after few days there is call from bagittoday they told you are selected one promotional gift in which you get 30000/- diamonds and other gifts in only 12999/-
but i refused the offer.
after some day they again call me and againg forcing me to place order. when i told him to give me in mail offer details they send me one link. they said me the amount 12999/- is not paying one time we convert in to 12 emi.
i check that link and place order. on the same day im calling to my bank sbi and ask for that order is convert in to emi or not. they told me there is no emi on the transaction of 1999/- rs. then im mail to bagittoday for canceling the order. next day at customer care im call and give instruction to cancel order.
and also denied verification call.
after that there sales person call to me and say this order is not cancel due to my name is add in promotional ad for free appel mobile. after few day mr rohan is calling me and give promise to sell out diamons=ds and yoy get your money. then i confirmed the order and gift is recived. when i check those zia diamonds in market with reputed jwellery sho/ LAL CHAND MANGALDAS SONI SINCE 1944 THEY TOLD ME THAT PRICE OF DIAMONDS I ONLY 3000/-
THEN IM SHOCK AND CALL TO MR. ROHAN BUT THE PERSON IS NOT AVAILABLE THERE AND CUSTOMER CARE REFUSE MY REFUND
WHEN I ASK FOR REFUND.

I HAVE ALSO CALL RECORDING OD=F SALES PERSON WHO GIVES PROMISE OF SELL OUT THE DIAMONDS

BagIT Today — Product sale

This is Madhusudanan. I have placed two order thru bagit today(which is india today group) on March 13th, 2011. But till today i have not received any products. Whenever i called it was mentioned that order is not updated in system and sometimes it will be delivered. But nothing happened till today(30th march,2011). When i called on 30th march 2011 to number[protected], thy have replied that one order [protected] is despatched and consignment no. is [protected]. When i checked with Blue dart thy say the consignment number is incorrect, we dont have any consignment with the said number.

This is regarding to reply on my complaints received.
I have received a mail on April 2nd stating that value of order no [protected] would get refunded within 8 to 10 days, but till today April 11th, i didn't get any refund. when i contact customer care[protected], thy informed me that another 10 days it will take. i don't know how many 10 days they will keep on adding like this. Already a month has gone since i paid the amount. whenever i called customer thy simply give same answer.
Also for my another order - [protected], it was mentioned as product returned and will be dispatched but till now i didn't get the product. Result for this also same. just now received the product will dispatch it this week end. whenever we call, they will this weekend this will get solved. but nothing happens..
Nearly rs. 28000 paid by me is with them but nobody is giving proper response. If i didn't get my product/payment back within this week i will be forced to take legal complaint.
Hope this would not happen. I am really fed up with this organisation. Please don't play with peoples money.
I have paid the amount based on the trust, but the way you people are reacting is very disgusting and painful.

BagItToday — Fraud?

Hello,
Today i got 20 calls from baggittoday telling me that i have won diamonds worth 60,000 and a blackberry pearl mobile. and i can get all these at the cost of 18999.i liked the offer since it was from india today group and i paid the money through my bank account. I the order reference was [protected]. i was again called some 20 more times offering more diamonds worth 60,000. thankfully i had come back to my senses and i refused the offer. after which i came online and read these stories. i promptly tried to cancell my order . a person by name John called me and tried to convince about bagittoday reputation etc.. and even gave his cell number [protected]- i tried calling this number soon after and no one is picking up !
since i refused to fall to his tricks, i insisted on a refund. the call was promptly disconnected without telling me the day on which the refund will come to my account.
I am logging this complaint through this forum and if i dont receive refund in next 3 days, i will lodge a police complaint to bring this people to face their fraud.
Beware of bagittoday! dont fall for india today name.. please be very careful in making purchases!
i wonder why my account gets debited immediately while the credit takes 15 to 20 working days!!! will bagittoday pay me interest for this period?
I have decided to lodge a complaint with the cybercrime police if i dont get satisfactory reply within 3 working days. its time such fraudsters are taught a lesson, a lesson that they remember for life.

I refused that time but they keep telling their offer after some time, i think to buy bt i want to confirm before purchase so i search on google about this offer

Than I read mukesh chavhan comment... i call him and he told all fraud about bagittoday...

I rejected this offer...so pls dont puchase this offer...

1. Zia S.D T30 C (MRP : 30, 000/-) Actual Price is Rs.3000/- valuer gave me certificate
2. VOX 7 Tablet capative touch V 91 - Damage product
3. Numero Pair Watch AI W 009 - Gents watch not working

I am going to File case against bagittoday via akosha and consumer court because this is big scam going under India Today Group. I also called to local new paper to review on bagittoday complaint. they are under process and regular in my contact. This is giant group so they think that no one can touch them and they continue doing scam but it will not happen for long.

hi this is pallavi. i bought a ZIA diamond woth 13999/- and i got some free gifts
on that and bag it today person told me that if you want u can sell that diamond also
when i went to sold that diamond it is just 3000/-. i also cheated by them.then i have complain about that and i got my amount back.
Myself Arunava Gayan. I am also cheated by bagittoday same way. But unfortunately I paid by debit card. Please guide me, how to get refund from those cheaters.
Myself Gayan. I am also cheated by bagittoday the same way. At Rs.23, 999/-, I purchased zia diamonds, one micromax TV, a pair of watches. But unfortunately I paid by debit card. Now they are not ready to refund my money. Please guide me how I can fix those cheaters.

    Dearsir, There is one concern in New Delhi, named 'BAG IT TODAY' who is doing
    the on line business, three months ago there representative contact
    with me and tell that you were chosen by our company in Utter pradesh
    for lifetime member, Any time if you perches from our company you
    will get up to 90 percent discount,' for any item,' for this you gave
    us a order for rs 6999 only, for whom proposal i were agree and gave
    the order, after that company's representative contact with me for
    order conformation and ask me about 'BANK DETAILS' then i were tell
    him that it is 'CONFIDENTIAL' how can i gave you ,then he was tell me
    that no problem we are bank related person, so i gave him my 'BANK
    DETAILS' with 'ATM PIN NO' after some time i were got a massage from bank about two transactions,'ONE OF RS 6999 & SECOND FOR 29999 ONLY' then again i were contact with the company, then they tell me that this order is related with the first order,i am not agree with there logic and later contact with other company person and tell them about cancel the
    order, and the refund of my money then they tell me that there is no
    any procedure in our company for refund the money,when you conform
    the order once And they give me the advice that when order is come at your doorstep than you did not receive that and return to our company we will
    issue 'CREDIT POINTS' in your ' BAG IT TODAY ACCOUNT' that is valid up
    to six months, in between six months you can purchase any items from
    our company, but sir up to yet they did not issue the same.
    every day i were contact with the companies 'CUSTOMER CARE and
    RETENTION DEPT.'but i did not get the 'CREDIT POINTS' up to yet.
    I think for due to a 'worst' and ' non business concern attitude' of this company many customer like me, facing physical and mental depression,
    So please take a solid action against this company and serve a example about justice to customer like me.

      I purchased a mobile JIVI JV-X3I/A3 through online booking in Bagittoday Website on[protected].
      I paid the amount during booking itself.They said the product delivery time is 7 working days.But bagittoday people didn't dispatch my product within time.
      So i cancelled my product on[protected] and i demanded them to return my paid amount.But on[protected] i received a call from Bagittoday Mr.Uday Sharma,Executive-retention team, and he accepted to return my amount through store credit points in my bagittoday regestered id.I submitted my regestered id to them through mail.
      In between i called to bagittoday for my store credit points,but they not provided any store credit points to my bagittoday account.On[protected] i received a mail from bagittoday that your product invoice prepared and ready to dispatch.
      Then i replied to them to change my shipping address,because i transfered from that place.But they dispatched the product to the old address on[protected] through FIRST FLIGHT COURIER from Gurgaon to Mansa with Consignment No:O20231703.
      After dispatching,first flight courier people didn't update the status in their website and daily i called to first flight courier people(batinda&mansa region) and bagittoday people regarding the delivery of my product.
      Batinda first flight courier people accepted that my product reached there on[protected] and they informed me that we dispatched your product to mansa.On[protected] i received a call from bagittoday regarding product receiver name and i replied them with my friend name:N.S.PACHIAPPAN.But on[protected] field courier service boy delivered my product to unknown person without intimating to my mobile call.

        I gave an order online booking to www.bagittoday.com, My Booking Reference Id :[protected] for Rs. 798 and i got a message in my mobile for dispatched on[protected] by FEDEX NCOD[protected] but till now i am unable to get that booking, several time i contact with costumer care and giving lots of complain no. However no responding from their side till now.
        i need to help me. i would like to take legal action against them.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          It is really disappointing to tell you the pathetic service which I received from bagittoday.com today on June 18, 2013. I had booked 2 products on June 7, 2013 the order nos. of which are 33043486 and 33043362. Till date there is no proper update as to when my product would be delivered. One day someone from bagittoday called me to inform that my product will be shipped. However, it is really disappointing to hear no trace of both the products.

          Customer service is the worst ever experienced till date. The telephone number which they have put on their website to make online booking is never picked nor do they respond to emails properly.

          Today on June 18, 2013 I called up customer care to check status of both the productions. The executive (Azhar) who answered the phone call had no clue or maybe he did not want to commit a proper time of delivery. All that he kept saying was that the product will be shipped today and delivered by weekend which he was unsure of as well. He also told me that the order once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded as billing was already done. The call was disturbing because he said that there is no supervisor whom I can speak as even he would give the same answer. After insisting for a while, my call was transferred to so called supervisor (Shekar Kumar).

          Mr. Kumar was so rude and pathetic in explaining me the reasons of the delay. He himself was not sure if the product will be delivered by weekend or not. Moreover, he also says that there is no supervisor above and very sarcastically says that the call cannot transferred to CEO of the company. On top of it he asks me that since you are also aware of BPO structure would it possible to transfer the call to CEO. I never asked to transfer my call to CEO. It was my request to transfer my call to someone who has the authority to cancel the order and refund the money. Mr. Kumar kept on saying that the refund cannot be made as the order has been made.

          After insisting for many a minutes, Mr. Kumar losing his patience says, now what do you want order or money with such a rude tone. Now tell me being a customer am I supposed to receive such stupid service from someone like Mr. Kumar. Eventually he said that he has placed cancellation orer.

          I want to understand if nobody in bagittoday had right to cancel as said by Mr. Kumar, how did he cancel my order? Also, he says that somebody shall call and keep me updated. Now I do not know when that somebody is going to call me. After so called somebody calls me, my money shall be refunded in 10 to 12 working days it seems.

          Now I do not understand when I have not received my product, what is the pain in processing my refund request early.

          Whosoever is the concerned person, kindly look into this request of mine and take appropriate action.

          BagItToday — Worst Customer Service - Product not received

          I placed an order 2 months back on this website called bagittoday and the Order Id.is[protected].
          Made payment through credit card but till date i have not received the product.
          Mailed them on ([protected]@bagittoday.com) this mail id several time but no response and the customer support no [protected] provided by them is always engaged. How should i raise a complaint on these people.? Also i pledge to my fellow indians not to place any orders to these people and get cheated.

          With reference to offer published by Bag it today (IT Today group) in my E-mail address, I have ordered a LG KP 320 Mobile phone and paid a sum of Rs. 3698/- on 18.1.2011 to supply the said items within 18 days from day of order as per their term and condition. But inspite of our repeated request in several times, they are not sending items nor my refund. I had talked over phone to the following customor care officers of Big it today. Mr. Nitin on 02/02/11 Mr. Nitin on 03/02/2011 Ms Kavita on 07/02/2011 Mr. Dinesh on 08/02/2011 Mr. Shivnath on 13/2/2011 Mr. Abbash on 15/02/2011 But no one is giving satisfactory reply. My order No.[protected] in the name of Garima Mishra and my Mobile No. [protected]. I want to file a case against this fraud firm/group which is harrasing the people.

          I am also one of the guy getting cheated by Bagittoday, i booked on 4th June 2014, i have been following up a product delivery for about 8 days continuously, yesterday i got frustrated and asked them to cancel the order, but one girl said wait for another two days my order will be dispatched, and in the same day evening they just put some fake AWB number of Quantum logistics and now i cant even able to find the product in their tracking page, Bagittoday is clever is cheating customers, by just updating the order with some AWB number they thought they can manage the calls easily by stating that "product is out for delivery you please call courier service"... but the thing is the AWB number they given doesn't exist and i afraid whether Quantum logistics exists... this guys can eat the of Flipkart and Amazon to learn what is customer service.

I have received these vouchers after long struggle with them I have mailed to [protected]@bagittoday several times to get the vouchers.finally I received it.now the real problem started that is I have couriered the invoice,voucher,mypancard and demand draft of rupees 750 to redeem my voucher with the booking I'd[protected]R but to my surprise I have not got any response from affordablesalespromotions.Then I called up customer care [protected] and they say there is no registration about my registered mobile and the booking I'd is allotted to different name and they hang up the phone.i would have made more than 20calls so far but with no response such careless attitude.i do not know why there is lot of confusion and I feel I made a mistake of taking these holidays from this company,thinking it is india todays group I had taken it but I never felt they will be so irresponsible Still I have not redeemed the other voucher so far.so please look into this and resolve this at the earliest.l contacted customer care agent by name Anjali nedi and i had scaned those copies which i had couriered and send to [protected]@affordablesalespromotions.com but with no response.so please look into this matter and guide me to file a case regarding this.

            indiatoday — non-fulfilment of bundle offer

            I got a promotional mail from indiatoday bookclub telling about the special offer of 8 cd-pack(elements) with reebok travel bag & T-shirt for Rs:798 plus Rs:300 handling charge. I placed the order relying on the goodwill of the company. After 2 weeks i received a VPP from m/s indiatodaybookclub. I paid Rs:1099 as per inv:no:ORAO90037357 including handling charge. But when i opened the pack, i found only the cds. An attached leaflet asked me to log on to http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com to claim my gifts. But when tried, i found that the site doesnot exist. I then called their customercare no: and was kept in the line for more than 10 minutes without any result and finally was directed again to log onto another site. Later i found that, that site announcing the offer to be expired.Then i mailed again to m/s indiatodaybookclub and for each mail the company is asking me to give inv-no:, unique id, member-no;, etc etc etc...with out any solid answer. I found this as daytime robbery using the goodwill and brand name of indiatoday group. Can an organization like indiatoday do this and walk away...! This act is more fraudulant than anonymous people offering crores of dollars in non-existant african banks...! ananthan.kerala.

                Hi All,

                Just wanted to bring to your notice the most unprofessional approach by India Today group and there senior most management to handle the subscription of esteemed magazine HBR in India. I paid the money to them in March and i was to get the magazine and online access in April as per them, But until May end i was following with them to get the details of both. I called the customer care 10 times and was told that it will be sorted out soon, i also e mailed to almost everyone in the India today group including the editor and business heads.

                The worst part was when i escalated it to the senior most management including the CEO & MD( Manoj Sharma/Arun Purie/Rohit Chauhan), there was no response or acknowledgement from them on this complaint. That was ridiculous and highly unprofessional.

                HBR being an esteemed brand and treated like this by India Today, i fail to understand the professionalism that this company has. Now i can see why is this group loosing on now and i can certainly see how they will not be able to sustain for longer with this approach

                I would urge you all to please be vary of this unprofessional bunch of people and the company.

                I subscribed to india today English magazine for one year on March 17th 2008 and a sum of 780 was deducted on my credit card. Till now i didnt get even a single copy of the magazine

                I had subscribed for the india today magazine on the 16 th of August 2009.
                On subscribing it was told that i would start recieving the magazines within 3-4 weeks
                But is till this date i.e 11 th November that i have not recieved even one magazine from them.
                They even assured of an free gift i.e an 600 rupees addidas bag which they said u ll recieve it
                with in 8- 10 weeks and that gift has also not been sent.

                India Today Group — regarding returning money of the millennium offer

                i mr. pushkar kumar sood s/o sh. sharat chander sood r/o chauntra teh. j.nagar distt. mandi himachal pradesh joined your offer for subscribing india today magazine for ten years for the amount 2500/- . i was issued certificate for this, which claimed to return money after ten years ... this was the offer ... now ten years are over few months back but there is no communication regarding this and i have not yet got my money back. my membership / subscription number is 334495.
                now after so long i am sending this complaint with the hope of getting my money.

                  I had purchased a Lotto shoe from Bag-it Today.com online on 26th March-2013. I had ordered White-Red combination while as they sent me White-Grey shoe.
                  I complained them about their mistake & they agreed to replace my shoes.
                  But till date I have not received my correct shoes. Then I told them to credit back my money & there was no response from them.

                  Kindly BLACKLIST the Company namely Bag-it Today.com so that no one in future gets cheated.

                      1. On receiving a mail for bagittoday, I booked a holiday package on 23rd April 2013 paying Rs.3999 through my bank vide Order No.33009198. The same day I was confirmed that I would be receiving a gift (either a suit length / sunglasses / strolley bag) and to select the same I would be receiving a mail. within 24-48 hours.

                      2. On 25th April 2013, I received a call from Mr.Kunal Roy having Employee Code 493528, from landline number 48487110, who, stated that as a jackpot offer, I have been selected for a gift (either a Sony LED 22" / Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 / HP laptop) but to receive the same I need to pay Rs.3999 additionally which would be refunded back to me along-with the gift. He assured me that this offer is from a reputed Group and I need not worry at all for this. Accordingly I booked another holiday package on 25th April 2013 vide Order No.33010355. He also informed me that I would be receiving a verification call within 24-48 hours and a mail within a short time which would reflect the same. Mr.Kunal Roy also gave his mobile number to me which was [protected].

                      3. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any such mail and on subsequently calling up the customer care, I was informed that no such scheme existed. Then I called up the mobile number of Mr.Kunal Roy which again was a fraud as no Mr.Kunal existed on that number. Again, on calling up the customer care, on the contrary I was asked that how could I believe in such an offer. In other words, they conveyed that one should not believe a word of what their executives say although it might be a reputed group. And my fault was simply that I trusted these guys due to the name of organisation.

                      4. When I came to know of this fraud, when I received the verification call, I denied the booking and claimed my money back,

                      5. But as the intention of the group is simply to collect money, I received a call from one Mr.Rajiv Khanna, who stated himself to be a Senior Manager, on around 27th April afternoon from Telephone No.66572910. He asked the reason of my cancelling the booking and apologized for all inconvenience occurred to me all this while after I narrated all what happened. He informed that there was no such promotional offer and I was informed wrongly by the executive. He also acknowledged that yes, Mr.Kunal Roy, having Employee Code 493528 did exist in the loop. He sought some time and after some time he again called up and informed that as I was a valuable customer, as a goodwill gesture, the company has agreed to provide any of those gifts, though that scheme didn't exist.(either a Sony LED 22" / Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 / HP laptop). He further sought my option and I confirmed him for a Sony Ericsson Mobile. When I asked the refund of money against the booking on 25th April, which too was assured to me, he further agreed that discount vouchers to the extent of Rs.3999 would be provided to me but the money would not be refunded.

                      6. He further informed that to be entitled for this gift, I would have to proceed with the order during the fresh verification call, which earlier I had denied. Though I did not agree to it but again he assured that he was a Senior Manager speaking and not any sales executive and as it is a reputed group I need not worry.Going by his words and trusting the repute of the name I verified the call.

                      7. Since then, I have not received any mail or call regarding execution of above orders leave aside the receiving of gift. More so that whenever I have tried to call back the so-called Senior Manager, Mr.Rajiv Khanna, he has never attended my call. After I speak out my name, the next message i receive is that he is busy on other line and would call back shortly. But that never happened. Of course it was not to happen coz the intention of the group was just to extract money which earlier was denied by me. Once the money was received, it was Good Bye.

                      8. Thereafter, I have sent mails after mails after mails, which are duly being acknowledged but every-time I am being assured that the issue would be resolved. N number of times I have spoken to Mr.Abhinesh, who every-time assures me that the issue would be resolved but nothing has happened till now.

                      I really fail to understand that how such a reputed group ignores the grievances of its customers and no action is being taken. Every-time i call up I am just informed that my complaint has been forwarded to the Senior Authorities and they are looking into it. Its a shame that a few personnel, just for some money, are cheating the customers and the Management is sitting silent over it, probably they are also not bothered about the customers. All they want is collection of money.

                      Mobile Store — No refund of money paid for Holiday voucher

                      I have bought the Sony ericsson mobile through mobile store on which i won 2 n/3d holiday package. After i opt for the package they told me to pay Rs. 720 for breakfast charges which was not mentioned on their travel voucher. Thereafter i have provided the dates of travel two months in advance. However due to some medical reason i could not travel on those previously given dates however intimation about rescheduling the trip was given to them one month in advance. But this time they started asking for cancellation charges of Rs. 500 per night. I said it will be too costly then they have changed it to Rs. 500 for entire package which is similar to some roadside hawkers bargaining with the customers to sell their products.

                      When i show my readiness to pay rs. 500 they started cripping that now it is not possible because dates have already passed and started blaiming me that you have not given dates in advance. Whereas i was already communicating to them one month in advance and i have the proof of all correspondance with them.

                      When i asked to refund the money paid by me i.e Rs. 999 + Rs. 720(breakfast chrages) they simply replied that it is not possible to refund the money. When i lodged complain with mobile store about this they have arranged for conference call between thier own travel agent and me but the result were same that is they were not ready to refund the money paid by me eventhough i have not gone for travel package.

                      Request you to take strict action against such corporation in the general interest of public and do the justice by helping me out in getting the refund from these white collar robbers.

                      Bagit — Money debited, product not delivered more than 2.5 months

                      I have done an online transaction on 1st June with bagittoday.com and money was debited and I got confirmation(Order Id:[protected]).When I called them after few days they said they donot see any order in the system and they need to punch it now and it would take another 3 weeks for which I told them to cancel the order and process my refund. The executive agreed and said that it would take 2-3 weeks for that and I said ok. After few days when I followed up they said they are processing it and I it would take few days for me to get the courier and again I informed them that I have cancelled the order and I had requested for the refund and they said okay sir no problem we wil refund it. Again after few days when I contact them they said Order is dispatched, and when I explained them they said they will process a credit. This is been going on for 2.5+months and everytime Iget similar reply. They have gone to extent of saying do what you want we cant help it. Cust care is not escalating it to their supervisors nor provinding any alternate contact. I have entire string of e-mails and also I have recorded one of our converation wherein they have agreed it is their fault. I told them that I am going to produce all this to leading newspaper and they said we dont care. request you to take this on priority and provide justice. This infact I understand belongs to a leading brand India Today.Please let me know what is the next course of action for me.My contact number [protected]

                      Bagit — Cheated of Holiday Package

                      Hi,
                      My Cousing and me were sold the Bagit Holiday package of Rs.7000/- each with the booking ids: [protected] & [protected] with the promise of confirmed Orange County Coorg booking. They even confirmed the same through their official email id stating that if 2 packages are purchased Orange County would be provided.

                      After booking we sent across 2 - Rs.750 vouchers for booking it. When we contacted them post sending the documents and DD we were told that it was not possible to provide Orange County and were told that we can claim refund instead. For past 10 months we have been following up for the refund to no avail. After 4-5 months they told us to send back some booklets which was sent to an address provided by them in Oct. Post that we tried following up for refund but were told that the booklets never reached.

                      Not sure what all the fuss is about with those good for nothing booklets which just has different destinations details!! If their intention was right from the beginning it wouldnt have taken so much time to refund the money.

                      I havent seen replies to my emails either. I am cheated by Bagit. I understand why they start such ventures... The whole idea is to cheat people of their hard earned money. No business ethics.

                      Bagit today holiday — Cheating by Bag It Today Holiday

                      I purchased 2 holiday vouchers from bag it today holiday for Rs 7,000 each from their sales agent Rahul Malhotra in Sept 2011. I was told by the sales executive Rahul Malhotra that if i purchase 2 vouchers i will get a Blackberry Curve Mobile free. Because of this offer of free Blackberry mobile i decided to buy 2 holiday vouchers and paid Rs 14,000 in total. My Order id are :- [protected], [protected] and Package booking id are:[protected],[protected] for the 2 vouchers. In Oct 2011 i received a call from someone called Neha from bagit today blackberry department saying that my blackberry has been dispatched. But it has been almost 9 months now i have still not received the free blackberry mobile. When i called the customer care team several times i got the response that either i need to provide 15 references or buy 15 vouchers in order to get the free Blackberry mobile. I feel cheated by the Bag It Today holiday group.
                      Please take action against the company and help me get my free blackberry mobile as promised by the company.

                        On 22nd October i also faced similar thing from Bag it. They called me up and sold their cheat diamonds deal and i was told many lies to me that this was only for me. you got selected in lucky draw and you will get surprise gifts as well and also told me that you need to book the order right now only. I told them that tell me and i will book order online after checking but they just told me that it is not possible online and you need to book order right now only and transferred the call to payments department and they were like just tell your credit card details CVV number and OTP as well. Actually i was shocked and was not able to understand what happened and afterwards same day when i called them up and wanted to cancel the order they clearly denied that it can not be done. I also wrote an email but no repose from them.
                        i got a call from bagittoday that i won a lucky draw and i have to pay Rs13999 and they give my credit card information i said to them that i can't give my credit card information to a human being so connect to IVR but they said that IVR is not working so give me your information don't worry it is safe and i gave him all the the information including CVV number in the mean time my sense rises and i refused to give the OTP the tried there best to convince me but i don't give them the OTP.

                          India Today sent me a mail offering a free trip voucher on ordering 4 books worth Rs. 803/-. I got my order but they did not send me the trip voucher as promised. Nor did they respond when i tried to inquire. It was the voucher for which i made the order in the first place. Did not expect this from India Today. Beware before falling for any of their "offers" and "sales".

I got a doubt and called customer service they told it will take 7 working days to dispatch my order due to out of stock. when i called back after 7 days again they are saying it will take another 7 days to dispatch. I sent so many mail to them but no use nobody was called me.
                            Then i realized 100% wrong going with me. I called to customer service to cancel my order. they told they are cancelling my order but still my order status showing processing.Again after 2 days i called them to cancel order and change my order status as cancelled but they saying it will take 7-10 days to process my cancel Order. I ask so many questions just they are saying concern department will take care.


                            How these BagItToday cheating people its shame .

                              I have taken a holiday package from BAG IT TODAY on[protected] through invoice no TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/156244 and has been given Booking ID no [protected]. The holiday package was valid for one year.I have been given a list of destinations to choose from. When i contacted to phone no [protected] on 3-5-2013 to book me a holiday package for Shimla in first week of June then the representative told me that booking is not available for Shimla .You may opt for Goa.At the time of booking they told me that you can go to any place you choose during validity period.When i told representative to refund my money she told me that that package is not refundable.What can i do.


                              Again I was told that booking for shimla is not vacant you should opt for Goa.I refused to opt for Goa.Then they told me to wait until Monday i.e.6-5-13.Again i phoned to that no. on Monday and i asked them to either provide me booking for Shimla or Jaipur in the first week of June.They simply refused and told me that booking is only available for Goa.I don't have to go to Goa or any other forced destination.
                              So i requested them to please cancel my booking and refund the booking amount i.e. Rs 5998/+Rs 450/ at the earliest.But till now no response from there side.Please help me get out of this mess.

                              I am Mugilan for chennai

                              I have placed order of Holiday package for Rs.5998. The marketing person asked to place a second order for the same price. I was asked to refer 20 persons if so he will send me referral gift of laptop but till date for more than 2 months.

                              I wrote a letter to BAG IT TODAY customer care, the below mail - but no reply.
                              " I have received the SECOND holiday package with Booking for which I was eligible for referral scheme..
                              As discussed by Mr. Karan of marketing that for this booking I have referred 32 contact for referral scheme, but I have not informed regarding the gift for referral till date, Mr.Karan is not responding properly.
                              As said by Mr. Karan of marketing if any query contact. to his number. [protected] but this no. is always switched off or not picking the call, as he said. Request you to cancel the second order & refund me as soon as possible.
                              If you are not able to cancel I will be reporting to consumers complained if not responding properly.

                                I placed an order with Bagittoday under POD for a pair of Marco Ferro Tan Shoes at price Rs 499.. I was informed that the consignment was dispatched on 23rd April 2013, by www1st flight.net Up till today i have not received the consignment. On tracking the consignment through SMS I was repeatedly informed that it was in transit. About a week back on tracking I was told that there was no such consignment I immediately contacted Customer care bagittoday and told the matter would be looked into and I would be contacted with in a week A week has passed I contacted them to day and was given no assurence Just that the matter would be looked into.I am glad it was on POD and I did not use my Credit card. The consignment order No 33006325 and another no given 9690. The consignment transshipment No.LO 0364730. Kindly look into the matter.

                                I think your lucky at-least they shipped your order. I also order on 23rd and there was no response till 29th, today i got SMS it was shipped.

                                Is it tradition of Bagittoday shipping late.

                                Why so much delay in shipping the order or atlest there is no communication too that it will be delayed.

                                  I have received call from India Today Group (www.bagittoday.com), they told me as you are a winner in our pramotion and you win VOX tablet, 3 diamonds (Rs. 30000), wrist watch pair, goggle and surprize gift. For security purpose you need to pay Rs. 15999 and this amount will auto refunded within next seven working days. I have recorded voice clip for the same.

                                  I have paid the amount (Rs. 15999) using my credit card but still I don't get refund amount from India Today Group and also received VOX tablet is defective piece.

                                  I contacted to India Today Group but they told me as we are not liable for refund your any amount and also for product they told me as contact to VOX customer care but I am always try to contact VOX customer care but they are not receive my call.

                                  So please I need your help to refund my amount (Rs. 15999).

                                  I had placed an order through bagittoday website and paid the money using my credit card…

                                  unfortunately I haven’t received my order so I have requested cancelation for my order on 12 April but still I haven’t got my money back .. expected time given is 21 working days and it is more than 90 days. I tried to escalate this matter with highest authority but could not able to contact anyone of them infact had word with customer care for more than 5-6 time every time they have giving me some wrong information. I will suggest not to buy any goods from bagittoday their services are pathetic they don’t have efficient customer care.

                                  If you have recorded verification phone call then hear properly and completely, because in this call I ask about refund then your re-presentative told me as we are not liable for refund and also we not able to cancel your order and I have already paid amount 15999/- so in this situation what can I do?

                                  After verification call I was call to person who called me for the offer then he told me we need to record this call and shows the same to State Bank of India so in that we have not discuss about any refund.                                     I would like to bring your kind attention that, I placed order to bagit today on 13.05.2011 for blackberry against order no.[protected] and had rude shock to know when i spoke to their executive (they don't tell their right name )on 08.06.2011 that the said item not in stock and they are in precess of refunding my money rs.7498/- (includes packing and delivery) which i paid thru credit card and i converted to emi spending more than 1000/- which includes processing fess and interest part.

                                    the said company doesn't have a courtesy to inform me when i placed the order on 13.05.2011 in spite of one & half of month passed status of my order. Now i want my black berry mobile not at all any refund which you please note.

                                    I order product on 3 Aug. 2013. On 6 Aug. tracker show Out For Shipment. I am going to out of station i talked with customer care on 7 Aug. and they said you receive courier on 8 Aug but still i didnt receive the product and the courier company is local cant track and contact with courier guy. Wastage of money to buy something from bagittoday.
                                    this website gave me store credit points of the amount mentioned earlier i.e, 8998 and they took almost 3 months for the same . later when i used the store credits to buy a camera and a printer from the web site they made me wait 2 months and never delivered the camera and a few days back they are saying that they are cancelling the order and giving me back the credit for the camera. i ordered the camera on 12 july and on 28th aug they told me that they shall be returning the credit. the printer was ordered by me on 28th aug and i am yet to recieve the order.
                                    i ordered on 6 oct 13 from bagittoday and waited for the order for more than 1 week after so much waiting one day i received i think its was from deleivery company and they commited to deleiver the product next day after there commitment i am still waiting for the product and after reading the above complaints i am totally frustrated, iwant to cancel my order and wont pay a single penny if i receive the order in future

                                      I received a call from BagItToday saying that I would get diamonds (and a mobile phone, a bag, an iron) worth Rs 30000 for only Rs 12999. They also told me i would get a lifetime discount of 60-70% on all products on their website for Rs 29999 of which i paid Rs 12999.

                                      So totally I made purchases worth Rs 25998. A few days after making the purchase I saw many people having reported cases against BagItToday for fraud. So I decided to cancel my order.

                                      I have not received any item from either of the two orders nor have I received any information about courier details of the orders which means they haven't been shipped yet.

                                      Please have them cancel both the orders and refund the payment as soon as possible.

                                      BagItToday — Not cancelling orders

                                      I purchased an adidas T-Shirt from BagItToday on 2-Jun-2011.
                                      On 3-Jun-2011, I received a call from BagITToday informing me that I won some lucky draw and in that I am getting diamonds worth 60K + Blackberry mobile for Rs/- 18999. I asked the details about the diamonds and they said its VVS1 Quality, D Color, 10 * 6 cent, Excellent Cut pure Indian diamond. I'll also receive a certificate from AGS. After confirming from my friends about what would be the value of this diamonds I thought of going ahead with the offer.

                                      On 6-Jun-2011, I got a call again from BagITToday and I finally went ahead and booked my order.
                                      This order was booked on telephone. Booking ID is [protected].
                                      To my surprise instead of debiting Rs/- 18999 they debited Rs/- 24999.

                                      I immediately called customer care and they were not ready to entertain my complain instead they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@bagittoday.com. I sent that email but got no response on that day.

                                      On 7-Jun-2011, I got a call from BagItToday informing me that I am selected in another luck draw or something and only 5 people from India are selected for this offer. In this offer I will be getting a 100% assured cash gift of either 1 lakh, 3 lakh, 5 lakh, 10 lakh or 20 lakh.

                                      For this they asked me to pay Rs/- 43999 and that amount will be 100% refunded no matter whether I will the first prize or the last prize and this refund was supposed to be done in next 3-4 days.

                                      I asked them to cancel my yesterday's order, i.e. [protected] and then I'll go ahead with this one as there is no purchase involve in this.

                                      They kept me on mute for sometime and then I received an email from a personal email ID sales852.[protected]@gmail.com informing that my order is cancelled. The agent verbal confirmed that my amount will be refunded in 24-48 hrs. He also gave a reasoning that their mail server is not working so he sent the email from his personal email Id.

                                      In all this conversation they mentioned atleast 20 times that I need not worry about anything as this is "India Today Group".

                                      Assuming that my yesterday's order was cancelled, I went ahead with the transaction of Rs/- 43999. In this thing they asked me to transact this for diamonds, lotto shoes, goggles, T-shirts and what not. But they ensured that nothing will be delivered to my door step and they will block the transaction and this amount will be used as a safety deposit for that luck draw.

                                      This transaction was done in 2 chucks of Rs/- 21999 each.

                                      After making the transaction, I went ahead and searched on internet about BagItToday. This thing I should have done before making the transaction. I found that there were more than 20 complaints about the same diamonds 6 packs and lucky draw of 20 lakhs.

                                      So I went ahead and asked them to cancel the orders on the same day, i.e. 7-Jun. But they again asked me to send mail to [protected]@bagittoday.com.

                                      I went ahead and sent the email to

                                      On 10-Jun I got a reply from [protected]@bagittoday.com telling that for my booking Id [protected] invoice No. 150576 has already generated and they cannot cancel the order. They will deliver the goods and I need to refuse to accept the parcel if I wish to cancel it.

                                      I sent them an email and even called them asking to stop the shipment and cancel the order their itself as they promised me that nothing will be shipped to my place. But they rejected my request and said they don't have any control on the order once the invoice is generated.

                                      On 13-Jun, received an email from [protected]@bagittoday.com informing that my order for Booking id- [protected] is dispatched and for the other orders they have raised the complaint to cancel the orders.

                                      On 14-Jun, received an email from [protected]@bagittoday.com informing that my order for Booking Id - [protected] is cancelled. And for the remaining orders they have raised the complaint to cancel the orders. On the same day recceived the email informing me that the refund number for cancelled order is 5707 and the amount will be credit in my account in 1-2 weeks.

                                      On 17-Jun, called BagIiToday and asked the executive about the status of cancellation for Booking IDs -
                                      [protected]. He said the order is not yet cancelled its under cancellation process and it will take 21 days to refund the amount.

                                      On 18-Jun, received an email from [protected]@bagittoday.com informing that my order for Booking ID - [protected] is in process and I'll receive it in 21 days. Inspite of sending more than 12 emails and calling them on daily basis they are not able to cancel the orders, instead they are informing me that they'll ship the order.

                                      To Summarize the whole story, I request BagITToday to cancel the following orders and refund my amount before 3-July-2011 as I made all my transactions through credit card and my credit card due date is 4-Jul.
                                      If the amount is not credit then I have to go through all sorts of credit card charges.
                                      So please expedite the cancellation and refund process.

                                        I purchased a Micromax Canvas2 mobile online via BagitToday - India Today Website on 13/03/2013.
                                        It was delivered to me on 16/03/2013 to my office address. On 16th March being a saturday so courier guy delivered to my office mailbox.
                                        I received it on Monday 18/03/2013. As i switched on the mobile it started weiredly and working automatically.
                                        So i complaint to bagittoday very next day. So they asked me to take it to the nearest Micromax service center.
                                        I took it there and they provided me a DOA - Dead on Arrival letter. which means phone needs to be replaced.
                                        so i send that letter to Bagittoday on Monday 25th March 2013.
                                        They did not called me for another 10 days and after 10 days they called me and me to send the mobile box also to them via courier.
                                        I denied them and asked them to send the new mobile and take this one at the same time as the DOA letter was already provided to them.
                                        They did not replied for another 4-5 days.
                                        Then on 06/04/2013 they called me and said they have arranged a reversal pickup so a person will come and deliver a new phone
                                        and will take away the defective set.
                                        Then again after 2 days some body called me and said they will only pickup the defective set and will check at their ware house and
                                        then it will be repalced. Since then today is 16/04/2013 nobody has called me. So i want my money back and also a claim for making me wait so long.
