Please help me i ordered mobile from bagittoday.com and my order id is 33033143. And thay have not stock of my mobile though they verified my order and i paid 3299 payment via debit card. Now they are not sending mobile and not cancling my order and not retuning my payment.

    I had purchased a Lotto shoe from Bag-it Today.com online on 26th March-2013. I had ordered White-Red combination while as they sent me White-Grey shoe.
    I complained them about their mistake & they agreed to replace my shoes.
    But till date I have not received my correct shoes. Then I told them to credit back my money & there was no response from them.

    Kindly BLACKLIST the Company namely Bag-it Today.com so that no one in future gets cheated.

      i have ordered lotto combo shoes from bagittoday on 25/05/2013 through phone after seeing the add on National Geographic channel.Today(29/05/2013) i received my package and found what i ordered and received are different.

      also i searched in Bagittoday website and found that
      what shown on TV and i ordered is Lotto OHIO
      but what i recieved is Lotto velocity.

        1. On receiving a mail for bagittoday, I booked a holiday package on 23rd April 2013 paying Rs.3999 through my bank vide Order No.33009198. The same day I was confirmed that I would be receiving a gift (either a suit length / sunglasses / strolley bag) and to select the same I would be receiving a mail. within 24-48 hours.

        2. On 25th April 2013, I received a call from Mr.Kunal Roy having Employee Code 493528, from landline number 48487110, who, stated that as a jackpot offer, I have been selected for a gift (either a Sony LED 22" / Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 / HP laptop) but to receive the same I need to pay Rs.3999 additionally which would be refunded back to me along-with the gift. He assured me that this offer is from a reputed Group and I need not worry at all for this. Accordingly I booked another holiday package on 25th April 2013 vide Order No.33010355. He also informed me that I would be receiving a verification call within 24-48 hours and a mail within a short time which would reflect the same. Mr.Kunal Roy also gave his mobile number to me which was [protected].

        3. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any such mail and on subsequently calling up the customer care, I was informed that no such scheme existed. Then I called up the mobile number of Mr.Kunal Roy which again was a fraud as no Mr.Kunal existed on that number. Again, on calling up the customer care, on the contrary I was asked that how could I believe in such an offer. In other words, they conveyed that one should not believe a word of what their executives say although it might be a reputed group. And my fault was simply that I trusted these guys due to the name of organisation.

        4. When I came to know of this fraud, when I received the verification call, I denied the booking and claimed my money back,

But as the intention of the group is simply to collect money, I received a call from one Mr.Rajiv Khanna, who stated himself to be a Senior Manager, on around 27th April afternoon from Telephone No.66572910. He asked the reason of my cancelling the booking and apologized for all inconvenience occurred to me all this while after I narrated all what happened. He informed that there was no such promotional offer and I was informed wrongly by the executive. He also acknowledged that yes, Mr.Kunal Roy, having Employee Code 493528 did exist in the loop. He sought some time and after some time he again called up and informed that as I was a valuable customer, as a goodwill gesture, the company has agreed to provide any of those gifts, though that scheme didn't exist.(either a Sony LED 22" / Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 / HP laptop). He further sought my option and I confirmed him for a Sony Ericsson Mobile. When I asked the refund of money against the booking on 25th April, which too was assured to me, he further agreed that discount vouchers to the extent of Rs.3999 would be provided to me but the money would not be refunded.

        6. He further informed that to be entitled for this gift, I would have to proceed with the order during the fresh verification call, which earlier I had denied. Though I did not agree to it but again he assured that he was a Senior Manager speaking and not any sales executive and as it is a reputed group I need not worry.Going by his words and trusting the repute of the name I verified the call.

        7. Since then, I have not received any mail or call regarding execution of above orders leave aside the receiving of gift. More so that whenever I have tried to call back the so-called Senior Manager, Mr.Rajiv Khanna, he has never attended my call. After I speak out my name, the next message i receive is that he is busy on other line and would call back shortly. But that never happened. Of course it was not to happen coz the intention of the group was just to extract money which earlier was denied by me. Once the money was received, it was Good Bye.

        8. Thereafter, I have sent mails after mails after mails, which are duly being acknowledged but every-time I am being assured that the issue would be resolved. N number of times I have spoken to Mr.Abhinesh, who every-time assures me that the issue would be resolved but nothing has happened till now.

        I really fail to understand that how such a reputed group ignores the grievances of its customers and no action is being taken. Every-time i call up I am just informed that my complaint has been forwarded to the Senior Authorities and they are looking into it. Its a shame that a few personnel, just for some money, are cheating the customers and the Management is sitting silent over it, probably they are also not bothered about the customers. All they want is collection of money.

        Mobile Store — No refund of money paid for Holiday voucher

        I have bought the Sony ericsson mobile through mobile store on which i won 2 n/3d holiday package. After i opt for the package they told me to pay Rs. 720 for breakfast charges which was not mentioned on their travel voucher. Thereafter i have provided the dates of travel two months in advance. However due to some medical reason i could not travel on those previously given dates however intimation about rescheduling the trip was given to them one month in advance. But this time they started asking for cancellation charges of Rs. 500 per night. I said it will be too costly then they have changed it to Rs. 500 for entire package which is similar to some roadside hawkers bargaining with the customers to sell their products.

        When i show my readiness to pay rs. 500 they started cripping that now it is not possible because dates have already passed and started blaiming me that you have not given dates in advance. Whereas i was already communicating to them one month in advance and i have the proof of all correspondance with them.

        When i asked to refund the money paid by me i.e Rs. 999 + Rs. 720(breakfast chrages) they simply replied that it is not possible to refund the money. When i lodged complain with mobile store about this they have arranged for conference call between thier own travel agent and me but the result were same that is they were not ready to refund the money paid by me eventhough i have not gone for travel package.

        Request you to take strict action against such corporation in the general interest of public and do the justice by helping me out in getting the refund from these white collar robbers.

        Bagit — Money debited, product not delivered more than 2.5 months

        I have done an online transaction on 1st June with bagittoday.com and money was debited and I got confirmation(Order Id:[protected]).When I called them after few days they said they donot see any order in the system and they need to punch it now and it would take another 3 weeks for which I told them to cancel the order and process my refund. The executive agreed and said that it would take 2-3 weeks for that and I said ok. After few days when I followed up they said they are processing it and I it would take few days for me to get the courier and again I informed them that I have cancelled the order and I had requested for the refund and they said okay sir no problem we wil refund it. Again after few days when I contact them they said Order is dispatched, and when I explained them they said they will process a credit. This is been going on for 2.5+months and everytime Iget similar reply. They have gone to extent of saying do what you want we cant help it. Cust care is not escalating it to their supervisors nor provinding any alternate contact. I have entire string of e-mails and also I have recorded one of our converation wherein they have agreed it is their fault. I told them that I am going to produce all this to leading newspaper and they said we dont care. request you to take this on priority and provide justice. This infact I understand belongs to a leading brand India Today.Please let me know what is the next course of action for me.My contact number [protected]

        Bagit — Cheated of Holiday Package

        Hi,
        My Cousing and me were sold the Bagit Holiday package of Rs.7000/- each with the booking ids: [protected] & [protected] with the promise of confirmed Orange County Coorg booking. They even confirmed the same through their official email id stating that if 2 packages are purchased Orange County would be provided.

        After booking we sent across 2 - Rs.750 vouchers for booking it. When we contacted them post sending the documents and DD we were told that it was not possible to provide Orange County and were told that we can claim refund instead. For past 10 months we have been following up for the refund to no avail. After 4-5 months they told us to send back some booklets which was sent to an address provided by them in Oct. Post that we tried following up for refund but were told that the booklets never reached.

        Not sure what all the fuss is about with those good for nothing booklets which just has different destinations details!! If their intention was right from the beginning it wouldnt have taken so much time to refund the money.

        I havent seen replies to my emails either. I am cheated by Bagit. I understand why they start such ventures... The whole idea is to cheat people of their hard earned money. No business ethics.

        Bagit today holiday — Cheating by Bag It Today Holiday

        I purchased 2 holiday vouchers from bag it today holiday for Rs 7,000 each from their sales agent Rahul Malhotra in Sept 2011. I was told by the sales executive Rahul Malhotra that if i purchase 2 vouchers i will get a Blackberry Curve Mobile free. Because of this offer of free Blackberry mobile i decided to buy 2 holiday vouchers and paid Rs 14,000 in total. My Order id are :- [protected], [protected] and Package booking id are:[protected],[protected] for the 2 vouchers. In Oct 2011 i received a call from someone called Neha from bagit today blackberry department saying that my blackberry has been dispatched. But it has been almost 9 months now i have still not received the free blackberry mobile. When i called the customer care team several times i got the response that either i need to provide 15 references or buy 15 vouchers in order to get the free Blackberry mobile. I feel cheated by the Bag It Today holiday group.
        Please take action against the company and help me get my free blackberry mobile as promised by the company.

          Bagittoday did fraud selling with me on 12 Aug 2013, Actually i did shopping on Bagittoday on 19 Aug 2013 of reebok cricket kit order id 33167541 for my nephew, Next day on 12 Aug 2013 bagittoday promotional head Deepak called me that Bagittoday promotional campaign we is going on you are selected as our special customer behalf of your last purchasing with us so management wants to give you special offer to you
          3 diamond value of Rs 30000 just in Rs 12999, each diamond have 0.10 carat weight & GJI certified and gifts worth of 10000
          that time i denied their offer because i have no knowledge about diamond after that Manish said to me don't worry if diamond value less than market value you can return to Bagittoday immediately

          when i checked their rates in market and on website then i found their value just Rs 3000 only

          After that when i called to Customer Executive regarding returning their product he has apparently denied, he said we can not return

          On 22nd October i also faced similar thing from Bag it. They called me up and sold their cheat diamonds deal and i was told many lies to me that this was only for me. you got selected in lucky draw and you will get surprise gifts as well and also told me that you need to book the order right now only. I told them that tell me and i will book order online after checking but they just told me that it is not possible online and you need to book order right now only and transferred the call to payments department and they were like just tell your credit card details CVV number and OTP as well. Actually i was shocked and was not able to understand what happened and afterwards same day when i called them up and wanted to cancel the order they clearly denied that it can not be done. I also wrote an email but no repose from them.
          i got a call from bagittoday that i won a lucky draw and i have to pay Rs13999 and they give my credit card information i said to them that i can't give my credit card information to a human being so connect to IVR but they said that IVR is not working so give me your information don't worry it is safe and i gave him all the the information including CVV number in the mean time my sense rises and i refused to give the OTP the tried there best to convince me but i don't give them the OTP.

            India Today sent me a mail offering a free trip voucher on ordering 4 books worth Rs. 803/-. I got my order but they did not send me the trip voucher as promised. Nor did they respond when i tried to inquire. It was the voucher for which i made the order in the first place. Did not expect this from India Today. Beware before falling for any of their "offers" and "sales".

              Please don’t order any thing from bagitToday. its a big online fraud site.
              I place an Order 33015951 on 4-May-2013, When i was purchasing stock was available, After 4 days also my order status showing as processing. I got a doubt and called customer service they told it will take 7 working days to dispatch my order due to out of stock. when i called back after 7 days again they are saying it will take another 7 days to dispatch. I sent so many mail to them but no use nobody was called me.
              Then i realized 100% wrong going with me. I called to customer service to cancel my order. they told they are cancelling my order but still my order status showing processing.Again after 2 days i called them to cancel order and change my order status as cancelled but they saying it will take 7-10 days to process my cancel Order. I ask so many questions just they are saying concern department will take care.


              How these BagItToday cheating people its shame .

              Please be aware with bigitToday and tell to your friends also.

                Sir,
                I have taken a holiday package from BAG IT TODAY on[protected] through invoice no TRNPL/DLI/[protected]/156244 and has been given Booking ID no [protected]. The holiday package was valid for one year.I have been given a list of destinations to choose from. When i contacted to phone no [protected] on 3-5-2013 to book me a holiday package for Shimla in first week of June then the representative told me that booking is not available for Shimla .You may opt for Goa.At the time of booking they told me that you can go to any place you choose during validity period.When i told representative to refund my money she told me that that package is not refundable.What can i do.


                Again I was told that booking for shimla is not vacant you should opt for Goa.I refused to opt for Goa.Then they told me to wait until Monday i.e.6-5-13.Again i phoned to that no. on Monday and i asked them to either provide me booking for Shimla or Jaipur in the first week of June.They simply refused and told me that booking is only available for Goa.I don't have to go to Goa or any other forced destination.
                So i requested them to please cancel my booking and refund the booking amount i.e. Rs 5998/+Rs 450/ at the earliest.But till now no response from there side.Please help me get out of this mess.

                Bag It Today — Holiday package

                I am Mugilan for chennai

                I have placed order of Holiday package for Rs.5998. The marketing person asked to place a second order for the same price. I was asked to refer 20 persons if so he will send me referral gift of laptop but till date for more than 2 months.

                I wrote a letter to BAG IT TODAY customer care, the below mail - but no reply.
                " I have received the SECOND holiday package with Booking for which I was eligible for referral scheme..
                As discussed by Mr. Karan of marketing that for this booking I have referred 32 contact for referral scheme, but I have not informed regarding the gift for referral till date, Mr.Karan is not responding properly.
                As said by Mr. Karan of marketing if any query contact. to his number. [protected] but this no. is always switched off or not picking the call, as he said. Request you to cancel the second order & refund me as soon as possible.
                If you are not able to cancel I will be reporting to consumers complained if not responding properly.

                  I placed an order with Bagittoday under POD for a pair of Marco Ferro Tan Shoes at price Rs 499.. I was informed that the consignment was dispatched on 23rd April 2013, by www1st flight.net Up till today i have not received the consignment. On tracking the consignment through SMS I was repeatedly informed that it was in transit. About a week back on tracking I was told that there was no such consignment I immediately contacted Customer care bagittoday and told the matter would be looked into and I would be contacted with in a week A week has passed I contacted them to day and was given no assurence Just that the matter would be looked into.I am glad it was on POD and I did not use my Credit card. The consignment order No 33006325 and another no given 9690. The consignment transshipment No.LO 0364730. Kindly look into the matter.

For security purpose you need to pay Rs. 15999 and this amount will auto refunded within next seven working days. I have recorded voice clip for the same.

                    I have paid the amount (Rs. 15999) using my credit card but still I don't get refund amount from India Today Group and also received VOX tablet is defective piece.

                    If you have recorded verification phone call then hear properly and completely, because in this call I ask about refund then your re-presentative told me as we are not liable for refund and also we not able to cancel your order and I have already paid amount 15999/- so in this situation what can I do?

                    After verification call I was call to person who called me for the offer then he told me we need to record this call and shows the same to State Bank of India so in that we have not discuss about any refund. For your refund procedure you don't worry this amount auto refunded in your credit card account in next seven working days.

                      I order product on 3 Aug. 2013. On 6 Aug. tracker show Out For Shipment. I am going to out of station i talked with customer care on 7 Aug. and they said you receive courier on 8 Aug but still i didnt receive the product and the courier company is local cant track and contact with courier guy. Wastage of money to buy something from bagittoday.
                      this website gave me store credit points of the amount mentioned earlier i.e, 8998 and they took almost 3 months for the same . later when i used the store credits to buy a camera and a printer from the web site they made me wait 2 months and never delivered the camera and a few days back they are saying that they are cancelling the order and giving me back the credit for the camera. i ordered the camera on 12 july and on 28th aug they told me that they shall be returning the credit. the printer was ordered by me on 28th aug and i am yet to recieve the order.
                      i ordered on 6 oct 13 from bagittoday and waited for the order for more than 1 week after so much waiting one day i received i think its was from deleivery company and they commited to deleiver the product next day after there commitment i am still waiting for the product and after reading the above complaints i am totally frustrated, iwant to cancel my order and wont pay a single penny if i receive the order in future

                        I received a call from BagItToday saying that I would get diamonds (and a mobile phone, a bag, an iron) worth Rs 30000 for only Rs 12999. They also told me i would get a lifetime discount of 60-70% on all products on their website for Rs 29999 of which i paid Rs 12999.

                        So totally I made purchases worth Rs 25998. A few days after making the purchase I saw many people having reported cases against BagItToday for fraud. So I decided to cancel my order.

                        I have not received any item from either of the two orders nor have I received any information about courier details of the orders which means they haven't been shipped yet.

                        Please have them cancel both the orders and refund the payment as soon as possible.

                        BagItToday — Not cancelling orders

                        I purchased an adidas T-Shirt from BagItToday on 2-Jun-2011.
                        On 3-Jun-2011, I received a call from BagITToday informing me that I won some lucky draw and in that I am getting diamonds worth 60K + Blackberry mobile for Rs/- 18999. I asked the details about the diamonds and they said its VVS1 Quality, D Color, 10 * 6 cent, Excellent Cut pure Indian diamond. I'll also receive a certificate from AGS. After confirming from my friends about what would be the value of this diamonds I thought of going ahead with the offer.

                        On 6-Jun-2011, I got a call again from BagITToday and I finally went ahead and booked my order.
                        This order was booked on telephone. Booking ID is [protected].
                        To my surprise instead of debiting Rs/- 18999 they debited Rs/- 24999.

                        I immediately called customer care and they were not ready to entertain my complain instead they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@bagittoday.com. I sent that email but got no response on that day.

                        On 7-Jun-2011, I got a call from BagItToday informing me that I am selected in another luck draw or something and only 5 people from India are selected for this offer. In this offer I will be getting a 100% assured cash gift of either 1 lakh, 3 lakh, 5 lakh, 10 lakh or 20 lakh.

                        For this they asked me to pay Rs/- 43999 and that amount will be 100% refunded no matter whether I will the first prize or the last prize and this refund was supposed to be done in next 3-4 days.

                        I asked them to cancel my yesterday's order, i.e. [protected] and then I'll go ahead with this one as there is no purchase involve in this.

                        They kept me on mute for sometime and then I received an email from a personal email ID sales852.[protected]@gmail.com informing that my order is cancelled. The agent verbal confirmed that my amount will be refunded in 24-48 hrs. He also gave a reasoning that their mail server is not working so he sent the email from his personal email Id.

                        In all this conversation they mentioned atleast 20 times that I need not worry about anything as this is "India Today Group".

                        Assuming that my yesterday's order was cancelled, I went ahead with the transaction of Rs/- 43999. In this thing they asked me to transact this for diamonds, lotto shoes, goggles, T-shirts and what not. But they ensured that nothing will be delivered to my door step and they will block the transaction and this amount will be used as a safety deposit for that luck draw.

                        This transaction was done in 2 chucks of Rs/- 21999 each.

                        After making the transaction, I went ahead and searched on internet about BagItToday. This thing I should have done before making the transaction. I found that there were more than 20 complaints about the same diamonds 6 packs and lucky draw of 20 lakhs.

                        So I went ahead and asked them to cancel the orders on the same day, i.e. 7-Jun. But they again asked me to send mail to [protected]@bagittoday.com.

                        On 10-Jun I got a reply from [protected]@bagittoday.com telling that for my booking Id [protected] invoice No. 150576 has already generated and they cannot cancel the order. They will deliver the goods and I need to refuse to accept the parcel if I wish to cancel it.

                        I sent them an email and even called them asking to stop the shipment and cancel the order their itself as they promised me that nothing will be shipped to my place. But they rejected my request and said they don't have any control on the order once the invoice is generated.

                        On 13-Jun, received an email from [protected]@bagittoday.com informing that my order for Booking id- [protected] is dispatched and for the other orders they have raised the complaint to cancel the orders.

                        On 14-Jun, received an email from [protected]@bagittoday.com informing that my order for Booking Id - [protected] is cancelled. And for the remaining orders they have raised the complaint to cancel the orders. On the same day recceived the email informing me that the refund number for cancelled order is 5707 and the amount will be credit in my account in 1-2 weeks.

                        On 17-Jun, called BagIiToday and asked the executive about the status of cancellation for Booking IDs -
                        [protected]. He said the order is not yet cancelled its under cancellation process and it will take 21 days to refund the amount.

                        On 18-Jun, received an email from [protected]@bagittoday.com informing that my order for Booking ID - [protected] is in process and I'll receive it in 21 days. Inspite of sending more than 12 emails and calling them on daily basis they are not able to cancel the orders, instead they are informing me that they'll ship the order.

                        To Summarize the whole story, I request BagITToday to cancel the following orders and refund my amount before 3-July-2011 as I made all my transactions through credit card and my credit card due date is 4-Jul.
                        If the amount is not credit then I have to go through all sorts of credit card charges.
                        So please expedite the cancellation and refund process.

                          I purchased a Micromax Canvas2 mobile online via BagitToday - India Today Website on 13/03/2013.
                          It was delivered to me on 16/03/2013 to my office address. On 16th March being a saturday so courier guy delivered to my office mailbox.
                          I received it on Monday 18/03/2013. As i switched on the mobile it started weiredly and working automatically.
                          So i complaint to bagittoday very next day. So they asked me to take it to the nearest Micromax service center.
                          I took it there and they provided me a DOA - Dead on Arrival letter. which means phone needs to be replaced.
                          so i send that letter to Bagittoday on Monday 25th March 2013.
                          They did not called me for another 10 days and after 10 days they called me and me to send the mobile box also to them via courier.
                          I denied them and asked them to send the new mobile and take this one at the same time as the DOA letter was already provided to them.
                          They did not replied for another 4-5 days.
                          Then on 06/04/2013 they called me and said they have arranged a reversal pickup so a person will come and deliver a new phone
                          and will take away the defective set.
                          Then again after 2 days some body called me and said they will only pickup the defective set and will check at their ware house and
                          then it will be repalced. Since then today is 16/04/2013 nobody has called me. So i want my money back and also a claim for making me wait so long.

He sent me sms through mobile no [protected] on 1/6/2011.I had clearly told them without any confirmation on mail, please do not take money through my debit card (Union Bank Of India).But they have taken money Rs 13990 =00 from my bank. Last 3/4/days your people are telling me that please say yes to Verification call so that they will send me the material what I like to.But I am pushing them to mail me the whole matter for proof. But your people are not giving me confirmation of model 9780 on mail. I requested. How then you have taken my money from Bank without giving mail confirmation which I insist. On 7/6/11 I recd call from your Sr mgr cell no [protected] at 6.20 pm and he was also insisting me to tell yes on verification call which I refused for no receipt of mail. Please credit my money immediately to bank without further delay Otherwise I have to complain in consumer court.

                              I ordered from Bagittoday on 18th Oct,2010 and paid the amount of Rs. 1386 through credit card. The order number was[protected]. The delivery was about to be done in 2-3 weeks. I didnt get any confirmation of dispatch of my order.
                              After a long chase to these people, and mailing the complaints, finally a person on customer care picked the call and told me that the the products i ordered are out of stock. This conversation is after 2 months of my order. and now i have cancelled my order which they say i'll receive my paid amount within 21 days.
                              But i am still not sure i'll receive my paid amount.
                              A ridiculous service of Bagittoday..Kindly take a strict action.

                                I order a pair of shoes at bagittoday.com. My order id is 33002783 on 10 Apr 2013. First of all i got call on 11 Apr 13 from a telephone number[protected] offering some gifts. i gently refused the offer and asked about my order status, he assured me that product under dispatch and likely to be dispatched through courier with in 02 hours. next day i inquired same on your customer care number. to my surprise he said my order has not yet confirmed. Further i quiried on the call i got he said that he isn't aware of it, it may be a fraud call.


                                Further, on next day i called them, first one customer care rep had informed that my payment is not yet confirmed. In mean while due to bad network may call dropped. i again called ur CC, this time it was diffrent reply saying that my payment had been recived on 10th itself. i cant understamnd how ur cc is working.

                                i had given 04 mails till date i had not got any confirmation on my phone call i recived. to my surprise i got mail today (15 apr) my order may take further 7-8 working days.


                                Please clarify me following issues

                                (i) the number[protected] is urs or not. If yes how r u utilising it for advertising with out my permission.. If not how my order information has reached to unknown person. please calrify me the issue, that i may fear that my information received may be misused for credit card fraud

                                (ii) during order it was said that my order would be delivered top me in 2-7 days. i cant understand why it been extended with out my consent

                                    I bought a package of hotel coupons with bag it today for 4nights anywhere in india. I called the help desk of bag it today as well as affordable holidays as they are the co partners in this package I was totally unsatisfied by the services. The person rudely refused to give his name or designation as he said the systems were working very slow he could not generate a request no but still I tried again i send the form and Rs 450 draft to avail the voucher but they refused the voucher and said send the voucher again ............after 15 days i trans the package to my friend as we are allowed to trans to the friends but they feel the same thing.........i called both companies bagittoday and affordable holidays but it was getting very difficult again so i decided to write an e-mail to both companies but no reponse found from them finally i got a call from bagittoday and they done nothing just send me an apology e-mail twice but never get back to me again just because of this i have not spend vacation with my family as well as i lost the package cost + draft amount of Rs 450 it makes embaress for me just because of this i lost my faith with all online deals if something will not be done i will never ever do online purchase in my life and i will tell this story to everybudy very pathetic services i have never experieced this before and never expected these kind of things from that kind of billion-er company

                                      IndiaToday group through their online shopping portal BagItToday is cheating a lot of customers into buying their poor quality products with promises of refund of money. I was called by one of their executive Anu who offered me free diamonds worth Rs. 30000/- along with which there were other products like Vox tablet, Maxima couple watches, MTV Sunglasses and free gift worth 1499/-. Also, they promised that we would be entered into a lucky draw where we would receive free gifts like LED TV, smartphone, etc.. and then she said, we just need to make a payment of Rs. 15999/- which would be refunded later after 10 working days. I specifically asked her why to give away items on free, she said it was for promotional activities so that we can bring them more customers through recommendations. After wards she asked me to make the online payment and then transferred my call to another executive in the promotions department for entering my name in lucky draw. There again this executive asked me to go for another promotional order where again i was offered Diamonds worth Rs. 30000/- along with Panasonic DVD player and home theater system, Roccio couple watch and free gift worth 1499/-. But then again he asked me to make an online payment of Rs. 15499/- which he said is refundable after 10 working days. these sales executive ask you to lie in verification call. they tell you that if anybody asks you if diamonds are for personal use, you should say yes. they even promise us by saying that they will help us resell the diamonds back to local jewellers. Now, the sales team refuses to pick up calls and when you contact their customer care, only thing they do is register your complaint and tell you that money is non refundable and order will not be canceled.

                                      I think it's time we stop such fraud online practices and make such companies pay. I was a admired of company like India Today group but after such an experience, the only possibility i see is going to court against them with a criminal case of cheating and publishing their fraud on the net and media.
