Hi, I received a call from bagittoday (From Amit) and he told tht I am a lucky winner in a draw so if I pay 12999 I would get some prizes and I paid for that and after he told me I would get Diamond worth rupees 30000 and some more gifts and all the commitment are false like they have sent me diamond and they told me it can be sold in any store like tanishk or pc jewelers in 30000 and I confirmed and even the diamond does not cost more then 3000 thousand and Mr. Amit also inform that company will send me an url so in future I will get 60 - 70 % discount but still I don't get that. And as a proof I have recorded all the calls so please look into the matter and when ever you need call recording I can provide you. My order number is : 33171047

I am Bharti Bolwani. My Order no is 33153692 on August 6, 2013. Unfortunately, I had taken up bag it today yatra offer worth Rs. 3999/- for 3 nights, 4 days + 3 nights, 4 days + Micromax mobile X55. After 10 days, I gave a call and submitted a form at bag it today to cancel the same as I was not been given any response. My cancellation request no. is 71627 on 17 august,2013. I want Bag it today - yatra to return my money at earliest. I have yet not received any refund till 26 August, 2013 and Nobody answers the calls. Please refund the payment as soon as possible.

I am writing this with great disappointment with the kind of service provided by Bagittoday. I have placed above mentioned Order on your website on 6 August 2013. As per status in website status showing “Out for shipment” since 7th August 2013. I have send 2 mails till now for which I have not received any response. Also I have called up Customer care for the same issue and registered my complaints. Following are details.  First complaint was made on 18 Aug 2013 and reference number given to me is – 72085  Second complain was made on 19 August which was recorded by Mr. Shekhar and reference no is 1228544.  Third complaint was made on 21 August which is recorded by Mr. Manish and reference number is 1229991. I am now running out of patience and losing my hope on this website and hosting company. Please help me get my refund from this company. Mr. Nikhil is name of caller he explain me about offer and I agree and satisfy what he offering me. Against that I have paid Rs. 3999 by debit card. He told me I will get final confirmation call from my verification department. I got call from verification department at that time he explain me again what they are offering against that voucher. My Subscription ID is GHK1601012. I had renewed my subscription in Feb/March 2013 for 2 years and was promised a Free Makeupset as Subscription Gift. It was to be delivered in 7 to 8 weeks. Till now I did not recieve it and have mailed '[protected]@intoday.com' with no response.
I also did not receive the June 2013 copy of the magazine.
I renewed the subscription for 2 years mainly for the Gift feel dissapointed at this service.

I have purchased one swivel sweeper on Bagittoday vide order no.33006890 The product I received was not working properly I had returned the goods as adviced by Bagittoday asking them for replacement. I have not received any information as to when they will be resending my product or refunding my money. It is already 2 months I have sent back the product.

But i have received 10 size and Blue color shoes, but i paid that time. after that i have file a complaint against my order. But till now i did not get resolution of my complaint. Whenever i am calling to Bag It Today, every time they told me it will take 5-7 days. I have got 4 complaint id but did not get resolution till now. My name is Jerrin . Last week my dad (M.John mohan Raj ) did online shopping in BAG IT TODAY. The site had an advertisement in irctc website.
The cost of the product ( shoe ) is rs.1000. But 12000 rupees was deducted additionaly from the account stating there is a combo offer for diamond necklace. We never agreed to that offer and without our permission rupess 12,000 was deducted additionally.

I have purchased a D & G Watch on 12th June, 2013 from bagittoday.com. The order number is 33048982 and the price I paid was Rs. 4184. I have received the item on 17th June, 2013. I checked the watch and found out the watch I have received is not only a damaged one also a design mismatch. I have sent a detail mail to them ([protected]@bagittoday.com) on 19th June, 2013 with below details.

1. As per image shown in your website the outer border of the dial is black with orange dots. The watch I have received has white border with grey dots which makes the watch ugly. Its design mismatch. Please see the attached image. More over this D&G DW0209 watch comes with black border with orange dots only. I have never seen anywhere white border with grey dots.
2. The bracelet pin is broken. Please see the attached picture.
3. The first button of the right hand side of the watch is not working
4. There is no user manual for the watch.

21st June, 2013, I have got mail from Nikita Jain stating that they have sent this issue to the concerned department and asked me to wait for 7-8 working days. Never got any reply after 7/8 working days.

3rd July, 2013, I have sent them a reminder mail. No reply.

10th July, 2013, I have got mail from Nikita Jain again station that “We make you sure the complaint will be resolved within the given time frame. We would also like to inform you that as soon as we receive revert from the concerned department we shall update you on the same accordingly.” Given time was over on 2nd July only.

10th July, 2013 I wrote to Nikita Jain again – “It’s been 20 days you wrote to me saying that concerned department to investigate the case. How long you want me to wait? No one contacted me since then instead your sales guys calling with various offers.”
11th July, 2013, I have got a mail from Raushan Anand stating that – “We would like to inform you that we once again have taken this matter to the concerned department get the issue resolved on priority basis. We would like to inform you that they will work on this issue to get it resolved at the earliest. We humble request you to kindly allow us some more working days so that they can get back to you with better response. We request you for your kind understanding and co-operation.”

Today 23rd July, 2013 I have sent a reminder mail again and till now no reply.
Moreover, instead of calling me to resolve the issue, their sales team started calling me with various offer regularly. In fact one sales guy called Jai Prakash told me – “YOU BUY THIS DEAL FROM ME SIR AND DON’T WORRY ABOUT THE WATCH AS WE HAVE ALREADY SENT A NEW WATCH TO YOU AND YOU WILL GET IT WITHIN 24 HOURS”. Can you believe it? What kind of statement was that?

I have called their customer care several times, same lady always pick up the phone and whenever I ask her to give me a date, she says give us 7-8 working days and we will get back to you.

I was totally conned by around 20-30 calls to buy a voucher for a holiday through this http://www.bagittoday.com/faces/bcode/4751/index.jsp

The customer care promised me list of 8 hotels saying that I can use the voucher against this. When I kept on asking him whether can he provide any document which provides all these hotels he said that that will be mailed after I make the payment.
I refused initially but around 20-30 calls were made from them convincing me to make the payment. After I made the payment I got the booking id. Now when the executive called up for confirming she said that only 2 hotels are covered, which are the cheapest accomodation available and other 8 hotels are not covered.
Whenever I call up their customer care they give a different std number and say that they are not responsible.
After calling the alternate number for 4 times 15minutes each the call gets cut after playing music for the entire duration.
This is the biggest scam where they are making money through the deal and the phone calls.

Can somebody guide me how can I sue this company?

I had ordered a HP laptop Backpack BP849AA on 5th July 12.05 PM with order no.33080251.It is my first time experience with bagittoday and made an account your website and ordered it.Before making order I enquire about availability.They replied that It is available.So i made order otherwise i had not.Even today my order is not shipped.Whenever i called their customer care they were giving lame excuses.Some executive told me that is in stock other told me it is out of stock.I do not know why they are taking order if they have not stock.I told them to cancel my order but they refused to do so.Even on 12th July and 13th July i chat with the customer care to check availability of that bag.They replied that it is available.I felt that i am cheated by Bagittoday. Rs 2149 is huge amount for me. I want my order to be cancelled and refund my money in my bank account with in the 2-3 days.

i purchase lotto bag from bagit today price 599/-
after few days there is call from bagittoday they told you are selected one promotional gift in which you get 30000/- diamonds and other gifts in only 12999/-
but i refused the offer.
after some day they again call me and againg forcing me to place order. when i told him to give me in mail offer details they send me one link. they said me the amount 12999/- is not paying one time we convert in to 12 emi.
i check that link and place order. on the same day im calling to my bank sbi and ask for that order is convert in to emi or not. they told me there is no emi on the transaction of 1999/- rs. then im mail to bagittoday for canceling the order. next day at customer care im call and give instruction to cancel order.
and also denied verification call.
after that there sales person call to me and say this order is not cancel due to my name is add in promotional ad for free appel mobile. after few day mr rohan is calling me and give promise to sell out diamons=ds and yoy get your money. then i confirmed the order and gift is recived. when i check those zia diamonds in market with reputed jwellery sho/ LAL CHAND MANGALDAS SONI SINCE 1944 THEY TOLD ME THAT PRICE OF DIAMONDS I ONLY 3000/-
THEN IM SHOCK AND CALL TO MR. ROHAN BUT THE PERSON IS NOT AVAILABLE THERE AND CUSTOMER CARE REFUSE MY REFUND
WHEN I ASK FOR REFUND.

I HAVE ALSO CALL RECORDING OD=F SALES PERSON WHO GIVES PROMISE OF SELL OUT THE DIAMONDS

Dearsir, There is one concern in New Delhi, named 'BAG IT TODAY' who is doing
the on line business, three months ago there representative contact
with me and tell that you were chosen by our company in Utter pradesh
for lifetime member, Any time if you perches from our company you
will get up to 90 percent discount,' for any item,' for this you gave
us a order for rs 6999 only, for whom proposal i were agree and gave
the order, after that company's representative contact with me for
order conformation and ask me about 'BANK DETAILS' then i were tell
him that it is 'CONFIDENTIAL' how can i gave you ,then he was tell me
that no problem we are bank related person, so i gave him my 'BANK
DETAILS' with 'ATM PIN NO' after some time i were got a massage from bank about two transactions,'ONE OF RS 6999 & SECOND FOR 29999 ONLY' then again i were contact with the company, then they tell me that this order is related with the first order,i am not agree with there logic and later contact with other company person and tell them about cancel the
order, and the refund of my money then they tell me that there is no
any procedure in our company for refund the money,when you conform
the order once And they give me the advice that when order is come at your doorstep than you did not receive that and return to our company we will
issue 'CREDIT POINTS' in your ' BAG IT TODAY ACCOUNT' that is valid up
to six months, in between six months you can purchase any items from
our company, but sir up to yet they did not issue the same.
every day i were contact with the companies 'CUSTOMER CARE and
RETENTION DEPT.'but i did not get the 'CREDIT POINTS' up to yet.
I think for due to a 'worst' and ' non business concern attitude' of this company many customer like me, facing physical and mental depression,
So please take a solid action against this company and serve a example about justice to customer like me.

I purchased a mobile JIVI JV-X3I/A3 through online booking in Bagittoday Website on[protected].
I paid the amount during booking itself.They said the product delivery time is 7 working days.But bagittoday people didn't dispatch my product within time.
So i cancelled my product on[protected] and i demanded them to return my paid amount.But on[protected] i received a call from Bagittoday Mr.Uday Sharma,Executive-retention team, and he accepted to return my amount through store credit points in my bagittoday regestered id.I submitted my regestered id to them through mail.
In between i called to bagittoday for my store credit points,but they not provided any store credit points to my bagittoday account.On[protected] i received a mail from bagittoday that your product invoice prepared and ready to dispatch.
Then i replied to them to change my shipping address,because i transfered from that place.But they dispatched the product to the old address on[protected] through FIRST FLIGHT COURIER from Gurgaon to Mansa with Consignment No:O20231703.
After dispatching,first flight courier people didn't update the status in their website and daily i called to first flight courier people(batinda&mansa region) and bagittoday people regarding the delivery of my product.
Batinda first flight courier people accepted that my product reached there on[protected] and they informed me that we dispatched your product to mansa.On[protected] i received a call from bagittoday regarding product receiver name and i replied them with my friend name:N.S.PACHIAPPAN.But on[protected] field courier service boy delivered my product to unknown person without intimating to my mobile call.

I gave an order online booking to www.bagittoday.com, My Booking Reference Id :[protected] for Rs. 798 and i got a message in my mobile for dispatched on[protected] by FEDEX NCOD[protected] but till now i am unable to get that booking, several time i contact with costumer care and giving lots of complain no. However no responding from their side till now.
i need to help me. i would like to take legal action against them.

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is really disappointing to tell you the pathetic service which I received from bagittoday.com today on June 18, 2013. I had booked 2 products on June 7, 2013 the order nos. of which are 33043486 and 33043362. Till date there is no proper update as to when my product would be delivered. One day someone from bagittoday called me to inform that my product will be shipped. However, it is really disappointing to hear no trace of both the products.

Customer service is the worst ever experienced till date. The telephone number which they have put on their website to make online booking is never picked nor do they respond to emails properly.

Today on June 18, 2013 I called up customer care to check status of both the productions. The executive (Azhar) who answered the phone call had no clue or maybe he did not want to commit a proper time of delivery. All that he kept saying was that the product will be shipped today and delivered by weekend which he was unsure of as well. He also told me that the order once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded as billing was already done. The call was disturbing because he said that there is no supervisor whom I can speak as even he would give the same answer. After insisting for a while, my call was transferred to so called supervisor (Shekar Kumar).

Mr. Kumar was so rude and pathetic in explaining me the reasons of the delay. He himself was not sure if the product will be delivered by weekend or not. Moreover, he also says that there is no supervisor above and very sarcastically says that the call cannot transferred to CEO of the company. On top of it he asks me that since you are also aware of BPO structure would it possible to transfer the call to CEO. I never asked to transfer my call to CEO. It was my request to transfer my call to someone who has the authority to cancel the order and refund the money. Mr. Kumar kept on saying that the refund cannot be made as the order has been made.

After insisting for many a minutes, Mr. Kumar losing his patience says, now what do you want order or money with such a rude tone. Now tell me being a customer am I supposed to receive such stupid service from someone like Mr. Kumar. Eventually he said that he has placed cancellation orer.

I want to understand if nobody in bagittoday had right to cancel as said by Mr. Kumar, how did he cancel my order? Also, he says that somebody shall call and keep me updated. Now I do not know when that somebody is going to call me. After so called somebody calls me, my money shall be refunded in 10 to 12 working days it seems.

Now I do not understand when I have not received my product, what is the pain in processing my refund request early.

Whosoever is the concerned person, kindly look into this request of mine and take appropriate action.

Iam dr sathyakumar from nellore Andhrapradesh.i have taken two holiday packages through affordablesalespromotions with booking I'd[protected]&[protected]R. I have received these vouchers after long struggle with them I have mailed to [protected]@bagittoday several times to get the vouchers.finally I received it.now the real problem started that is I have couriered the invoice,voucher,mypancard and demand draft of rupees 750 to redeem my voucher with the booking I'd[protected]R but to my surprise I have not got any response from affordablesalespromotions.Then I called up customer care [protected] and they say there is no registration about my registered mobile and the booking I'd is allotted to different name and they hang up the phone.i would have made more than 20calls so far but with no response such careless attitude.i do not know why there is lot of confusion and I feel I made a mistake of taking these holidays from this company,thinking it is india todays group I had taken it but I never felt they will be so irresponsible Still I have not redeemed the other voucher so far.so please look into this and resolve this at the earliest.l contacted customer care agent by name Anjali nedi and i had scaned those copies which i had couriered and send to [protected]@affordablesalespromotions.com but with no response.so please look into this matter and guide me to file a case regarding this.
