Dear Consumer Forum, It has come to known that so many cheating and fraudulent cases have been practised by Bagittoday.com and ecommerce online retailing company owned by India Today Group . These are supposed to be india's trusted company but in the name of India Today group Bagittoday is supplying cheaper products in higher rates and cheating consumers and moreover they run a promotional scheme where p eople are cheated and in confused manner the company takes money from the people's ATM card asking them pin number which is against RBI law convincing people that the money will be taken by their prior permission only when they are satisfied but bagittoday charges all in advance without even people having get o feel the products which is called "420-char so bissi" a cheating case as per IPC -Indian Penal code act . The people are made to pay providing trust of India Today Group . the people moreover are not even entertained when called and so the the service is totally doubtful. The customers enquiry are not answered well . So we request Consumer forum to act immediately and banned the bagittoday from online retailing business so that no other common people are fooled or cheated by India Today Group subsidiary firm Bagittoday which is a national issue. Dear sir/mam. From Bagittoday i had purchased one holiday voucher of Rs. 3999/- on 31st may 2013. but till date I have not received the conformation vouchers. I have purchased 3N/4D Yatra vouchers from bag it today.. I confirmed the dates of my visit on 26th Aug, 13. with below details. Booking id : MCIT[protected] Order id : 33036635 I got message while confirming that yatra.com will confirm the booking in 48 hrs. Since then I have called several time yatra.com call center and they tell it will be confirmed within today. But till now there is no booking confirmation. Hi, I have ordered one mobile on 6th August. At the time of ordering, it was showing that I will get my mobile in 7 business days. But after 7 days even they didn't send it for courier. When I called to customer care then I came to know that this product is out of stock and it will be couriered once it be available. So after couple of calls I had finally canceled my order on 13th August. And I got an answer that I will get my money back on 10 days. But after 10 days I didn’t get refund so I had called on customer care. They told me to wait as my cancellation request is in progress. When today (2nd September) I called regarding it then I got an answer that my mobile is in transit as they have send it on 31st August (Even I didn’t notified about it by mail) When I told to refund my money back then they give me an answer that it is already delivered and now they can’t do anything about it. Sir, I purchased a Bagittoday Yatra Holiday Package (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) on 31.07.2013 for Rs. 3,999 (Order ID :[protected]. Then I was asked to pay Rs. 499/- (twice) for confirmation as processing fee. I paid Rs. 499/- twice to avail my both holiday vouchers on 13.08.2013. As per their terms and condition the confirmation should be done in two working days of payment of Processing fee. But till date I have not received any hotel confirmation from their side. When I complaint on their customer care no. they provided me a telephone number[protected] and said that I have to call on that number for confirmation. I am regularly calling on tel. no.[protected], but no one is picking up phone. I made complain by email, but they are not providing me any solution always asking to wait for some time. Hi, I received a call from bagittoday (From Amit) and he told tht I am a lucky winner in a draw so if I pay 12999 I would get some prizes and I paid for that and after he told me I would get Diamond worth rupees 30000 and some more gifts and all the commitment are false like they have sent me diamond and they told me it can be sold in any store like tanishk or pc jewelers in 30000 and I confirmed and even the diamond does not cost more then 3000 thousand and Mr. Amit also inform that company will send me an url so in future I will get 60 - 70 % discount but still I don't get that. I am Bharti Bolwani. My Order no is 33153692 on August 6, 2013. Unfortunately, I had taken up bag it today yatra offer worth Rs. 3999/- for 3 nights, 4 days + 3 nights, 4 days + Micromax mobile X55. After 10 days, I gave a call and submitted a form at bag it today to cancel the same as I was not been given any response. My cancellation request no. is 71627 on 17 august,2013. I want Bag it today - yatra to return my money at earliest. I have yet not received any refund till 26 August, 2013 and Nobody answers the calls. Please refund the payment as soon as possible.

I am writing this with great disappointment with the kind of service provided by Bagittoday. I have placed above mentioned Order on your website on 6 August 2013. As per status in website status showing “Out for shipment” since 7th August 2013. I have send 2 mails till now for which I have not received any response. My Subscription ID is GHK1601012. I had renewed my subscription in Feb/March 2013 for 2 years and was promised a Free Makeupset as Subscription Gift. It was to be delivered in 7 to 8 weeks. Till now I did not recieve it and have mailed '[protected]@intoday.com' with no response.

My name is Jerrin . Last week my dad (M.John mohan Raj ) did online shopping in BAG IT TODAY. The site had an advertisement in irctc website.
The cost of the product ( shoe ) is rs.1000. But 12000 rupees was deducted additionaly from the account stating there is a combo offer for diamond necklace. We never agreed to that offer and without our permission rupess 12,000 was deducted additionally.

I have purchased a D & G Watch on 12th June, 2013 from bagittoday.com. The order number is 33048982 and the price I paid was Rs. 4184. I have received the item on 17th June, 2013. I checked the watch and found out the watch I have received is not only a damaged one also a design mismatch. I have sent a detail mail to them ([protected]@bagittoday.com) on 19th June, 2013 with below details.

1. As per image shown in your website the outer border of the dial is black with orange dots. The watch I have received has white border with grey dots which makes the watch ugly. Its design mismatch. Please see the attached image. More over this D&G DW0209 watch comes with black border with orange dots only. I have never seen anywhere white border with grey dots.
2. The bracelet pin is broken. Please see the attached picture.
3. The first button of the right hand side of the watch is not working
4. There is no user manual for the watch.

21st June, 2013, I have got mail from Nikita Jain stating that they have sent this issue to the concerned department and asked me to wait for 7-8 working days. Never got any reply after 7/8 working days.

3rd July, 2013, I have sent them a reminder mail. No reply.

10th July, 2013, I have got mail from Nikita Jain again station that “We make you sure the complaint will be resolved within the given time frame. We would also like to inform you that as soon as we receive revert from the concerned department we shall update you on the same accordingly.” Given time was over on 2nd July only.

10th July, 2013 I wrote to Nikita Jain again – “It’s been 20 days you wrote to me saying that concerned department to investigate the case. How long you want me to wait? No one contacted me since then instead your sales guys calling with various offers.”
11th July, 2013, I have got a mail from Raushan Anand stating that – “We would like to inform you that we once again have taken this matter to the concerned department get the issue resolved on priority basis. We would like to inform you that they will work on this issue to get it resolved at the earliest. We humble request you to kindly allow us some more working days so that they can get back to you with better response. We request you for your kind understanding and co-operation.”

Today 23rd July, 2013 I have sent a reminder mail again and till now no reply.
Moreover, instead of calling me to resolve the issue, their sales team started calling me with various offer regularly. In fact one sales guy called Jai Prakash told me – “YOU BUY THIS DEAL FROM ME SIR AND DON’T WORRY ABOUT THE WATCH AS WE HAVE ALREADY SENT A NEW WATCH TO YOU AND YOU WILL GET IT WITHIN 24 HOURS”. Can you believe it? What kind of statement was that?

I have called their customer care several times, same lady always pick up the phone and whenever I ask her to give me a date, she says give us 7-8 working days and we will get back to you.

I was totally conned by around 20-30 calls to buy a voucher for a holiday through this http://www.bagittoday.com/faces/bcode/4751/index.jsp

The customer care promised me list of 8 hotels saying that I can use the voucher against this. When I kept on asking him whether can he provide any document which provides all these hotels he said that that will be mailed after I make the payment.
I refused initially but around 20-30 calls were made from them convincing me to make the payment. After I made the payment I got the booking id. Now when the executive called up for confirming she said that only 2 hotels are covered, which are the cheapest accomodation available and other 8 hotels are not covered.
Whenever I call up their customer care they give a different std number and say that they are not responsible.
After calling the alternate number for 4 times 15minutes each the call gets cut after playing music for the entire duration.
This is the biggest scam where they are making money through the deal and the phone calls.

Can somebody guide me how can I sue this company?

I had ordered a HP laptop Backpack BP849AA on 5th July 12.05 PM with order no.33080251.It is my first time experience with bagittoday and made an account your website and ordered it.Before making order I enquire about availability.They replied that It is available.So i made order otherwise i had not.Even today my order is not shipped.Whenever i called their customer care they were giving lame excuses.Some executive told me that is in stock other told me it is out of stock.I do not know why they are taking order if they have not stock.I told them to cancel my order but they refused to do so.Even on 12th July and 13th July i chat with the customer care to check availability of that bag.They replied that it is available.I felt that i am cheated by Bagittoday. Rs 2149 is huge amount for me. I want my order to be cancelled and refund my money in my bank account with in the 2-3 days.
