I got a call from bagittoday and they offered me the holiday package worth rupess 3999/- and buy one get one free offer. I have purchased it and pay the amount. As per the terms I have to book my holidays with in 90 days and pay them additional 499/- for both vouchers. I did it and inform them within the time and pay the amount as per the term. But till date they are not giving any response and when I call them on their customer care they always assured me that they will get back with in 48 hours, but I never got any response from them. Now after 2 months, I am sure that Bagittoday.com and Yatra.com intentionally doing this fraud and they are only interested in collecting money. As a lawyer now I am going to file a complaint against them in consumer court very soon. I have also seen some complaints of other members and I would like to suggest them that they should move to the consumer court. Thanks, Madhur

To start with I would like to say that all the promoters / executives working with BagItToday & India Today group are all / SCOUNDRELS and that had their office been in Mumbai I would have shown them their right place.

Now the incedence: I was assured that on payment of an amount of Rs.12999/-, I would definitely win the contest of Sanyo LED 22" / Sony Ericson Xperia X2 mobile by Mr.Darshan Rawat and Rahul Thakur. Accordingly I paid the amount on 25 March 2013. I had got no information about the winners of Lucky Draw Scheme closing on 31.03.2013. Later on from one of their executives Mr. Surinder Kr. Sharma, I came to know that I was not at all one of their contestants for this promotional. From the items received by paying Rs.12999/-, almost all the Items received are in worst/damaged/useless condition. The details are as follows:

1) The VOX 7"super slim tablet (IC V1283) is not at all functioning/starting/operating. No Operation manual was provided with the Tablet.

2) The market value of Samiya Diamonds K.L.M (IC A1937) is found to be in the range of Rs.4, 000/- only as against minimum of Rs.30, 000/- informed by Mr.Deepak & Mr.Darshan Rawat while promoting the scheme.

3) Buckle of the Rocio Leather Belt (IC R3209) is rusted & also have Rashes. The Duffle bag was already torned out.

I was informed by Mr.Darshan Rawat while promoting the Scheme that I can contact him from 9 to 6 on[protected] /[protected]. But every-time I make a call, I get a reply "The Number is temporarily suspended".

After communications through e-mails, I had sent back the following items:
1. Vox 7" Tablet, 2. Rocio Belt & 3. Rocio Duffle bag on 13 April 2013.

Thereafter, I sent so many mails to them regarding replacement of the products. Every time I used to get the same patented reply from them that
"Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that we have taken the matter with the concerned department to get your issue resolved on priority basis. We request you to kindly allow us with the 5-6 working days to resolve the issue. Hope you would understand our limitations and cope up with us. Please feel free to get back to us for further assistance.Assuring you of the best possible services, always."

Finally on 28.08.2013, I received a mail informing me that my order was closed & amount paid by me has been reversed into my BagItToday account and that the credit points are valid for 6 months only. But there were no Store Credits into my account neither they now reply to my e-mails.

Such are these / SCOUNDRELS in BagItToday / India Today group.

I request all the concerned, never deal with these and also the Government should take serious corrective steps to place them behind bars.

Hi, I have order a product " 10 Pendant set with matching earrings" on 22nd Oct. 2013. My Order ID is 56981. I have shared one time password of my credit card on phone ( [protected] ) with a person who called me after failure of internet online pay. After half an hour he called me again and told me that I'm second winner and getting a offer along with the product I bought. And when he asked me for regestration I said yes. Then he diducted 13, 999 rupees from my credit card using same one time password without my permission. Overall I was not cleared that this offer will cost me 13, 999 rupees which I dont want. Then after 1 day i got verification call for same product on which i replued NO. I need refund. And today 1 person called me from bag it today from this no. Dear Sir, I had On-line Purchased product from Bag It Today, My order No.:33236818 of Kitchen Queen Set of Plastic Container and Chopper on Bag It Today, But after received the product unfortunately the chopper bottom bowl found cracked after opened the box on 13.09.2013, So i had submit a complain for same on Company helpline and also via E main and Reference Number is 1250699 dated 16.09.2013. after that they had demand the snaps of broken parts and also i had send the snaps on 19.09.2013. Even i had talked so many time on helpline after that but every time they had told us it will resolved within a week but the height is that they are replying anything from their end till moment. I think they are not interested in resolving the matter and this is total fraud site as whenever i had called they reply that it will resolve in one week. I think their one week will never come and finally customer will frustrated and accept the product in same condition. I am frequently using on-line merchandise sites for retail purchase but never face this type of problem. I wish to replace my broken product and make them more sincere about business policy. I booked one order33291414 dt 29-08-13.Despite several e-mails and phonecalls they have not despatched the products.On 17-10-13 when I requested for cancellation they are reluctant to refund the amount.

Diamond Jewelry (ZIA and SAMIAH) along with free gifts was sold at 12, 999 and 29, 999 in the name of NCR winner and jackpot winner. It was said that this is at subsidized rates and India Today Group and Bag It today group holds authenticity. There can be no cheating. Also all details are on bills and MRP is written on products. When examined by old diamond jewelers they said these 8 Diamonds (each mentioned as worth of Rs 10, 000 on bill ) were not more than Rs7000 in total. Also they challenged the cut clarity which was mentioned as Very Good and KLM on the product. Bag It Today has cheated on me by drawing Rs 12999 and 29999 in the name of company's big brand name. Please help me get the refund. They also said that now onwards you'll get all products on 50% discount for full lifetime afetr paying 12999 . I have all the bills. Please help get the refund .I am ready to give away what I purchased.

I made a purchase of Lotto shoes for Rs 899. BAG IT Today (bagittoday.com) representativee called up and said diamonds of worth Rs 30, 000 (Thirty Thousands) have been won by you but they will be given to you on paymentv Rs 12, 999 which is a membership fee. Once you pay this you'll get all purchases at discount of 50% for lifetime from a URL dedicated to you as a member and you'll also get goggles+Rocio watch set+Rocio bag worth 7000 as complimentary gifts. This fee will not be onetime and will be in EMI. When I said yes, they asked for Credit Card deductions from their payment gateway and asked for OTP(one time password) and said deductions for EMI is not accepted, all amount is to paid at once. The diamonds with Zia Diamonds and with MRP of 30, 000 and all above mentioned free gifts were received. They again called up next day and said jack pot is in your name. Diamonds of MRP 50000 (5 cents) ( and free gifts as Philips LCD + Lumix Camera+ Goggles+ Rocio watches) are in your name. This was also the advertisement on their website highlighting that diamonds are authentic( Cent=5, KLM, Very Good cut etc) . They asked for Rs 29, 999 more. The diamonds were received on payment. The diamonds with SAMIAH Diamonds and with MRP of 50, 000 and all above mentioned free gifts were received. In the bill sent by them, 8 diamonds received were for 10, 000 each and was also mentioned on printed price. When we went to old jeweler of ours, he said the diamonds were only for max 7000 (seven thousands only). This is a cheat and 12999 + 29999 must be refunded as I was convinced that India Today and Bag It Today is world wide trusted group and it can bot cheat. We are always there to autheticate the genuity of the product and this is supported by our bills. I only paid this much because diamonds of high quality were being promised at subsidized rates. I only paid to receive the genuine products. Please help. I have all the bills/ and free gifts.

hello sir, i booked lotto mens shoes worth 999 from bagittoday.com. i want to have the re-pick up for my order 33246495 as i did not like the quality of the product i would like to replace it with the other one as i did not like the quality of the product i would like to replace it and take an other one. Again after 15days i will not be able to return the product but i have booked the complaint on 18th of september. i have been calling your customer care number since 12 days every day and in the evening but there is no proper response at all. please consider my request and arrange me the re-pick up as soon as possible as my flight is booked for next week. thank you

hello. I booked my lotto magic shoes worth 999 i received on 17th september. I did not like the quality of the shoes so i wanted to return them back and get my store credit. My complaint was booked on 18th september. My order number is 33246495. From that day i have been calling their customer care number [protected] They said that the concerned courier department will come collect the shoes but even after 10 days the complaint was not resolved. On 17 Sep-13, I got a call from sales and promotion department of BagitToday (Vijendra). He told me that I am among the 5 lucky customers who has selected for promotional offer which have following benefits: 1. Lifetime 60-70% discount on each product at Bagittoday site 2. 3 piece of Diamond of Rs. 30000/- 3. Tablet, Sunglass and a bag 4. Additional gift after purchase anyone from Samsung Galaxy Note, Black Berry Mobile or Panasonic LED You have to pay only Rs. 12999/- After multiple assurance of validity I agree to buy and then he transfer to account guy (Jetendra) for payment. He asked my credit card information I was surprised and told that as per RBI norms this information can’t be shared. But he insisted and requested too much (my bad) and i shared. He booked the order and transferred the call to another sales guy [Sachin (Cheater)]. He told me, based on your order you are again selected as lucky winner of ½ caret diamond of Rs. 50000/- and again you will get following gifts you have to pay only Rs. 29999/-: 1. Lifetime IndiaToday group membership 2. 5 piece of Diamond (1/2 caret) of Rs. 50000/- 3. A Panasonic LED 12” inch 4. Additional gift after purchase anyone from Samsung Galaxy Note, Black Berry Mobile or Panasonic LED I told him, Sorry I don’t have money and I can’t buy this. Then he told that you can pay in 3 EMI and if you not buy this then your earlier order also not be process. He assured me that if any time you find any issue in any products then you can call on[protected] and we will refund your money. This is a IndiaToday group brand and we are insuring this. Finally I agreed and bought (by mistake). After that I browse the web and check the review. I found various fraud of same type by Bagittoday. Then I shocked and called Bagittoday on both the number[protected],[protected] no one is picking the call. I email on their ids ([protected]@bagittoday.com, [protected]@bagittoday.com, [protected]@bagittoday.com) but no one responded. Day after tomorrow I again called, their customer care treated rudely and didn’t cancel the order. Finally after five days their product received and it has only (2) & (3) as per above mentioned gifts. There are 8 pieces of diamonds (ZIA Diamonds) without certificate papers, a blank CD from GJI. Which are worth of Rs. 4000/- only. This was biggest shocking for me and I am upset. I can’t believe that this kind of cheat and fraud is running by IndiaToday group. They are biggest cheaters and hired professionals to cheat peoples. Kindly help to fight with them and get back my money and also request to lodge a request to ban this website as per cyber law.

Sir? i don't want to bagittoday account its a very poor response company.. Thirdclass service.. If they dont have size 7 shoe then why take money from me? As per courier report bagittoday team have received the courier on 11th sept 2013 but till 20th sept. they said me that we don't have received.. And now they said that we are credited on your online account.. A Typical Delhi based CHEATERS. Order for any material, they would find a duplicate fake product of same design and would mark it branded and send it to you. I did order Lotto shoes and they found a product from a street hawker and name it Lotto and marked same to same like Lotto shoes and did send me. I told them about the specialty of brand identification, but they did not reply to me. One of my friend also faced same cheating activity done by them. They can brand any shoes like Lotto, Adidas, Nike, Reebok. When you call them they say that they purchase it from original manufacturers. When I inquired from original manufacturers they did inform me that do not make the article no as mentioned by BAGITTODAY. They also informed me that they do not deal with BAGITTODAY. SO FRIENDS DO NOT DEAL WITH BAGITTODAY. THEY ARE CHEATERS doing business online.
