Sir, I have place order on 24th January, 2014 at www.bagittoday.com order no. 33587864 when I cheked the status of my order it was mark as Processing, when i enquire about my order through tele-conversation and email, they made diferrent excuse and I was told that money will be refunded since they can not process my order. But nothing came into my bank account till today nor product in hand. Status of my order is still processing in their website. If you really try, you can reach me at anytime. I can also talk to your customer care number everyday. Your company also can called me when they are in need of money... Even retention desk call me on 8th February, 2014. Don't lie to me anymore...

I am alway talking to you assistance and they told me so many excuse. I think you din't even try to contact me while i can talk to your phone number[protected]. Last Saturday i.e. 8th February 2014, I recived called from [protected] and I was told that money will be refunded in my account... how can you say you cannot contact me??? I don't believe it!!! You can call me 10:00 am - 10:00 PM anytime.

How can you say you cannot contact me!!! I think you cheated me... I will go to Comsumer Forum/Court and Even FIR may be filed. I am not happy at all with your cheating company

I recieved a call from retention department on 8th February, 2014 (Saturday) Phone Number is[protected] and I was told that money will be refunded within 7-8 days. But nothing came... If you really try my number you can reach me anytime. I even recived email from your retention dept. how can you say that you cannot contact me. I think you are cheating me and I am not happy with your servie. I called customer care everyday and they make so many exucuse. But, I don't trust anymore and I will try to do what I can do.     Dear Sir, I have ordered the following goods Rohit Bal Men's Black Belt and Black Wallet Free Lotto Wayfarer amount paid 1647 order number 33591193 I maid many calls to the customer care and also had online chat. I get response saying that it will reach me within 2 days. That day has not yet arrived. I also have chat transcripts from the customer care. Please help me in either getting my order processed or refund of my amount. Thanks Manohar
    They will make so many excuse like your address is incomplete, we are shifting our warehouse, we sent your complain to concern deptt. Such and such...they will also ask you to wait 2-7 days or 7-10 days, but when the time came, they will have another excuses... I wonder how can they still run their online store by cheating people!

      Dear sir, I had palced my order with bagittoday of Rocio Dual Dial Watch on 3rd of january 2014. relating to that i did not gave my confirmation for order either by email nor by message. Still i received confirmation message on 10th january, 2014. I received product on 13th january 2014. I made payment and received the product, but when i opened it it was fault product. I made complaint on 19th january, 2014. Relating to that i received there feedback through email. They called me on 29th january, 2014. They told me to send them snapshots of watch. I sended then snapshots on 29th january, 2014. Again i received there email that they have not received snaps. I again forward them snaps on 31st january, 2014. on 4th feb, 2014. i recd. mail that they have recd. snaps and they require 7 to 8 days to resolve my complaint and on 2nd day i.e. 5th feb, 2014. i recd. reply from them that i have to send back my product to them, relating to thet i made preparations to send back them product on the next day. But on 6th feb, 2014. i recd. there mail that my complaint is cancelled by them, becouse of out of turn around time and they cannot do anything now. I again reply them for clarification, But i still not received any reply from company. So please do the needfull. my order no. is 33539360.

          I have bought a footwear combo. I have been selected a lottery offer on behalf of that purchase. I was asked to pay 16399/- for the offer - which includes 3 diamonds (worth Rs. 30000), Philips home theater, and DVD player (order id[protected]. It was clearly told that the amount 16399/- is totally refundable and it is just for registering in Govt. sites. I have voice call evidence for the same. So there is no chance of miscommunication. I also be asked that when a verification call is delivered to me, it will say that the purchase is non-refundable and I don't have to worry . The whole conversation is recorded. Now my concern is the amount 16399/- supposed to be refunded within 4/5 days. Still it is not refunded, where I registered the product on 15th Jan'14.

          Also the diamond that they delivered to me is not more than 2500/- which they claimed of 30000/- .

          So they cheated me. Actually I am not alone to be trapped by Bag It Today. There are thousands of complaints against Bag It Today on the same.

                I have purchased one Bag It Today-Yatra Tour Package as on dated 25 June 2013. I availed the buy one get one free offer and paid the amount 3999/- INR through online payment gateway. My order Ids is 33063638 & 33087952. After that I have to book my travel and intimate my travel plan to Bag it today within 90 days from the booking. And I did this and told them the three choice of my destination. After calling several times and emailing too many times, I got a response and call from Yatra but they denied to give me rooms as per my given dates[protected] or[protected] at my destination (Pondicherry). They said that the accommodation is not available on my given dates. However I directly contact with the listed hotels and they were ready to book my rooms as per my given dates. I also have the written proof about the availability, which I got from the listed hotels.After that, Yatra’s executive forces me to change either my date of journey or the destination. I can’t change my dates journey, so that I gave them another option and told them to find the hotel in Coorg as on my given dates. But again they refused to provide me accommodation on the given dates and destination. Again they force me to change my destination.This time I gave the option of Kodaikanal. This time they come up with the one cheapest hotel available in that town and it is also not listed in the Bag it Today’s offer letter. I have also read the reviews of that hotel and they are not quite good.After that I have given them 4 destination and broad dates i.e any dates in June, but still they don't want to listen. In the last I have searched myself the hotels at Yatra Portal and find the suitable hotel at Puri (hotel Sonar Bangla, Puri) which is also mentioned in the Bagittoday's hotel's list. I discuss this with the Yatra but still they refuse to provide me accommodation there and come up with some cheap hotels.When I contact with the Bagittoday regarding the deficiency of Yatra. They also told that they can't do anything in this. They completely forget that I have purchased the product from them and they are responsible for the service. I have contacted with many of your executive at customer care but they never gave me any satisfactory answer.I have been very much suffered mentally, Physically and economically. In last 4 months they threaten me and force me to agree with their deal otherwise they will not provide me the service. I have lost my 6000/- INR in hard cash as well as I got depressed and faced too much harassment.

                  I ordered Lee Cooper shoes on 24th January, 2014. When I checked the status after three days through their website and, the status was still processing. I called the customer care no[protected], the made different excuses and one of their attendant ask me to send my complete address. I sent email and they replied they have some inconvinience. After that a I received a msg from LM-BAGIT by saying they close my ordered and they are going to refund my money. But, when I called customer care my order is still processing even in their website. And I called again to order number, one of the attendant said that they are shifting their warehouse. So i don't believe them anymore, but if they don't refund my money within this week I will file a police case to them. tetea

                    Hello sir,
                    I have ordered one mobile phone worth Rs7999 on the date of 30/12/2014. Order number is 33530311. They haven't dispatch my product till 14/01/14.So i decided to cancel my order. I have cancelled my order on 14/01/2014 evening. They have promised me to refund my money within 4-7 working days. But till 29/01/2014 I didn't get any single responds from their side. I have done series of calls from my side but all the working peoples are again promising for 7 days then again 7 days but they didn't give any response regarding my order. Help me to get my product or my money. I have done my payment through airtel mo.ney. Please take action against of such fraud company.

                        bagit today is a cheating company... they didn't deliver my order over 20 days i placed my order on 5th of jan 2014 but still i didn;t get my orders... they display in the order page we deliver within 2-7 days... but they are not liable... this is one type of cheating.. so no one made purchase on bagit today... they won't reply for your queries...

An advertized item -Biker Gloves, online, has not been shipped ORDER ID[protected] for 13 days & the customer service reps are evasive on the status.                             ordered a pair of shoes from bagittoday.Com with order no[protected] and then i got the pair of shoes among which i found shoe (rocio) is having rust on its boucles ant its of second quality.. I was keep on calling customer care executives.. but they keep on not responding.. I paid Rs.499 on pay by cash method.. I too ordered two churidar materials from bagittoday.Com with order no[protected] and then i got the two churidar materials (Hyponex)both are of worse quality and cant even stitch it for wearing for house old work... cant even think of stitching it...That much poor quality...I paid Rs.1296 for it... I expect the service will be too good, but they have cheated me by sending the second quality goods for me... They have to consider their customer as supreme, and dont cheat like this.. I need my money back... and the goods I received is not useful too... I think they don't respect their consumers and just fool them I request you sir to please process my request fast and refund my money please..

                                This forum should sue this Bagittoday.com immediately as they are going haywire on their commitments. An advertized item -Huawei Data card, online, has not been shipped ORDER ID[protected] for 15 days & the customer service reps are evasive on the status. Track order status is INVOICE generated but no further progress. Looks like this is a collapsing online company. SN SIMHA

                                  Sir, I have ordered one mobile phone in the Rate of Rs 7999. in the order Id 33530311 on 30-DEC-2013. And i was waiting for that product upto 15 days but they didn't dispatch my product. So i have cancelled my order on the date of 14-JAN-2014. I have done my payment through AIRTEL MONEY. Initially the customer care person said we ll cancel your order with in 24 hours and you will get your money back to your airtel money account after that i waited for 24 hours i didn't get my money to my account then i called to customer care again they said " You have to wait for one week for cancel this order" Please help me

                                    I HAD ORDERED MATERIAL ON THE[protected] AND MADE A PAYMENT OF 1148.ON[protected] I RECEIVED A MESSAGE WE ARE UNABLE TO SERVICE YOUR ORDER DUE TO SOME UNAVOIDABLE REASONS.IN THAT CASE THEY HAVE TO GIVE ME A COMPLETE REFUND BUT AFTER THAT NO RESPONSE FROM THEM
