recieved a call from retention department on 8th February, 2014
(Saturday) Phone Number is[protected] and I was told that money will
be refunded within 7-8 days. But nothing came... If you really try my
number you can reach me anytime. I even recived email from your
retention dept. how can you say that you cannot contact me. I think you
are cheating me and I am not happy with your servie. I called customer
care everyday and they make so many exucuse. But, I don't trust anymore
and I will try to do what I can do. Here you can read a fake promied
email from you...
