Dear Concern, I ordered a Multimedia Speakers at bagittoday.com (india today group) website and my order ID is[protected]. I ordered on 16-Dec-13 and paid money through ICICI Credit card, the site said the product will be shipped within 2 to 7 days, as of today 23-Dec-13, still my order is not shipped by them. But till now I have no information about the my product departure, all the times it is showing processing in the website. I have contacted the customer care 4-5 times but no one tell me the exact status of my product, all the time they were saying that your product will dispatch in next 3-4 days. Today again i called there cust care and they said the item you order is out of stock and will be arranged within this week. And when i checked that item on website it shows available. They were not actually committing the date on which the product will ship. I am shopping online since last 2 years and no website take this much time to ship the order, even in a week ordered item delivers to me. Kindly help me to get my ordered item or my money back in my ICICI back account. I will be very thankful to u. Regards, Kapil

    Order ID : 33499129 I was promised that I will be provided with one LINK that will allow me to purchase anything from Bagiittoday.com for 50% discount; which they are denying now - saying "link was not generated it cant be processed but if you want it, you will have to make one more transaction of 13499. Besides I was promised to have two electronic items - one Ambrane tablet & another Electronic item worth more than 20, 000. I received tablet but instead of second item - I received a gift voucher worth rs 1, 000 only. I'm feeling cheated now. Its just fraud & nothing else. Please help me in getting things straight. P.S - In support of my words I have Call recordings of all these conversations.

      I have ordered an Acer Laptop from website www.bagittoday.com but they are not be able to dispatch the order at my address. They are telling me that there is a problem in your address. but, few months ago, when I have ordered some different objects then they have delivered it. That time no problem was occurred.
      I have make the payment through S.B.I credit card
      So, I want that if they can not deliver the order then they must be refund my whole amount.

        Dear Bag It Today Team, I have booked Bag It Today and Yatra buy one and get one travel package for Rs. 3, 999 in June 2013 upon being pressurrised by the customer executive detailing the benefits. I have received confirmation for the same and a mail has been received with details of booking ID and order number. I have placed the order for one package by paying Rs. 499 at the link send on 27 August 2013 for my travel booking. I have received a mail confirming that "the Yatra team will confirm my booking in two to three days". I have not opted for the second package as I have lost trust in Bag It Today since the first package has not been processed. I did not dare to loose additional money of Rs. 499 after seeing the worst customer service. The order for the second and free package has been sent upon writing 10's of mails to the team and endless calls only in September 2013 As a customer, I am totally disappointed with the way the customer care service works at Bag it today. Sheer negligence in serving customers. The CCE asks to dial the contact number of yatra Yatra Customer care[protected]. However, this doesnt work. We are put on hold for couple of minutes and the call gets hang up automatically. After connecting to this number with great difficulty in 20-30 attempts, the CCE asked to wait for some time so that he can get the package confirmed. However, this did not work, i tried reaching the CCE thrice just to realise that he could be of no help instead asked to contact yatra number at[protected]. The CCE promised for a call back in half an hour. No one called back. The next time when i connect on this number, the CCE is very adamant and rude that he disconnected the call and says to get the refund at Bagit today. The team might be busy with selling your products without looking at customer service. SURPRISED TO SEE NO ESCALATION MATRIX AND THE FRONT END CCE IS THE ONLY POINT OF CONTACT FOR CUSTOMER. WHAT IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COMPLAINT RESOLUTION. WHOM DOES A CUSTOMER CONTACT IF THE COMPLIANT/ QUERY IS NOT RESOLVED ON TIME. I have raised the complaints through my my account by logging into bag it today website, writing mails on [protected]@bagittoday.com. NO RESPONSE OR CALL BACK FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE TILL DATE. PLEASE REFUND BACK MY MONEY WHICH HAS BEEN PAID THREE MONTHS AGO AMOUNTING TO RS. 3, 999 AND 499 FOR PROCESSING FIRST HOLIDAY VOUCHER. The next time when i connect on this number, the CCE is very adamant and rude that he disconnected the call and says to get the refund at Bagit today.           The bag it today management is just fooling customers with false promises and there is no response for the mails/ calls that were directed to them. This is a common phenomenon and many people are being cheated with such false promises. I have been behind them for the last 4 months only wasting my time and money in calling the customer care and writing the mails. My order booking no. is 33049964 & i have paid Rs. 3999 and 499 towards the package. Now i dont have trust in bag it today and they has failed to keep up their promise. I want my money credited back to my account.

          both the bag it today and yatra are just playing with hard earned money of common man and fooling the general public. Its been more than 4 months, they are just dumb and no action has been initiated against my compliant. All the calls made on daily basis are unanswered or not responded properly. Further, the trailing mail with the customer case at [protected]@bagittoday runs into 10 to 15 pages with 30 odd mails written from my side are hardly replied with single line "compliant sent to concerned department, will revert soon". Not sure when that revert would come. As I have written in my last mail, being a lawyer I have all the relevant documents and evidence against your false promises, now I am left with the only option of moving against both of them legally in the consumer court.

          Please be aware of all these e-commerce businesses who just fool customers with false promises, only intention is to collect money with ZERO customer service.

              I ordered 2 pair of shoes from bagittoday.Com with order no[protected] and then i got the two pair of shoes among which i found one pair shoe (rocio) is getting small in size (9) so i sent them the rocio shoes for replacement (8/10/2013) that's on next day when i received the delivery which they received on (8/11/2013) to get a shoe of 1 size more that is "size 10" but now after almost 2 month of shoe delivered to them they didn't even process my request and they are just updating complaint not giving the complaint number misguiding me always and telling me all the time that i will get the product in next 7 days also telling me that the requested shoe is not in stock but the shoes are in stocks on their website with size 10 and they are telling me this for i guess 7-8 th time i wanna have size 10 of rocio shoes which i have mentioned about in the cover letter and the bill that i have sent to them along with the shoes
              They are also telling me that now they cant send the shoes so i have to buy some other product from their website
              (i have not spent my money for product that i don't wish to buy at least refund my money)
              Than i said no i don't want to buy any other product from you website refund my money or give me same shoe with size 10 they say we cant refund your money
              If you cant refund money and cant sent me the requested shoes then why did your costumer care representative told me to send the shoes for replacement and that i will get the size 10 i also spent 150 rupees to sent the shoes to them
              They just used my money in their bank for 2 months
              When i send them email they don't reply
              I have also told them i will complaint on consumer forum but they don't reply
              I think they don't respect their consumers and just fool them

              I request you sir to please precessm y request fast and let me get the shoes

              Not refunding my money and also not giving me the requested shoes of size 10 that is the same shoes of size 10
              Telling not in stocks but on their wesite size 10 is in stocks

                i have ordered hts2400 philips home theatre in bagittoday (india today group) and paid money on 30nov2013, the site said the product will be delivered within 5 to 7 days, as of today 13dec2013 i have not received the product. when i contacted their customer service they said it is already despatched and is with Quantium Mail logistics - please see the details given below by bag it today, when i actually recevied this it has only the free gift announced by bagittoday and not actually the home theatre. AWB Number---[DBP0036475] Shipment Date---[Dec 7, 2013] Courier Name---[Quantium Mail Logistics Solutions India Pvt Ltd] Order Number[protected] i again called the customer care[protected] on 13dec2013 at 3.20pm, one mr. priyanshu said that the product is not available with them and they can give the status of the product after another 7days.i asked him why the product is displayed when there is no stock with them, they were not actully commiting the date on which the product will reach me. they always maintain that they will respond with 48 hrs.

                  They are the cheaters. Mr. Saurabh Tyagi sell the diamonds of Zia company with MRP of 30000. When i go to jewellery shop the shop owner told me that all the three diamonds of 2500/- . They simply miss guide the customer. The quality of steel products are also not good. The watch pair they provide is also a third class.

The value of Diamonds was Rs. 30000 as per Bagittoday Executive (Mr. Saahil Arya who has called from Phone No: [protected]) but I have to Pay Rs 16199 for the above products. After receiving, I tried to sell Diamonds to Jewellery shop but they told me the shocking price value of Diamonds which is around Rs. 4000. During Verfiication Call for order, I have asked executive (a lady) that If I sell this Diamonds, I will get Rs. 30000 then she replied " You will get the that much value for diamonds after selling the Diamonds". This is the inferior quality products which is supplied by Bagittoday. I have complaint regarding the same to Bagittoday (Complaint No: 1322245), but still there is no reply from them till today. I have to call them and remind them about complaint and they tell that it is under process and we will get back to you shortly. Even Mr. Saahil Arya has told the I will get refund of amount paid to buy the Diamonds (Rs. 16199). I do not have any telephonic recording proof of whatever conversation was there with Bagittoday. Mr. Saahil Arya has told that he will send me the recording of conversation between me and him with the order but that also he has not sent. Now I have told them to provide the Diamonds of Rs. 30000 value or refund my money which I have paid to them (Rs 16199) for purchasing the Diamonds and take back the products. This is seriously cheating/fraud to customers by Bagittoday group. Please resolve the above issue at the earliest. The above deal for ordering was handled by My Husband (Mr. Nirat Shah) on behalf of me.

                              Hi, I had purchased 5 T-Shirts & 4 Shirts, seeing the advertisement sent to my mail ID, the materials where looking very good in add, but when i recieved it the material was very worst (Cheap Road side materials) which was not worth to what i paid (Rs.2000), the sizes where also not standard, which where not fitting to me, then i called their customer care and complaint about this, they said the materials seen on the add, is not the same it will vary they said, and i was also told that the the money will not be refunded and they told that you send the material back will replace with the next size with in 7 days, accordingly i had sent the material back through courier (i had paid Rs.350 for courier) after 10 days i didn't get any material back, again i called back to the customer care and asked about this they said the don't have stock. Then i asked to refund back the money, untill now (1.5 Months over) they have not paid the money to me if i call the customer care, they are saying in next 7 to 9 days it will be done. So please help me with this matter.

                                      This is with respect to the original order placed on 16th October, with one Mr. Rishab Roy. I had clearly mentioned to him that I would be interested in the BagitToday - Yatra offer, only and only if he is able to promise me that we can use the package (Yatra 3999/- one + one free) in the upcoming Diwali holidays. Reason being that my family and my in-laws can then make use of the holiday. I also copied Sonia Mehta, Chief Customer Experience Officer, since this is co-branded and I believe that Yatra is also getting their equity diluted and brand name besmirched by this unprofessional handling of customers. However, after booking the order, Mr. Rishab Roy refused to answer the call, despite my attempts twice - on[protected]. There was no booking ID provided and for which, despite several follow ups, there was no adequate response. Consequently, Diwali came and went and we could not take a holiday as per this plan. May i know what is going on, i want either the holiday has to be booked or else the amount Rs.[protected]+499+499)should be returned at the earliest.                                         Bagittoday & Yatra team, you should resolve this kind of issues at the earliest with transparency to the customer, as it will affect the trust of people.

                                        Dear Sir Madam,

                                        I also have similar complaint, I booked book one get one offer at Rs3999 on Bagit today Vacations my order nos are 33296519 &amp;amp; 33374144 over and above this I paid 499 for booking the hotel, however no confirmation from Bagit today or Yatra.com, I don't know how come these fraudsters are allowed to do business in India so openly.

                                        Please help me getting my money back with interest and penalty as I'm no more interested in going for their holiday offer : what further cheating is there with these fraudsters who knows.
