company representative was call me Mr.Amit he was speak me on phone sir your email id win our company
anniversary . he was speak me you can pay only 12999 with you have get 30000 diamonds and 1 pc camera ,1pc sun glasses , watches.this all materiel was revived by me but sun glasses damage , camera not working .diamonds duplicate send by me . bag it today company fraud by customer .


so Pl take action help me

    Complaint against bookmyholiday.com

    Had booked a holiday package with bookmyholiday.com and paid all due money, ( Booking Order id. [protected]). I had sent my holiday dates form well in time i.e on 25.02.2013 for booking of accomodation at Puri on dated 17.03.2013 . while calling several times on their customer phone no response in this matter but Company never informed about acceptance or rejection of my request, nor did they bother to reply my many phones/ e-mails,
    Their helpline is always getting disconnected or not reachable( no. [protected], email id: [protected]@affordablesalespromotions.com). Today I had called them for the holiday dates they not even revert the exact situation . However in Puri they had 3 properties & all the properties have right now available accomodation on the mentioned date i.e. on 17.03.2013 as mentioned in their list provided by them at the time of package booking Their executives ask to call after 7 days when we call the No.[protected]BAG IT TODAY) & they told us there is no relation with the[protected]BOOK MY HOLIDAY) Bag it today had given package of BOOK MY HOLIDAY on payment of Rs 5549/- + 450/- amount on the booking time . Book my Holidays changes their address several times as on their stationery they had Noida address & a email sent by them address of ghaziabad . Nos. provided for the CUSTOMER CARE very bad response I never suggest this to anyone . The customer care executives keep you on hold for long time and then disconnect the phone. Good way of cheating & fraud from bagittoday & Affordable sales & promotions Pvt.ltd. They have list o[censored]nsatisfied customers with them .
    Till today they had not revert any email or pick up phone to book my hotels at puri on 17.03.2013 .

    book my holidays- bag it today — no response

    I had paid RS 7000 to india today group's co bag it today for booking one week holiday for 4 adults.
    the amt was paid in feb, i have been following with them continously and not gettting reply on confirmation
    i have even sent a revised form, on may 16 for the holidays on 5 aug, i have been following continously but again its not confirmed

    Today when i called back , my call was answered after 10 calls , they told booking is available for 2 peolple only and not 4 people as promised.

    i want the refund of money paid.

    the company seems to a fraud and not concered abt the customer.

      I purchased marco ferro dream show from bagittoday.com. I placed this order on 23rd feb 2013. After requesting them to deliver it by 3rd march as I have to go for my ssb interview on 3rd itself. Luckily I received the product on 1st march but right then when I saw the product I noticed that right shoe is defected piece(may be whole bagittoday site runs on defected piece since they are selling most of the products so cheap). Then I called the bagittoday customer care and told them the issue he only resolution they had that I have to ship the defected piece back to them and then only they will ship the product(who knows what defect will that product have then). As on 3rd it is Sunday they told me that they will ship the product on Monday and also advised me to postpone my SSB. Super Annoyed by that I told him to transfer my call to his senior then he said my senior are on lunch from 3pm to 5pm(lucky year I need this job). So call again after 1 or may be 2 hour. Then I gave him a genuine solution to all the problem that lets just take a middle path that I will ship the product and refund my amount as soon as you get the product he said no. I then asked to give me credit for the same amount to do shopping on bagittoday and he like always said not possible. Now this is the only way I thought of to get resolution as even the bagittoday email service don't even bother to reply to my emails too.

        I have ordered a rebook watch with bagittoday.com vide order No. [protected] on 16-Dec and got a confirmation mail from them as well (image enclosed) saying my produce will be despatched within 2-3 weeks time, but i have not got my product and i had send several mails, my mails are reading by the concerned person in this company but i have not got any reply from them.

        BagIT Today — Online shopping issue

        I had done online shopping on 'BagIT Today' on 11th March 2011. The order number is [protected]. Till date the order is not executed.

        I had requested for cancelation of order on 15th April 2011 and requested reversal of payment. Till date neither the order got cancled nor I have received my money back.

        I am following on the call center number[protected] but the agents do not have any firm answers.

        What to do in such a situation? Is there any escalation contact?

        I dont agree on the internal process you are mentioning. Order already canlced 15 days back. Still you need 1-2 weeks? This means I will get refund after 7 or 14 days.

        I am not sure about the process which can take more than a month to execute the order and more than a month to refund.

          Dear Sir,

          I (Srinivasa Kumar) have ordered 30+30 cents Diamonds(3+3) of two orders worth Rs. 29,000.00 from Bag IT Today vide booking ID No. [protected] and [protected]. I am having receipts of those Diamonds and as promised by Bag IT Today that a certificate in regard of originality of Diamond would also be provided but regret to say no certificate received from Bag IT Today instead they had given only cd having information about the product. I had gone to various reputed Jewelers in my area like Klayan,Malabar gold Jewelers etc.. to check the quality of Diamionds whether they are original or not. All 35Jewelers told that this is very poor quality Diamonds and its cost maximum up to Rs.3500.00 total of 6 diamonds. The Diamond is from Myra/ Anaira Jewels India Pvt. Ltd.. I had complained no. of times on complaint forum of Bag IT Today but no positive reply received.

          actually i had purchased with the return policy condition given by the executives named PRASHANTH and SANDEEP in sales department.Now they are not even responding to my calls and after some days they are telling those guys resigned to the job and i has to contact customer care.

          I had contacted customer care regarding this and they are telling that return and refund policy is not there in thier company.They are telling rudely that there is no link between customer care and sales department.I dont know what i have to do.Please take some serious action on them and make them,in future they will not blame or bluff the customers and no customer will fall in their words.

            I have received a call from bag it today on 21/02/2013 morning from[protected], She informed me that i have been selected as a valuable customer of bag it today & my no have won deal of 5 products for which initially i have to pay Rs.15999 & after 7 to 10 days this amount will credited to my card as the money is only taken in terms of genuineness of the customer & the product is given to selected customers on promotional bases & the refunding date will be confirmed within an hour by an email after my order. Accordingly I have booked the order on 10:58 AM but till now i have not received any mail regarding refunding of the amount except the order confirmation mail. On 21/02/13 evening i have called to their customer care regarding the refunding the amount, but they confirm that no such scheme is available means my money will not refund in my account. At the same time i have requested them to cancel my order but they told me that they can not cancel the order & i can cancel the order while i will receive the verification call. But today morning (22/02/2013) i have received the verification call at 11:33 AM, but that fellow is refused to cancel the order after my repeated request also he has not cancel the order & again he told me that my amount will be credited within 10 to 15 days. My order ID is [protected] & i would like to cancel my order. Bag it today have already done so many cases & cheated the customer before & the same way they r trying to cheat me. Please help me out from this & please help me to cancel the order. As they told my call was recorded then you can check this from their call record.

              I bought a travelling package from bagittoday.they promised me a gift along with that package.Initially they provided a URL for that gift but that was not working.Now when i m making repeated complaints about this to their customer care there is no response from them.I think all these companies are fake and they just exploiting the pubic money for their own good.

                on Jan 3rd 2013, i received a call from bagittoday (tel#[protected] stating i have been given a promotional offer where i will be getting some products & diamonds worth rs.30000/-. but for this i have to pay rs.13999/-. also they assured me that my money will be refunded on behalf of diamonds within 7-10 days i.e. they will resale the diamonds worth rs.30000/- for me & pay me back that amount. Simultaneously i was also offered another jackpot offer where again some products & diamonds worth rs. 30000/- was given to me. they charged me rs.17799/- for this. also for they said that my money will be refunded on behalf of diamonds i.e. they will resale the diamonds worth rs.30000/- for me & pay me back.
                Now in total i was given 6 diamonds worth rs. 60000/-, 2 maxima watch pairs, 2 sunglasses, a tablet, a dvd player, a home theatre, a duffle bag & a gold plated playing cards for total amount of rs.31798/- i paid.

                i placed the order on 3rd jan-2013 & received both the packages on 9th & 11th Jan-2013 respectively. order# [protected] received on 9th jan-13 & order# [protected] received on 11th jan-13.

                I called bagittoday after 15 days of receiving the products to resale the diamonds & then they said that only diamonds worth rs.80000 or more will be taken for resale whereas i have diamonds worth rs.60000/- only.

                THIS CONDITION OF RESALE THAT ONLY DIAMONDS WORTH RS.80000/- WILL BE TAKEN FOR RESALE WAS NOT TOLD TO ME DURING THE OFFER & NOW THEY REFUSE TO RESALE MY 60000/- DIAMONDS. I HAVE A RECORDED TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION WITH THEIR EXECUTIVE (MS. RUCHI JAIN) WHERE SHE HAS NOT TOLD ME THIS CONDITION DURING THE OFFER. I SPOKE TO THEIR 2 EXECUTIVES, SONIA JAIN - FOR ORDER# [protected] & RUCHI JAIN FOR ORDER# [protected]. RUCHI JAIN HAS RE-CONFIRMED ME THE DIAMONDS WILL BE RESALED & DID NOT INFORMED ME THE ABOVE SAID CONDITION FOR RESALE.

                THUS I WOULD LIKE TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST BAGITTODAY, NEW DELHI WHO HAS NOT GIVEN ME COMPLETE INFORMATION DURING THE SALE & NOW REFUSE TO RESALE MY DIAMONDS AS THEY PROMISED DURING THE OFFER.

                  I saw the offer price for Samsung galaxy S3 mobile for Rs. 26899. I made a transaction in web site through net banking. my account got debited for Rs. 26899 but i didn't get the confirmation message.
                  My HDFC bank account statement shows the transaction is successfully transferred Rs.26889.

                  This website is creating so many problems to the users.
                  User losing their money for this small discounts and waiting for the reply from the company. but no response at all

                  I dont know whether i get my product or money... and what is the time limit??
                  please take some action on these kind of issues because people work hard and saving money. this should not go in waste...

                    I got a call from sales and promotion department of BagitToday. He told me that I was selected among the 5 lucky customers and if I will buy Rs 15,999 Gift hamper from them, I will get this amount in 7 days refunded, I was bye that offer. after first payment they again asked me to pay an amount of Rs 29,999 for LCD tv and it?s holding amount it will refund in your account in 24 to 45 days. if I fail to pay, then they will not process my first payment (ie. Of 15,999) and I will not be given any benefit and I was forced to pay Second payment of Rs 29,999 again. I placed an order on[protected] on 3:00pm and I was check revives of bag it today and After 2 hour I call bag it today call center & cancelled my orders and requested for refund. But they said as per our company rules it not refund it will convert in bag it today points. After that I was got call from conformation department & he was conforming my address & tell me your product will . But I want to cancel this order & my money will refunded. What I can do for it ..

                    I paid Rs 999/- on 21 Jan 09 by credit card for a 2 year subscription of mail today newspaper along with 1 coupon redeemable for a Reebok swift shoe at any factory outlet. My booking ID is [protected]. I was told the coupon will reach me in 3-4 weeks of booking. I have been calling once every week since 21 Feb 09 and i still have not received my shoe coupon. I requested order cancellation and refund on 27 Feb 09. They replied that i will shortly get revert from mail today. I sent mails on 27 Feb, 9 Mar & 19 Mar 2009 requesting refund but there is no action till today.

                    Bag It Today — non compliance of order

                    On call from Bag it today, as well an e-mail, that I have won diamond vouchers of Rs. 5 lacs, and I have to make purchase of worth Rs. 35000/-. On their assurance I purched vide order no.[protected] for Rs.29,000/- and order no.[protected] of Rs5980/- both dt. 21st july 2010. After payment I was told that I will receive the gold box of diamond vouchers along with gifts with in 15 days. I recd the goods after one monh and gold box of diamond vouchers was not sent. There was no other condition at that time.
                    On 21st thay called me again that thay are sending vouchers, that can be used by purchasing from Surat diamond company and Tanishk, but if I want to remove the condition of increasing the value of vouchers from Rs.20.000/- to Rs. 80,000/- , (by clubbing four vouchers at a time ), I have to pay Rs7498/-, and I paid this amount on 21st july 10 just to remove the condition and not for any purchase.
                    However, even after repeated reminders, they did not sent me gold box of diamond vouchers after removing conditions, but now they have sent me vouchers by
                    e-mail and that too without removing the condition of clubbing four vouchers at a time and each values just Rs. 5000/- only instead of 20,000/- as committd on phone.
                    I have been cheated by Bag it today ( India today group ) as they are not sticking to their commitments and have not removed the condition aforesaid , even though I paid Rs 7498/- for this purpose only.
                    As you see that I have been cheated by bag it today and they consumed my Rs7498/-, I am sending this complaint, as I have full faith in you, that you can help me to get justice and ask bag it today to remove the condition of clubbing and send gold box after that. Thanking you in anticipation,

                    Bag-It-Today — Non delivery & non refund

                    regarding my Order Id [protected], i didnt receive the goods after agreed dispatch period of 2-3 weeks

                    I have received a call from bag it today on 21/02/2013 morning from[protected], She informed me that i have been selected as a valuable customer of bag it today & my no have won deal of 5 products for which initially i have to pay Rs.15999 & after 7 to 10 days this amount will credited to my card as the money is only taken in terms of genuineness of the customer & the product is given to selected customers on promotional bases & the refunding date will be confirmed within an hour by an email after my order. Accordingly I have booked the order on 10:58 AM but till now i have not received any mail regarding refunding of the amount except the order confirmation mail. On 21/02/13 evening i have called to their customer care regarding the refunding the amount, but they confirm that no such scheme is available means my money will not refund in my account. At the same time i have requested them to cancel my order but they told me that they can not cancel the order & i can cancel the order while i will receive the verification call. But today morning (22/02/2013) i have received the verification call at 11:33 AM, but that fellow is refused to cancel the order after my repeated request also he has not cancel the order & again he told me that my amount will be credited within 10 to 15 days. My order ID is [protected] & i would like to cancel my order. Bag it today have already done so many cases & cheated the customer before & the same way they r trying to cheat me. Please help me out from this & please help me to cancel the order. As they told my call was recorded then you can check this from their call record.

                    www.akosha.com, they charge max plan Rs.999, Provide assistance in sending letter, approaching consumer court ..Dont trust bagittoday..
                    they wont refund money .. still my money is on hold .. Rapid up the processs

                      I made an online transaction from bagitoday.com on 3rd Feb 2013 worth Rs. 2098/- using my credit card.
                      The Order ID is [protected].
                      The payment was deducted from my credit card but I got confirmation mail from bagitoday stating that transaction has been unsuccessful.
                      I then sent them the credit card statement wherein the transaction amount was indicated in favor of bagitoday.
                      Since then I have been regularly writing to them but my complaint remains unaddressed till date.
                      I am yet to receive my order or refund of money.
                      I would say that bagitoday is a crooked enterprise not worthy of any dealing.

                        Bagittoday called me over mobile and requesting to book a order for white diamonds for Rs.33499/- along with gifts. Same is booked and paid vide citi bank credit card on 03.07.2012 - card ref 03/07 [protected] INDIA TODAY PAYMENT 33499.00 - But i have recd only gifts viz pocket projector and watch. While diamonds are not recd. I came to know after opening the parcell containing only TO address ie my address.

                        despite of several e-mails and over phone, the company is not responsed my request. company represtentives are well trained to attract the customers over phone - that too during office and busy times - and get their orders by giving false assurance/promises.

                        that is not a first time for me. I have also huge amount duirng 2011. all correspondence through e-mails is wasted. no response. company is not believing cusotmer's words.
                        On 08.02.2013, Finally company representive is told that i have booked a complaint after one month. I have complained on 15th Aug 2012. Pocket with gift items are received during last week of July 2013. BUT COMPANY TOOK MORE THAN SIX MONTHS TO CLOSE ISSUE, THAT TOO WITHOUT ANY POSITVE FAVOURABLE ACTION TOWARD CUSTOMER. THEY ALWAYS CLAIMS THAT THEY ARE CORRECT AND THEIR REPRESENTIVE ARE CORRECT. ONLINE SALE BY REPUTED COMPANY LIKE INDIA TO-DAY IS REALY CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS IN PLANNED MANNER

                        KINDLY GET MY MONEY BACK.

                        I had booked for home appliances 5 pieces and a gold gift voucher for Rs 1 lac with bagittoday of India Book House Delhi, fame and paid Rs 15000 on 24/07/2010 vide credit card. However till date I have not recd any goods.My Cust ID are[protected] for home appliances and[protected] for gold gift vouchers. A free gift was also to be given on booking.I recd 4 reebok watches as against 5 invoiced and sent to me.My emails and telephone to custmorecare are in vain for 2 months now.

                        inspite of repeatedly confirming our address, the bagittoday despatch team is not updating and as on 13/09/2010.the address is still to be updated.What we are surprised is when free gifts can reach the address why not the main parcel.We have tracked with Bluedart coriers who have claerly stated that the parcel has reached delhi back(to bagittoday) and you people are not accepting the consignment.

                        Your letter response is standard, impersonal without any change in the language or content depending on the case.There is no overseeing authority including Mr Baljeet who is not responding to emails.We now observe that you are blocking telecalls from our regular numbers and are picking up only unlisted numbers.

                          My name is Abhishek Kumar Rai. on 6th of Dec-2012 I got a call from a Executive (as per him his name was Sachin Srivastava Mobile no-[protected] from which I got the call) of Bag it today that they have taken out some lottery for entire india and chosen 10 names whom they want to give some promotional offer and according to him my name was there (Since I had made few purchases from bag it today in previous times) then he said that for claiming your offer you need to do 2 transactions (2 holiday packages each costing 5998/-Rs 2Night 3Days holiday) and according to that person with this 2 Holiday packages I was supposed to get 1 Blackberry Bold 2 mobile and 1 Dell 15R Laptop free.

                          It was quite attracting offer so I got into his trap. I made the purchases of two holiday packages (Order ID : [protected] & Order ID:[protected] each costing 5998/-Rs)
                          then after the transaction I got a call ( stating to be confirmation call from Bag it today), the lady told me that I have made purchase of 2 holiday packages and with that I am getting a sunglass free then I said to her that according to the sales executive I am supposed to get 1 Blackberry bold 2 and 1 Dell 15R laptop. then she refused that this kind of offer is not there.
                          she told that Sir,Plz finally tell me whether you want this order or not. I said her to call me back after an hour so that in between I will speak to that Sales Executive. again I called up that sales executive, he said that this offer is there only for the 10 names which came out from the lottery and my name is there so this offer also applies to me.
                          after around 1 hr the confirmation lady called me then I said to her that your executive was telling That the offer is there for me.She said that this was not a right information then I took that sales executive in conference with that lady. there he said that as I had given him few referral names I would be getting that offer. and then he disconnected the call.
                          again the lady said that there is no guaranty that I get those Prizes, I would get those prizes only if the people reffered by me make some purchases from bag it today. Then I said to her to cancell the order since I was not interested in this kind of dealing.
                          That lady disconnected the call after saying that I would be getting a call within 48Hrs from bag it today confirming cancellation of orders.
                          I waited till next three days But I didnt get any call from bag it today.Then I called up Bag itToday Customer Care and enquired about the status of the orders (I have the full audio clip of my discussion at that time with the executive where he confirmed that order was not under process and took a request to cancell the order, If it is required I can give that audio clip to you). The executive told me that the Orders are not under process since they have not been confirmed by confirmation department. Even then also I told to that Executive to cancell the order and he raised a request for cancellation. after two days of this I got a mail and SMS stating that My Order has been dispatched and dispatch details were given.

                          I returned the delivery and it was received back at their warehouse after few days.
                          now I am asking the refund of my money But Bag It Today is telling that refund is not possible, I have to make some purchase of that money from Bag it Today That is the only option.

                          It has been nearly 3 months I want my money back, please help me Out.

                          Bagittoday.com — Order Cancelled After Confirmation

                          I had purchased a Nokia Phone on bagittoday.com
                          order id: [protected]

                          I used a coupon code as sent my them in a mailer.

                          I got a confirmation mail and a call as well

                          Also received a confirmation of the shipping on mail

                          Then they cancelled the order without confirming with me mentioning wrong coupon code usage.

                          Seriously pathetic service. They should take care of their technology and marketing services.

                          Now my money is stuck with them for refund.

                          I would say never trust mailers from bagittoday. Stay away. do not transact

                            I have raised request many times with customer care that I don’t have received and parcel till now (13/02/2013).

It is very unfortunate, still I have not received my order. and no one respond properly.                             I am currently in a similar situation. I made the online booking when i received a Threesome offer of one year subscription of India today, Business today and Readers Digest with Rs 1999. I made the payment online using my Credit Card. I called them up after 10 days to inquire the status and to my surpirze they said that they have dont have the system updated. I have the mail from them stating my order ID[protected]. I mailed them and called them but still the usual answers. We will update it and let you know. I have made the call today and asked them to process it urgently.

                            This would be my last transaction with India today. i am fed up

                            BagItToday — Not clearing the matter for by refunding my money

                            Respected Sir,

                            In month of April - 2010, I have received one call from India Today book club / BagitToday. They describe me one product named Samsung Omnia Pro Cell phone with some free gifts of around 30000/- Rs. and entire package cost was around 15500/- Rs. for which I had paid them through my Citi bank credit card. After 15 days I inquired about my ordered product dispatch status and at that time they asked me about another address as my actual address is out of their courier service area. So I gave them my friends address. They assured me to reach my product within 5 working days. But unfortunately this time again they fail to send my product.

                            After 10 days of last conversation again I asked about my product dispatch status and this time they apologize as the ordered product was out of stock and request me to keep patience for again 10-15 days. But this time I instructed them to cancel my order and refund my money.

                            Here again they had requested me but I was very firm and instructed them to refund my money. After again 10 days they call me for confirmation of my order cancellation and this time I instructed them to do it as early as possible. But up to today they had not refunded my money.

                            I have all the copy of my entire conversation in my mail account. My Membership number with this club is ITBC09138671.

                            Please do needful and guide me accordingly.

                            BagItToday — Product delivery not received

                            I have placed an order for Reebok material (Shoes, track suit, goggle, watch etc.) worth of Rs. 3298/- on 13-Jun-2010 as per your advertisement published in the reputed daily newspaper using my credit card. The booking ID is[protected].
                            I haven't received the delivery yet. 2-3 times I have contacted your customer care but getting the same answer that they are not able to trace the order because the order is not updated / punched in their system and please wait for some time. I have also requested to connect me to their Sr. Manager but got an answer that he is busy in handling some other customer and he will call me with in 10 mins but till now I haven't received any call.
                            I have also logged two complaints with your customer care center. The complaint numbers are - 542176 dated 29-Jun-10 and 723566 dated 12-Jul-10 but it seems that you don't have any system in place to handle your business and to take care of your customer so I am loosing a faith in your organisation. Please consider this as an escalation and handle it with the highest priority as I have already made a payment in advance.

                            I hope you will understand the the seriousness of this message and deliver the ordered items ASAP.

                            I spoke with the card company and they are saying that the transaction number appearing in the monthly statement of the credit is enough to prove that the transaction amount is paid to bagittoday. They have also advised not to share the credit card 16 digit number and auth code with anybody which you are asking for.

                            Now please send my ordered material as early as possible without asking any question becasue you have already received my payment.
                            This is rediculous !!!

                            Few dissimilarities----

                            1. Screen was mentioned 3'' but actual screen 2''

                            2. It was mentioned its a touch screen phone but it was not.

                            3. Internal memory was told 176 MB but actual internal memory is 20 MB.

                            4. It does not have side scroll as described.

                            5 . It doesn't have document viewer, Pre installed Google Maps , touch optimized browser.

                                When i tracked it by website of First Flight it shown that my courier

                                and you complain for it to your ordering company as we are only responsible
                                to them and not to you.I asked them to lodge FIR and give me a copy but
                                they refused to give it to me.

                                them that I did not got the courier kindly help me and tell me that whether

                                    u should go to the consumer court and file a case against bagittoday. because there are lots of people who are suffering from bagittoday cheat and fraud of holiday .now they will not going to any thing. i know that , cause i m also one of them. all people working with bagittoday always make falls promises. one of the manager from customer care told me i will refund ur one package but when i send them a package they denied to pay and said you have to purchase from bagittoday for same amount. so finaly, i have filed a case in consumer court. not only for me but for all those people also with whome this big cheater company has made fraud.
                                    so , i advise u to file a case against them in consumer court . its free of cost and also promise us that ur complain will be solved in 3 months.

                                      I have ordered for 7' tablets of Vox having my order no-234905 on[protected]. The same has been dispatched to me on 3/3/2013. The box displays that it should contain the charger, USB cord, User Manual, hearing phone but opening the box no user manual and usb cord is found. The complaint regarding the same has been made several times to the customer care but each time they give me another no of service centre which is inoperative or nonfunctional. Why I'll accept defective goods.
                                      Don't buy anything from bagittoday...all the items are fake or refurbished ...I got the VOX used on a week back, cannot be used without charger plugged in...bought diamond ..the Certificate issued is fake...
                                      please circulate as much people as you can

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        This complaint is about purchase of two holiday packages ref booking ID, [protected] & [protected] dt[protected] to get the free gifts of Dell Laptop & Blackberry Mobile phone(Model No. 9810).
                                        A call was received on[protected] from Miss Neeha who introduced herself as a sales manager from bagittoday & she is belongs to Odisha (Berhampur Town). She also talked with me in my local Language i.e. in Odiya. She informed me that since I have bought few items in the past from bagitoday, I won a dell laptop and a blackberry phone and what I have to do it just pay Rs.13998 for which I will also get two holiday vouchers each of Rs. 6999 for 4 days & 5 nights which I can use it anytime in a year. She guided me to log the details of my name, address, etc in a page in their website. Since the payment option is only for Rs. 6999/- She asked me to do twice as this is the process. As I am convinced, I did as per her instructions. She instructed me to confirm when a confirmatory call is received and not to mention about the free gift as this is from a marketing department and within 7 days, the free gifts will be delivered. I confirmed the confirmatory call as all the questions/Information is just about the holiday package. Since I have not received the free gifts, I tried calling her several times and still she promised to deliver. After about a month, no response from her nor received the gift nor she picked the calls. I sent several emails to [protected]@bagittoday.Com but they neither committed about the staff Miss. Neha & her telephone number nor agreed to either refund the money or send the gifts. Inspite of several emails, I have not got any positive response.
                                        just two questions you must answer?
                                        1. Is the person called me is from india today group?
                                        2. Is the offer given by the person is wrong?

                                        I agree with the verification call that I have not raised any concerns during the verification call so no need to raise it before I take a decision, I want specific answers to the following questions
                                        1. Where is the response to my basic query of the authenticity of the call received from your representative from mobile no +91-[protected] informing me that I have won the bumper prize of laptop and mobile phone?

                                        2. Do you disown the call received and do you agree that was a fake call and I am lying?
                                        2. Do you disown the mobile number and the representative Ms. Neha is not from bagit today?
                                        3. Have you recorded the conversation he had with me on 26th December 2012?
                                        4. Can I have access to the recorded conversation?
                                        5. Did you verify the calls he made to my mobile on those dates?

                                        since I have not received any direct/Specific responses to the queries that I have raised and your response was generic and mentions only about the verification call of the product, I would definitely want your answer for these calls.
                                        Unnecessarly I have purchased 2 Holiday Package. Now when I want to accompany another family along with me thay are simply denied.Is it fair enough?
