First of all i got call on 11 Apr 13 from a telephone number[protected] offering some gifts. i gently refused the offer and asked about my order status, he assured me that product under dispatch and likely to be dispatched through courier with in 02 hours. next day i inquired same on your customer care number. to my surprise he said my order has not yet...

I've Booked the order on bagittoday.com on 27th March & paid through ATM & today its 3rd April still i didn't got product dispatch & they said they will process in 7 days acc. to policies & now i've called them, they are saying ki you have to wait until next week...i.e. till 8th April & so why should i wait when they got the money....

I placed an order on bagittoday.com on 26th Feb 2013 where there was an offer which mentioned that along with five shirts, I get a leather wallet, a belt and shoes free of cost. The whole order cost me Rs. 3198. Below is the email I received from them.
