sir, through the mobile the salesman informed me that the samsung camcorder was for Rs.5690 but he charged me Rs15998.i don't want it and wpuld like my money back

Dear sir,
I had a call from your Bag it today /India today group (call no [protected]) on 30/6/2011 saying that you are offering me one Black berry mobile handset model 8100 and Aniara Diamond Rs 30000=00 certified by Delhi Diamond associations ltd for Rs 13990=00.I said to your Executive that I will accept offer only if you will give me Black berry handset no 9780 instead of model 8100. your executive said its o.k. Then I also requested him to give me confirmation on E-mail so that some proof will be with me in case any mishap/fraud. He sent me sms through mobile no [protected] on 1/6/2011.I had clearly told them without any confirmation on mail, please do not take money through my debit card (Union Bank Of India).But they have taken money Rs 13990 =00 from my bank. Last 3/4/days your people are telling me that please say yes to Verification call so that they will send me the material what I like to.But I am pushing them to mail me the whole matter for proof. But your people are not giving me confirmation of model 9780 on mail. I requested. How then you have taken my money from Bank without giving mail confirmation which I insist. On 7/6/11 I recd call from your Sr mgr cell no [protected] at 6.20 pm and he was also insisting me to tell yes on verification call which I refused for no receipt of mail. Please credit my money immediately to bank without further delay Otherwise I have to complain in consumer court.

    i took a package from BAG IT TODAY for booking of hotel at selected place. My booking ID is[protected]. my mob No is [protected]. i had made call to their office on[protected], as well as sent e-mail for my query regarding my package but have not receive a reply till date. i have made my payment in advance and am afraid of something being wrong since i am not receiving any reply.

    Bag It Today — NON receival of Order

    I ordered from Bagittoday on 18th Oct,2010 and paid the amount of Rs. 1386 through credit card. The order number was[protected]. The delivery was about to be done in 2-3 weeks. I didnt get any confirmation of dispatch of my order.
    After a long chase to these people, and mailing the complaints, finally a person on customer care picked the call and told me that the the products i ordered are out of stock. This conversation is after 2 months of my order. and now i have cancelled my order which they say i'll receive my paid amount within 21 days.
    But i am still not sure i'll receive my paid amount.
    A ridiculous service of Bagittoday..Kindly take a strict action.

    Bag It Today — NON RECEIPT OF ITEMS

    I GIVEN THE ORDER VIDE TELESALES/OGA[protected] DATED 26/11/2010 AND PAYMENT IS DONE ON THAT DAY AFTER PROMISING THAT GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 21DAYS. TILL NOW THERE IS NO STATUS AND AFTER COMPLAINING TO THEIR SUPPORT CENTRE , THEY GIVEN ME THE NEXT 21 DAYS TIME TO DELIVERY. IT ALREADY TO LATE AND ANOTHER 21 DAYS EXPECTING PERIOD.

    I WANT MY PAYMENT BACK

    I had placed order through the India today book club - bag it today for a Reebok Watch and paid the money through my debit card.On 16th December

    Yes, it is true.

    I dont understand why Police and intelligent departments are not taking any actions against Bagittoday.

    If required, let us write mails to our home minister to take a legal actions against this fraud company.

      I order a pair of shoes at bagittoday.com. My order id is 33002783 on 10 Apr 2013. First of all i got call on 11 Apr 13 from a telephone number[protected] offering some gifts. i gently refused the offer and asked about my order status, he assured me that product under dispatch and likely to be dispatched through courier with in 02 hours. next day i inquired same on your customer care number. to my surprise he said my order has not yet confirmed. Further i quiried on the call i got he said that he isn't aware of it, it may be a fraud call.


      Further, on next day i called them, first one customer care rep had informed that my payment is not yet confirmed. In mean while due to bad network may call dropped. i again called ur CC, this time it was diffrent reply saying that my payment had been recived on 10th itself. i cant understamnd how ur cc is working.

      i had given 04 mails till date i had not got any confirmation on my phone call i recived. to my surprise i got mail today (15 apr) my order may take further 7-8 working days.


      Please clarify me following issues

      (i) the number[protected] is urs or not. If yes how r u utilising it for advertising with out my permission.. If not how my order information has reached to unknown person. please calrify me the issue, that i may fear that my information received may be misused for credit card fraud

      (ii) during order it was said that my order would be delivered top me in 2-7 days. i cant understand why it been extended with out my consent


      i[censored]r not in position a item to deliver with in stipulated period please cancel my order

        I had ordered a product on 25th October 2012 from bagittoday website(order number [protected]) worth Rs-5697. I have notified the merchant regarding this issue serveral times but no action is being taken. They are unnecessary delaying the process. Please help me out with my refund.

          Hi,

          I bought a package of hotel coupons with bag it today for 4nights anywhere in india. I called the help desk of bag it today as well as affordable holidays as they are the co partners in this package I was totally unsatisfied by the services. The person rudely refused to give his name or designation as he said the systems were working very slow he could not generate a request no but still I tried again i send the form and Rs 450 draft to avail the voucher but they refused the voucher and said send the voucher again ............after 15 days i trans the package to my friend as we are allowed to trans to the friends but they feel the same thing.........i called both companies bagittoday and affordable holidays but it was getting very difficult again so i decided to write an e-mail to both companies but no reponse found from them finally i got a call from bagittoday and they done nothing just send me an apology e-mail twice but never get back to me again just because of this i have not spend vacation with my family as well as i lost the package cost + draft amount of Rs 450 it makes embaress for me just because of this i lost my faith with all online deals if something will not be done i will never ever do online purchase in my life and i will tell this story to everybudy very pathetic services i have never experieced this before and never expected these kind of things from that kind of billion-er company

            IndiaToday group through their online shopping portal BagItToday is cheating a lot of customers into buying their poor quality products with promises of refund of money. I was called by one of their executive Anu who offered me free diamonds worth Rs. 30000/- along with which there were other products like Vox tablet, Maxima couple watches, MTV Sunglasses and free gift worth 1499/-. Also, they promised that we would be entered into a lucky draw where we would receive free gifts like LED TV, smartphone, etc.. and then she said, we just need to make a payment of Rs. 15999/- which would be refunded later after 10 working days. I specifically asked her why to give away items on free, she said it was for promotional activities so that we can bring them more customers through recommendations. After wards she asked me to make the online payment and then transferred my call to another executive in the promotions department for entering my name in lucky draw. There again this executive asked me to go for another promotional order where again i was offered Diamonds worth Rs. 30000/- along with Panasonic DVD player and home theater system, Roccio couple watch and free gift worth 1499/-. But then again he asked me to make an online payment of Rs. 15499/- which he said is refundable after 10 working days. these sales executive ask you to lie in verification call. they tell you that if anybody asks you if diamonds are for personal use, you should say yes. they even promise us by saying that they will help us resell the diamonds back to local jewellers. Now, the sales team refuses to pick up calls and when you contact their customer care, only thing they do is register your complaint and tell you that money is non refundable and order will not be canceled.

            I think it's time we stop such fraud online practices and make such companies pay. I was a admired of company like India Today group but after such an experience, the only possibility i see is going to court against them with a criminal case of cheating and publishing their fraud on the net and media.

              i have received call from your company ruchi jain senior executive . she asked me that you are selected in your pin code area so our company gives you some gift whose payment will returns in 21 days so i make four payment online to your company and one other executive vinod and ashish jain also committed me that this four payment will received you next 21 days but i have still not received this amount . mr ashish jain also told me that as per rules of rbi we cant release cheque lower than 80000 rs so i paid 83396 but i still not recived plz help me to get my refund.

                I am very very disappointed with the approach of Bag it today (part of India today group).

                I feel like cheated by your company sales staff.

                Mr. Deepak Singh contacted me from the company on Dec 07, 2012 and assured me of resort booking during January 2013 on any date.

                On his assurance i had booked 2 holiday packages of Rs 5998 each and then paid a sum of Rs 450

                I was following up regularly for confirmation of my booking from so many days but i was not getting any response. when i called in Jan and spoke to the booking section the team told me that all the booking for the month of January 2013 are closed.

                I was surprised to note that

                I felt like being cheated as i had already done my flight booking based on assurances by Mr Deepak Singh

                Now Mr Deepak Singh has stopped taking my calls, following are his contact details

                As per the process the company officials were supposed to contact with 3 working days of sending across the booking form but they contact after 3.5 months in April 2013. I had alredy done my booking through some other travel agent and asked the co to refund my money. The company is refusing to refund the money.

                I request the co to refund my money of Rs 12446 also pay Rs 25000 towards compensation as i had to incur extra costs to do my booking at the last moment.

                i received a call for booking a holiday thru bag it today and paid RS 7000/- for the same i was promised that the holiday is for 4 people but the voucher when recevied states it is only for 2 adults.

                      i have received call from bagittoday sir ill give very good offers and that offer will be diamonds cost @ 25000 purchased some products thru bagittoday and that products are diamonds 10pcs that diamonds when i go sell the market that diamond merchant shop proprietor says this diamond are fake diamond and will be actually 50/- rupees each diamond, what should i do don't know just give me the gun i fire those person who's work in bagittoday telecaller executive and management that bloody busteds and times group on of India's most no 1 company but doing this type fake work, please somebody stop this online websites and online buyers and online seller company please banned this all fake company.

                        Yesterday I have got an call from Mr. Amit (Promotional Head), That India Today is celebrating his third anniversary. And you are selected as a lucky winner. And I have got selected for Diamond and Reebok Bag of Rs. 5500/- and Max Mobile of Rs. 7000/- and watch of Rs. 5500/- as a lucky winner and I will get the life time discount of 50% on every purchase. As per his discussion I paid the amount of Rs. 12999/- vide order no [protected] . Then he is providing me the max mobile of rs. 2100/- and coupon code is not providing. Then I called so many times for the life time coupon code he is not responding. Now I want to cancel my order and get to my money refund. He is not responding

                          Hi. I am Vijay. Received a call on 9th Feb from bagittoday and even after Me denying several times. They kept pestering me to buy the 4nights/5days holiday package. Booking was done and all other payments were completed in about 20 minutes. But did not receive any information after that.. Tried contacting thru mails and calls. But each agent kept on telling I would receive mail by Monday / Friday evening. I dono the status of My booking till now. Waited for nearly 6 months and highly fed up of these marketing cheaters.

                            i placed order [protected] on 26th feb 2013,
                            n i paid for the product hcl tab me v1 in advance using card.

                            they said, it would take 5-7 days to make delivery, and after that on 6th and 7th march i asked them to cancel my order and refund my money.
                            and still, they were not giving any response.
                            and a few days ago they sent me a mail saying that the product is out of stock, while i checked it till 7th march, the product was available,

                            now today is 23rd day after payment n still no response is there,
                            how can i get my money back, as the customer care representative is also not responding.
                            and not even replying to my mails.

                                I placed an order on bagittoday.com on 26th Feb 2013 where there was an offer which mentioned that along with five shirts, I get a leather wallet, a belt and shoes free of cost. The whole order cost me Rs. 3198. Below is the email I received from them.

                                I received the items on 5th March 2013. The quality of these items were so bad that I would not even value the shirts at Rs 100 each. The wallet, belt and shoes were not made of leather and some of the shirts had thread already coming out.
                                I contacted their customer care and told them that I disliked the product and wanted a refund. Below is the email sent by them.

                                I couriered everything to them as instructed and spent an additional Rs. 360 on the courier charges. Today, i.e. 18th Mar 2013, someone called me up from bagittoday (bagittoday.com) and told me that a refund is not possible and they will send a replacement of the same products.

                                Bagittoday.com is a fraud company and this was not something I expected from an India Today Group company. They are just taking their customers for a ride and offering the worst quality products you can think of.

                                      I placed an order on 27 dec 2012 and its been more than 2 months but i have not received the order. Every time i called customer care and they told me that they have not received my payment but after providing all the relevant document they told me that they are investigating the case and requested me to wait for 7 days. Waiting time never ended and its been like more than 2 months and everytime i get the same reply. Today 9 mar 2013 i called customer care and again they said that they are investigating and wait for 7 days. Finally i decided to mark an email to the CEO Mr. Salil Kumar. Its an ultimatum from my side that if the case is not going to resolved by 20 mar 2013 then i will file an FIR against bagit today. Really frustrating and bad experience.

                                      I would request the bagit today team to get this issue resolved as soon as possible failing which i have to take step.
