Ordered combo of 3 shirts&pants, of vimal, as per the advertisement my order number 34322642, received late, they cheated me by giving the combo from vimal shahnai, actually it was supposed to be from vimal, this is ridiculous when they advertise products give original company name, second thing when i checked the products, there is no emblem or writing which says it, 's from vimal, never buy from bagittoday, cheaters,

Hello, There was a call from Mr. NAresh Mehta he sold me 2 pressure cookers for Rs 6000 i paid them upfront from my account and they told me i am wining a price of Rs 95, 000 after 24 hours they are again asking me to pay Rs 15, 500 as tax. and then they will give me cash price. They have cheated me and i guess i didnot had any information for the tax payment before getting the price. If i have to pay tax i will pay the tax once i receive the prize not before that. Please do something and stop them cheating the public. Dear Team I placed order online and order no is 34308407 on 27 march 2015 which i got on 30 march 2015 . I found that the product id diffective and same i send for the replacement on 2 april 2015 through innovex courier and a guy called me from [protected] this no and said that we have recived the courier and right now we do not have the product for replacement it is not available in stock .and said kindly wait for 2 to 3 days i wait for 4 days and then called CCE team they said that the product is available so why BAGITTODAY is no sending the product and BAGITTODAY is forcing to refund .

We subscribe the five magazines from India Today Group. We send the payment on 1st Jan'15 vide the cheque no. 856246 dt. 31.12.14 of SBI for Rs. 6543.00 for subscribing all the magazines from Jan to Dec'15. When we call on customer care, Ms. Ritu picked up the phone and she pretends as if she is not able to listen our voice and ask me every time am I audible to you and put the phone down. She always ready to say am I audiable to you. This is her fix reply for our office as he recognize our voice and number. Today also she did the same put the phone down in stead of solving our problem Neither they are sending our Magazines nor they are responding it over phone or by other means. Since Indianoil Corporation is a big organization, evn they they are nto taking the matter seriously and not sending us the issue from jan'15 inspite of making our full payment. Request to get our issues from Jan'15 onwards. We are their customer for the last 15 years. This year they are harassing us like anything.

I have placed an order (order no.[protected] of LED TV worth Rs. 30000 on 19th Feb more than a month back and this product not yet delivered. after speaking with the customer care executives several time nobody is willing to take the responsibility of why this product not delivered, sometime they says now the responsibility is of courier and today they say that there was a sales tax issue. Extremely disappointed with Bag It Today now they are making me to reach out to consumer court to get my money back as it looks like they are dealing in fraudulent activity and just getting money out of customer's pocket without delivering the product. Its my sincere request to all of those who are planning to do shopping with them then just don't go for it they are completely fraud now i am in doubt whether they are India Today's e-commerce site.

Dear Sir/Madam, I got repeated calls from the bag it today India Today Lucky draw section for 4 lakh Win. He requested me to deposit 19999 Rs on the "Sun sine foundation Society account" and given me a PNB A/C no which was also confirmed by senior Manager in the India Today Lucky Draw section. They had promised of sending me a confirmation through mail on receipt of my deposited amount about the corier details and dispatch information to my office address in Gurgaon .also the same phone number-[protected]/[protected] i am calling they are not picking up the phone. That I made online subscription for India Today Hindi on 4-10-13. That the payment for one year subscription Rs 875/- is transferred via net banking link given on the provided on subscription page on your web site. That there was no response from your side regarding my registration for subscription neither we received any issue of the magazine. That when I called toll free no I was advised to contact with WECARE. That when I sent my grievance there is no end to it as reflected by this email series. Today I contacted on toll free to Mr Rohit, complaint no ccd 76385. He said that the subscription was made online in the name of Mr Rajeev Kumar Gupta but payment was pending. That I asked my banker ICICI Bank, regarding account number to which money was transferred. They provided the following, INDIATODAY_MICI[protected] Now I am curious that if the above account is not yours, & as per Mr Jangara the payment must be made only to living media india ltd. then who is the beneficiary of INDIATODAY_MICI[protected] ? Why the link on your website made payment to this account. That Mr Jangara is asking for scanned copy of our account giving debit entry in favor of LIVINGMEDIA INDIA LTD. and not taking cognizance of the debit entry in favor of INDIATODAY. I got a call yesterday from one Mr. Arun Verma, Mob.[protected], claiming to be an employee of bag it today, sector 57, noida, UP. He informed me about winning an amount of Rs. 3, 50, 000/- in a lucky draw and asked me to wait for another call from Reliance Life Insurance. Today, i receive a call from Mr. Sandeep Gupta, claiming to be area sales manager o[censored]daipur Zone, Reliance Life Insurance. He asked me to buy an investment policy of minimum amount of Rs.15, 000/- to claim the prize of Rs. 3, 50, 000/-. He also asked me to courier1 passport size photograph, one cancelled cheque, voter card, pan card and one current cheque of Rs.15, 000/- favoring Reliance Life Insurance Co. Ltd and asked me to courier at the following address 2nd floor, vinaymay commercial complex, udaipole, udaipur, Rajasthan-313001. He called from the number [protected], which is a delhi based reliance number. I request the concerned persons to take appropriate action against such fraudsters.

This is with reference to my Cosmopolitan Magazine subscription reference no. COS1613490 which was activated with effect June, 2013 and is supposed to be valid till May 2015, which has now been extended till Sept, 2015.The magazine is NEVER DELIVERED ON TIME and half of the time not even delivered. In fact it is my duty to call them every month and remind the customer care executive to send me the magazine. From the customer care end I have received numerous promises but none of the promises have been resolved and none of the executives takes the matter seriously. A HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR. I would be obliged when some senior manager would look into the matter and I would start receiving the magazines on time.

I have ordered a Watch (Rico Make) they delivered but I was not satisfied with that product, as the watch had got damaged .So asked them to get back the product but they told send the product with your own money we will pay back once product reached us.I have sent the product next day itself to address which they had provided to me in their mail dated 22/01/2015 . On 24/101/2015 they asked for Courier POD details i have send them the manual scan copy of courier &amp; delivery status which was downloaded through net. Then they asked my account no on over phone on 27/01/2015 and told within 2 working days you amount will be credited to your account but still didn't received amount. I have mailed so many times but no proper response. They always sent a reply with within 3 / 5-6 working days you will get the amount . They not even provided me complaint number. What is this going on. This is either Bag It Today's fault or sunil malhotra Reliance Life Insurance. We need to bring them down. Can we file FIR against both of them or can we file case against the person who called me and provided the details?How can so many frauds are happening without involving them. They are asking to deposit to "Reliance Life Insurance".One thing, we can do is not to pay them but this is not a solution. I can be saved but how about all. They will try on everyone and someone will surely be trapped. I have been subscribing to Mensealth from past 3years. Mysubscription no. MENHLT1610186. For the past 6 months I am not receiving my subscription inspite of repeatedly informing the customer care. I have also paid addtional money to send the copies by courier. In the month of Janaury I have called the customer care twice and was assured that they would be sent immediately but still I have not received the copies. This has been happening for 6 months. Customer care is not responding at all. It's extremely disappointing to have such a negligent and careless attitude.
