    Hi Team,

    I registered for a new subscription to "India Today" on May 26th 2014, for one year subscription with full payment. I did this because of the reputation on the brand name "India Today" but till today i did not received single copy of this weekly magazine. This is too bad, i called them thrice!!! Every time they told - i will be getting it by next week ( they are not disclosing the status of the courier/mailer through which they have sent). This is too ridiculous. With my repeated follow-up, India today made the subscription end date as 16th July 2015 (initially it was 9th June 2015, as they didn't send me the copies till date).

    I want to get my money back now, even for that they are not reacting. Please help me in this.

      At the end of December, 2013, I got call regarding combo offer costing
      around Rs.150000/- for Rs.19900/-. I said i am not interested in your
      combo offer. so they give me offer of Samsung Galaxy Note III at
      Rs.7000/- So I paid Rs.7000/- on 6th january, 2014. After that they
      company said, i have to pay shipping charges for getting product. So i
      refuse to pay the same. From that date i continueusly calling there
      office. Sometime they attend call and give me some reasons. After that I
      send them request for refund of money. They said 45 days you have to
      wait for getting refund. I between I talk to Mr. Rohan regarding the
      same. After 60 days they said me that their company have slab of
      Rs.30000 for RTG transfer, so told me deposit another 23000 to their
      account which will block for 2-3 hrs ans they will trf[protected]+23000)
      to my account. I again refuse for that. Then they said if I pay Rs.5000
      as shipping charges, they will delivered my product. So on 6th
      May, 2014, I trf Rs.5000 as shipping charges. But from the next day no
      one fro the company attend my call. Mr. Rohan disconnect my calls. i
      sent email but not a single reply i recd from them. I have all evidence
      of payment made to company.
      I therefor request you, if you can help me in getting my product or
      getting my money back.

        Dear sir,
        I ordered Columbus Footwear Tab105 White Royal Blue with size number 9 from Bag it today on 26/05/2014
        with Order Number:33821607.
        But I got the shoe with size number 8,
        so I requested them to exchange the wrong sized product with the correct one.
        I have sent that wrong product to their address by mentioning the problem happened and requested for the exchange.
        Again they did the same mistake by sending second time with the shoe size 8.
        When i called to their customer care, they replied that we don't have the product with size 9 so we sent size 8.
        I have raised two complaints(Ref No:1553143 & 137860) with them but they didn't responded.
        They not even called/mailed me regarding the issue.
        I request you to please look into this matter and help me.

          before some moths my dad purchased a shoe from www.bagittoday.com after that they called n asked for booking a object costs about 14000 n they told that i would get a membership n extra privilage like discounts.. but later on they didnt provided code n again they told that they will provide it i[censored] book same order n aftr that they will refund the money but they sent the same gifts as the previous one so we didnt recieved the pakage. then my dad asked for the refund for money but they told that we will add the money in ur account so my dad agreed but later on we booked a toaster n that was broken n i found that it was looking like a used secound hand toaster so i caoplained n they returned the toaster but again we booked again it was broken n still they are not returning my money.. I alqways use myntra jabong n flipkart i dnt get this type of problem what they say they fullfill but this is really frustrating me...

              I was made false promises and commitments by the Settlements and Accounts team of India Today OR Bag It Today organization. I have all the necessary evidence of the promises made including the scanned copies of the Pay Orders sent to me by the Settlements and Accounts teams. After being thoroughly deceived by all the executives of India Today Book Club during the year of 2009 till 2011 through the Sweepstakes contest, now again, I was called up for Settlement process which has been promised as below. • As the said promises haven't been fulfilled through the Sweepstakes contest, I was called to be offered a Settlement of certain amount, which is for Rs 7, 47, 000/- by way of two Pay Orders (Rs. 6, 27, 000/- and Rs. 1, 20, 000/-) • For this, I was asked to pay Rs. 45, 000/- (approx.), which I did through online NEFT transaction to India Today's Axis Bank a/c# [protected] • After multiple follow-ups with both Settlement and Accounts teams, from the day this whole process had started, there has been literally a very poor OR at many times NO response to any of my calls or emails. • I was promised that the Pay Orders will be delivered within a weeks time. Inspite of waiting for a lot many days than a week, I was again deceiverd and my hopes lost. • To my disbelief on India Today, I was finally told that due to some miscommunication / mishandling of my file, the Pay Orders could not be despatched by the Courier Dept. • For this, I was told by the Accounts department that I have only 2 options left now Option# 1 - That ITBC will refund the amount (Rs 45, 000/- approx. + 10%) I had paid towards the Pay Orders Processing Option# 2 - That I need to pay additional amount of Rs. 23, 440/-, due to the whole mess up in failing to deliver the above said Pay Orders, towards re-processing of the Pay Orders which will be delivered to me within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of my payment. Also, I was promised that the Pay Orders will be couriered to me by Accounts dept irrespective of what circumstances may come. • Even though I was still in doubt due to various conversations I had with Settlement and Accounts team executives, and the promises I was made during this course, I thought I will give it another chance to understand the genuinity and concern they may have with the already deceived customers like me. • I have chosen Option# 2 even though I do not have the said amount to pay for re-processing, and had borrowed partial amount to pursue with the same • Now, it has been more than 20 days and I have not received the promised Pay Orders, and further there is no response to my emails and calls to convey me the status of the same. There was just one response to my call in which I was told that there is some Telephone Calls Audit going on, and I should wait till 18th June 2014. Even after this, again now there is no response to my emails or calls. NOTE - When I conveyed my decision to go with Option# 2, I started receiving calls from Bag It Today side, because it is me who had to pay them. However, once the payment is done from my side, I have not received any calls from them about the progress / status of where the Pay Order delivery is. This is my experience for the initial payment done, and this is the whole problem on how a customer is being treated.

              One day I got a call from Bag it today settlement team regarding the paid amount I have done to the Sand Shopping Hub Noida for the contest. They told me that after a long time they able to settle the amount that was fraudulent collected by Sand shopping hub in the name of Sweepstakes contest.
              Finally they come with the proposal and NOC letter saying that the amount of Rs. 9, 68, 000/- is the settlement amount for the fraus that Sand Shopping hub has done in past. They gave issued me the NOC certificate to accept the amount and behalf of that they ask me to pay rs. 35, 000/- for processing ahead with the NOC for payment. Considering their words i made faith on them and deposited the amount in the account no. provided by them i.e. ITBC Services, A/C no.[protected].

I am in big trouble and surprised that they never told me about this process that i need to pay further these amount to get the disperse amount. And also thay told that to link my two accounts i need to pay further 25, 000/- Rs. Separate. This made me to understand that this is nothing but they are misguiding me to earn the money. and than i decided to write in this forum.

              I was made false promises and commitments by the Settlements and Accounts team of India Today OR Bag It Today organization. I have all the necessary evidence of the promises made including the voice recorded for all the conversation till date with everyone and scanned copy of the Pay Orders sent to me by the Settlements and Accounts teams.
              This is my experience for the initial payment done, and this is the whole problem on how a customer is being treated.

                  I had ordered some items from the site n recieved msg that it wil be delivered within 7 days.after 10 days when i caled them they gave me their courier service number n asked me to check with them and when i caled them they gave me a silly n stupid reason that address is incorrect so it could not be delivered so again i gave my address and got assurance that i will get delivered within 2 days n after 2 days i again caled they said it has been returned to the company due to incorrect address. I caled up company to ask for the same they gave me same reason that incorrect address and i need to again place the order.i would suggest ppl not to buy from BAGITTODAY as dey r worse n pathetic n never pay online as you will loose ur money n never recieve your order

                    Initial stage of 2011 i was buying some products from this bagittoday.com, but suddenly one their executive called up me and told me there was a diamond worth 60000 rupees coming in offer for just 25k and also along with 3000 worth free gifts. I trusted them and paid 25k and got the diamonds and not opened the diamonds from the pack till now means 2014. But june 2014 i want to check the quality of diamond and checked in bazar they said it is not worth more than 500 rupees, i was shocked and i want my money back from bag it today who cheated me. or am going to file complaint against the CEO of bagittoday.com

                    I sent reply to this mail saying that...( am just copying entire mail copy down here)am asking for 20000 rupees as refund.

                    I have paid 27000 rupees for diamonds and got 2 free gift products for diamonds

                    1) Kent water filter which worth 2000 rupees on that time.
                    2) Enter small inch ipad which worth 1500 rupees on that time.

                    More over what i paid 27000 rupees only for diamonds, other things only freebies voluntarily offered by your company. Even i go by ethics or legal also...what you are offering me is very low money.The cost of the product diamond has to be increased in these two years of time, but it is shown the diamond itself not worth more than 1000 rupees. So as per my mind and ethics i would like YOU to offer me 20000 rupees ( twenty thousand rupees) I do not want to fight unnecessary with anyone, am looking for my loss and compensation.I hope bagittoday.com will go in favor of me.

                    Till now bagittoday not arranged the reversed pick up and asking another 4 to 5 days time, it is very dis appointment.
                    Bag it today kept on not keeping up their words.
                    They did not sending reverse pick up on said time, second time these people not keeping their words.

                        Team, Need urgent help to log a fraud case with BAg it today. I have been following up for my request since November however I do not have any solution. I purchased 2 products worth 1098rs INR, the prodcuts were never deliverd to me and now they also do not provide me the money refund. Please help. Order Number[protected] There are nearly about 100s of calls and emails sent to them which is of no use. Kindly help

                          Dear sir, I abhishek dighe had order some t-shirt-shirts from bag it today on 16 april 2014 vide order no 33770030 which is yet not received to me.Called customer care but no proper response. Every time I got the answer that your order will reach in 8 working days, but it never reached. I feel cheated by the company. They dint had the product n they used my money for more than 1 month.They asked me to call courier company fedex, fedex replied that we dint recieved any physical parcel to be delivered to you. This company is a cheater. Please take some action on them.

                            i want to say that, i have orderd 1 camel streachable chinos on 3.4.2014, but when i got the parcel i got 1 ladies bra inside that, so i kindly request you to please send me what i have orderd, even i have talked to the customer care and by his guidence i sent that parcel back to that address which was written on that parcel, he told me to send it back and they will send me my chinos... but i have waited a lot, but nothing happen... please do something fast...

Zia S.D T30 C (MRP : 30, 000/-) Actual Price is Rs.3000/- to 5000/- Rs. valuer gave me certificate. Two times they had sent three small diamonds set. with ZIA certificates... Representative told me your are most probably winning EON car because you are leading customer with 98 points and order last 15999/- Rs. And make secure car prise for you. All fake still no information about EON car after last order no. 33728348 of 15999/-Rs. Representative misguided me & debited 15999/-Rs. amt. I told to pay by EMI but cut one time all.                                 I had ordered for a Whirlpool water purifier and BagIttoday delivered only purifier main unit and not pre-filter assembly unit which is part of the water purifier. I've raised several complaints regarding incomplete product received. Below mentioned are some of the complaint numbers for which no action has been taken. I've neither been communicated properly on this matter nor my mails are answered.                                   Dear sir, The executive of bagittobay on25th october2010 made a coll on mymob no.[protected] that on several purchases earlier I have won a diamond voucher and conform my sbi card no and said you willnot required to make payment .when i saw bank statment i found that rs-15998/- have been debited in the name of Living Media India ltd 0n25thoct.2010.Since then I am making several complaits but no refund of the aforesaid amount has been made.Pl. expedite the matter and rfund the amount rs.15998/-.Thanking you.AKSingh 1/207 vibhav khand gomtinagar lucknow.

                                    I have subscribed for india today magazine in dec 2013.After some days i want to cancel the subscription.But the india today authorities are not ready to cancel my subscription and refund my remaining amount instaed now they are not responding to my email's and are sending continuosly there magazine..If possible please do the needful.

                                      This is the complain about bagittoday website .They are harassing me since last month. I have talked to many time your costumer care executive (Ashish, rajiv, raju, nisha etc.) and senior superviser (Ashish Goel, Roopak sharma) and register the complain #[protected] and conversation# ( 1490154, 1502261) regarding my order. they are making me fool every time.This is to inform you that I had purchased a order id#33750301 from your site on 3rd april 2014 worth rs 3284.00.The payment was done at the time of ordering itself and the due date for the delivery was mentioned between 2-7 days. Once the due date passed, on confirming the status i rang up your customer care center and to my surprise i got the information that the product was out of stock and it will take another few days for the product to reach me. However, this was just the beginning of harassment from your company as till now, i hav'nt received the product. Your site has given me numerous excuses like address mismatch, out of stock etc. I have few queries regarding which i expect an answer from you 1. If the product was out of stock, how can you give a tentative delivery date as well as showing it available rather than out of stock on your website? 2. The address mismatch excuse is extremely annoying i have had no problems with other orders that i make online 3. On the third time i called, i got the information that the product is available and will be delivered in 2-3 days. But the order was not delivered yet again. 4. Also, last time i enquired about the status, i was told by your executive that i can now take another product from your website using last payment as credit as the bag is still not available but your site is not ready to return my money This is extreme nuisance as being a shopping company, your main concern should be customer satisfaction rather than giving unwanted excuses.If you are still not able to deliver my order then I have no other option but to file a consumer court case against you since these types of experiences totally spoil online shopping as well as need to pointed out in public domain.

                                        Sir, I place my order in 28/02/1014 Columbus shoos size 8 but they send to me size 6 next day I call the customer care and tell them this is not that size. That I order and they told me we are replace that in next 7 working day. I call after 20 days but they say same to me after next 7 working days. After 10 days I call them and asked my complained Status they tolled me same but this time I say them I am not want your shoos I want my money back and he says ok it will be refund on next 7 days. And after 20 days I could not get my money back I call them and they told me same.Now today 2/05/2014 I call them and say same to next 7 working days. So please help me sir.and tell me what can I do to get my money back. My order No[protected] contact No of company is =[protected]
