I am customer of Dhani one freedom card, which is totally scam, I can't use my Dhani daily credit limit online as well as offline. When I use it offline shopping the transaction is showing as declined and in online shopping the transaction is showing as failed. I have paid all my dues but it's not updated yet and the due now is showing as 2190 which is not my due amount. Have sent multiple mails as well as call too, still the problem is not solved. I have attached all the screenshots and mail as well. My card is showing as active and the daily credit limit is 925 but still am not able to use my daily credit limit. Very bad customer support fake promise's, at the very first time they said they are updating their systems so kindly wait for one day, next they said I have to pay my due amount which is 111 rupees also am unable to pay it because in app due is showing as 2190 but still they said I can edit amount and pay so I have done the same amount added to wallet but due is not updated then they said wait till 48 hours so our tech team will resolve it, even after waiting 48 hours their is no call back or mail too, I give a call and still they give a reason it's an tech issue kindly wait, I don't understand is this people will have a track of customer complaints? I don't think so because every time I have to explain my problem they ask me to wait with different fake reason, and they are sending me daily alerts that my payment overdue by 5 days, which am unable to pay also said them too, they can't solve this but they keep on send the alerts.
Most funniest part is one of customer executive said their is problem with bank account so kindly contact bank๐๐๐ I don't understand am using your so called, dhani one freedom card which is not working then how come my personal bank involved here? 0% knowledge Nibas, ๐๐, this show what's their quality preference is.

She said she represents the loans section of this Indiabulls Organisation and, that a representative from the Stocks business would be notified along with an overview about my lingering issue.
Hope something would happen, else this case also would be again closed by consumers complaint for lack of representation from the appropriate stakeholder from Stocks business side of Indiabulls.
Can someone help and support me to get this addressed this time around?
