My account is yet to be closed. Instead I see various people from helpdesk of Indiabulls (now Dhani) sending generic emails saying the account cannot be closed due to my not providing them the correct forms. I have filled whatever form was couriered to me and, I see this is becoming a procrastination ploy.

I have 60 shares of a company that no longer exists (Bluebird India) and, I am told to re-materialise these shares. I am not sure who can help with this INdiabulls mandate. As of today, I know I have furnished the due forms and, expect Indiabulls to do remainder of pending actions and, close. This is becoming a frustration as I am on this for the last 18 months. And, no solution.

This is nothing to do with Android App or Indiabulls Loan or, any other service offered by INDIABULLS. I JUST WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

Neha was courteous enough to call on this reopened case although the earlier case was unilaterally closed.

She said she represents the loans section of this Indiabulls Organisation and, that a representative from the Stocks business would be notified along with an overview about my lingering issue.

Hope something would happen, else this case also would be again closed by consumers complaint for lack of representation from the appropriate stakeholder from Stocks business side of Indiabulls.

Can someone help and support me to get this addressed this time around?

This is the very reason that rogue corporates are using dilatory tactics to hoodwink the innocent customers.

          Hello sir iam facing two problem iam used dhani freedom card then try to pay due bill but always money debited my Bank account but not clear bill then amount is reflect my dhani wallet account,
          2nd problem is iam transfer wallet money to my Bank account and it's debited dhani wallet balance but not credit my Bank account, iam also complain dhani customer call and I send email with proof they don't reply my emails.

                I paid all due amount and subscription fee, but still card is inactive. In app pending amount to pay to 0 though. I have called and mailed your team many times. Even I got mail saying issue solved. Now I think atleast I need the subscription fee refunded.

                            My transaction got cancelled and money rs 8999 refunded back by flipkart but still I didn't get my money in my dhani wallet or card. My Transaction was done on 1 August 9:37 AM on flipkart . I attached paytm refund Screenshot, please do the needful and refund my money.

                                    They ask me that i have pay emi for 7829 which was due on 5-aug-2021 so keep 10000 /- on bank account so they can take the money on due date but when i check my balance they took 7650 on 6-aug-2021 which so i was wondering what happen know when i check dhani app its says my total emi due 179.14. so i dont understand why they didn't take full amount paymnet on the due date its seems like they want to put me on past due charge me extra money but i have all my bank proof which shows i had enough balance to cover my payment and i have msg also that my payment is 7829 this time i am gonna file a police complaint and i am gonna srew them up please if can help me just help coz i dont wana see any negetive mark on my cbil score or report..

                                        I am customer of Dhani one freedom card, which is totally scam, I can't use my Dhani daily credit limit online as well as offline. When I use it offline shopping the transaction is showing as declined and in online shopping the transaction is showing as failed. I have paid all my dues but it's not updated yet and the due now is showing as 2190 which is not my due amount. Have sent multiple mails as well as call too, still the problem is not solved. I have attached all the screenshots and mail as well. My card is showing as active and the daily credit limit is 925 but still am not able to use my daily credit limit. Very bad customer support fake promise's, at the very first time they said they are updating their systems so kindly wait for one day, next they said I have to pay my due amount which is 111 rupees also am unable to pay it because in app due is showing as 2190 but still they said I can edit amount and pay so I have done the same amount added to wallet but due is not updated then they said wait till 48 hours so our tech team will resolve it, even after waiting 48 hours their is no call back or mail too, I give a call and still they give a reason it's an tech issue kindly wait, I don't understand is this people will have a track of customer complaints? I don't think so because every time I have to explain my problem they ask me to wait with different fake reason, and they are sending me daily alerts that my payment overdue by 5 days, which am unable to pay also said them too, they can't solve this but they keep on send the alerts.

                                        Issue: After registration in the dhani app, I was trying to subscribe for dhani one freedom card.
                                        But since there is a mismatch in my last name ("KT")
                                        The dhani main profile has my full name in it as K*****ta th*****edu Sheeja but while opting for dhani one card I gave my name as Sheeja KT now because of which I'm getting a error message in the dhani app that " PAN details entered do not match the applicant details. Please recheck pan details"

                                        Can you please reset my profile from your side or try matching my profile name correctly so that I can proceed with my application.

                                        But after several attempts to get this fixed by the customer care I get the below response
