I made complaint for cancelling my card. Last three months I am waiting for the confirmation of cancellation . Every month I will send 10 to 15 mails but no reply I will call but no answer . This is the fraud team I have ever seen in my life.

Without I am using the card they are charging me every month subscription fee if I not paid they will call and disturbing me every second. Please Help me some one.

    I was already cancelled my subscription 7 months back at 0.00Rs. Due but in my profile it is showing 750Rs due I have to pay . No resolution by cc call or mail.

      I have taken a loan from dhani of Rs 2850 in the month of Jan 21 and paid it by July 2021. After paying of more than one month they did not provide me NOC for that loan and deduct money from my account of Rs 130 ( Subscription charges) every month. They told us after paying your total money it will stop deducting money from your account but it can't. And also they have charged Rs 531 when I don't want to pay that Rs 130. Kindly solve it and cancel all subscription and services from Indiabulls Dhani.

        I would like to foreclose a loan taken via IndiaBulls- Dhani App. I have contacted many times to the customer support team but every time ans is like...
        Log In dhani app - Select Profile - Select "View statement/ Make payments & Service Requests"- Select Drop Down option in case of Multiple loan Account - Select Active Loan Account that you wish to foreclose - click on Foreclose Account - Set Foreclosure Date (same day) - Select View Pending Dues (Amount mentioned are subject to clearance) - Select Proceed to foreclose - Select Pay via PayTM / PAY via Others (NEFT / DEBIT CARD /UPI ) - Once payment is completed Log out and Re-log In dhani app to see your loan status.

        But in my app, there is no option to foreclose. Intentionally they remove the option. I need to foreclose as urgently as possible but the Dhani team not providing the option.

          I took loan from you. Dhani freedom card and I paid first installment on time. Your recovery agent come to my house and abused my family members. My mobile no is[protected] and I called my office to pay them rest amount but they refused to come and again said we will come to your house only. Please check I m ready to pay.

                I had registered complaint through email and calls more than 20 times, but my issue not yet resolved..

                i had paid subscription amount showing on dhani app 1497 rs, also before 3 month i paid 499 rs, but no change, still showing subscription fee is due,

                I am unable to activate card from my side, when i am trying to activate card i am getting error message on display like pay subscription amount, but i already paid subscription, please check screenshot and details explained below

                I am submitting same complaint 20 th time, not yet resolved my issue

                dhani one freedom card is inactive for last 3 month, , , All my emi s related to dhani account and dhani one freedom card debited . but my dhani one card is inactive but showing credit limit.., card still inactive, kindly please activate my card

                i paid subscription fee 1497 (3 months subscription fee) through dhani app on august 5th, even after pay through dhani app again showing pay subscription fee again, check my attached statement and screenshot kindly please check my details and activate my dhani one freedom card ASAP

                i called dhani customer care, every time solution is wait for 2 days, , like that i waited about 3 month, when i send email to customer care, i got reply like we will revert soon, but no change, , utter waste customer service

                i received another automated call from dhani today that my amount is due which was ivr- can a real person please reply the me or answer me please
                I am chasing dhani to pay you my due - this may destroy my cibil but the fault is in ur app- I am trying to pay n i get an error.
                Please help me pay the card- some one please call me - i have escalated my pending refunds and this app problem to pay from more than a week now- but no help received. I have written 100 emails to dhani customer service, dhani escalations team, tried calling their customer service but no reply. There are also 2 refunds of rs. 10, 000 is total that I am chasing but no reply from dhani. They are spoiling my cibil wen I am trying to pay every hour but getting the same error on app. How do I pay if I get this error. No help from customer service team.

                I am chasing my refunds for 10, 000.rs from dhani..which got deducted from card but actually transaction was not successful. The merchant has refunded to dhani, s bank but still my refund is pending and not showing in the app. No reply from dhani customer service calls or emails.

                      I forgot to pay a one emi of 388rs and they charged me 2250rs or maybe more than that, I paid emi in 5 days plus i paid 475rs bounce charge online and now after that they sent bounce charge ecs 3 time in one month of rs 590. When i asked for the answers they simply told check your statement or statement will be sent in 24hrs now its been more than 24 hours they havent replied yeyt usully they reply within 24hrs. i am sure they dont have answers even they have pathetic customer care number where you will be never able to reach out the customer excutive. this is insane.

                      I paid emi and then paid bounce charge and even after they keep sending me payments link in my mobbile and they actully sent 4 ecs in one month still its showing 972rs pending in my app. that means 475+ 590+590+590+590 and still they want 972rs for just 388rs emil. now when i mailed them they are not answering my emails. see proof i have attached. i have just asked that why have sent 4 ecs in month they are not answering my question.

                          Wanted to preclose dhani loan..so approached dhani office in karimnagar, telangana. They informed me to deposit amount in their account in hdfc bank and get the challan so they will update and preclose the loan..so we did the same..but no update from them and even sending mails to [protected]@dhani but getting automated responses and closing the issue..already 2 emi debited..I could not figure out what to do..trying this...if this does get resolved then have to file complaints in consumer council

                              I need to close my dhani account and all the related services since I haven't used it and I do not require it. I am only paying subscription fees without any usage of the card and I have also blocked my card.

                              Since there is no option to close the account in the app, I request you to close the account as soon as possible.

                              Also I have emailed several times without any satisfactory respond.

                                sorry to take your services and feeling like looted in the name of Loan, remembered the day of the landlord where poor farmer get trapped to sahukar, I already paid the 56% of the money but yet to pay the principal amount.
