I have placed prepaid order on dhani pharmacy on 9th August 2021
By giving reason system error i am not getting my medicines nor van cancel my order
I have raised complaint twice but no use
No one contacted me nor your highly professional team solved the issue
Now customer care is also avoiding me
This is not fair to your reputation
I am going to write a facebook post on the same
Worst ever experience
Dhani app is crap
I am attaching herewith screen shot of discussion with your customer care

    My self shourav kumar, recently I used dhani credit limit twice but the amount was deduct from my credit line but didn't reached to the receivers account, both time money deducted from dhani limit but failed on phonepay

      I paid my rent to housing.com via dhani free cashback card. the rent payment was unsuccessful and housing.com refunded the amount to my original payment source.the money is still not credited to my dhani account.6 working days are gone.

        My due amount is already debited before but it's again came and your app is saying to pay due my but why will i pay for the same amout if i already paid my balance 🤬😡😡😡
        I want fast response bcoz it cam effect my credit score

          Hello Team
          This is regarding my loan IPERBAN02970024 for 36 months tenure I have completed 25 months not even one bounce.
          Every day I get call from dhani Team forcing me to close were in I have 11 months still left for my EMI. I don't have money they played a trick on 5th of Aug EMI auto debit dint happened they called me I did manual payment. Money was there in account.
          Kindly look into this issue I am loosing my health due to torture of calls.

          I will right email to CEO or consumer complaint. They have unnecessarily charging Me additional bounce charge were in no EMI got bounced.

                  After paying my emi today my account went inactive i used the money what I had to make payment in return I thought I'd use my credit limit, it was urgent and it's inactive now which so disappointing after paying all of my dues I'm stuck.

                  Update:I've been asked to wait for another 24-48 hours to get it unblocked and btw no one called me I had to call them again and inform them again about the situation, even after sending the mail with th screenshots I've asked to wait another 24 hours.

                                      First time i recharge 499 rupees plan than plan not activate this time, so i am very upset Then I emailed the Dhani helpline That's where I told my problem. That time - 25/05/2021 . My problem was not solved than talked to your help line center and 2/4 days pogress i have to email 499 rupees refund and i reactivate another plan . Then I didn’t get any response from you . Then I have to open the apps due to my busy schedule few month . Then I did not know when the plan was activated 499 rs privious plan Which was not happening at first. Now Automatic renawal system and Due my account 2, 097 rupees so please sir this is all remove my account and closed my account . You can check I didn't use a penny or a credit .Sir Please Help me 🙏 Solve my problem .Why should i pay For the service that I did not use . This is a you'r system problem
