I am customer of Dhani one freedom card, which is totally scam, I can't use my Dhani daily credit limit online as well as offline. When I use it offline shopping the transaction is showing as declined and in online shopping the transaction is showing as failed. I have paid all my dues but it's not updated yet and the due now is showing as 2190 which is not my due amount. Have sent multiple mails as well as call too, still the problem is not solved. I have attached all the screenshots and mail as well. My card is showing as active and the daily credit limit is 925 but still am not able to use my daily credit limit. Very bad customer support fake promise's, at the very first time they said they are updating their systems so kindly wait for one day, next they said I have to pay my due amount which is 111 rupees also am unable to pay it because in app due is showing as 2190 but still they said I can edit amount and pay so I have done the same amount added to wallet but due is not updated then they said wait till 48 hours so our tech team will resolve it, even after waiting 48 hours their is no call back or mail too, I give a call and still they give a reason it's an tech issue kindly wait, I don't understand is this people will have a track of customer complaints? I don't think so because every time I have to explain my problem they ask me to wait with different fake reason, and they are sending me daily alerts that my payment overdue by 5 days, which am unable to pay also said them too, they can't solve this but they keep on send the alerts.
Most funniest part is one of customer executive said their is problem with bank account so kindly contact bank😂😂😂 I don't understand am using your so called, dhani one freedom card which is not working then how come my personal bank involved here? 0% knowledge Nibas, 😂😂, this show what's their quality preference is.

Issue: After registration in the dhani app, I was trying to subscribe for dhani one freedom card.
But since there is a mismatch in my last name ("KT")
The dhani main profile has my full name in it as K*****ta th*****edu Sheeja but while opting for dhani one card I gave my name as Sheeja KT now because of which I'm getting a error message in the dhani app that " PAN details entered do not match the applicant details. Please recheck pan details"

Can you please reset my profile from your side or try matching my profile name correctly so that I can proceed with my application.

But after several attempts to get this fixed by the customer care I get the below response

    ये मेरी चौथी mail with attached all proof THE FRAUD INDIABULLS DHANI- आप सभी बेईमानों/चोरो को मेरा फिरसे नमस्कार |आप लोगो के बेईमानी के चर्चे आज हर जगह है | mail bhej bhej कर थक गया complaint भी डाली |लेकिन आप लोग ठहरे next level के बेशर्म | 8 महीने पेहले ही पूरी पेमेंट करने के बाद भी, मेरे HDFC bank account मे लगातार इतनी पेनल्टी ठोकी की उसे अब बंद करवाना पड़ा |cibil score 820 से 630 | defaulter हुआ अलग से | सारे proofe भेजे 8 महीने से लगातार की मै full payment कर चुका हू | आप सभी बेईमानों से विनति हे | मेरी 2 loan ID - 1-IDHADEL[protected]IDHADEL08111868 जिसकी सारी payment मैं कर चुका हूं।plz NOC भेजे।? दोनो की payment कैसे की कृपया नीचे पढ़े- पहली loan ID- IDHADEL08115036 को Foreclosure करने के लिए 1, 246.32 payment करनी थी जिसमे से मे 1056 पहले ही pay कर चुका था ( 12 January 2021 को लोन id IDHADEL08115036 की एक लिंक आयी थी जिसमे मैंने 1056 pay किया था slip नीचे attached है ) तो अब 1056 minus करके मैंने 300 ki पेमेंट करदी (क्यूकि 300 से कम की पेमेंट नही हो रही थी ) धनी से call आई थी जिसमे उन्होने बोला की अप पिछली payment minus करके बाकी का balance pay कर दो दूसरी loan ID- IDHADEL08111868 को Foreclosure करने के लिए 1, 474.32 की payment करनि थी लेकिन pay करने पे 1460.34 से ज्यादा का amount accept नही हो रहा था तो मेने 1460.34 pay कर दिया (invoice नीचे attached हे )

      I cleared all my EMI due and subscription fee of 499 too but it been more than 2 week my card is inactive. I'm getting mail from the team that problem is solved but still the same even on phone customer executives says it will be activated in 24 hrs. Noone really doing anything to solve the issue.

        Hi, I am chandrani Nag registered mobile number [protected], my loan emi got closed in july itself, from that time i am mailing customer care to share the soa in any dues pending or if loan is completed then the NOC no update from your team, neither your mobile app is working, if this continues i waill be forced to complain to RBI with all the mail screenshots and app not working screenshot.

          As i accidentally purchased a wrong product by using dhani one freedom card, but after cancelling order on august 1st, money is refunded successfully from amazon but did not recieved in my dhani wallet, why..

                Sir, i got onefreedom card with daily limit ₹500. i am cleared all previous EMI dues on 27th July. then started to use my daily credit limit ₹500. i am used 5 times until 3rd August. i am taken amount for 5 times = ₹2, 500. i am paid 1st EMIs of 5 transactions, that's 165×5=₹835. now suddenly they're asking to clear all EMIs = ₹2, 165. how they made the Bill? if calculate all upcoming EMIs that much dues are not there! they'd say every transaction is devide iinto 3 EMI.
                kindly solve it then I'll clear.

                      On 3/08/2021, I had made a transfer of Rs. 1500 from my dhani pay wallet to a bank account. The amount was debited but the same has not been credited to the bank account even after 2 days. The company says that the amount will be transferred in 4-5 hours. These transactions are done with a sense o[censored]rgency. If this is the duration taken by the company then why even bother to operate a bank transfer service.
                      Its my sincere request to transfer the debited amount as early as possible otherwise I would be free to take a legal recourse for the same.

                          I made a transaction on amazon via dhani pay card. But the item was returned and Amazon had done a refund of the transaction on 28 July 2021 and are also giving the reference number of the refund RRN30005412101207133279578.

                          but the amount has not been credited to my dhani account even after amazon refunded it 7 days back.
                          The amount is 2799/- to be refunded.

                                  I had applied for personal loan on 02/08/21. I had received call from Indiabull dhani on 03/08/21 for clearance of personal loan. They told me sir you pay processing fee.3500.
                                  I paid the processing fee, thereafter they continue told me one by one process fees(like rtgs, insurance, GST etc).Before that they don't mention any charges. Already I paid 40234 rupees for all charges, thereafter they are telling me deposite another 50% of gst.

                                        This is Samir Ghosh

                                        It was observed that indiabulls housing finance limited has been delled to disbarsed the amount to the builder's. even though demand was submitted earlier to the bank.

                                        Now bilder has charged me for the late payment.
                                        So indiabulls should pay this amount
