Hello
It's almost 5days I don't have yet recieved my refund back to dhani wallet
Actually on 18/08/21 at around 12 57 pm
I made a transaction to Paytm payments bank which I entered incorrect account number, no of digits must be 12 but I entered 11 and correct IFSC code PYTM0123456
I enquired as dhani said it has sent to your bank, so I messaged and re requested Paytm that is 11 digits account number is actually available or not .as Paytm confirmed we don't have an account as u given, soon u will be refunded as it was not even spotted with Paytm . As dhani said same but when I asking them they simply says it has credited to bank, how fraud it was? How it can send to a bank with correct IFSC code, and an account that even doesn't exist.
Even I enquired with NEFT they also said same ...and check with the bank which was initiated transaction

    I'm not sble to use my dhani freedom card as it says inactive daily credit limit.
    I have paid the subscription fees but yet I'm not able to use my credit. Please look into this matter. Mobile no. [protected]

      I paid rent 2400+30 processing fee through dhani in phone pay app the money has debited in dhani app show to pay first emi but the transaction failed and phone shows refund sucess. still now 5 days now any update in dhani app please help as soon as possible

        I took a 3 lakh rs loan from Dhani app
        Last month Mr Navneet called from Dhani and asked for full payment
        I paid is full a sum of 60, 000.
        He said now loan is full and final.
        The employees at dhani have called me at least 30 times asking for payment of some 600 rs which I don’t understand what it is.
        Multiple times I have explained to them that loan has been paid in full. Still the calls are not stopping.

        Please help me
        They are calling more than 10 times every day
        Every time new caller
        I have to explain again each time
        He promises that he has updated and no more calls wil come
        But still they continue calling
        Huge amount of harassment happening to me

          This is to inform that dhani is doing fraud and harrassing by calling for dues .After payment of all dues on time and contacting customer support with all payment proof given, no action taken. I have also received NOC but getting call 3-4 times for dues which I have nothing to pay. Dhani is harrassing people with no reason.

            I do my transaction of rs 1335 at 11:30 around on 12 August 2021 from dhani cashback card registered mobile no. [protected] to pay my college fee. The fee submit through eazypay icici bank gateway.

            This had been failed but my money Debited from my dhani cashback card.
            So that I mailed the icici bank gateway to confirm they received it or not. The reply me after investigation transaction has been failed. Please contact your bank..

            I attached mail received by ICICI bank and transaction I'D where it show decline of the transaction. I have to request to you please initiate the refund as soon as possible.

Shame on you guys. Do you guys think this is fun, running scams for your profit. You are not valuing your customer, saying your issue will be resolved and we will update you soon.                       I have registered on indiabulls Dhani mobile application with my mobile no [protected] after that they are calling me average 2-3 times daily from different numbers I have asked them to how can I delete my account but they said there is no way to delete account

                                I have taken a LOAN thru dhani app and have to pay 3 emi over 3 months. After I paid the 1st emi I have been receiving non stop calls from dirty pathetic disrespectful CUSTOMER care agents from Dhani to clear the other 2 emi’s in advance which I already told them I wont. Some of them even are talking ###. If you dhani wont stop this I will visit the nearest police station and file a complaint for harassment.

                                  Update: on the complaint i posted on 17th inactive after paying dues this is the 4th day I've been contacting them everytime I've been told it will take 24hrs it's been more than 3 days I've sent them the mail no resolution yet? I have never skipped on my payment then why this has happened I don't know and why are taking so much time to may it active how long does it really take?

                                    I've been receiving continous calls starting 10am until late evening. I've asked them to remove me from their calling list 100 times but I'm still getting calls. Such shameless people.
                                    I don't want to be harrased by DHANI CARD team.

                                      I have placed prepaid order on dhani pharmacy on 9th August 2021
                                      By giving reason system error i am not getting my medicines nor van cancel my order
                                      I have raised complaint twice but no use
                                      No one contacted me nor your highly professional team solved the issue
                                      Now customer care is also avoiding me
                                      This is not fair to your reputation
                                      I am going to write a facebook post on the same
                                      Worst ever experience
