On july 16 my rent payment on phonepe of rs 6078 failed but my amount got deducted from my dhani wallet phone has already refunded my payment but its not showing in my dhani wallet. I tried contacting dhani customer care but couldn't.

On dec 21 at 9.52pm my rent payment of rs 1000rs got failed and but money debited from dhani freedom card and next day on dec 22 at 3.54pm i tried again and it failed again and now It's 1jan 2022 i still didn't get my refund even i email to them they said transaction is successful and contact merchant but merchant said they already refunded the money...it's more than 10days now

    1. My credit line is active...no dues and subscription is active but there is no use of active credit line because while transacting on Paytm or phonepe or Amazon and other ecommerce websites it shows "Payment declined by your bank". Why charge subscription fee for these nonsense service.
    2. On 17th July and 18th July I was do two transactions at Paytm those two transactions are failed. Refund reference numbers are[protected] and[protected]. Money debited from dhani account and not yet credited back. Its almost 10 working days are gone, why you are credit back money to wallet.
    3. On 26th July I sent money from dhani wallet to my bank account. Reference ID is "KORXKWRP2QOYMHOQ" .It's usually takes 3 to 4 hours but it's not credited to my bank account. are you cheste customers.
    4. I was applied for new plastic card by paying of Rs.80. almost 15days gone not yet received that card.
    In Every aspect negligency, careless, fraud is there... I want to go with file a complaint at RBI against you with transaction proofs and evidences.
    Please clear all my issues immediately.
    There's no use to talk with customer service, as they are no minimum knowledge about transactions.
    Hope resolve my issues and expect reply. No routine replies.

            Problem is they never refunded my 899 subscription

            They never supported in medical delivery

            Above all to make payments from app thy want me to make total payment of the dues
            Instead of making payments for each transactions independently. They have deactivated the pay now option for independent transactions... Though their social media team is quite prompt but they say they can't reach me when my phone is always available.. Even their customer care number shows as invalid... Also they are threatening me with negative credit score SMS when actually till today I have always paid all my bills on time, with all my credit card s

            I think they are highly disorganized organisation and the top management may not be aware of this, , my money is ready to pay but they are not coming on phone and I am getting seriously worried

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I had purchased from AJIO on 18th July (Order ID: FL[protected]) and at the time of payment I used Dhani Pay Card (attaching Transaction Statement for your reference).

              On 24th July, I have returned an item (#RT41426433 also return mail attached in trailing mail) and they have refunded the amount to the source account, i.e. Dhani Pay Card. The amount to be refunded to prepaid mode i.e. Dhani Pay Card is Rs. Rs. 2415.17.

              Its been around a week and I have not received my refund. I have earlier made returns to AJIO using my bank card and its gets credited same day but here its been over a week.

              I request you to process my refund as soon as possible. Attaching necessary screenshot for your reference.

                    I got call from 2-3 numbers in name of India bulls regarding details and I provide all details after that they kept asking me additional cahrges of 3500+7500+ 9500 which I paid all rs20500 and then they ask me more 11670 rs for agreement and I refused to give as I found somthing fishy in that so I want u people to address my issue i[censored] need I can provide all details regarding them.kindly reach out to me plz on [protected]

                      I have applied for LOD but the company is not providing me correct LOD. The date of lease deed in LOD is 2018 but the cutal lease deed have date 2013. And they have not mentioned about my sale deed in any of the lod.
                      As per my discussion with dhfl they have sent me a mail saying all my documents are with india bulls. Kindly help me.

                            I was paid 10039 rupees on flipkart for buying a item on 17/07/2021 through dhani rupay prepaid card. Then i was changed my mind and cancel my order. Flipkart seller refunded the money at same day with refund id but the money is not credited on dhani wallet even after 10 days today is 28/07/2021. Dhani didn't attend any call. Every mail which I'm doing have a system generated reply refund usually takes 7-10 days after processed refund.

                              On16.07.2021 i have make a payment of 20250 using my dhani free cashback card, the transaction was failed from the merchant(phonepe).Phonepe refunded to my card on 17.07.2021, today is 27.07.2021 means 11 days spent till money not refunded to my dhani wallet. Already i have send 7-10email, but my problem is not yet solved, after sending this mail i will wait 24 hour if money not refunded then i will take action

                                Hi, I have Dhani app and my credit limit is 50000. I have paid my all dues and subscriptions charges 750. But my daily credit limit is still 0.
                                In spite of several reminder over the calls and mail I have yet to receive any proper update.

                                It has been 14 days now and my complaint still not resolved.
                                In spite of several reminders since last 15 days my credit limit is blocked. There are no pending amounts and subscriptions charges into my to pay.
                                Dhani app charged to me 750 pm charges for subscriptions but I have used it only 10.
                                I m very disappointed from Dhani app.
