        i was trying to add money from dhani wallet to my paytm wallet order failed money deducted from dhani then paytm refunded back the amount to dhani but still dhani wallet not credit back that amount not reflecting into dhani wallet! there is no option for help/support for any transaction made in dhani they not providing support at all i m never pay my dues if they not refund that amount back it was Rs.1499

          I have ordered track pants on ajio on 15th July and paid the amount but after two days it was intimated to me that delivery was unsuccessful but still I couldn't get my amount back my order number is FL[protected], how could I get back my amount. 15days went away, I have not cancelled, it's not my mistake then why this delay in refunding my amount

                        Further to this i received a threat call to my number [protected] from [protected] (in local language malayalam-been recorded)introduced as your recovery agent from India bulls
                        to rewind the story in nutshell is as follows
                        i had downloaded dhaniapp on 25.5.21 and paid Rs.299 for a card you offered thro my mobile number [protected]i tried recharging Rs.183 on a mobile thro your app and gain Rs.42.Both these recharges dint happen and it was well informed to you in different emails.Moreover the said card i received in post was returned back to youlter i was informed that Rs.183+150 was raised as credit loan!! No Loans or services was extended to me till now by you.Due to your pestering calls to i paid Rs.111 nd parked Rs.222 in dhani app wallet.My request to address my grievance is not been attend by you till now, but threatening calls happens from your side India bulls!!My request to repay the failed transaction of mobile recharge done thro Dhani app is still in your deaf years.Dhani is solely responsible for repay my money as your app is the intermediary in the transaction
                        i had also informed you by different emails that i dont want to associate with you in may manner nor any legally enforceable debt is there from me.Finding no response from you for all these complaints I raised the matter to RBI Bnking Ombudsman and waiting for its proceedings.Since the matter is subjudice and No car been issued to be, all further communics should be rooted directed by RBI and not thro any of your agents calls.Mind it

                          With reference to my loan ac no AC#IPERMUM01290966 I would like to inform that I have repaid full amount on August 2019. After that I didn't get any NOC from Indiabulls Dhani. Moreover after paying complete amount I getting reminders for EMI. I want to bring your kind notice that why I am getting such reminders for EMI and why the payment is recorded into your system. You can understand it is an immense a pressure on me of getting such EMI reminders. On 29th July 2021 I have got a message that I have to meet advocate who is appointed for conciliation of payment. I dnt know after doing complete what payment is asking by Dhani? I am attaching herewith scan of payment receipt for your reference. I request your kind help to resolve this issue as soon as possible and to arrange to give me closure letter against my loan AC#IPERMUM01290966 at the earliest.
                          Further to the above I would like to inform presently I am not in a condition to go out due to Covid issues so I seek your help in this regard. Doctor's certificate is also attached for your reference.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I took cashback card and initially it was mentioned that it doesn't including any charge. Since I took card I didn't used as it was not necessary for me and I told your one of your representative to cancel the card 2-3month back.

                                But when I opened the app today I found that there is a pending amount of 597/-Rs as subscription charge even after informed to cancel one of your representative over a call.

                                They replied to the mail as:
                                You can place cancellation request through dhani App by following below Steps:
                                Step 1. Log in dhani App.
                                Step 2. Click on " One Freedom Credit " tile
                                Step 3. In details section, Select "Cancel" to raise a cancellation request

                                I searched and found that there is no option of cancelling it through app.

                                Dhani is charging subscription fee.i cant pay these fee uselessly please deactivate my account.

                                Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest of cancelling my account.

                                  I made a transaction of 4999 with dhani pay on Amazon, later on I cancelled the order as it was late.now amazon has processed the refund and according to them dhani has confirmed the payment on 28th July but I haven't received the amount.                                       1> I booked a flat in Supertech in March’15 under subvention scheme and as per MOU Supertech is bonded to give subvention amount (Pre EMI) till the time of possession, I have paid everything from my pocket time to time. Neither the Possession nor the Pre EMI amount is transferred by the builder since last 34 months,

                                      3> The disaster part is here, as per the loan agreement the tenure of my home loan is 20 years and they have changed it to ~43 years without customer consent, no talk, no information. I came to know when I requested for my Repayment statement, when i asked the reason they are saying "its coz of ROI change" and customer having financial challenges hence Bank decided to change it, how come HFC take decision with customer approval, I am 41 years old do I need to pay my EMIs till the age of 84.

                                      This is breach of contract and kind of an offense.

                                      Pls help, we are the regular tax payers and after all the savings i booked this small house for me and my family, but i am not getting anything.

                                      Badly trapped in the scam run by both Indiabulls and Supertech and Indiabulls is not leaving any chance to harass customers.
