I used paytm app for rent payment through dhani cashback card.
my rent payment was failed and paytm successfully refund money to dhani app but money is not reflecting in my wallet.

I have ordered track pants on ajio on 15th July and paid the amount but after two days it was intimated to me that delivery was unsuccessful but still I couldn't get my amount back my order number is FL[protected], how could I get back my amount. 15days went away, I have not cancelled, it's not my mistake then why this delay in refunding my amount...

Sir 25 days back i take emi 1000 rupees and I repaid next day hole amount and updated in app but yesterday your service representative you do not pay the money and he forced to pay again and I pay the money but still app is not updated...

Hi ive made recharge of airtel as it was offer of hotstar and prime video.. hotstar for one year it has been activated but prime video offer does not got activated... please look into the matter. Recharge of 448/- [protected] airtel...

Moreover after paying complete amount I getting reminders for EMI. I want to bring your kind notice that why I am getting such reminders for EMI and why the payment is recorded into your system. You can understand it is an immense a pressure...

I took cashback card and initially it was mentioned that it doesn't including any charge. Since I took card I didn't used as it was not necessary for me and I told your one of your representative to cancel the card 2-3month back.

But when I opened the app today I found that there is a pending amount of 597/-Rs as subscription charge even after informed to cancel one of your representative over...

I made a transaction of 4999 with dhani pay on Amazon, later on I cancelled the order as it was late.now amazon has processed the refund and according to them dhani has confirmed the payment on 28th July but I haven't received the amount. Amazon gave me refund reference number so I tried contacting dhani via mail and call but they are not responding.

As per the loan agreement the tenure of my home loan is 20 years (240 months) but they have changed this to ~43 years (508 months) without customer consent, no talk, no information, i requested them many times but no response.

In last 3 years i requested plenty of times to Indiabulls team to change ROI from 12% to ~8-8.5% but after so many requests they haven't done anything, requested to their grievance team and same response...

I have made a payment of 26852 on 19th July, but the transaction is refunded from the merchant, but I have not received my refund till now
And no response to my calls, please resolve this issue immediately

On july 16 my rent payment on phonepe of rs 6078 failed but my amount got deducted from my dhani wallet phone has already refunded my payment but its not showing in my dhani wallet. I tried contacting dhani customer care but couldn't....

1. My credit line is active...no dues and subscription is active but there is no use of active credit line because while transacting on Paytm or phonepe or Amazon and other ecommerce websites it shows "Payment declined by your bank". Why charge subscription fee for these nonsense service.
2. On 17th July and 18th July I was do two transactions at Paytm those two transactions are failed. Refund reference numbers are[protected] and...

Doing fraud with customer use his money for one month and after that return. Did not reply to there mail and calls and fraud with customer and when customer care they talk rudely.
