Hello, I have paid all pending payment of my loan Rs.11151.00 on date 19 JULY 20121 i have dues .As I discussed with Mr. Anil Kore is your Sangli, Maharashtra branch employee he will provide NOC within 2 days but he provide yet, as we follow up with continuously but his and another on person Mr. Bharat Jadhav saying will provide us in todays evening then when where i call in evening time both are receiving my call and not providing. i am trying to call both of them but not receiving my call.

I done with a transaction of 1958 rs on 24, 25 July 2021 my amount deducted from dhani wallet but not credited to my bank account please help that customer support are not working properly please help

I made a transaction of rent payment on mobikwik through dhani pay card on 22july and 23rd July of 498 INR each
But the money is not sent to the landlord owner, instead it is cancelled and refunded by mobikwik
Its been 4 days already and I haven't received the refund yet in my dhani wallet
Customer support is very poor, they don't answer my calls or Msgs
Instead they tell me that the services have not been started in your city
Please help me to resolve this I am in trouble
I haven't received the money yet
Please assist me in this

Dear [protected]@dhani.com - if you are looking at this respond to my emails, I already sent emails to you. You are aware of the issue clearly.

I got call from Dhani team asking to pay outstanding amount on loan and get NOC. I paid it 2 weeks ago, but they have not shared NOC yet.

I am unable to check loan statement and payment details in Dhani app. After few days, I receive call from them asking to pay some more amount as there is minor pending amount after last payment.
As I was desperate to close this nonsense Dhani app, I agreed to pay and this time I said I will be on phone and asked them to share NOC immediately after payment. But after may payment via phonepe, call was disconnected. I have not received NOC yet.

This is definitely done by Dhani or Indiabulls employees who have access to my loan details. They are deliberately making sure app is not working and dealing on phones.

I have sent emails to [protected]@dhani.com, [protected]@dhani.com. They respond only after multiple follow ups and when they respond they dont address the issue.

Suggestion to others is please do not pay any penny to Dhani or Indiabulls when they call you on phones, pay only via app.

The phone numbers I am getting calls from are 040 6738 XXXX.
UPI Ids start with IndiabullsXXXXX.[protected]@icici or @sbi.

They are finding many ways to do fraud. Dhani is fraud app.

This india bull company is doing big scam . Every month theye deduct EMI from account and I have paid my subscription fees.still my card is not working.every time I call them they told me your issue will resloved in 24 hour.but my this issue is not resolved.

I have canceled my flat deal last month since 1 month of India bulls, Park, Panvel but they are not responding on phone, emails for refund of my token amount. I have paid 1 lakh rupees as token amount but now they are not available for communication and are not processing my refunds.

I have done a transaction on freecharge using dhani freecashback card on july 16th of Rs 3035 which was failed they have processed refund of 3035 on that day itself but i have not received any refund even after 7 working days i hv contacted dhani support both my phone and mail i did not get any respone please process my refund
