Dear sir and madam,

I have not using this service since 6 months.

However I have paid 6 months subscription fees,
Rs:- 2, 118 ( 353*6 months),

I didn't know any complete information(terms/conditions) about it dhani one freedom card service,

I understanding that I have to pay the subscription fee only if I use this service,
( i mean- Only if the my loan limit is used ),

please. I'm requesting you,

understanding my information(situation),

please help me to refund my dhani one freedom card subscription fees ₹ 2, 118,

    Address: Richmond Rd, Shanthala Nagar, Richmond Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025

    I have been paying the regular EMI from 2017 till now and have already paid 20 lacs but now the company says that under the preEMI scheme the whole amount was for interest.

    The preEMI was charged from[protected] and was never intimated to us whatsoever. The preEMI cannot be charged for a 5 years without notifying the customer and appropriate consent has to be taken for any charges.

    We have taken 38 lacs of loan and still have to pay 38 lakhs even after paying 20 lacs over 5+ years.

    Need your immediate assistance and help to file the complaint and take quick action on these thugs.

    Do let me know in case for any further information from my end.

          Sir my name is waheed uddin jaman I have already paid my personal loan amount but when I check my CIBIL score there is some pendency about my personal loan account and it shows active too which are not correct so please clear it as soon as possible it effects my CIBIL badly so please do it fast my dhani account, registered mobile number [protected]

              I have used card and paid all the dues there are no dues on my account I asked them to close my subscription but they didn't I mailed them, called them but no response about closing even though I didn't use card I've paid subscription fees for few months. Now I don't have any dues it is showing active in my cibil report and showing negative impact on my cibil report even they kept wrong address after KYC completion also, please resolve my issue ASAP

                I have a Home Loan with Indiabulls (Loan A/c No. HHLGRG[protected]. I want to know my Home Loan Subsidy Application ID under the PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna) So that i acn claim my subsidy. I already submitted all necessary documents regarding this to Mr. Amit Tanwar, Location Manager, IBHFL -222283, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited, 2nd Floor, Plot No -422B, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurgaon 122016, Mobile No – [protected].

                But no one response in this. I mailed also to customer care & Mr. Amit

                  I had never borrowed any loan from dhani loans app.But when I checked my cibil score, I found a personal loan from dhani app was active on my name using my pan card.A different contact details and address was added. It is totally fraud.And the loan has become overdue. Now my cibil score is getting down.

                        I took a PERSONAL LOAN
                        I repaid all the amount to the bank but the cibil is showing that I am having all the loans active. The Bank was IndiaBulls. I want Cibil to clear my score as I have closed ALL the loans 1-2 years back. I am not getting loans anywhere due to these problems. Why I cleared the loans if it shows active in Cibil after Closing all the loans ? This is very bad and Cibil gives Poor Service to everyone. I heard from some people that they have closed their loans but still Cibil shows they are active what a service, Kindly Solve My problem Cibil. also Please find the attached NOC.zip file of all loan in this mail.

                              I have connected with one of your employee for the loan settlement because of some uncertainty I'm able to arrange full amount but i have arranged the half amount of it i said I'll pay half right now and rest of the amount on 30th June but he said no and used abusive words to me and given a bad word against my mom.
