I received a debit of bounce charge on my SBi account for INR 295. However, there hs not been any EMI bounces from the time the loan is going on.

Attached both the screenshots showing smooth clearance for Nov and the incorrect debit on bounce charge received. Tried contacting customer care via phone and email and they were equally pathetic.

Please refund the bounce charges to my bani account and stop this fraudulent transactions.

Fraud app, loan amount is 5000 and they have charged more than 10k for closing the loan. please close the fraud apps immediately. many are dying due to this apps.

I, m Pankaj tolani availed a personal loan from Dhani (indiabulls) ajmer. I, d got a
Message from co. To pay the amt of rs 3500 as final settlement amount .
After that indiabulls authorised agency employee ramavtar gurjar (m.no.[protected]) called me and said transfer the amount on ph pe to another employee Tarun Saraswat. On 18 may 2022 I, d transferd the amount of 3500, for which I have evidence of online transaction. After that I, d requested many times for receipt of that amount. But he neglected until today he didn't send me any receipt.
Today I checked my cibil and saw that amount is reflecting as a overdue to me in favour of ivl finance.
I request to the co. To take a necessary and hard action against that employees.
Remove that amount from my cibil or otherwise I lodge a complaint through ombudsman to RBI against ivl finance.

I am Hritik Gupta from jabalpur madhya Pradesh I take loan India bulls finance company. I paid fully amount no any due amount. I have nodue certificate but company not updated my cibil report they showing my cibil 2 year ago payment not paid. This reason my cibil score decrease..

There is a person who keeps on calling for the loan repayment and have been harassing me for almost 2 years. I had two loans from IndiaBulls, one is already and cleared. The second one was re-structure; he keeps pressurizing me by calling and visiting my place threatening me. He seems doing so for personal gains, as he always pressurizes on foreclosing the loan with some amount by doing adjustments on the total due amount. I have not received...

Indiabulls home loan tenure increased from 252 months to 451 months and also ROI increased. Why is that so. Need a resolution on urgent basis. Do you mean we have to pay you double amount ?? Every time we see the statement, the tenure shows increased. We have taken moratorium during lock down only for 3 months.

I have paid off my all due but still haven’t received my noc and my loan still showing active

Every month India bulls is debiting money of Rs 750 as a donation to Bulk India HIV as ECS mandate. I kindly request to cancel this mandate and stop debiting money from my account.

I had foreclose my loan account. And I am not able to receive NOC of that loan. And today I have received an reminder regarding emi of that loan account.

Kindly look into the matter as ivl finances also known as indiabulls dhani is showing a false loan amount which I have never taken. The loan I previously availed have been settled by me and duely confirmed by the dhani costumer care also.but then too it is showing another loan in my cibil score which I never took.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Company asking for subscription fee and I dont know any thing what kind of it is. No one is telling me about this.they had asked for ecs three times in a day for tbat my bank penalised me three times for short of funds in my account.I told to stop me subscription but they did stpped.and asking my bank for ecs.

I want to foreclose my account. I asked recovery agent same. But they are not answering me.

Loan A/C no. HHLBAN00127730 With the poor communication interactions and unknown interest charges, I have planned to close this account and cleared the dues on 22-April-2022. Currently facing so many issues in the India Bulls Customer service:
1. Got a message that my Original Document is arrived in the Branch.
2. There is no Branch number to confirm hence contacted Customer care and they advised me to go to branch directly.
3. Visited Vittal Mallaya branch and got update that they do not have document and directed to Richmond Branch.

Main problem: After so many struggles got the Original documents and noticed that the documents are not in good condition (sheets got pasted with each other) the contents are scrambled.

This shows the negligence of handling the Original documents. Followed the Escalation process and complained to NHB but got update that we will be only getting the True copy of the Document.

Requested the Bank to provide a legal Affidavit but the Bank is not caring anything and it has been almost 5 months still no resolution.

My Name Is I haven't taken any loan from Dhani Loan, Since 3-4 months before Dhani Loan agent recovery Team Came to my house and saying that You have to pay your loan amount, They showed to me mobile number and Email ID (which is used to make A dhani ID) is it not my Email ID and mobile number (Mobile - +91-[protected] And email ID - [protected]@gmail.com)
They Have showed me My pan Card and my adhar card. Someone is fraud to me, please help me.

Some loan amount is false in my creit report, money is not taken by me but still it show in my reort, due to which it affect my score and show low impact on my report. I request you to plze remove all my false loan ac as soon as possible
