I have received home loan Foreclosure letter on 15th August @11.30 PM which was not requested by me. According to the letter, I have to foreclose my loan account (13 lakhs appx) before 18th August & for each day beyond this date an additional interest will be charged at the rate of Rs 387.63 per day.

I never requested the foreclosure letter. Please check why I received this letter.

I have re-checked my indiabulls mobile app and found that i have not use that fc letter option. Why do i ask for foreclosure letter when i dont have that much money in hand to repay. It might be a APP technical error. I am paying my EMIs on regular basis and will be paying regularly.

I needed additional loan and for that purpose, on 12th August i put a query for how much top up eligible for my account and i also asked how much loan of mine is pending as i m unable to find the balance loan amt option on the indiabulls app.

Further, i changed my indiabulls mobile app Login PIN on the same day but now i found that i can login with the old pin which should not happen. Unable to login with new pin.

Its really stressful for me. Requesting a speedy reply on my query.

        Asmita transaction on 30th of April using my dhani freedom card and cancelled that order on 1st of may it's been over 3 months and I am here to receive my refund whenever I try to contact they say that the refund is still in process so please help me in getting my refund. I am also attaching the screenshot of the order and refund reference number

          Dear consumers help केंद्र मैने कुछ समय पहले indiabulls धनी द्वारा धनी वन फ्रीडम कार्ड का उपयोग किया था जिसमे मुझे 10000 रूपये की लिमिट मिली थी जिसमे मैने कुछ पेमेंट निकाला था और उस पेमेंट में से मेरा 1883 का पेमेंट में अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक ना होने की वजह से जमा नही करवा पाया जिसके कारण धनी ने मुझे बार बार सूचित किया लेकिन मेरे अन्य चार्ज लगा कर मेरा पेमेंट 3500 रूपये कर दिया गया उसके बाद धनी के द्वारा बार बार कॉल और एसएमएस आने लगे जिसमे एक समझोता प्रस्ताव भेजा गया की आप अपने लोन 3500 की जगह 1883 का पेमेंट जमा करवा के आज ही अपने लोन को क्लोज करवाए और अपना सिबिल स्कोर ठीक करे उसके बाद मैने 1883 का पेमेंट जमा करवा दिया लेकिन अब धनी की तरफ से रोज कॉल एसएमएस और कोर्ट नोटिस आने की वजह से में बहुत परेशान हो चुका हु क्योंकि इस कंपनी ने मुझे धोखे से पहले 1883 में क्लोज करने के बहाने से पेमेंट जमा करवाने के बाद फिर से परेशान किया जा रहा है

                    This Is RAILAPURAM SANDEEP. ..My contact number is [protected] ..I had dhanione freedom card . I had limit of 10000 limit and daily limit is 1000 and I used 6000 limit as 6 days ...then they blocked my card limit in that time there is no repayment date ...And am unable to do repayment..then after one month they called me and blamed me to do repayment..And adding more penalties..I refused to pay Penalties...Finally I want to close my account..they called me and I told them " I can repay my all emi 's at time but I can't repay my Penalties, bcz am not done any fraud cheating..Dhen one employee Name :Anisa shaik, mobile num:[protected] she sent me link of pending payments which was I used..The amount is 5640/- Then told me your account will be closed, she will send a settlement mail..so I repayed amount in Gpay ..After that she saying Still your amount is pending..And also told me, to get settlement mail should be get updated in 90 days ...Theese fraud guys are after repayment they were cheating us ...still my pending amount is 1988 is showing..My cibil is getting low day by day... How should we solve this problem from theese Guys ..

                          Hello,

                          I received a message on 4th April that there was transaction done through my Dhani app for some recharge. When I opened I found that 273 rs were used from my wallet for tata sky recharge as a fraudulent activity.
                          I complained to dhani customer care service on the same day but till date there is no response in last 120 days.

                              I have already done payment on dhani freedom card in February 2022.

                              Also since 4 months I am taking follow up, but still issue not resolved.

                              I have send mail on [protected]@dhani.com

                              But no proper solution they are giving to me.

                              Outstanding amount of 3314/- rs is reflecting in my cibil report of cibil Transunion.

                              Due to this I have faced so many rejection from Banks due to this outstanding amount and I have suffered a lot due to this mentally and financially. Kindly help in this regards.

                              I have paid all the dues in Dhani freedom Card Since 6 months. But they are not reporting credit bureau thatswhy outstanding amount reflecting in it. Please help.

                              Yes it is updated in CIBIL Transunion but not updated in other other Credit Bureau records. Kindly do the needful and clear this Loan No:- CL15092800 from all CIBIL reports of Credit Bureaus reports.

                                I have applied for loan and paid insurance of 10, 000rs amount and they are saying that EMI of auto debit is not taking and asking me to pay emi amount of 48, 000rs without disbursing the loan amount. whether it is a fake and doing robbery from customers like this.

                                  Don't punish us please.

                                    I paid 510 rupees to buy the dhani + membership so they said me to to buy it and you'll get credit limit upto 50000 rupees but I didn't recive any credit limit till now i need my money back or else approve me the credit limit

                                      On 10th June, 2022 I have cleared all my dues on dhani One freedom credit card and I closed the account on that date itself. It has been 2 months still my dues are reflecting on my CIBIL Credit Report.I had send lot of mails regarding this issue but they haven't answered properly. I need to get this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and update the loan clearance status on CIBIL.

                                        above subject, i have been constantly requesting INDIABULLES DHANI from Jan 2020 to clear the remarks of no. of days for delayed payments from my cibil report so that i can improve my cibil score to apply for my future housing loan. Though i have cleared all my dues without any discount they are not responding to any of my plead to do me a goodwill favor. I have requested them several times regarding this both offline and online personally but they are not even having a basic courtesy to even try. When all other financial sectors like IndusInd Bank, and their own DHANI have gone a step further to help me improve my cibil score by clearing all the delayed payments immediately after i requested within a time span of 3-5days. Whereas DHANI is being very unprofessional, unsupportive and not at all customer friendly in this matter. They are not even bothered to even respond to any of my requests.
                                        I have attached all the necessary documents, my cibil report. I kindly request you to intervene in this matter and please help me clear all my remarks. As it is causing a huge problem for me to apply for housing loan with the current cibil score.
