    Hi Team, my loan account IPERKNC01047302 with Dhani which was foreclosed by waiving overdue charges and full payment of Principal amont paid on March 10th 2022 as their collection agent said.

    But, still overdue charges are showing as active in Dhani app and loan is also active status.

    Please help me to resolve this issue and help me to get the NOC since it affects my cibil. I've also attached screen shot the balance entire payment of Principal Amount.

      On 7feb I was made a transaction to pay the emi of dhani one freedome of rupee 1200 the transaction was successful from my side but dhani is saying the trsaction was failed you will get refund of it but it has been more then 3months still I didn't receive my refund . Mailed to the dhani support but they are directly closing the case without providing me refund I mailed them more then 12 time but still I didn't got my refund .
      UPI refrence I'd.[protected]
      Paid through paytm.

            Sir, I have facing issue related Dhani one freedom card. I already deactivated pmy card and inactive all the service in march month 01/02/2022 and already closed auto debit mode from my side because i dont want to use dhani one freedom card and I never taken any services of dhani one freedom card at all but after that dhani mention every month subscription charges of 3 [protected]@353/- per month with Gst.
            I do many call to dhani to waived off this type of charges.

            I called and discussed with dhani customer executive my problem but no one resolve the issue they pressurized me many times to pay the amount of inactive card monthly charges at the name of subscription fee.

            Now consider my complaint on priority basis I m totally harresed by dhani and I m not responsible person to clear this type of fake dues.

            Kindly stop these type of scams.
            Please look into it.

                I have wrote so many mails and called so many times to dhani one freedom card regarding Close my Dhani one card from last 2 months, they are charging monthly subscription fees without active card. On name o[censored]pgrade they put my card deactive and now again asking for Subscription fees.

                I am requesting RBI to take stricts action against dhani one. Or I will do some serious action . Iam frustated with Dhani one.

                What cibil organization doing against Dhani.

                I am frustated with dhani one freedom rad.I am not using card, I have logged and raised so many mail and requested to cancel my card, But they are very rude and not providing option to cancel the card and un necessary every month charging 1592 as subscrition fees.

                Kindly do something they are destroying my Cibil as well, I have logged a complained in RBI as well and they are not responding a query from CIBIL as well.

                Suggest me I want to file legal complained against dhani one card to cancel his license.

                I have raised a dispute through CIBIL as well regarding overdue amount showing in my CIBIL.but they are not responding to CIBIL as well from last 2 months.My CIBIL score is dropping just becuase of fraud entry done by DHANI one card of 121 rs overdue.

                Why RBI not taking strict action against dhani one card to cancel his license.

                            I received a call from Dhani saying physical card would be sent and they spelled my address for confirmation and I corrected and they sent sms with otp for confirmation. I informed them and amount of 14, 900 got deducted.

                            Card swipe at PayU Payments Pvt Ltd. Gurgaon HRIN at 6.31 PM today.

                            Received call from [protected]. Dhani agents keep calling from mrng to night 1000s of times.
                            Now this fraud transaction. What should I do now?

                            There is no customer care no in app or phone no to complainy frauds or such illegal transactions.Are you RBI approved ?????

                            I blocked the card temporarily from using app and I'm receiving sms like below:

                            Thanks for using Dhani Credit Line. Loan set-up for Rs.14900. Payable in 3 EMIs. Next Due date[protected]. Use available Credit Limit Rs. 275042 to shop more.

                            Transaction : cardswipe at PayU Payments Pvt Ltd. Gurgaon HRIN at 6.31 PM today ( 10 - April-2022)

                            Ph no from where I received call: +91 [protected]

                            He knew my card details and address, phone no email etc etc. And said he was from Dhani. Receive 100 calls from Dhani daily disturbing from so many different nos . They threaten, misbehave and talk very rude . No ethics.
                            I have written about this fraud transaction to [protected]@dhani.com, [protected]@dhani.com, [protected]@dhani.com, [protected]@dhanipay.in and in their twitter Direct MESSAGE (DM) but no response. They send template answers that "thank you for patience and we will look into the complaint". I have doubts that they are misusing pan to apply loans and also bring down cibil scores.
                            they even write emails saying they tried contacting but not reachable, i have provided alternate no and alt email id also
                            please help

                              Hi it’s unnecessary to explain all the things about fraud of dhani one freedom. Here I will tell it in one word that. It’s absolutely fake app nd the customer service is worst. They are not upgrading limit even closing all dues in advance before the time period. And again charging subscription fees every month. It’s wastage of money for a common people so plz don’t waste the money of common people with every month subscription fees with out upgrading limit where no usage of card. Better to file a complain in RBI site my friends so others won’t cheated like us and it’s helpful

                                There has been an unauthorised Transaction from my Dhani one freedom Card twice. I have contacted the customer support many time also have sent mail with details, still I have not been provided with any solutions. I am fed up calling them again and again. Please see to my issues. Last two transactions done from my card was not done by me..

                                  Hii my I'd is [protected]@gmail.com i have paid all dues with late fees after that they are telling me to pay subscription fees charged 395 after this your card will be activated so i have paid and just after paying they showed that this cannot be activated, this is blocked permanently so why you showed wrong information and take money from us i am filling case against this company for high compensation and ther customer care telling me that you have to confirm first before paying means your app shows is wrong

                                      Dhani has not closed my account on 1 month old request and multiple reminders and calls to Dhani team at[protected] . Please assist since Dhani account is showing active in credit report from crif and I want to close it permanently .

                                        Hi I have already shared an email asking for close of the account and remove the wrong entry from my cibil.
                                        I already paid all my dues except the monthly subscription charges which you were added to my account.
                                        after the last conversation with the Dhani team, I told them to close my account but it's still showing on my cibil.

                                        My loan account: CL18945590

                                        This is really pathetic behavior from Dhani. they give you a credit limit of 5 lakhs and ask for a monthly subscription but when you actually start using the card you can find that you can use only 1.5 lakhs maximum and they will block the limit.
                                        the total limit of spending is 2 lakhs per month which includes your payment as well..
                                        So this is a big fraud.
