    Because of their continuos harrasment and torture like sending court notices through mails and messages, threatening by sending agents to home
    I PAID FOR THE LOANS WHICH I DIDNT TOOK EVEN AFTER PAYING COMPLETELY THEY KEPT 0.75 BALANACE AND AS IT IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO PAY THAT AGAIN THEY ARE CHARGING LIKE 1400+ FOR 0.75RS.

    I CALLED TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE AND MAILED ALL THE PROOFS OF BANK STATEMENTS WALLET STATEMENTS AND UPI STATEMENTS TOO AND

    THEY PROMISED ME I WILL GET REFUND IN 24 TO 48 HOURS. NOW 5 DAYS ARE OVER YET I DIDNT GET ANY RESOLUTION.

    I only called you guys so many times, every time they are saying your issue is highlighted and resolved within 24 to 48 hours. But its now almost 25 days over. Yet my issue is not resolved. Call me if you can and resolve my issue ASAP.

        Loan approval letter fake this not cancel

        Today I got a call from Dhani Loan so I picked up the call and wanted a personal loan for 3 lakhs so said Aadhar card and Pan card. Bank details.             I transferred 9000 from Adani wallet to number [protected] however this was the wrong number and immediately I reported it as well as I received a text if it is a wrong number and if it is not me then I can report and I can get my money refunded back again I added 9000 in my wallet and I transferred it to my friends Dani Wallet the number is [protected] however my friend also didn't receive this money and I have raised a complaint twice and thrice only once I have received a call back from the customer support and she told me that I will receive my money back in next 48 hours however it is more than seven days and I have not received my money yet I would request the team to check in into it and please transfer my money as soon as possible because it's a very big amount and I am without my money left

              I am a Dhani One Freedom Credit Line User since last 7 months. They gave me a credit limit of 25000 from the very first month, for which a subscription fee of 499 is charged per month now I hqve limit of 35000 and with a monthly fees of 707 including gst. Now, since last two months, I am not able to use my credit limit for more than 13000 respectively. Until the 15th of the month, the daily credit limit is active and once I use the card 4-5 times, they inactivate my credit limit, even when my total credit limit is not exhausted now the limit of the day has been reduced to 5% it used to be 10% of the day. Even after payment of all the first installments of my EMIs, in the middle of the month, they ask me to pay full amount of all the remaining EMIs before the due date at the option of increasing my credit limit, which I do not want to increase. Again and again, the app will prompt that to activate my credit line again, I'll have to pay the full amount of all the remaining EMIs. I don't understand why they're creating this facility of EMI, and then suddenly asking to pay the full amount at once. So, I am paying the subscription charges for converting my payments to easy EMIs and then I'm not able to use the facility. The customer support number and e-mail is totally ridiculous. The call always gets on hold for 30 minutes and then it would automatically disconnect. It happens daily with me. The email support always stops with the same auto-generated responses and a reminder to pay the full amount to activate my credit line.
              Now, after all these details, if anyone from the team is reading this, please tell me for what previlege am I paying the subscription amount. Just for the plastic card which simply sits inside my wallet because I can really use it at the end of the month, which is the time when salaried persons actually require additional help. Is this not cheating and scamming?
              I really need help a genuine help please help me with this 🙏🏻

                  I have One Freedom Card from Indiabulls Dhani, Every month 26th They Convert my Freedom card Spend into Credit Loan and I have to pay back as 3 EMI's. They will directly Deduct from My bank account on 5th of Every month. Last Month They Wrongly Calculated the Transaction instead of Rs.16, 500 and Created Loan for Rs.22, 965 (Loan id- HLKVID6JLFNWJRX) . So I didn't pay the EMI and Asked them to Correct my Loan amount and then I will pay. I raised complaint Via email and Contacting their customer care. Finally i got call from their team to revise my Loan amount.T hey updated the Loan Amount to Rs.16, 500 and send payment link to make Revised EMI amount. In-between Two Recovery Agents come to my residence without informing me When i am at my office.They Spoke abusively to my neighbor and Called me via neighbor phone.I explained them that there was a mistake in my loan and i raised complaint in DHANI and its under process. But they are not ready to listen and asking me to pay Loan amount again and again and shouting infront of all of my neighbors, They didn't stop witht that, They went to my Hubby's Mothers residence by Showing our proofs to that Area people. Finally they met my Sister in law and Spoke to her abusively like giving warning using Bad words and Shouting, Everyone gathered infront of her house and it was very shamefull moment for us. This is unacceptable Behaviour from Dhani Recovery Agents. Dhani India Bulls should take action againt them. I will not stop untill they take action proper action.

                    I have used dhani card only one time and then pay the due by saying deactivate my card because it not needful for me.

                    But inspite of deactivating the card they keep on asking me the money and calling me 100times a day ..every time i pay the amount they put it in the subscription plan and saying your amount is due this is a complete fraud my number is -[protected].

                      Dhani loan Auto debit in spite of closing loan

                      Dear Sir,
                      It is very much saddened and i am very much disappointed with dhani services.
                      As per the foreclose statement received on Feb 24th from Mr. Nabil i was informed to pay amount of 2681.50 before 26th. As per advised i have closed my loan - IPERCHE[protected] paid amount of 2681.50 on 26th.
                      Then why my cheque has bounced on March 6th. Who will take this responsibility ? and dhani app of my loan still shows active.br...

                      I have Dhani one freedom card, I paid all my dues on 28 Jan 2022 and unistalled Dhani app on 30th Jan 2022, my CREDit limit was only INR 5000 when I uninstalled. I dont know how did my CREDit limit increased to INR 25000 when i did not pay the subscription. Now I have been told to make INR 8000 for transactions dome on 1st to 6th Feb 2022. I am shocked and not able to understand how come i used dhani app after uninstalling the app. I have told this almost to 100 calls that i have attended. These ### are calling me every 20 mins and harassing me. Because of Dhani my BP has increased, if anything happens to me then Dhani and Indiabulls will be responsible.

                            Nitin Kumar Singh didn't transfer the loan amount to my account . He asking to Intercity charge of 8600 . Then only he will process my loan amount . He said after processing fee there is no fee. Now he asking 8600. Don't know what to do .
