I paid all dues i made extra payment visit vidyavihar branch meet manager and repeatly paid extra payment for deactivate my card. But my card is still active and they are asking for more money please help me out.

    I didn't took loan but dhani loan taken is showing on my cibil. No one is solving my problem customer care executive is not responding. I make mails also talk with customer care also. But no one is responding. Please help me out

      I used my dhani card for transaction as they gave me a limit of 15000 but I was not happy with their 10 % per day limit but I just ignored that but I can't take this anymore the main thing came that they don't give you three interest free payment they will deactivate your card and will tell to pay your dues only in 15 days so why these guys say that we provide 3 months payment these fraudulent companies are looting all the middle class I'm too fed up of this I'll clear all dues and I'll deactivate my card don't ever apply for this card because of it's 25% usage policy according to this if you use 25% of your card you have to pay one installment on that date no matter it's one month before due date or two

        My self mohd farman khan. I was an employee of Indiabulls Noida. Due to some issue I had to resign in oct 19 2020 My FnF is not completed till today. Every month they are saying you will get your fnf but not come My SAP is 286628. Kindly check the status of my FnF . I will very grateful to you

          I have applied loan of amount 6 lakh rupees after all the fees paid the agents are not processing my loan as they said and also not refunding my actual paid amount eventhough I paid the refund charges also. All are fraud agents and make me send all my money in terms of GST and processing fee and Insurance and refund charges etc.

            Recovery agent ghar aake harassment karta h kabhi phone pe RBI ki guidelines follow nahi karte chor company h inke app pe kuch aur amount dikhata h cibil score pe kuch aur koi bhi iss fraud company se service na agar harassment hue ho to 1 rupey bhi na de. Inka ek employee baar baar ghar aata h Aman naam h iska no [protected] h loan recovery k liye gundhe rakh Rahi h dhani company RBI ko iss company k against kuch karna chaiyeh logo ko mentally harrassing kar rahe h iske recovery employees.

              I’ve been using Dhani One Freedom card as the name says use it pay back use it, If I dont pay on time I’ll be paying late fees, on my terms. This guy came to my house I told him I’ll pay then I paid 10K INR on Dhani App. And told him I’ll be paying remaining later next month. The month hasn’t ended and he came to my house threaten my father that He will call his relatives and abuse them about my loans, His Name is “Aakash Dilip Tambde” +[protected] his personal contact. I’ll be posting his Whatsapp profile pictures on social media and put on some articles on in media for defaming me, I’m going to press charges for threats and defaming and calling me to suicide.

              i have paid all due but they charged me extra 589 rs for nothing...as not using them...but even paid that amount and asked more than 15 emails to delete my dhani account but they dont do it..have to file case against them

                I had already filed a complaint against india bulls regarding my payment debited on 06.01.2022 not credited to the creditors till 19.01.2022, after i raised a complaints in this forum and immediately i got my amount refunded but unfortunately india bulls have charged me late payment charges for no fault of mine, i had made the payment but razor pay had not released the payments to the creditors account .

                I had also made payment outstanding as on 19.01.2022, but late payment charges were levied on my transactions and i have not received a cash back for which i was supposed to get when i made a electricity payment of Rs.3435/- (1436/- was transferred thru my bank account plus daily credit limit in the wallet was Rs. 1999/-) .this was the last transaction i made thru dhani and stopped using dhani card as i was been charged exorbitant late payment charges and subscription charges now they are charges 499/- plus gst 18% =90, earlier they had charged 299+[protected]@18%, as i am not using any cards or transactions though i have been charged with late payment fees along with the subscriptions.
                i have preserved all the correspondence of all the transactions and now a days i am getting maximum calls from the recovery department and harassing to make payment or will be served with the legal notice. i have preserved all the harassment calls for a sum of Rs .3677/- ( excluding late payment +subscription)...initially they said this is interest free loan now they are charging late payment with interest.

                PLEASE NOTE THAT I WILL PAY ONLY THE AMOUNT (EXCLUDING INTEREST/LATE PAYMENT/SUBSCRIPTIONS) WHICH I HAVE SPENT FROM THE CARD, /WALLET. ALSO NOTE THAT I HAVE NOT GOT CASH BACK FOR ELECTRICITY PAYMENT OF RS 3435/-.

                I AM LITERALLY FED UP WITH THE HARASSMENT CALLS FROM THE RECOVERY DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCY PEOPLE ARE MAKING US TO GIVE UP LIFE FOR NO FAULT OF OURS AND FOR A LITTLE AMOUNT THEY SPEAK FOWL LANGUAGES.

                I REQUEST INDIA BULLS/DHANI/RAZOR PAY TEAM TO HELP ME OUT IN THIS REGARDING.

                    I did transaction of 6897 on cleartrip via Dhani free cashback card on 25th Feb. My transaction failed, but money was deducted. And dhani customer care says transaction was successful and no refund provided. Please help.

                    I got the refund credit to my dhani wallet today after 6 days, which is way too high for a wallet. Other wallets like Paytm and Amazon pay give instant refunds.

                    Now the 20% discount on flight offer via dhani card is no longer available. Also, the flight price is now much higher. So, I can't use this money anywhere.

                    I request you to please revert the wallet loading transaction and credit back full paid amount of 7000.65 back to my credit card account.

                      I ordered and cancelled calculator in Amazon via Dhani one freedom credit card because my friend given me old one.Refund was issued in Amazon still money was not added to my credit card or in wallet.it was 1200 ruppees please that's a big money for me please please give me my money back as soon as possible

                        I did rent payment of 2400 ruppes in Paytm via Dhani one freedom credit card.It was failed in Paytm, but money was refunded, still money was not added to my wallet in Dhani it was not a small amount for me please give my money back

                            I have closed my remaining loan amount on 31/12/2021 with the help of their agent Chaitanya Tambe. I was told that I will get the certificate with 4/5 working days. However I still haven't received it. Upon enquiries the agent (Chaitanya) said to already sent to my mail id. When I informed him that U had not received it he said that he will inform the respective people and I will get it in 4/5 days. This cycle is going on since then. Almost 30 different agents numbers I have blocked bcz of their annoying calls demanding fir EMI and then false statement for updating in the system and then again the calls will not stop coming in.
                            Loan was paid and the certificate should have been issue. This alone shows how pathetically this company is running. The harassment calls from.executives is like a cherry on the cake.
                            I have no the way to turn accept the consumer court. Requesting an urgent action against this fraud company and its employees as well as a lesson.

                              I have failed to obtain.my.loan closure certificate from Indiabulls. I took a loan on september 2019 of 1.80 lacs and paid a monthly emil of 6761 rupees including the over due due to delay in payments. Last year in the month of december I was contacted by one their customer care executives (Chaitanya Tambe) for foreclosure of my loan with a promise that the loan closure certificate will be issued in 4/5 working days. The amount was rupees 35904 and I paid rupees 35922 including charges. However till today I have not received anything.when J reached out to the same executive enquiring on this he said it is shared on my mail or I can download it from the app. But I didn't received it on my mail and the dhaniapp was still showing due charges and I wasn't able to get the certificate. I am since then getting multiple calls from the agents demanding of EMI and late fine. When J informed these agents that its all cleared they would say " its nit updated on the system and they will now do it and I wont get any calls". But again I would get calls for the same. I am frustrated and really annoyed as Chaitanya Tambe has stopped responding to my calls or whatsApp msgs and i am.nkt getting any response from grievances/ support department of Indiabulls. I jave written more than 6/7 emails informing on this including agent name and bank statement and payment confirmation however i am disappointed in them . No one calls for this issue only executive calls for payment. I feel like I am loosing my.mind. this is really depressing me. J cant afford this I had worked so hard to pay. Please help me resolve this. I had paid all the late fines. If I had money I eould have filed a police comolaint legally but I cant.

                              Zero steps take to resolved this. 1. Never been able to connect to customer care through twi different numbers. 2. Response on email was automatic without anyone proper solution/ guidance 3. Not a single executive contact me to resolve my concern moreover I am.being bombarded with EMI calls in.late weekend evenings like 7 pm. 4.The executives who were taking care of this and contacted me stopped responding to my calls and blocked me completely.

                                I am sharing all the screenshot of the EMI paid and upcoming dues. I have paid all the EMI except one transaction which I made recently few minutes back for which the EMI is Rs. 186. But it is showing that my daily card limit is Inactive and total due now is Rs. 3292. How could it be possible. This is not right at all. Kindly find attachments for your reference.
                                I am not going to pay any extra amount which is not valid. Please check the issue and solve it.

                                  Indiabulls dhani has charge with wrong amount I paid 2 electricity bill by adding money in dhani wallet on 14 it deducted the same amount on 30 and 31 of month same month three time how’s its possible if some thing is not due how you can deducted the same amount now doing harassment by calling for recovery I mailed about this amount but no solution

                                    Address: Mohol Pandharpur Highway, Near Social Water Tank

                                    I made transaction of 2499 on the 20 feb which got debited by dhani one freedom card to the phone pe rentals, but money has debited but transaction has failed due to some reason and phonepe done the refund from there end still dhani has not credited to the wallet. Please help me the related subject, thanks

                                      My number [protected] tried to pay my dues of 12, 507 Rs. transaction Dhani account on 04rd January 2022 . first i done 12507 next 10 and 100rs I got 10rs and 100rs next day but this big amount 12, 507 50days over still money was not reversed. today is 23 February 50days has been completed but still, I have not received my 12, 507. and whenever I try to contact their customer care they never answer my call their customer care service is very poor they are not helping also I tried to contact Dhani on Dhani Facebook page but they blocked me instantly. so my only hope from you and this is my hard-earned money and I don't wanna lose it. because before I transaction I did not saw the review of Dhani many customers are getting the same issue and still their money stuck. so pls help me in this case and take legal action against India Bulls Dhani.
