Hi Team,

I never applied for Dhani loan, and Dhani recovery agent came my home for Loan recovery.
I never applied and never took loan from the Dhani.
And Dhani loan account added in CIBIL report and it's impacting my CIBIL score.

Please remove the Dhani loan account from my CIBIL report.

I sent multiple emails to Dhani customer service and I got no response.

My PAN number : ALRPH8542A.

    I wanted to inform you that I m paying all my dues on time. But dhani collection agent name SHAKSHI called me to make payment for those amount which I swipe before half an hour she called me which I can pay next day. She talk to me very rudely like I m a defolder and she told me that husband se baat karte hai waive baat mat karo. I called to customer care the executive told me he didn't take complaint against collection person. He didn't provide me nodal officers I'd, not transfer my call to his superior and even not told me his superior name. What kind of customer care is this. I have all the recording. I can provide if you want. Solve my issue as soon as possible or else I have to file a legal complaint.

      Hi this is Ashok Lanke and my registered dhani mobile number is: [protected].
      my registered dhani mail id is: [protected]@gmail.com

      i am trying to pay emi of 4000/- from phonepay on[protected]. but the amount is deducted from my bank account is :18248/-.

      This is happening due to technical issue of Phone pay. I already talk to the customer care of phone pay.they told me please ask company of which u made transaction to them. They will refund your amount.

      Every time I called a customer care number of indiabulls dhani they told me "u will get refund within 2 working days. And the amount will be credited to your bank account of which u made transaction".
      It's been 3 weeks.
      Till now i didn't get any amount refund into my bank account.

      I also shared all details to their customer care email id of indiabulls dhani . But they sent me a email like " u will get refund within 2 working days". But no amount is reflected in to my bank account till now it's been already 3weeks.

      please help me refund the money immediately i.e 14248/- to my bank account.

              Am an Entrepreneur i lose my chance of being a board director in corporate. bcoz of this India-bulls. i brought a personal loan on august 2019 and successfully paid at march 2021 . and i tried to contact the customer support regarding the NOC certificate no one cares about it. then at may 2021. a person from Indiabulls call me and say that you have some penalty amount please pay then we issue the NOC. at the spot i pay the amount and share the screenshot for the confirmation. then after some days i received another call i explain everything then they told me within 15 days you got the noc still today 18 feb 2022. there is lot of call from India bulls customer care people ask me to pay me again. Am very brutally feel like torture by this India bulls. how many times i need to pay. i have no active loans on past 1 years expect this india bulls, my profile was rejected due to the improper loan history, let me know what mistake i has done, you Indiabulls you ruin all my effort and my quarter part of my life.

                  I have never taken any loan from Dhoni Application but one loan account is showing in Chill score and fir that my cbill score has been decreased. Request you please rectify my cbill score immediately.

                      Hi i have paid all my emiI's and subscription fee but i am unable to Activate my card, In my app its showing your one freedom card credit Limit is inactive due to pending payment but due amount Is 0. I checked with customer care also they are saying nothing to pay, wait for 48hrs it will be activated, but its not activated. I had registered complaint through email and calls but my issue not yet resolved. can you please activate my dhani onefreedom card as soon as possible.

                          My Cibil report reflects a loan never availed by me. The loan no. shown is CL24466922. All the documents linked with this Loan number do not belong to me. I have already raised dispute with Dhani, CIBIL and Cyber Police.
                          My Cibil score has been ruined because of this mistake of Dhani. Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            I have been paid my loan of 600 rupees, but this company, Dhani Loan IVL Finance Ltd, is still active on the Cibil Score website.                                 Sir my name is ghanshyam thakur and i am a youtuber, 3 months ago i created id in dhani app but after seeing subscription fee i did not register then i got a call from dhani app in which dhani app customer care person told me that now there is an offer in Dhani App, in which the subscription fee of Rs 589, you have to pay it only once in a year and that too you will be refunded now, on his request, I paid the registration fee and started waiting for the refund of money, then again I got a call from the same person from Dhani, then I told him that I have not got the payment refund yet, then he said that you do a transaction, then the payment will be refunded, then as he said, I have got one. I did a recharge of 11 rupees, then he said that you wait, I check about the refund and kept the phone on for about 20 minutes and then disconnected, after that I tried to call that number many times but The return call could not be received, and also called the helpline of Dhani app many times but nothing happened, I talked a lot towards Dhani In an incoming call from customer care, but they did not take any action, after that today I have received a legal notice of Rs 1740 from Dhani App, in which Dhani App has added 2 months more fees. Please solve the problem.

                                  !!! DHANI ONE FREEDOM BIG SCAM !!!

                                  Dhani has given personal loan credit to unscrupulous person under my name and documents. It is severely affecting the CIBIL score. I never received any money or OTP on my mobile number for such transactions. They have stolen my personal details and documents to do this fraud. Dhani has not verified my bank details with my registered mobile number. Dhani did not verify my Aadhar card details linked to my registered number. Dhani also did not do physical address verification by visiting the fraudulent person. Please help me.. and raise voice against this Dhani SCAM..!!
