i am trying to pay emi of 4000/- from phonepay on[protected]. but the amount is deducted from my bank account is :18248/-.

This is happening due to technical issue of Phone pay. I already talk to the customer care of phone pay.they told me please ask company of which u made...

My monthly subscription fee 500 rs i paid on 7 Feb 2022 but still my card is inactive.

I have never taken any loan from Dhoni Application but one loan account is showing in Chill score and fir that my cbill score has been decreased. Request you please rectify my cbill score immediately.

Hi i have paid all my emiI's and subscription fee but i am unable to Activate my card, In my app its showing your one freedom card credit Limit is inactive due to pending payment but due amount Is 0. I checked with customer care also they are saying nothing to pay, wait for 48hrs it will be activated, but its not activated. My Cibil report reflects a loan never availed by me. The loan no. shown is CL24466922. All the documents linked with this Loan number do not belong to me. I have already raised dispute with Dhani, CIBIL and Cyber Police.
My Cibil score has been ruined because of this mistake of Dhani. Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have been paid my loan of 600 rupees, but this company, Dhani Loan IVL Finance Ltd, is still active on the Cibil Score website. I am extremely disappointed, and if this continues, I will undoubtedly do harm to myself. The company makes me feel bad. I've emailed numerous times, but no one has responded. Here I am attaching the NOC for your reference. Please check it and do the needful.

Dhani has given personal loan credit to unscrupulous person under my name and documents. It is severely affecting the CIBIL score. I never received any money or OTP on my mobile number for such transactions. They have stolen my personal details and documents to do this fraud. Dhani has not verified my bank details with my registered mobile number. Dhani did not verify my Aadhar card details...

I already paid all amount after asking dhani executive, and with in a hour, they are again asking for subscription fee. What kind of service it is.. Doing too much fraud.. Kindly delete my account from dhani database. Pls.

Yesterday i got an emergency for money that is why i looked into a indiabulls dhani app and transferred my wallet balance to my bank as an emergency but as usual i haven't recieved any funds into my bank account while its been two days transaction has been done what is point if you are not getting services on time and facing unexpected problems at a time. and this is not for first time that I'm facing such issue with indiabulls they always...

I've made a transaction on Amazon using dhani pay and the transaction failed and the Amazon has already refunded and Provided me the RRN which I'll attach below and why do you people at dhani don't refund it immediately. Is it a Scam..? Delaying refunds..Be a customer friendly company and then ask to pay emi's on time after refunding the failed transactions on time.Hope you'll resolve the issue.

I deactivated this card long back ago without even using its single credit but then also after so many months I logged in after getting multiple calls from customer care that my dues are pending.In app it’s showing 1250 rs dues which is a scam happening around.
I want my account to get deleted completely.
