I did 2 transactions on flipkart through dhani card on 13th & 14th feb both amounting rs 800 each. Both order were cancelled on 14th feb due to stock issues and refund was initiated same day. I was supposed to receive it by 21st jan but now it's 2nd fen & customer support of dhani is just giving vague answers on call support & not replying on mail & social media. My mail is [protected]@Gmail.com which is connected to my dhani account. I request them to refund my money as early as possible.

      I have completed all the dues of dhani loans and I have requested them by email but they are not provided me noc and just avoiding my concern
      Also I have requested them by calling customer care but still didn't got anything
      Everytime I requested them for this I got nothing
      Now they are sending me emails that my concern is resolved and case is closed
      Is it the type of Fraud by fooling me by this
      So I am complaining here also

      So what can I do now ?
      I have paid all the dues and now I have received mail and sms to make the payment for 11 and 2 rs I have done it as well .
      But still I didn't got my noc

        I didn't got my refund from 17 day, and if i gonna be contact dhani customer care they are always saying that they didn't have any refund from amazon for you please contact amazon.

        and if i gonna be contact amazon customer care they are your refund money is successfully reflected towards dhani.
        even amazon give me a RRN number(reference number) and actually RRN number 30005420172016139323406 generates when actuall refund is successfully reflected towards murchant, that means dhani goted the refund. (RRN number is a proof)
        i have all that proof of my refund that i even share with dhani, but then also dhani not doing anything over joke like above.
        they always saying that we don't have refund from amazon even i share a proofs of refund details with dhani, they are not ready to take proper action over this...

        please resolve this because you can't leave topic whenever your money get stuck anyever.
        i want to take charge dispute case over this transaction.

              Did transaction of rs 999 from flipkart on 14 Jan 2022. I cancelled my order than seller has refunded my money immediately. but now show in my dhani wallet
              I mail to dhani support mail id for almost 15 times in these 20 days they not even call me and not a single reply to my mail.
              Today its 31 jan 2020 and still i am waiting for refund of my amount of Rs 999.
              Really very very poor experience with dhani and it’s really frustrating to me now. Everyday morning they text and whatsapp a msg about pay the dues but not about my issue i think they ignoring my mails and my problem.
              Now i tried to reach them from here let’s see what happen next.

                I have dhani one freedom card i did below transactions


                why pay emi if i not use it and refunded to card already

                2 aug 423 rs (i use it, 141 paid, 141 paid + 140 pending)

                4 aug 126rs (iuse it 42 paid, 42 paid+ 42 pending)

                4 aug 50rs (17 paid, 17 paid +17 pending)

                25 july subscription fees i paid 199 already - as i not use card bcas os this issue so why add this
                24 aug subscription fee 199 pending as i not use card bcas os this issue so why add this

                also my card servies stoeeped on 24 aug 2021 why add monthl charges if i m not using chages kindaly waive off all charges so i can start usingcard again and pay pending that is 702 rs

                    Hi team, I was supposed to receive 2 refunds from swiggy which were initiated on 14th Jan, 2022. It's been 17 days but still they didn't process me the refund. I wrote to support sharing the Refund Reference number but they are even helpless. No proper response over calls. I am attaching the photos where the refund reference number and date of refund initiation is there. My name is Sachin Kumar and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. pls look into it and process my refunds even now. This is the second time I am complaining here and in past too Dhani did the same.

                        I want to transfer my loan balance to other bank for low interest rate. The PMAY subsidy are applied and and amount credited in my account in year 2018. Also l have statement and foreclosure letter till Dec 2019 showing subsidy credited in 2018. In 2022 January I am asking same letter bank manage/change statement showing my subsidy amount is returned due to construction work OC not submitted. I already submitted all types of documents to bank at the time of loan sanction process including construction completion work certificates . I want a foreclosure letter and statement with subsidy credited but bank not provide the same this is totally fraud by bank documents attached for your reference.

                            I had received Dhani's Freedom Card, but did I talk to the customer care at that time that I do not have to register for Dhani app, but they said that the registrationIf you don't then there will be no charge, but later they also debited the charge from my bank account. Right now i am login rich app so always block also comes. I also spoke to the continue customer Talked also but not giving any response. I also mailed. PAN card aadhar card also sent on mail but no response. I am very upset.

                                    I made a transaction on Flipkart on 14th January and after 5 minutes I had to cancel the order. Flipkart immediately initiated the refund of INR 1324 and they communicated that the amount will be posted back to the card account by 20th January 2022. Till date (28th January 2022( I do not see the amount in my card. Called customer care twice and they simply advice to wait. When other cards post the returns within 2-3 days, why DHANI should take so much time? This not a trustworthy action in any sense.

                                    Today I received the refund. I am not sure which channel worked, this forum, govt of India consumer helpline, Flipkart or DHANI customer care. I escalated to all places. Thanks everyone for fixing this. I hope in future no one faces such an issue.

                                      I have received my dhani one freedom physical card, I activated it from the app, when I used it on a petrol pump, Easy day Store and many more outlets but every time the transaction was declined and every time on POS different error msgs from the day one, I paid too much fees every month to use this but still not working. My daily credit limit was unused, My total credit limit was unused, dhani one freedom card is a type of credit card then why my transaction was declined. I have done emails too. Many times and complains on IVR but there is no solution. Everytime they said send us a fresh screenshot.
                                      IndiaBulls customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I used Dhani Freedom card of Rs.379.00 Loan A/c No.CL13329850 Agreement No.IDOFDEL09708904 dated 12/02/2021.I already paid all installment on time without any delay through your Dhani application.A loan of Rs.379.00 opened in my cibil report in Feb 2021 and closed in my cibil in April 2021 which shows no overdue and no EMI due because i paid my all EMI on time.But today when i downloaded my updated CIBIL report which shows again same loan amount Rs.379.00 in my report and shows amount overdue of Rs.127.00.How can it possible when you closed my loan in April 2021 in CIBIL report.

                                        I mailed you in November 2021 when I received a call from your side and you replied with my account statement with zero outstanding and now you created a new loan in my CIBIL and others bureaus which shows a delay in payment from 231 days.

                                        So this is a request to you please remove this account from my cibil and others bureaus otherwise I will take legal action against you.

                                        As discussed with your customer care executive you already received the payment against my loan. He assured that my payment will be updated in dhani application in 4 Days and also my CIBIL record will be corrected.
