Subject:Complaint about an unauthorized transaction of dhani one freedom card.
Respected Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that my name is Nayan Chandra Das and I am your company old customer & I hold a dhani one freedom credit card and Loan account in your branch. My card number is [protected]. I am writing this to bring into your concern that on 02/03/2022 to till date, a transaction of 50, 000 amount
was debited from my account having transaction ID not show, only for debit AMOUMT AND DATE show and starting the transaction mid-night 12.00 a.m. and continue transaction. I beg to inform you that this transaction was not carried out by me in any physical or online form. I am quite surprised to mention that this might be a fraudulent transaction.
I request you to kindly stop all payments from my dhani one freedom card till the date this issue is resolved and freeze my account for all online and offline transactions. Kindly, look into the matter and guide me through the best possible solution to this problem. I shall be highly obliged for your kind support.

I know i have not received your customer care call, because your customer care officer continues to pressure created on my home & also me, and continue to tell me dhani freedom outstanding amount of immediate clear.
We do understand that just expressing words would not help. However, we would like to assure you that we are working continuously to ensure that your issue is resolved at the earliest.

For the past two weeks I’ve been mailing you, following up with you to close my account, did all what was told by you but still my plan is yet to be cancelled. I am getting reminders to make payments.. next what, will you be sending the recovery agents to me.. ?? It has been one of my life’s biggest mistakes to have gone for Dhani and I will regret that always. I have started tagging your entire team(Ritu Puri, Suchit Mishra, Sameer Gehlaut, Vipin Chaudhary and Rajeev Lochan Agrawal) on Linked in and will further name and shame you on other platforms and take legal discourse if needed too. You are compelling me to use your service, even when I don’t want to use it, not letting me opt out of it even when there’s nothing due on me and want to extort money in the name of subscription fees, this is harassment and extortion. I have screenshots of payments, acknowledgement mail from Dhani which I am going to publish on all the social media platforms including Dhani home page on linkedin, facebook and tag your team. Other customers and those who are planning to buy Dhani product should also know what they’re up for.

Despite of so many mails, intimations, requests and follow ups nothing has been done from your end to address my concern and you have charged me with subscription fee for second month too despite of making foreclosure payment against total due on 14th Mar’22 itself hence there’s no question of charging second month’s subscription fees which falls due on 16th. This is forgery and I am going to file a case against you in consumer forum.
This is taking longer than usual. Please allow us some more time request your patience in the interim.
