I have a one freedom loan running with indiabulls loan account no. IDOFDEL11264637. I was unable to pay emi on time as i lost my job and was facing financial difficulties. Your agent with the name of NIYAZ AHMED, mobile number [protected] they visited my house and spoke unruly with my Father That guy NIYAZ AHMED said he will not go away from my home as his manager has told him to do so. I will file an fir against both of them and with the bank indiabulls. This is very very unacceptable, my FATHER was alone at home HE got frightened. I urge people reading this message to never ever bank with indiabulls.

    My Dhani one freedom card no is [protected]. The outstanding due on my card is INR 1470 and due date(s) are 16th Mar’22 and 16th Apr’22. However, I wish to pay my dues and discontinue my card right away. As I’m trying to do that it won’t allow me to do so. Kindly help me with it as I don’t wish to use the card any further and want to close it right away. I have been trying to reach out to Dhani but I am not getting proper response from them. This card comes with a monthly subscription fees which is 499+taxes in my case which I don’t wish to pay any further and want to make complete payment against the outstanding and close the account but due to a technical glitch in Dhani app which I feel has been purposefully bugged in it to deprive those who wish to close their account as they want them to pay monthly subscription fee till the time EMI are not paid back. I am fearful now that this is a scam where in once you fall into their trap there is no going back. This malicious intent of Dhani and India Bulls made me regret on my decision of having gone for their product in the first place.

    Kindly look into it and do the needful to help close my complain.

    I received a mail last night with attached foreclosure form with the total amount I needed to make payment against mentioned on it. The mail stated that the payment link would be shared with me in next 4 hours and last date of making the payment is 10th Mar’22. I have been waiting ever since but payment link is yet to be sent. How am I supposed to make the payment by tomorrow if I don’t have a payment link as it’s not happening through app(video of payment getting failed already shared with you over mail)

    It’s been almost two days since I last got an update from Dhani that they’d be sharing a payment link but so far I haven’t recd any. How am I supposed to make the payment as payment is not happening through their app since the EMI is not due yet… ?? There is no provision to make complete payment against Future EMIs. I even shared a video with them on mail where it can be seen that while I’m trying to make the payment through app, it is not going through. I’m yet to get a revert from them on the same.

    Hi,

    The payment link was shared to me on 11th Mar'22 and I made the payment of INR 1470 against my upcoming EMI/dues through UPI on the same day(vide payment id- pay_J5nqRp9zxCMT) against the UPI ID- indiabullsconsumerfinancelimited.[protected]@sbi. I received the acknowledge mail from Dhani for receival of payment on the same day(pls refer enclosed pics). However, as I checked in Dhani app, the status is yet to be updated and it's still showing upcoming EMIs of INR 736 and INR 734, I am not able to close my card through app. Kindly look into this and close my card and confirm. Pls note that I should not be charged with subscription fee anymore.

    Still no update from Dhani on my complaint. I am still getting mails for payment of EMI, my payment is still not updated on Dhani app, I am yet to get a reply from them. This has become a horror now where in I am subject to constant harassment and extortion from Dhani with no support whatsoever despite of making the payment and producing all the relevant proofs on mail with Dhani support team as well as here. I wan to escalate my case with higher authorities of Dhani and planning to go to social media tagging Dhani and India bulls owners so that they should know the way their customers are cheated.

    Dhani One Freedom Card is completely useless card as these fraud people charge @72% a year as a subscription fees and gives only 12-24% cashback which is illegal and fraud. They charged almost 48-60% interest a year after deducting cashback which is crime and needs to take legal action against these people. We are filing a PIL against these fraud people in the coming days. If any one has been victim of these fraud people then you can contact us on [protected] or email us on [protected]@gmail.com.

    Really.. I am getting incessant calls, mails and messages to repay my supposed due EMI against the the amount that I’ve already paid 4 days back. In 4 days you couldn’t update the payment.. neither is your app updated.. what kind of a consumer finance company are you running here.. trying to take your customers for a ride??

    For the past two weeks I’ve been mailing you, following up with you to close my account, did all what was told by you but still my plan is yet to be cancelled. I am getting reminders to make payments.. next what, will you be sending the recovery agents to me.. ?? It has been one of my life’s biggest mistakes to have gone for Dhani and I will regret that always. I have started tagging your entire team(Ritu Puri, Suchit Mishra, Sameer Gehlaut, Vipin Chaudhary and Rajeev Lochan Agrawal) on Linked in and will further name and shame you on other platforms and take legal discourse if needed too. You are compelling me to use your service, even when I don’t want to use it, not letting me opt out of it even when there’s nothing due on me and want to extort money in the name of subscription fees, this is harassment and extortion. I have screenshots of payments, acknowledgement mail from Dhani which I am going to publish on all the social media platforms including Dhani home page on linkedin, facebook and tag your team. Other customers and those who are planning to buy Dhani product should also know what they’re up for.

    Till date my account is not closed with Dhani, I made complete payment on 14th Mar’22 against upcoming dues through the payment link you shared but still the account is active and now you’ve charged me with subscription fees for second month too. The amount of INR 1470 as mentioned on the payment link shared by you was paid by me against my upcoming EMIs of INR 736 and 734 due on 16th Mar’22 and 16th Apr’22 respectively, however, it has been used against settlement of second EMI of INR 736 and second month subscription fees of INR 589 and remainder of INR 145 is showing as credit balance with you, post adjustment of the same it is showing outstanding amount of addl INR 589 to be paid on 16th Apr’22 against 3rd EMI.
    Despite of so many mails, intimations, requests and follow ups nothing has been done from your end to address my concern and you have charged me with subscription fee for second month too despite of making foreclosure payment against total due on 14th Mar’22 itself hence there’s no question of charging second month’s subscription fees which falls due on 16th. This is forgery and I am going to file a case against you in consumer forum.

    Is there any one who take cognisance of the complaints lodged on this portal or is it all just a sham.. I have been following up since almost a month now but yet to get a solution and the party in question is just fooling around, they couldn’t provide me with a closure after one whole month despite of paying all the dues and the governing authority here is keeping quiet.. they don’t respond on mails other than posting standard no-reply mails which are good for nothing.. they’re so thick skinned that don’t even reply on social media.. what do I do.. if I don’t get justice here either then where am I supposed to go.. ???
    Still no update.. no reply.. no mail.. no call.. i wish there was someone to look into the customer complaints lodged on this portal as the company in question(Dhani) has gone completely rogue and there’s no control on it’s wrong doings

      I mistakenly mistype account number while transferring money from my wallet to my bank account and i have checked with the bank if there is any account same as i entered so cleared that there is no such bank account . And still I didn’t received my refund and have mailed them issue but no reply

              Dear IndiaBulls team,
              i received a call today afternoon from your agent and says that i have to pay 10, 000 of my card use but the case is i never apply for your card.

              the agent told me the correct address and my documents are right but
              there is lawlessness in it neither my phone is same or not my email id in that particular account and not my photo is on your profile how could anyone use my id's to apply for your card without any verification by your agents and if the profile is verified then which of your agent is verified, go and ask this from your agent your recovery agent is come to which is given to my id infect I've leave my old address 2 years ago after your agent come to my old address and start asking for me by my name one of my known person give him my number and my new address the after your agent has called me then only i know this is happening

              first of all how is this even possible

              and also your recovery agent told me one email Id & one phone number which is defiantly not mine

              As I receive call from Neha behalf Dhani she told me to chek if any lander by name dhani is in your cibil list but that time I haven't seen any and now what I see is this (please find the attached image) i red the many articles these days about how froud is going in your platform by New Delhi-based cyber crime expert Amit Dubey and so on

              By one single loophole in your system and it's used anyone's pan card for instent token loans
              Please look into this my cibil score is shattered by this

                Dear Support Team,
                On dated 20 Feb 2022 at 05.24pm i got the Message from Noida PayTM saying that mine credit card used for Rs.9942.5.
                Same time within 15 mins i called to Dhani Customer Care and informed that Card yet not delivered to me and how come transaction done and asked them to stop the payment before card settlement (batch close), in revert they said mine complain had been lodged and asked me to put one email on [protected]@dhani.com.I put the email for the same, but after next day i got call from Dhani to pay the money which was fraudly done.

                This is very serious issue where all the card details reached to Fraud people and they used for fraud transaction.

                Kindly look for solution.

                Still problem yet not solved and i m getting frequent calls from Dhani Office /person asking to pay the money, even today got a call from [protected] /Tushar saying calling from Dhani Vikhroli mumbai head branch who used abusive language and forcing to pay the money

                  My mobile number is [protected]. I have never used dhani one freedom card in past but mistakenly register for dhani one freedom card. They charge me monthly around 200 rupees without my consent. Today I got call from dhani one freedom card regarding pay all due today which is around Rs.1200.They have charge me this amount without my consent as a subscription charge and I have never used such card. I would like to request this company to delete this subscription as soon as possible and I will never pay such due which is charged me without my consent.

                      I was taken credit line loan of rs 5250.00 for 12 months emi. After some month i got a call and a offer as they said discount foreclosure of rs 4600.00 and after the payment i will get noc via mail. All the evidence call recording video recording screenshots i have. So after some days i got many calls from dhani and they said payment pending didn’t closed my loan. Indiabull is a fake cheater fraud company. Facing so much harassments from there side only. Please don’t take any kind of loans from this company.

                        Respected Sir/ Madam,
                        This is to inform you that my name is Nayan Chandra Das and I am your company old customer & I hold a dhani one freedom credit card and Loan account in your branch. My card number is [protected]. I am writing this to bring into your concern that on 02/03/2022 to till date, a transaction of 50, 000 amount
                        was debited from my account having transaction ID not show, only for debit AMOUMT AND DATE show and starting the transaction mid-night 12.00 a.m. and continue transaction. I beg to inform you that this transaction was not carried out by me in any physical or online form. I am quite surprised to mention that this might be a fraudulent transaction.
                        I request you to kindly stop all payments from my dhani one freedom card till the date this issue is resolved and freeze my account for all online and offline transactions.                           I need to change my mobile number so that I can get regular updates and can also login to check my loan details. I am sick and tired of trying to reach the customer care. All numbers are either busy or out of order. I have also sent mails but I get a response saying once details are updated nothing can be changed. Then you have a pathetic system.                             After complete payment ecs nach charges are applying in my account

                            Sir,
                            i have taken the loan of 2000 from dhani app and from my account whatever charges are they deducted from my account but after they call my for closing my account and they promise me when i will pay the complete payment they will stop ecs nach charges from my account but after complete payment still ecs nach charges are deducting from my account and they dont pick up my phone after the payment is done.

                            I have a Dhani Freedom Card with limit of Rs. 50, 000 and daily limit of Rs. 5000.

                            I kept using the card and when I reached at ₹35, 000, it showed Due Now of Rs. 14, 000 despite Rs. 1, 667. When I called them, they started referring some random terms and conditions. I didn’t find those terms anywhere. What I know is that when I use 900 today then Due Now should be 300 and next due after 30 days. I paid my EMI in advance even of April month as well.
                            And now they have reduced the daily credit limit to Rs. 2500. This is literally a cheating in disguise. When I confronted on call, they hung up.
                            Really bad service. And I am not going to pay whatever the hell in Due Now is showing when my next due date is in April month. I am entitled to pay Due Now of Rs. 1667 not of 14, 000.

                              I'm GUTURTHI Bhaskar Ram loan no: 80968087 they given in approval letter for loan amount 8lakhs with 6.9% interest but loan amount is not added to my account till now.. I paid a lot of amount on to their account totally 43000/- but they said u still have to pay 15500/- for processing charges and then u get the amount form Reserve Bank of India ..that manager and executive which are from Hyderabad road no:3 office, they said u applied for higher amount so RBI is asking TDS, processing charges, first emi I paid that amount simultaneously totally 43000/- rupees for their various accounts I had all proofs of that payment.. But finally loan amount not added they were scolding me and my mind is felt alot I decided to commit suicide but that manager said lastly you pay 15500/- rupees u will get ur loan amount within 5 mins...then how did I get that much of amount...plz I'm requesting u sir plz plz solve my problem whether it is fake plz refund my amount back or it is real plz disburse loan amount as soon as possible...                                 I never expected such a cheap service from dhani group... Really a worst service ever i have ever seen... You guys give me a credit limit asked me to pay subscription fee of 235+18%tax... After using about 25% or 30% of the available limit you guys blocking the card. Your email support customer team sucks. They always gives me the readymade template answers. No one even cares to read my email.. even your nodal office doesn't cares to reply your customers email... Now you have reduced my daily limit even without asking me... I paid the subscription for 10k limit with daily usage limit of 1k... Not for 500rs i demand a refund and I'll close my account once i clear my dues...

                                      I transfered amount from my dhani wallet to Bank account today morning around 7:30am. But till 9:30 account not credited. Then i called Dhani Customer care and they said since its a non buisness working hrs it will be credited by 1PM. Till 1:30 it sill not credited and called back and this time the person informed that the bank working hr will start from 10:30 Am so by 3:00pm the amount will be credited to Bank . Even by 3:30pm still not credited and this time i called them again. Guess what the response, again same reason as we have done the transaction during non working hrs it will be credited by tomorrow morning. If Gpay, Bhim and Phonepe can transfer immediately, then how come dhani cant do. Bcause it seems like they are trying to scam.Better not to trust Dhani and urge everyone to keep away from them.
