I’m getting regular calls from your company’s Executive to pay subscription dues. A subscription that I never used. Just a while ago I only downloaded your app and got a card with no limit and nothing. After that your Executive are harassing me everyday with lots of call and asking me to pay subscription dues. Why will I pay a subscription when I never used any of your services? Request you to look into the matter

    My refund amount of 1407 rupees is still not credit to my dhani wallet since more than 20 days past . Whenever i try to call it always busy and i write mail many times but they show your issue solved but my amount still not credit to my wallet . If they don’t solve my issue i have to take help of cyber crime branch . The reference id of my refund is also given in screenshot

      dhani says they provide 0% interest loan..so i got trapped into it..i took loan 8200 rs and but for some reason got delay and they added extra charges 3000 rs .so i talked with collection person and settled with him and paid due amount and i asked to let close dhani acc.so he told that after peyment my loan amount will clear into app..but after making payment they did not make 0 into app and they keep adding 600 RS extra as susbscriotin charges as i m not using them from many months..and i asked dhani support to close my dhani account, also gave all proof and they keep asking money pay...i feel very cheated ..stay away from this company..

        Yesterday i made transaction of 34746 which failed neither the receiver got money, nor I got the refund. Today i made transaction of 15195 neither receiver got the money nor me. Then I added 5000Rs to my Paytm wallet this transaction was successful. Now suddenly for no reason dhani is asking me to pay 43492Rs. I am need of money and this dhani app is making fun of me.

        Last month on 5th Jan 2022 I paid my due 20644Rs, the transaction was refunded by razorpay but it's still not reflecting in my bank account,

        On 8th January 2022 I paidy dhani credit lines last emi of Rs. 24053 using the razorpay link, later on 13th January same amount got deducted from my bank account and till date I am waiting for the refund.

        Tomorrow if i suicide or do anything bad with me because of my financial conditions dhani will be responsible.

        I am working very hard to earn money and dhani is taking it all from me.

          When I received call from Dhani freedom one card they claimed subscription charges for yearly so I processed and paid Rs 1061 and took subscription plan but later I have not used any loan amount from Dhani freedom one card still they are asking me to pay monthly subscription charges. Please help to the earliest

                  Hello my name is santhosh. Iam one of the account holder of dhani.. Yesterday that means Feb 3rd 2022 around 1.45 pm i got a call from dhani customer care. And her name is Priya. She said that if i was paid total amount because of your saying I have a cashback of 100% and it will be credited with in 15 mints. But still I don't get any cash back. Please check. My Registered mobile number is [protected]. Because of my cash back offer i was paid the total due regardless of my 2 months payable time. I don't have money that time because she said you will get your refund to your wallet with in 10 to 15 mints. And iam confirmed with her 3 to 4 times after that i paid. Now i want my money back. Please give my cash back immediately. Amount is 7525 rs. Please add to my dhani wallet.

                  I have received a call from dhani customer service. But they are offering me first cashback offer before i paid the dues. After i paid the dues they are answering very careless. They don't care about my issue and my cashback. Some of Executive said that you don't have any offer . First they gave me an offer of 100% cashback if i paid the dues that's why iam paying on that day now they are not giving my cashback. Please register a complaint against dhani about this cheating of customers.

                  Sir i was send already all details . I got a call from dhani on Feb 3rd 2022 at 12:59 pm from the number [protected]. She told me that i have an offer of 100% cash back if i pay the due 7525 on that time. So that she clearly said after payment was done your Cashback is credited to your dhani wallet. So i was done my payment and she called me once again after my payment was done at 2:15 pm. And she said offer was applied to your payment and you will get your Cashback 7525 to your Dhani wallet within 15 mints. Already one week is over but still iam waiting for my cashback and till i am fighting for it. As your genuine company you don't cheat your customera like this I hope. Please credit my cashback as soon as possible.

                        I had applied for home loan in March 2021, and the loan wasn't approved for the required amount so I proceed to cancel the loan application but the application fees is still not refunded to me
                        I had mailed for cancellation 4-5 months before but still no reply/response from indiabulls

                        The executive is not even replying to my messages/calls/mails. He said 4 months back that I will get my refund but till now no r sponse and not even received the amount.

                          It's more then 20 days the merchant intiated the refund on 14 jan 2022 but it's 4 Feb 2022 dhani isn't reflecting the money in card the merchant intiated refund and give arn number made several complaint through call and mail no proper response given

                            I did 10000 Rs. transaction at DRESSUP MENSWEAR via Dhani pay account on 13th January 2022. but ther seller reversed the amount of 9749/- on 15-January-22 for others reason. Seller Processed Refund successfully on 15-January but the money was not reversed yet. today is 03 February almost 5-7 working days has been completed but still, I have not received my 9749/-. I mail for this on dhani support and also call on costmer care but they not solve this until. so I request you please refund back my money with chargback immidiately. Please help me in this case and take legal action against India Bulls Dhani.

                              I am a customer of IndiaBulls Dhani. I have taken a credit limit of Rs. 35000.00 which monthly subscription fees is Rs. 707.00. I have cleared subscription fee for 3 month still my credit limit is inactive. They havent activated my limit till now from issuance of card. After several intimation through mail, phone call they didn't activate my daily credit limit. Only they call and ask "it will take another 2days" . But after 90 days till now problem not resolved. Simply, in this way they are looting customer, cheating with customer like me during this pandemic situation.

                              Need immediate action.

I have raised a complaint with greviance officer he told they will active within 1 day.. But till now my credit limit has not been activated.. They are been fooling me for 4 months and still now they haven't activated and looted subscription fee from me..

                                I have a Home Loan from IndiaBulls as an NRI customer.
                                The only means of communication with IndiaBulls is thru email, and regret to inform the response time is sometimes several days.
                                There is no way to contact over the phone. The toll free number is not accessible from outside India. I am surprised they have so many NRI customers. They should have a telephone number which can be dialled from outside India as well.
                                From last several days I have requested a Foreclosure statement, but no response so far.

                                Thank you for the response. I managed to get the statement this time. However, the main issue still remains. Why there is no customer care number that can be dialed from outside India? It is not a good idea to reach you thru a third-party platform, especially the complaints one. Every time we cannot rely on email. I can only request you to look into this matter seriously. Just a normal number (not toll-free) that can be dialed from outside India and it can connect to the same existing network. It is not a big deal. Thank you. And I hope you may consider this suggestion/feedback.

                                      Dhani isn't giving my refunds which I am supposed to receive since 20 days. They are simply passing time and cheating. Please no one should use dhani in future. They are biggest fraud and cheaters.

                                        Why pay emi if i not use it and refunded to card already

                                        2 aug 423 rs (i use it, 141 paid, 141 paid + 140 pending)

                                        4 aug 126rs (iuse it 42 paid, 42 paid+ 42 pending)

                                        25 july subscription fees i paid 199 already - as i not use card bcas os this issue so why add this
