Report to RBI as it is worst than Cashbean which RBI has stopped and was better than Dhani and Rupeeredee. Dhani is not only cheating but also making fool their customers. Their modus operandi is that nobody will complaint against them.

    I did 960 Rs. transaction on MobiKwik via Dhani pay account on 26rd January 2022. first time my money got deducted and reversed instantly but the second time when I tried to do a transaction than money got deducted but the transaction got canceled and the money was not reversed. today is 30 September almost 5 working days has been completed but still, I have not received my 960 Rs. and whenever I try to contact their customer care they never answer my call their customer care service is very poor they are not helping also I tried to contact Dhani on Dhani Facebook page but they blocked me instantly. so my only hope from you and this is my hard-earned money and I don't wanna lose it. because before I transaction I did not saw the review of Dhani many customers are getting the same issue and still their money stuck. so pls help me in this case and take legal action against India Bulls Dhani.

      It is very disappointing to know that the dhani concerns are fooling common people in this way which is very disgraceful, i wish to draw your attention to my case and resolve it with no further delay.

      On 06.01.2022 i had made a payment towards outstanding payment of Rs. 457 (UPI ID[protected] thru razor pay ( SCREEN SHOT OF THE PAYMENT ATTACHED) but it was not credited to the dhani wallet and when contacted the dhani customer care at [protected] they directed me that the payment issue has been thru razor pay not dhani and i also tried contacting razor pay customer care center till 13.01.2022 which was failed to give proper resolution regarding my issue till 13.01.2022. but dhani had charged me late payment charges for no fault of mine.

      Finally I submitted my complaint on razor pay thru consumer forum on 13.01.2022, in the morning and by 4pm my Amount of Rs. 457 (UPI ID[protected] was refunded back immediately, then i made a payment of Rs. 493 on 19.01.2022 including other utilized amount, in between this i had made a payment of Rs. 3435/- for electricity bill which i didn't receive cash back, *****( Rs.1999 was credit limit balance+Rs.1000 i transferred from my account (karnataka bank) +Rs.436/- i transferred from my account (karnataka bank)***** then loan is converted in 3 emi's for which i was supposed to pay Rs. 667/- due on19.01.2022 plus Rs.8 = 675/- should be my due amount as on date but in the app it is showing as Rs.1665 due which is not acceptable or i will make the payment for the shown in the app.
      Kindly confirm why the app is not showing my daily credit limit.

      Also i request to waive off all my late payment charges charged to my account and revise the due amount payable at present.

      Upon my mail i have received the following mail from you which is self explainartory, please note that i havenot received any resolutions from you and you cannot close my case without any proper resolutions.

          I have ordered a Headset on Flipkart on 24/01/22 and paid 999rs using dhani one freedom card. Due to some reason I cancelled my order. Flipkart refunded the amount on the same day but the amount is not credited back to my account or wallet. I had have to pay its first installment also.
          Please help me to get my amount refunded, as soon as possible

Im using dhani card since 3months anld I'm paying my dues correct everytime but now at every transaction card going to inactive and now I'm unable to use the card credit limit and it is saying to pay full payment for activation of card.plzz consider it and help me out in these problem

                          My brother has taken home loan from Indiabulls against property. He got expired in April, 2021 due to cardiac arrest and we had Insurance from Reliance general and they have settled the claim amount which was directly paid to India bulls by Insurance company. It took almost 7-8 months to settle the claim. However, now India bulls is not closing our account and asking for unnecessary more money to close the account and not willing to give us our property papers back.

                          They are pressurizing us to give them money to close the account and after that they will return our papers back. But why we should pay them more money when the insurance company has settled the amount. They are not closing the emi's.

                          Mr. Vineet Chaurasia (Recovery Agent head) is putting lot of pressure on my parents to collect the amount.

They are saying I have to pay this amount but why do I have to pay as my whole amount was insured and the claim has been given by insurance company. My account is still active. They are not closing my account and putting emi charges on me. Please give accurate support Rae there is no point of reporting it here.

                            On 2jan 2021 i was paid due emi amount ie 343rs . The amount was debited from my bank account. My due was clear some problems happening to 4jan the amount was 497rs. I was paid twice. I was an immediate contact to support team of dhani . They told me my amount was refunded within 7- 10 working days but resolving tat was done but not refunded my money back to me. I will ask to support team they denied my complaint. Not even provide loan statement when I was wanted to check. Suddenly his services paid my dues with all in once. Company policy paid my dues with 3 emi but they wanted onces for all. i was waiting but they add extra penalty for me. Please let me what can do it. So can raised complaint against dhani finance.

                                  Its been more then two week since my 817/- rs of payment is getting ignored by Dhani loan Customer Service team.

                                  In December 19, 2021 I made this 817 rs of payment through Dhani app, payment was successful in my Paytm as well as Bank transaction, but it didn't appear their your App. I tried to connect to their team and they always assured to help me out to get my refund.

                                      A week ago I transferred about 1493 to my account through MobiKwik using dhani, the money was debited from my dhani account but the transfer failed. Mobikwik refunded the amount right away but it was not credited to my account. I called dhani customer care and they said it will get refunded within 7 days but it’s been 7 days .I tried contacting the customer care but zero response . Please do resolve my issue.
